In other embodiments, at least two sets of bead modules 331 are matched to display one mode, and different modes may be distinguished by colors, which is not limited. The following will further describe the display 33 of the electric toothbrush of the present application in the form of a light bead 3311, which information can be clearly observed by the user.
The mounting bracket 31 may have an elongated structure, and may be formed with two compartments provided at intervals in a length direction thereof, through which the fixed driving assembly 36 and the power supply unit 39 are mounted, respectively. The power supply unit 39 provides power to the driving assembly 36 and the display member 33, wherein the power supply unit 39 includes a rechargeable battery, such as a lithium battery, although the power supply unit 39 may be in the form of a dry cell or other forms, which is not limited in this application.
The casing 10 includes a main housing 11 and a light-transmitting housing 13, the main housing 11 and the light-transmitting housing 13 cooperate to define a mounting cavity 10a, wherein the light-transmitting housing 13 is provided with a light-transmitting portion 133a through which light emitted from the display member 33 passes, and the display member 33 is disposed opposite to the light-transmitting housing 13 in a radial direction of the casing 10 such that the light of the display member 33 can be transmitted outward through the light-transmitting housing 13. Specifically, the main housing 11 may be made of a non-light-transmitting material, so as to improve the display effect of the light-transmitting housing 13. The light transmitting portion 133a may be in the form of a light transmitting hole or a light guiding column, and the like, which is not limited thereto.
In one structural form, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the light-transmitting shell 13 includes an inner shell 133 and a light-transmitting cover 131, the main shell 11 may be formed with a mounting window, the inner shell 133 covers the mounting window and is connected to the main shell 11, and the light-transmitting cover 131 covers the outer side of the inner shell 133.
And enclose between main casing 11 and the inner shell 133 and form second mounting groove 10b, light-transmitting lid 131 lid locates inner shell 133 to partly inlay and locate second mounting groove 10b and with main casing 11 fixed connection, so can be convenient for the installation of light-transmitting lid 131, and can improve the fastness when light-transmitting lid 131 lid locates the outside of inner shell 133 through the setting of second mounting groove 10 b. Further, the inner case 133 and the main case 11 may be integrally formed by injection molding, but of course, they may be separately formed and fixed by gluing, hot melting, or the like, which is not limited thereto. The light-transmitting cover 131 can also function as an outer cover having a protective function on the basis of light transmission.
Further, the inner housing 133 is made of a non-light-transmitting material, and the light-transmitting portion 133a may be disposed on the inner housing 133. Under such a setting, the light-transmitting portion 133a can be selectively formed on the inner shell 133 according to the required local light-emitting requirement, so that the light of the lamp bead module 331 can be emitted outwards only by the light-transmitting portion 133a of the inner shell 133, thereby achieving the local light-emitting effect.
On the basis of the two-part structure in which the light-transmitting case 13 is provided as the inner case 133 and the light-transmitting cover 131, the propagation path of the light emitted from the display member 33 may be outwardly dispersed sequentially through the light-transmitting case and the light-transmitting cover 131. And experience better in order to improve the user when observing the light of printing opacity lid 131 department, in a structural style, the outer wall of printing opacity lid 131 forms to the frosting at least partly, the blurring effect that plays through the frosting for the facula that light formed becomes fuzzily, further reduces the influence of facula to the display effect, and when the user grips the position of printing opacity lid 131, the frosting can play certain antiskid effect, increases the frictional force between hand and the printing opacity lid 131, avoids taking place to drop by the hand department of user easily at the in-process electric toothbrush of gripping. The outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 may be formed as a frosted surface as a whole, or may be formed as a frosted surface at a position corresponding to the display member 33, which is not limited thereto.
In another structural form, at least part of the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 is formed into a light surface, and under the arrangement of the light surface, the light surface can make the light emitted by the display member 33 transmit better, so that the user can observe the light emitted by the display member 33 more clearly during the use process of the user. The outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 may be formed as a smooth surface as a whole, or may be formed as a smooth surface at a position corresponding to the display member 33, which is not limited thereto.
In order to correspond to the number of the light-transmitting portions 133a, the number of the light-transmitting portions 133a is set to be plural, and a group of the light-transmitting portions 133a are set to correspond to one group of the light-transmitting portions 331. And on the basis of corresponding to the number of the lamp bead modules 331, a certain interval exists between two adjacent light transmitting parts 133a, so that the occurrence of light channeling of two adjacent lamp bead modules 331 can be avoided to a certain extent. In the structure exemplarily shown in the drawings, the cross section of each light-transmitting portion 133a is arc-shaped, and the plurality of light-transmitting portions 133a are annularly arranged, so that a circular ring shape can be formed under the annular arrangement of the plurality of light-transmitting portions 133a with arc-shaped cross sections, and the overall shape is more regular and is convenient for a user to observe. Of course, the cross section of each light-transmitting portion 133a may also be square, and the plurality of light-transmitting portions 133a are circumferentially arranged to form a square shape, which is not limited in this application.
It can be appreciated that in the case where the light-transmitting case 13 is provided in a two-part structure of the inner case 133 and the light-transmitting cover 131, there are advantages in that the effect of partial light emission is achieved and the light emission is clear. Of course, the light-transmitting housing 13 of the present application may be a single structure, that is, the inner housing 133 and the light-transmitting cover 131 are in a single form, so that the manufacturing process may be simplified. The following will further describe the case where the display effect of the electric toothbrush of the present application is preferable, in the form that the light-transmitting housing 13 is provided as two parts of the inner housing 133 and the light-transmitting cover 131.
In the actual use process, if the distance between the display member 33 and the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13 is short, the display effect of the light emitted by the display member 33 on the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13 will be uneven and blurred. Therefore, the distance between the display piece 33 and the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13 is set to be greater than 2.5 mm, that is, the distance D1 in FIG. 3 is set to be greater than 2.5 mm, so that the light transmitted by the display piece 33 can be ensured to have a larger distance when transmitted to the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13, the light emitted by the display piece 33 finally appears more uniformly and clearly, and the phenomenon that light spots appear on the part of the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13 can be prevented on the basis of uniform light, so that the interference of the light spots on the sight of a user is avoided, and the use experience of the user is influenced. Meanwhile, the light of each group of lamp bead modules 331 is prevented from being emitted outwards by the light transmission part 133a corresponding to the other groups of lamp bead modules 331, so that the light leakage phenomenon is prevented. Specifically, the distance between the display member 33 and the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting housing 13 may be set to a value of 2.6 mm, 2.7 mm, 2.8 mm, 2.9 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.1 mm, 3.2 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.0 mm, or the like, without limitation.
In an embodiment, in the radial direction of the casing 10, the distance between the display member 33 and the inner wall surface of the inner casing 133 of the light-transmitting casing 13 is greater than 0.8 mm and less than 2 mm, that is, the distance D2 in fig. 3 is set to be greater than 0.8 mm and less than 2 mm. With this arrangement, the light emitted by the display member 33 can be emitted to the inner housing 133 of the transparent housing 13 with a longer distance, so that the light can be further more uniform and clear, and the occurrence of a light spot phenomenon is avoided. When the distance between the display member 33 and the inner wall surface of the inner housing 133 of the transparent housing 13 is less than 0.8 mm, the distance between the light emitted by the display member 33 and the inner housing 133 of the transparent housing 13 is shorter, so that a light spot is generated at the inner housing 133 of the transparent housing 13, and the display effect is affected. When the distance between the display member 33 and the inner wall surface of the inner case 133 of the light-transmitting case 13 is greater than 2 mm, the brightness of the light of the display member 33 is insufficient, and the light is dim, which is not easy for the user to observe. Specifically, the distance between the display member 33 and the inner wall surface of the inner case 133 of the light-transmitting case 13 may be set to 0.9 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.8 mm, or the like, which is not limited.
In one structural form, in the radial direction of the casing 10, the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13 protrudes further outwards than the outer wall surface of the main body section 111 of the main casing 11, and has a height difference therebetween of 0.5 mm or more and 3 mm or less. In this way, the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13 protrudes outwards, so that the distance between the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting shell 13 and the display piece 33 is increased, the light emitted by the display piece 33 is ensured to be more uniform, and meanwhile, a user can observe the display condition of the light-transmitting cover 131 conveniently.
Specifically, the value of the height difference may be set to 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, or the like, which is not limited.
In some embodiments, the height difference may be greater than or equal to 0.8 mm and less than or equal to 1.5 mm, which is not limited. For example, it may be 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, or 1.5 mm, etc.
Further, the outer wall surface of the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting case 13 is concavely formed with a first mounting groove 131a, and the key 90 is disposed in the first mounting groove 131a with a height difference between the radial direction of the casing 10 and the outer wall surface of the main body section 111. On the basis that the light-transmitting cover 131 of the light-transmitting housing 13 protrudes more outwardly than the outer wall surface of the main body section 111 of the main housing 11, the key 90 mounted on the light-transmitting cover 131 also has a height difference from the outer wall surface of the main body section 111 of the main housing 11, i.e. the key 90 also protrudes more outwardly than the outer wall surface of the main body section 111. In this way, the functional area of the handle 100 of the electric toothbrush can be protruded, thereby facilitating the operation and use of the user.
And in order to make the integration of outwards convex printing opacity shell 13 and main casing 11 better, the main casing 11 of this application can be including main body section 111 and locate the boss section 113 on the main body section 111, and main body section 111 is connected with printing opacity shell 13, and boss section 113 surrounds the periphery setting of printing opacity shell 13, and when boss section 113 is in the arch, and surrounds the periphery of printing opacity lid 131 of printing opacity shell 13 for the wholeness of casing 10 is better.
In order to further enhance the display effect, in an embodiment, the brush holder 100 of the present application further includes a light shielding member 50, where the light shielding member 50 is disposed in the mounting cavity 10a, and includes a light shielding portion 51 and a light guiding portion 53 disposed on the light shielding portion 51.
The light guide 53 is disposed opposite to the display member 33 in the radial direction of the casing 10, and is configured to guide light emitted from the display member 33 toward the light-transmitting casing 13, and the light shielding portion 51 is disposed around the outside of the display member 33, and is configured to shield light emitted from the display member 33 toward the outside thereof.
