Description

本实用新型是一种截止阀的密封件。
传统结构的截止阀阀杆周围一般都采用填料密封方式,此种密封方式存在着下列的缺陷:(1)阀门在启闭过程中阀杆与填料产生摩擦,在较短的时间内形成间隙,使阀门的外密封失效,引起介质外泄漏;(2)阀瓣、阀杆长期浸泡在介质中,受介质腐蚀,使阀门使用寿命短;(3)启闭费力;(4)介质外漏既造成浪费又污染环境;(5)填料还可能对介质形成污染;(6)需经常维修。
鉴于截止阀存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的是克服截止阀的上述缺陷,设计一种密封效果好、使用寿命长、制造工艺简单、成本低廉的用于截止阀的组合密封件。
本实用新型的结构特点完全能达到上述设计目的,它由非金属材料制作的波纹管、金属阀瓣和阀杆组成。非金属波纹管上端开口,底部封闭,阀瓣嵌入波纹管底部,阀杆插入波纹管内腔,与波纹管内壁贴合,其下端与阀瓣中心螺孔连接。非金属波纹管起内密封及外密封的双重密封作用,同时使阀瓣和阀杆与介质隔绝,又起到了保护阀瓣和阀杆不受介质腐蚀的作用;波纹管上的折叠犹如弹簧的作用,使阀门启闭时波纹管管壁不受拉延力,以延长波纹管使用寿命,阀杆与波纹管内壁贴合,使波纹管形成刚性实体,起到承受介质压力的作用;阀瓣起启闭介质的作用。在阀门上采用本实用新型的组合密封件,可达到无填料、无泄漏、无污染的效果,使截止阀的密封寿命和使用寿命大大延长。
选用不同的非金属材料制作波纹管,可满足不同工况条件的需求。

图2    是采用本非金属波纹管组合密封件的截止阀,由手轮(1)、螺杆(2)、阀盖(3)、密封圈(4)、波纹管(5)、阀瓣(6)、阀体(7)、螺帽(8)、垫圈(9)、螺栓(10)垫圈(11)和阀杆(12)构成。其中,波纹管(5)、阀瓣(6)和阀杆(12)构成本非金属波纹管组合密封件。波纹管上端面开口,底部封闭,阀瓣嵌入波纹管底部,阀杆插入波纹管内腔,与波纹管内壁贴合,使波纹管形成刚性实心体,能承受介质压力。阀杆下端与阀瓣中央的螺孔相连。密封圈(4)装入阀盖(3)的环形槽内,螺杆旋入阀盖(3)中,非金属波纹管组合密封件连同阀盖共装入阀体(7),密封件中的阀杆(12)上端与螺杆挂钩铰接,阀盖与阀体间由螺栓(10)紧固,手轮(1)装在螺杆(2)上部,由螺帽(8)紧固。
采用了本非金属波纹管组合密封件的截止阀,具有无填料,无泄漏、无污染的特点,使截止阀的密封寿命和使用寿命大大延长。

1、一种非金属波纹管组合密封件,由非金属材料制作的波纹管、金属阀瓣和阀杆构成,其特征是非金属波纹管上端开口,底部封闭,阀瓣嵌入波纹管底部,阀杆插入波纹管内腔,与波纹管内腔贴合,下端与阀瓣中心孔螺纹连接。
