Description
本实用新型涉及机械工具，具体地说是一种采用割炬加工工件时的定位切割工具。
在采用割炬对工件进行园或弧切割加工时，存在定位比较麻烦，工作效率低，切割误差大的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种定位方便、切割精度高的磁性割规。
本实用新型是采用磁性材料作为底座，能方便的固定在待加工件（钢板）上定出中心位置，根据所需的加工半径进行切割。
本实用新型（即实施例）是这样实现的：割炬1的割咀2插入套筒3中，套筒3固联在装有调节螺栓4和定高滑轮5的滑尺6的端部，滑尺6插入装有定位螺栓7的滑套8中，滑套8安装在磁性底座9的转轴10上，滑套8上开有读数孔11。
使用时首先将磁性底座9固定在待加工件上，然后根据所需的加工半径调节滑尺6并固定定位螺栓7，调节定高滑轮5的高度并固定调节螺栓4，最后以转轴10为中心，割咀2和滑尺6作园周运动，即可任意切割园和弧等。
本实用新型结构简单，可较大地提高工作效率、减轻劳动强度，提高切割精度。

Claims (2)
1、一种磁性割规，其特征是割炬(1)的割咀(2)插入套筒(3)中，套筒(3)固联在装有调节螺栓(4)和定高滑轮(5)的滑尺(6)的端部，滑尺(6)插入装有定位螺栓(7)的滑套(8)中，滑套(8)安装在磁性底座(9)的转轴(10)上。
2、按权利要求1所述的 磁性割规，其特征是滑套（8）上开有读数孔（11）。
