As in the illustrated embodiment, the coupling interface 5420 includes a horizontal coupling interface 5421, an upper coupling interface 5422, a lower coupling interface 5423, a left coupling interface 5424, and a right coupling interface 5425. The coupling interface configurations are characterized by being capable of conveniently configuring the applicable support components according to the requirements of users.
As shown in fig. 4, the bedside frame 510 is mounted on the lower coupling 5423, and the coupling 5420 further includes two mounting holes 5426 for mounting two lever arm type care units. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the caretaker can also install different auxiliary supporting components, such as supporting component 550, through different coupling interfaces 5420 according to the requirement of the user, and supporting component 550 is installed on horizontal coupling interface 5421 for supporting and supporting the upper body, especially the abdomen and hands. So configured, for moderately severely disabled users, the user can sit on the bed edge independently and firmly after getting up, which is not only helpful for improving the physical and mental health of the user, but also can greatly reduce the physical and mental burden of the caretaker, and the bedside leaning component 540 can also be a type which can be provided with health care modules with different functions so as to meet the demands of the users with different disabled degrees.

Referring to fig. 5, the supporting assembly 550 includes a supporting assembly 551, and in one embodiment, the supporting assembly 551 includes a supporting rod frame 5511, two supporting rods 5512 and two supporting pads 5513, the supporting rod frame 5511 is fixed to the horizontal coupling opening 5421, the two supporting rods 5512 are respectively pivoted to two ends of the supporting rod frame 5511, and each supporting pad 5513 is mounted on the supporting rod 5512. Further, the method can also be implemented as: in order to facilitate the operation and stabilize the body of the user, the support assembly 551 further includes a linkage 5514 disposed at the pivoting ends of the two support rods 5512, for enabling the two support rods 5512 to perform a synchronous outward opening or closing operation.
Referring to fig. 5, the support assembly 550 may further be implemented as: the support assembly 550 may further include two armrest assemblies 552 respectively mounted at one ends of the two support rods 5512 for supporting the hands of the user so as to allow the user to stand or walk stably. As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, each armrest assembly 552 includes a positioning seat 5521, an armrest rod 5522, an armrest pad 5523 and a control handle 5524, wherein the positioning seat 5521 is disposed at one end of the support rod 5512, the armrest rod 5522 is pivotally fixed to the positioning seat 5521, the armrest pad 5523 is disposed at the armrest rod 5522, and the control handle 5524 is disposed at one end of the armrest rod 5522 with an adjustable length.
To pivotally secure the armrest rod 5522 to the seat 5521, a further orientation feature 554 may be added, as shown in fig. 5. In one embodiment, the orientation device 554 includes a connecting rod 5541, a positioning slot 5542, and a locking button 5543, wherein the positioning slot 5542 is disposed on the positioning seat 5521, one end of the connecting rod 5541 is locked to the armrest rod 5522, and the other end is adjustably fixed to the positioning slot 5542 by the locking button 5543. By the arrangement, a user can sit on the bed edge firmly and do upper limb rehabilitation exercise.
[ Support Assembly 560 ]
Referring to fig. 5, the bedside assembly 540 may further comprise a support assembly 560 mounted to the upper coupling opening 5422 for supporting the body above the chest of the user, including the armpits, neck and head. In the illustrated embodiment, the leaning assembly 560 includes an upper coupling rod 561, a leaning coupling seat 562 and a leaning rod set 563, the upper coupling rod 561 is mounted on the upper coupling port 5422 with an adjustable height, the leaning coupling seat 562 is mounted and fixed on the upper end of the upper coupling rod 561, and the leaning rod set 563 is mounted on the leaning coupling seat 562.
Further, the form of the supporting rod set 563 is not limited, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the supporting rod set 563 includes a supporting base frame 5631 and a supporting pad 5633, the supporting base frame 5631 is attached to the supporting coupling seat 562, and the supporting pad 5633 is directly attached to the supporting base frame 5631.
In order to enable the upper coupling lever 561 to be attached to various upper body care and rehabilitation components, the leaning coupling seat 562 may further be provided with a plurality of different mounting interfaces, such as a mounting interface with the leaning base 5631, and an orientation positioning device 5620, such as an orientation positioning pin 5621 and an orientation adjustment joint 5622 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, for facilitating the installation of the leaning component 565, such as a holding component (not shown) or a headrest component 566, and adjusting the leaning angle to meet the needs of people. Still further, it can be implemented as: the bedside support assembly 540 further comprises a strap set 544 mounted on the cushion 543, the support assembly 551 or the support assembly 560 to prevent the user from deflecting left and right and to prevent the user from leaning backward.
Referring to fig. 3, the bedside assembly 540 is implemented as: in order to allow a user to sit on the bedside for the user to perform his/her business independently, the bedside support assembly 540 may further include a table base set 553, where the table base set 553 includes a table base 5531 and a table top 5532, the table base 5531 is attached to the two attachment holes 5426 of the coupling base 542, and the table top 5532 is attached to the table base 5531, as shown.
[ Care frame Module 700 ]
Referring to fig. 6, in order to improve the care efficiency of the carer and the care quality of the user, the care bed main unit further may further include a care frame module 700 symmetrically installed on the coupling seats 310 at the left and right sides of the main unit device 100 of the bed, for being combined with various health care modules to generate various on-bed health care functions, and also for helping the user to sit on the bed firmly, so as to facilitate the health care work.
As shown in fig. 6, the care stand module 700 includes two care base frames 710, a jumper assembly 720, and a mounting assembly 730. The two care frames 710 are symmetrically provided with the coupling seats 310 at the left and right sides of the bed frame 110, the bridging rod assembly 720 is provided with the two care frames 710, and the attachment assembly 730 is provided with the bridging rod assembly 720 for installing the care and rehabilitation modules with different functions.
[ Caring pedestal 710 ]
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, each of the care frames 710 includes two care stands 711 and two care crossbars 712, and the care stands 711 are fixed to the coupling base 310 with adjustable height, that is, the care stands can also be mounted on the coupling base 310 by using a unidirectional stopping device, so as to facilitate the operation, disassembly and height adjustment. The two care stands 711 are connected by the upper and lower care crossbars 712 to achieve the rigidity required for the care stands.
[ Jumper rod Assembly 720 ]
In the illustrated embodiment, the jumper assembly 720 includes two jumper rods 721 connected in tandem to the care base frame 710 on the left and right sides of the host device 100. Two ends of the bridging rod 721 are respectively provided with an adapter seat, which is convenient for the bridging rod 720 to be spliced with the care base frame 710 from top to bottom, and also is convenient for the assembly and disassembly of the attachment component 730.

As shown in fig. 6, the attachment assembly 730 includes four hook blocks 731 slidably and lockably mounted to the bridging rod 721, on which at least one hook 7311 is provided for mounting different functional care and rehabilitation modules. To further illustrate, for ease and convenience of operation, one end of the hook seat 731 is sleeved on the bridging rod, and a quick-release clamping device is disposed at one end of the hook seat, so that the hook seat can be moved to any position of the bridging rod 721 and locked quickly.
Referring to fig. 6, for convenience of operation and safety of the maintenance process, the attachment assembly 730 further includes two link groups 732 for connecting and fixing the hook seat 731 on the front and rear bridging rods 721; further, the linkage arm set 732 includes a linkage arm 7321 and two linkage arm holders 7322, wherein the linkage arm holders 7322 are mounted on the hook holder 731, one end of the linkage arm 7321 is pivotally connected to the linkage arm holder 7322, and the other end is fixedly clamped to the other linkage arm holder 7322; by the arrangement, not only the rigidity of the whole bridging rod group 720 can be increased, but also a caretaker can move the front lifting hook seat 731 and the rear lifting hook seat 731 simultaneously; when the lever 7321 interferes with the caretaker's work, the lever 7321 can be lifted and turned. Furthermore, the linking rod 732 may be a telescopic inner tube and outer tube, and the outer end of the inner tube is provided with a hook 7311 for hanging objects such as hanging cloth, etc., so as to enhance the care function.

Referring to fig. 1, the nursing bed main machine may further comprise a handrail assembly 650 installed on the coupling seat 310 for a patient with a falling user. In the illustrated embodiment, the handrail assembly 650 includes two handrail frames 651 and a handrail stock 652, the handrail frame 651 being mounted to the coupling mount 310 with an adjustable height, the handrail stock 652 being mounted to the handrail frame 651. The device can be used as a railing to prevent a user from falling off the bed, and can assist the user to get up, sit up and get on or off the bed. The version of the railing assembly 650 is not limited to the foregoing embodiments.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the nursing bed main frame further comprises a table assembly 800, and a nursing frame module 700 or a railing assembly 650 is installed on the left and right sides of the main frame device 100 in a bridging manner for the daily activities of the user sitting on the bed.
Second preferred embodiment: host device 100
To achieve at least one of the advantages of the present utility model, a second preferred embodiment of the present utility model provides a care bed assembly, more specifically, a host device 100 used in the first preferred embodiment, refer to fig. 1 and 7. The main unit 100 includes a bed frame 110 and a plurality of attachment bases 120 for lifting the existing various types of beds into a nursing bed main unit. Various types of bedframes 110 are available, with the addition of a suitable attachment base 120 for mounting rail assembly 200.
The attachment base 120 may further be implemented as: the attachment base 120 includes a main frame 160 and a plurality of connection plates 170, as shown in fig. 7. In one embodiment, the main frame 160 is mounted on the bed frame 110 by two connection plates 170. The main frame 160 includes two vertical legs 161, a horizontal bar 162, and a plurality of different attachment interfaces 163, wherein the horizontal bar 162 is used to connect the two vertical legs 161, and at least two of the attachment interfaces 163 are each formed with at least one elongated hole 164, the elongated holes 164 are arranged along the vertical direction of the vertical legs 161, and the connection plate 170 is fastened to the vertical legs 161 and the bed frame 110 by the elongated holes 164 in a height-adjustable manner. Further, the vertical leg 161 is constructed with an inner and outer tube, which can be telescopically adjusted in height to match the height of the mattress.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to increase the rigidity, stability and symmetry of the attachment base 120, the attachment base 120 may further include a plurality of connection jumper bars 180 for connecting the bottom ends or top ends of the vertical legs 161 located at the left and right sides of the host device 100 of the bed. So configured, the mounting and operation of the care stand module 700 will be facilitated.
Third preferred embodiment: bedside armrest module 500
To achieve at least one of the advantages of the present utility model, a third preferred embodiment of the present utility model provides a care bed assembly, and more particularly, a bedside support module 500 used in the first preferred embodiment, see fig. 2 and 3. The bedside support module 500 comprises a bedside support base 510 and a bedside support assembly 540, wherein the bedside support base 510 is inserted into the coupling seat 310, and the bedside support assembly 540 is mounted on the bedside support base 510.
Therefore, the main machine of the care bed and the care bed assembly provided by the utility model can be matched and combined with a plurality of health care modules to generate various rehabilitation and care functions, and particularly can assist a user to safely and stably sit on the bed edge by virtue of the bedside leaning module to perform daily activities and rehabilitation exercises; and the care rack module can help the user to perform various on-bed health care functions so as to improve the care efficiency of the caretaker and the life quality of the user. And can provide a plurality of health care functions for users such as disabled persons, including but not limited to the functions of nursing and daily activities such as standing up, riding, shifting, cleaning, rehabilitation, etc. And different health care functions can be matched by oneself according to the use requirement, so that one machine is multipurpose, and therefore, when different care functions are used each time, different auxiliary tools do not need to be replaced and purchased, and the care cost of a user is saved.
The present utility model is not limited to the preferred embodiments, but is capable of modification in all respects, including as disclosed in the foregoing description and other embodiments, and further aspects and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art upon consideration of the foregoing description. Any simple modification, equivalent variation and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical substance of the present utility model, which do not depart from the technical solution of the present utility model, still fall within the scope of the claims of the technical solution of the present utility model.
Claims (15)
1. A care bed host comprising a host device (100), a slide rail assembly (200), and a coupling seat assembly (300), characterized in that:
The main machine device (100) comprises a bed frame (110) and a plurality of attaching bases (120), wherein the attaching bases (120) are respectively arranged on the side edges of the bed frame (110);
The sliding rail assembly (200) comprises a plurality of sliding rails (210), each sliding rail (210) is installed on the attachment base (120), the sliding rail assembly (200) further comprises a plurality of sliding block seats (220) and a plurality of locking assemblies (230), and the sliding block seats (220) are slidably and fixedly installed on the sliding rails (210) through the locking assemblies (230); and
The coupling seat set (300) comprises a plurality of coupling seats (310) which are arranged on the sliding block seat (220), and the sliding rail (210) can be locked at any position through the locking component (230).
2. The care bed main machine as recited in claim 1, wherein:
The care bed main machine further comprises a bedside leaning module (500) which is arranged on the coupling seat (310), the bedside leaning module (500) comprises a bedside leaning base frame (510) and a bedside leaning component (540), the bedside leaning base frame (510) is inserted into the coupling seat (310), and the bedside leaning component (540) is arranged on the bedside leaning base frame (510).
3. The care bed main machine as recited in claim 2, wherein:
The bedside backrest assembly (540) comprises a coupling base (542) and a backrest cushion (543), the coupling base (542) is arranged on the bedside backrest base frame (510) and is provided with a plurality of coupling interfaces (5420), the coupling interfaces (5420) comprise a horizontal coupling interface (5421), an upper coupling interface (5422) and a lower coupling interface (5423) which are used for detachably arranging different support assemblies, and the backrest cushion (543) is arranged on the coupling base (542).
4. A care bed main machine as recited in claim 3, wherein:
The bedside leaning component (540) further comprises a leaning component (560) which is arranged at the upper coupling joint (5422), the leaning component (560) comprises an upper coupling rod (561), a leaning coupling seat (562) and a leaning rod group (563), the upper coupling rod (561) is arranged at the upper coupling joint (5422) in a height-adjustable mode, the leaning coupling seat (562) is arranged and fixed at the upper end of the upper coupling rod (561), and the leaning rod group (563) is arranged at the leaning coupling seat (562).
5. The care bed main machine as recited in claim 4, wherein:
The supporting and leaning component (560) further comprises a supporting and leaning component (565) pivoted to the supporting and leaning coupling seat (562), the supporting and leaning coupling seat (562) further comprises an azimuth positioning device (5620), and the supporting and leaning component (565) can adjust and fix the pitching angle of the supporting and leaning component through the azimuth positioning device (5620);
The supporting rod group (563) comprises a supporting base frame (5631) and a supporting protection pad (5633), the supporting base frame (5631) is connected to the supporting coupling seat (562), and the supporting protection pad (5633) is arranged on the supporting base frame (5631);
The bracing assembly (560) further includes a strap set (544) mounted to the bracing pad (5633).

The main frame (160) comprises at least two vertical legs (161), a horizontal rod (162) and a plurality of attachment interfaces (163), wherein the horizontal rod (162) is used for connecting the vertical legs (161), at least two attachment interfaces (163) respectively comprise at least one long strip hole (164), the long strip holes (164) are distributed along the vertical direction of the vertical legs (161), and the connecting plate (170) is locked on the vertical legs (161) and the bedstead (110) through the long strip holes (164) in a height-adjustable mode.
15. A care bed assembly for use with the care bed host of any one of claims 2 to 8, said care bed host comprising a host device (100), a slide rail assembly (200), and a coupling seat set (300); the method is characterized in that:
