Abstract
本实用新型提供一种切削机锯片，该锯片在圆周
布有锯齿，中心设有中心孔，采用高速钢制造的锯片
两侧面自锯齿或锯齿的齿顶至盘径向内倾斜，盘径上
有固定孔。用于切削较硬的金属(如钢、铁)。
Description
本实用新型涉及金属加工中所使用的切削金属用的锯片。
目前，用于石料和木材加工中所使用的锯片，由一般钢材制做，在锯片的圆周布有锯齿，中心有中心孔，中心孔外的锯片上有固定孔，为整体平板形，为了防止在锯切中工件夹锯片，采用锯齿有规律的左、右倾斜。该锯片不能用于切削钢、铁。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于切削纲、铁的锯片。
本实用新型的目的可通过如下措施来实现：该锯片采用高速钢制做，在锯片的圆周布有锯齿，中心有中心孔，锯片两侧面自锯齿至盘径向内倾斜，盘径上有固定孔。其中锯片两侧自锯齿的齿顶至盘径向内倾斜为优选方案。
由于高速钢是极硬质钢，为了防止在锯切工件时夹锯，而采取以外力将锯齿左右倾斜是难以实现的，因而本实用新型采取自锯齿或锯齿的齿顶至盘径间的锯片两侧面向内倾斜的方案，来避免在切削工件时夹锯现象的产生。本实用新型所述的高速钢可以是W18高速钢。
本实用新型可用于高速切削各种不同规格的钢、铁，并提高被切削工件的质量及成品率。

其中：1－中心孔，2－固定孔，3－锯齿，4－盘径。

1、切削机锯片，在锯片的圆周布有锯齿(3)，中心有中心孔(1)，其特征在于采用W18高速钢制的锯片两侧自锯齿(3)至盘径(4)向内倾斜，盘径(4)上有固定孔(2)。
