In the related art, a brush handle of the electric toothbrush has a display function, for example, a mode in which the electric toothbrush is currently operated may be displayed so that a user can know the operation mode of the electric toothbrush. In the actual use process of the electric toothbrush, the brush head of the electric toothbrush needs to brush different tooth surfaces of teeth, so that the brush handle needs to be rolled over, so that the brush head can brush different tooth surfaces, and therefore, the observation angle of a user on a display area of the electric toothbrush can also comprise other side view angles besides a front view angle. However, when the user views the display area from a partial side view angle, the display area may be blocked by the non-display area of the brush handle, which is inconvenient for the user to observe, resulting in poor display effect of the display element in the display area on the casing, thereby affecting the use experience of the user.
To solve the above-mentioned problems, referring to fig. 1, a first aspect of the present application proposes an electric toothbrush, which in an embodiment of the present application includes a handle 100 and a brush head (not shown) mounted on the handle 100, and in use, a user holds the handle 100, and the handle 100 drives the brush head to vibrate at high frequency to clean the oral cavity.
In order to facilitate the user to observe the information displayed on the display member 33 of the brush holder 100 during the use of the electric toothbrush, another aspect of the present application proposes a brush holder 100. In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 to 2, referring to fig. 1, the brush holder 100 includes a housing 10, a movement 30 installed in the housing 10, and a button installed in the housing 10, and the brush head is in driving connection with the movement 30.
The housing 10 is in the form of an elongated tube, and the body structure of the housing 10 may be of a plastic material, for example, suitable exemplary materials that may be used include, but are not limited to, hard plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene (PP), polyamide, polyester, cellulosic, SAN, acrylic, ABS, and other thermoplastics suitable for toothbrush manufacture, although the body structure of the housing 10 may also be of a metal material, such as aluminum alloy, as the application is not limited in this regard.
The casing 10 is internally provided with a mounting cavity, and the movement 30 comprises a mounting bracket 31, a display piece 33, a driving assembly 35, a power supply unit 39 and a circuit board 37 which are arranged on the mounting bracket 31, wherein the mounting bracket 31, the display piece 33, the driving assembly 35, the power supply unit 39 and the circuit board 37 are all arranged in the mounting cavity. The driving assembly 35, the power supply unit 39, and the display member 33 are electrically connected to the circuit board 37, and the driving assembly 35 and the power supply unit 39 may be arranged at intervals in the length direction of the mounting bracket 31.
The mounting bracket 31 may have an elongated structure, and may be formed with two compartments provided at intervals in a length direction thereof, through which the fixed driving assembly 35 and the power supply unit 39 are mounted, respectively. The power supply unit 39 supplies power to the driving assembly 35 and the display 33. The power supply unit 39 includes a rechargeable battery, such as a lithium battery, although the power supply unit 39 may be in the form of a dry battery or other forms, which is not limited in the present application.
The display member 33 may be in the form of a bead, a display screen, or the like, and when the display member 33 is a display screen, the number of display screens may be at least two, for example, may be two, and the two display screens are symmetrically arranged along the radial direction of the casing 10. During use, the electric toothbrush has various modes, such as a whitening mode, a cleaning mode, a caring mode, etc., so that the mode in which the electric toothbrush is used can be displayed through the display screen. It will be appreciated that the two displays may be identical in display content, allowing a user to view the mode in which the electric toothbrush is being used when holding the handle 100 at different angles. Of course, the display content of the two display screens can be different, for example, one display screen is used for displaying the mode of the electric toothbrush, and the other display screen is used for displaying the overvoltage state or the overvoltage degree, so that the situation that the gum is damaged due to overlarge brushing force of a user is prevented.
In one form, the enclosure 10 may include a main housing 11 and a light-transmitting housing 13, where the main housing 11 is provided with a mounting opening, the light-transmitting housing 13 is connected to the main housing 11 and covers the mounting opening, and the light-transmitting housing 13 cooperates with the main housing 11 to define a mounting cavity. The main housing 11 may not have a light-transmitting property, and the light-transmitting housing 13 may have a light-transmitting property, so that the light of the display member 33 may be concentrated and emitted outwards from the light-transmitting housing 13, and the light is more concentrated.
The casing 10 may include a display area 13a, a first non-display area 11a, and a second non-display area 11b, and specifically, the light-transmitting casing 13 of the casing 10 may be provided with the display area 13a, and the main casing 11 of the casing 10 may be provided with the first non-display area 11a and the second non-display area 11b. The display area 13a is disposed opposite to the display element 33, so that the light of the display element 33 can be directly emitted outwards through the display area 13a, and the display effect is improved. The first non-display area 11a may be connected to the display area 13a in the circumferential direction of the casing 10, that is, the first non-display area 11a may be located at both left and right sides of the display area 13 a. The second non-display area 11b may be connected to the display area 13a in the axial direction of the casing 10, that is, the second display area 13a may be on both upper and lower sides of the display area 13 a.
In the solution exemplarily shown in the drawings, the present application sets the number of light-transmitting shells 13 to at least two, and the number of display pieces 33 corresponds to the number of light-transmitting shells 13. At least two light-transmitting shells 13 are symmetrically arranged along the radial direction of the casing 10, and one light-transmitting shell 13 is arranged corresponding to one display piece 33. So can be through a respective printing opacity shell 13 correspond and supply a display piece 33 to carry out printing opacity demonstration, the user of being convenient for can both observe printing opacity shell 13 when the brush holder 100 is held to different angles to the mode information that the electric toothbrush is located when using improves user's use experience.
In the actual use process, the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11a will block part of the light of the display element 33, so that the observation effect is poor when the user observes the display element 33, the display information presented by the display element 33 cannot be clarified, and the use experience of the user is affected. Based on this, the present application makes the distance between the outer wall surface of the display area 13a and the display piece 33 uniform by setting the curvature of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a smaller than the curvature of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11 a. With this arrangement, the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is less curved than the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11a, and the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is more gentle and can be disposed closer to the display element 33 to shorten the distance between the outer wall surface of the display area 13a and the display element 33, compared with the case where the outer wall surface of the display area 13a has the same or nearly the same curvature as the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11 a. In this way, under the condition that the bending degree of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a approaches to be gentle, the height of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11a connected with the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is correspondingly reduced, so that the angle of view of the light emitted by the display piece 33 can be increased, the shielding degree of the first display area 13a to the light emitted by the display piece 33 can be reduced, the display piece 33 can be observed by a user conveniently through the display area 13a, and the use experience of the user is effectively improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the curvature of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is set to gradually decrease from the edge to the center of the display area 13 a. It will be appreciated that the curvature of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a has a tendency to decrease gradually, and that the outer wall surface at the edge of the display area 13a is curved to a higher degree than the outer wall surface at the central portion, i.e. the curvature of the outer wall surface at the edge of the display area 13a is closer to the curvature of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11 a. In this way, when the outer wall surface of the casing 10 transits from the first non-display area 11a to the edge of the display area 13a, the outer wall surface is smoother, so that the stress concentration at the transition position can be avoided, the strength of the casing 10 is improved, the casing 10 is more attractive, the integrity is stronger, and the poor integrity of the casing 10 can not be caused because the curvature of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is smaller than that of the edge of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11 a.
Alternatively, the curvature of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a may be set to be constant from the edge to the center of the display area 13 a. It will be appreciated that in the arrangement where the curvature of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a was previously reduced, the outer wall surface at the edge of the display area 13a is curved to a higher degree than the outer wall surface at the central portion, i.e. the curvature of the outer wall surface at the edge of the display area 13a is closer to the curvature of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11a, and when the curvature is reduced and the curvature is unchanged, the outer wall surface of the portion where the curvature is unchanged is in a form where the curvature is lower and flatter. In this way, when the outer wall surface of the casing 10 transits from the first non-display area 11a to the edge of the display area 13a, the stress concentration at the transition position can be avoided, the strength of the casing 10 is improved, the casing 10 is more attractive, the integrity is stronger, and the poor integrity of the casing 10 can not be caused because the curvature of the edge of the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is smaller than that of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11 a.
In order to further enhance the display effect of the light-transmitting region 13b, the present application sets the width of the display region 13a to be larger than the width of the display piece 33. Specifically, when the display member 33 is a display screen, the display screen is generally rectangular in configuration, and thus the display screen itself has a certain width. When the width of the display area 13a is smaller than the width of the display element 33, the angle of view of the display element 33 passing through the display area 13a is too small, so that the display area 13a blocks too much light emitted from the display element 33. Therefore, when the width of the display area 13a is greater than the width of the display element 33, the angle of view of the light emitted by the display element 33 through the display area 13a can be increased, so as to avoid excessive shielding of the light emitted by the display element 33 by the display area 13a, thereby facilitating the observation of the display element 33 by the user through the display area 13a and further improving the user experience.
In one configuration, referring to fig. 3 to 5 in combination, the light-transmitting shell 13 includes an inner shell 131 and a light-transmitting cover 133. The inner case 131 is made of a light-transmitting material, is connected to the main case 11, and covers the mounting opening. The light-transmitting cover 133 covers the outside of the inner case 131. Wherein, in the radial direction of the casing 10, the part of the light-transmitting cover 133 corresponding to the display area 13a is disposed opposite to the display member 33. In this way, the light emitted by the display member 33 is sequentially emitted to the light-transmitting cover 133 through the inner housing 131, so that the light can be directly emitted to the light-transmitting cover 133 and then be displayed through the display area 13 a. The inner shell 131 and the main shell 11 may be integrally formed by two-shot injection, so as to improve the connection stability of the inner shell 131 and the main shell 11, and of course, the two may be in a split structure and fixed by gluing, hot melting, etc.
Further, the inner wall surface of the inner case 131 is depressed toward the display 33 with respect to the outer wall surface of the main case 11 to form a mounting groove 10a at the outside of the cabinet 10. The light-transmitting cover 133 may be a cover provided at an opening of the installation groove 10a. In this way, the light-transmitting cover 133 is covered in the mounting groove 10a, so that the light-transmitting cover 133 can be embedded into the mounting groove 10a, the mounting is more firm, and the loosening is not easy to occur. And, when the light-transmitting cover 133 is inserted into the installation groove 10a and is not protruded outside the case 10, it is possible to make the appearance integration of the brush holder 100 better and to improve the aesthetic property of the brush holder 100 to some extent.
In order to enhance the convenience of mounting the transparent cover 133 and the inner housing 131, referring to fig. 6 to 8, one of the surface of the transparent cover 133 facing the inner housing 131 and the surface of the inner housing 131 facing the transparent cover 133 is provided with a locking protrusion 131, and the other is provided with a locking groove 131a adapted to be connected with the locking protrusion 131. So, in actual assembly process, can be through the counterpoint grafting of card protruding 131 and draw-in groove 131a, realize the light-transmitting lid 133 and the assembly of the pre-positioning of inner shell 131, after the pre-positioning again, realize the final installation of light-transmitting lid 133 and inner shell 131 again, convenient operation, the installation precision is high. Exemplarily, the light-transmitting cover 133 may be provided with a card protrusion 131, and the inner case 131 is provided with a card slot 131a mated with the card protrusion 131; the inner case 131 may be provided with a locking protrusion 131, and the light-transmitting cover 133 may be provided with a locking groove 131a, which is not limited in the present application.
Further, the card protrusion 131 may be disposed along a circumferential direction of the light-transmitting cover 133 and around an outer side of the display area 13a, wherein the card protrusion 131 is configured to be sealingly inserted into the card groove 131a when the light-transmitting cover 133 is disposed over the mounting groove 10 a. Specifically, the card protrusion 131 may be in a frame shape, and the shape of the card slot 131a is adapted to the shape of the card protrusion 131, so that the card slot 131a can be inserted by the card protrusion 131. In this way, the convex clamping part 131 surrounding the outer side of the display area 13a can seal and enclose the area corresponding to the display area 13a between the light-transmitting cover 133 and the inner shell 131 under the cooperation of the convex clamping part 131a, so as to avoid dust or liquid entering into the partial area as much as possible, and therefore, when the light of the display piece 33 finally irradiates the display area 13a, the light cannot be interfered by the dust or the liquid, so that the display effect of the display piece 33 in the display area 13a is ensured.
In order to enhance the display effect of the display member 33 in the display area 13a, the thickness of the portion of the light-transmitting cover 133 opposite to the display area 13a is set to be equal everywhere, and the thickness of the portion of the inner case 131 opposite to the display area 13a in the radial direction of the housing case 10 is set to be equal everywhere. Since the thickness of the portion of the light-transmitting cover 133 opposite to the display area 13a is everywhere equal and the thickness of the portion of the inner case 131 opposite to the display area 13a is everywhere equal, the possibility that light is converged or diverged when light passes through the above portions is reduced. With this arrangement, when the light emitted by the display element 33 passes through the portion of the inner case 131 corresponding to the display area 13a and the portion of the light-transmitting cover 133 corresponding to the display area 13a, the light can be emitted in a linear manner or in a manner similar to the linear manner, so as to avoid distortion of the image finally presented by the light emitted by the display element 33 in the display area 13a, and improve the display effect of the image.
In one embodiment, the casing 10 further includes a transparent film layer (not shown) and a light shielding layer (not shown). The transparent film layer may be disposed to cover the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting shell 13. According to the application, under the covering arrangement of the light-transmitting shell 13 by the light-transmitting film layer, the material of the light-transmitting film layer is smoother than that of the light-transmitting shell 13, so that when a user holds the shell 10 and touches the light-transmitting shell 13, the transparent film layer can improve the hand feeling of the user when touching the shell 10, and the use experience is improved. In addition, the light-transmitting film layer can also play a certain degree of protection role on the light-transmitting shell 13, and the occurrence of the conditions of scraping, and the like on the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting shell 13 is avoided. In the actual manufacturing process, the preparation of the transparent film layer can be finished firstly, then the light shielding layer is arranged on the transparent film layer in a coating mode, then the transparent film layer coated with the light shielding layer is put into a die for producing the light-transmitting shell 13, so that the injection molding of the light-transmitting shell 13 is realized, meanwhile, the connection setting of the light-transmitting film layer and the light-transmitting shell 13 is realized, the operation is convenient, and the manufacturing efficiency is high.
The display region 13a includes a light-transmitting region 13b and a light-shielding region 13c surrounding the outside of the light-transmitting region 13 b. In the case where the display member 33 is a display screen having a rectangular configuration, the light-transmitting region 13b may be provided with a rectangular shape to match the shape of the display screen, and of course, the light-transmitting region 13b may be provided with a circular shape, a triangular shape, or the like, which is not limited in the present application.
The light shielding layer may be disposed on the transparent film layer, the light shielding region 13c is formed in the region of the light shielding layer where the light-impermeable coating is disposed, and the display region 13a is formed in the region of the light shielding layer where the light-impermeable coating is not disposed. Thus, when the light shielding region 13c surrounds the outside of the light transmitting region 13b, the light shielding region 13c can shield the light of the display element 33, so that the light of the display element 33 is emitted outwards from the light transmitting region 13b of the display region 13a. In this way, the light emitted by the display element 33 can be emitted outwards from the light-transmitting area 13b, that is, the display information of the display element 33 can be presented outwards from the light-transmitting area 13b, so that the display element 33 can be observed by the light-transmitting area 13b of the display area 13a directly during the use process of a user. In addition, the light shielding area 13c can shield the visual field of the user to a certain extent, so that the user is prevented from observing other component structures in the installation cavity of the casing 10, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In one structural form, the light shielding layer may be disposed on one side of the transparent film layer facing the light-transmitting shell 13, so as to be sandwiched between the transparent film layer and the light-transmitting shell 13, so that the light shielding layer can be closer to the display member 33 than the transparent film layer, that is, the display area 13a of the light shielding layer can be closer to the display member 33, thereby avoiding that the angle of view of the light emitted by the display member 33 passing through the display area 13a is too small, reducing the influence on the line of sight of the user, and improving the use experience. Moreover, when the light shielding layer is arranged between the transparent film layer and the light-transmitting shell 13, the abrasion of the light shielding layer when a user touches one side of the transparent film layer, which is away from the light-transmitting shell 13, is avoided, for example, the occurrence of the condition that the light shielding layer is paint-dropped under long-term touch is avoided, so that the service life of the electric toothbrush is prolonged. Of course, in other structural forms, the light shielding layer may be disposed on a side of the transparent film layer facing away from the light-transmitting shell 13, which is not limited by the present application.
In the above, the electric toothbrush of the present application has the advantage of better display effect from the arrangement of the display area 13a and the first non-display area 11a of the casing 10. On the basis, in order to further improve the display effect of the display area 13a, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the brush holder 100 of the present application has a height difference between the outer wall surface of the display area 13a and the outer wall surface of the second non-display area 11b in the axial direction of the casing 10, and the height difference is less than or equal to 2 mm. It will be appreciated that when there is a height difference between the outer wall surface of the display area 13a and the outer wall surface of the second non-display area 11b, there may be the following two cases: 1. the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is recessed further inward than the outer wall surface of the second non-display area 11b so that there is a height difference therebetween; 2. the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is protruded further to the outside than the outer wall surface of the second non-display area 11b so that there is a height difference therebetween.
When the height difference is 2mm or less, it is possible to ensure that the degree of shielding of the display 33 by the first non-display area 11a is reduced or the degree of shielding of the display 33 by the second non-display area 11b is reduced. Specifically, in the first case, when the height difference is greater than 2mm, the second non-display area 11b easily shields the display area 13a, which affects the user's observation when the user holds the casing 10 during use and observes in a direction from the holding end of the casing 10 toward the output end of the casing 10. In the second case, when the height difference is greater than 2mm, the outer wall surface of the display area 13a is excessively protruded outwards, so that the height of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11a connected with the outer wall surface of the display area 13a cannot be well reduced, and thus the viewing angle of the light emitted by the display element 33 cannot be well increased, and the shielding degree of the first display area 13a for the light emitted by the display element 33 is insufficient, which is inconvenient for the user to observe the display element 33 by the display area 13 a. The specific value of the height difference may be, for example, 0.5mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2mm, or the like, which is not particularly limited by the present application.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, handle 100 further includes a buffer member 50 positioned between display member 33 and display area 13a, buffer member 50 being attached to the surface of display member 33 facing display area 13 a. The buffer member 50 may have a frame shape to achieve protection of the display member 33 in the circumferential direction, improving the protection effect.
In the case that the buffer member 50 is not provided between the display member 33 and the display area 13a, there is a possibility that the inner wall surface of the display area 13a (i.e., the inner wall surface of the inner case 131) may scratch the display surface of the display member 33 when the handle 100 is assembled or the electric toothbrush is used, so that a large space between the inner wall surface of the display area 13a and the display member 33 is required to prevent the inner wall surface of the display area 13a from facing the display surface of the display member 33.
Therefore, the buffer 50 is provided, and the protection of the display surface of the display element 33 is realized through the buffer 50, when the inner wall surface of the display area 13a has a tendency to move towards the display element 33, the buffer 50 will first touch the inner wall surface of the display area 13a and play a role in elastic buffering, so that the inner wall surface of the display area 13a is prevented from touching the display surface of the display element 33, and the inner wall surface of the display area 13a is prevented from scratching the display surface of the display element 33. In the presence of the buffer 50, the distance between the inner wall surface of the display area 13a and the display 33 can be reduced, so that the display area 13a can be closer to the display 33, the height of the outer wall surface of the first non-display area 11a connected to the outer wall surface of the display area 13a can be reduced accordingly, the angle of view of the light emitted from the display 33 can be increased, and the shielding degree of the first display area 13a against the light emitted from the display 33 can be reduced.
