Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of display, and particularly relates to a display panel assembly of an oral cleaning appliance and the oral cleaning appliance.
Background
There is typically a user display panel on the handle of the oral cleaning implement, and the user is provided with indicia associated with various states via the display panel, for example, the display panel of the oral cleaning implement displays different cleaning modes or brush head speeds and amplitudes, and power levels, etc. via the indicia.
Some oral cleaning implements have a hidden display panel that is completely blank and does not display any indicia when the oral cleaning implement is closed, and that is illuminated by light when the oral cleaning implement is activated, which increases the appeal and aesthetics of the oral cleaning implement.
The mark of the hidden display panel in the prior art is formed on the outer layer of the handle, is easy to scratch, and the attractiveness is reduced after the hidden display panel is used for a period of time. And the mark is generally formed by laser etching, laser etching traces on the outer surface of the shell can be seen from certain visual angles, the hiding effect is influenced, the outer surface of the display panel after laser etching is not flat, and the use hand feeling is not good. In addition, the hidden display panel in the prior art requires the handle to be translucent or transparent, and then the whole handle is coated, which is high in cost. The LED lamp body under a certain mark can also generate light shadow with certain brightness when emitting light, so that marks of adjacent areas emit light to cause user confusion, and the direct light of the LED lamp is uneven and dazzling.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the technical problems in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a display panel assembly of an oral cleaning appliance, which can solve at least or partially at least one of the above-mentioned disadvantages in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is achieved by the following technical means.
This technical scheme is a display panel subassembly of oral cavity cleaning device, its characterized in that includes:
a light-transmissive display panel;
at least one light emitting element provided inside the display panel;
the outer surface of the display panel is provided with a color development layer for enabling the display panel to present required visual colors;
the inner surface of the display panel is provided with a light shielding layer for blocking light from passing through;
wherein the light shielding layer is provided with a laser etching area for representing marks of a plurality of states of the oral cleaning appliance, the laser etching area extends to the inner surface of the display panel, and light generated by the light-emitting element can be seen by a user through the laser etching area, the display panel and the color development layer.
The technical effect of the technical scheme is that the mark is formed on the inner surface of the display panel, the outer wall of the shell cannot avoid scraping and wearing in the use process of a user, but the mark on the inner surface cannot scrape and wear, so that the aesthetic feeling of the oral cleaning appliance is ensured. The mark is formed on the outer surface of the display panel, laser etching traces on the outer surface of the display panel can be seen at certain visual angles, the hiding effect is influenced, and the hiding effect of the mark formed on the inner surface is better. In addition, the mark formed on the outer surface of the display panel can cause the unevenness of the outer surface, the use hand feeling is not good, and the hand feeling of the display panel formed on the inner surface is better. The outer surface of the display panel is coated with a color development layer, and when the light-emitting element is not illuminated, the mark formed on the inner surface of the display panel is shielded by the color development layer and is not seen by a user, so that the effect of hiding the mark is achieved.
In one example of this solution, the display panel is made of a transparent or translucent material.
In one example of this technical solution, the color-developing layer is an electroplated layer and/or a color coating layer.
The color development layer can be an electroplated layer, so that the surface of the display panel presents metal luster; or the color development layer is a color coating layer, so that the appearance of the display panel presents the required visual color; or the color development layer is an electroplated layer and a color coating layer, so that the bottom color of the color coating layer is the color of the electroplated layer, and the appearance of the display panel is in a color with metal color.
In an example of the technical solution, the display panel further comprises a protective coating layer covering the color development layer, wherein the protective coating layer is a clear coating layer made of polyurethane or similar materials and is used for protecting the display panel from abrasion.
In one example of this solution, the light emitting element is an LED, and the LED has two states of emitting light and non-emitting light, the light emitting state being used to illuminate the indicia of the selected operating mode, and the non-light emitting state being used to correspond to the indicia of the non-selected operating mode. The mark corresponding to the selected operation mode is displayed by the different states of the light emitting elements.
The invention provides an oral cleaning appliance, which comprises a handle and a brush head detachably connected with the handle, wherein the handle comprises a shell and a hidden display panel component arranged on the shell; at least one light-emitting element and a light shielding member are arranged in the inner cavity of the shell, the light shielding member is arranged around the light-emitting elements and limits the light of each light-emitting element to the associated mark, and a through hole is formed in one side of the shell corresponding to the light-emitting elements; the handle further comprises a waterproof seal covering the through hole of the housing; the display panel is arranged on the waterproof sealing piece and is connected with the shell in an installing mode, and light rays of the light-emitting elements penetrate through the waterproof sealing piece and irradiate the relevant marks on the display panel.
The technical scheme has the advantages that the display panel is independent of the shell, the mark is formed on the display panel, the process is simplified, the shell does not need to be processed, and more process choices such as laser engraving or screen printing can be selected to flexibly adjust the shape of the mark; the shell can be made of materials with the light shading function through injection molding, and the cost is low. Or the shell is transparent or semitransparent, and then the surface of the shell is coated with a coating layer, so that the shading effect is achieved. The sealing waterproof piece can cover the through hole on the shell in an integral injection molding or bonding mode to realize the internal sealing of the shell, so that external liquid is prevented from permeating into the shell through the gap between the switch button and the display panel, and the reliability is high; meanwhile, the light equalizing function is achieved, light leakage or hot spot illumination can be avoided, and a user is not easy to confuse which mode is actually selected.
In one example of this solution, the sealing and waterproofing member is provided with a protrusion for activating the switch.
In one example of this solution, the waterproof seal is a transparent or translucent waterproof seal soft rubber. The transparent or semitransparent sealing waterproof piece can enable light rays of the light-emitting element to pass through, and meanwhile, the light-equalizing effect is achieved, light leakage or hot spot illumination can be avoided, and a user cannot easily confuse which mode is actually selected.
In an example of the technical solution, the color development layer and the housing have the same or similar appearance color, and since the two adopt the same or similar colors, when the light emitting element is not illuminated, the visual colors of the handle housing and the display panel can be consistent, and a better hiding effect is achieved.
In an example of the technical solution, the handle further includes a key, and the key includes a switch key and a mode selection key.
Furthermore, the display panel is provided with a key mounting hole and a key mounting groove on the inner wall of the side edge of the key mounting hole, an annular bulge is arranged on the circumferential direction of the key, and the annular bulge is buckled into the key mounting groove, so that the key is mounted on the display panel. The key and the display panel are combined to share one sealing waterproof piece, connection and waterproof treatment are not needed, and the process steps and the water leakage risk are reduced.
The oral cleaning implement of the present invention may be an electric toothbrush, a tooth irrigator, or the like.
