In one example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the head fastener 1213 is hermetically connected to the head body 1212, so that when the electric toothbrush 100 is used, water drops can be prevented from entering the mounting cavity 12131, thereby improving the waterproof performance of the electric toothbrush 100. In addition, when the user does not use the electric toothbrush 100, the dust can be shielded from the outside and the dust can not be accumulated in the inside of the mounting cavity 12131.
In one example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the electric toothbrush 100 may further include a lens cover 12111 having light transmission, the lens cover 12111 being disposed on the camera 1211, the lens cover 12111 being disposed in the first through hole 12121. The lens cover 12111 is a transparent member, and the transparent lens cover 12111 can make the image of the inside of the oral cavity captured by the camera 1211 clearer. The lens cover 12111 may be made of PC, acryl, resin, or glass. The lens cover 12111 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the first through hole 12121 to prevent dust, water and toothpaste from entering the mounting cavity 12131, so as to transmit light, protect the camera 1211 and prevent water.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the handle 150 is provided with a key 154 and a plurality of indicator lights 155, and the key 154 and the indicator lights 155 are electrically connected to the main control circuit board 151. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the plurality of indicator lights 155 may be five in number and may be provided below the key 154; for another example, as shown in fig. 10, the plurality of indicator lights 155 may be three in number and may be disposed above the key 154. Button 154 can turn power toothbrush 100 on and off and also switch functional modes. The plurality of indicator lights 155 can display the functional status of the electric toothbrush 100, and the user can select a mode suitable for the user according to the preference of the user, thereby improving the user experience. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the end of the brush rod 120 has a mounting hole 123, the motor output shaft 131 is inserted into the mounting hole 123, and a sealing member 1231 is provided between the brush head 110 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 123. The motor output shaft 131 and the mounting hole 123 are fixed by a sealing member 1231 and tightly connected, and the sealing member 1231 can prevent water from entering the electric toothbrush 100, thereby avoiding the problems of electric shock and the like.
In one example of the present invention, referring to fig. 9, the sealing member 1231 may be a soft rubber member and have a waterproof property. Furthermore, the soft rubber part is silica gel, TPE, TPU, TPR, TPV or TPEE, and the materials have the excellent performances of high elasticity, aging resistance and oil resistance of the traditional cross-linked vulcanized rubber, and simultaneously have the characteristics of convenient processing and wide processing mode of common plastics. While reducing the cost of the electric toothbrush 100, it is possible to effectively prevent water from entering the electric toothbrush 100, thereby protecting the internal structure of the electric toothbrush 100, preventing electric shock, and increasing the service life.
In an example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the sealing member 1231 is integrally injection-molded with the brush rod 120, the sealing member 1231 is integrally combined with the brush rod 120 by injection molding, gluing, interference, etc., a circular hole with a diameter smaller than that of the motor output shaft 131 is formed at the protruding portion of the sealing member 1231, and the motor output shaft 131 passes through the circular hole to be in interference fit with the sealing member 1231, thereby preventing foreign matters, dust or water from entering the electric toothbrush 100.
Meanwhile, the sealing member 1231 is arranged to isolate the vibration of the motor output shaft 131, so that the vibration of the brush head 110 and the motor output shaft 131 is prevented from being transmitted to the brush rod 120, and the stable shooting of the camera 1211 in the brush rod 120 is not affected by the vibration. In this embodiment, the waterproof structure is designed to simplify the structure of the portion of the electric toothbrush 100 that protrudes into the oral cavity, and the size of the brush bar 120 can be kept small even if the motor output shaft 131, the camera 1211, the wire 12133, the waterproof structure, etc. are included.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the length of the end surface of the motor output shaft 131 protruding from the brush bar 120 is equal to or greater than 40 mm. In other words, the length of the end face of the motor output shaft 131 protruding out of the brush bar 120 is L1, wherein L1 is more than or equal to 40 mm. Therefore, the motor output shaft 131 can enter the oral cavity to perform reciprocating swing, vibration and other movements, so that the brush head 110 can be driven to clean a deeper position in the oral cavity.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the brush head 110 has a second gap 124 with the end surface of the brush bar 120, and the distance of the second gap 124 is 0.3-10 mm. In other words, the second gap 124 has a distance L2, where L2 is 0.3mm 10 mm. Thus, by providing the second gap 124, it is possible to prevent high frequency vibrations from adversely affecting the brush bar 120 when the brush head 110 is vibrating.
As shown in FIGS. 2-4, the diameter of the brush rod 120 is 11mm or less, in other words, the diameter of the brush rod 120 is d1, and d1 is 11mm or less. Furthermore, the diameter of the part of the brush rod 120 close to the bristles 111 is less than or equal to 11mm, in other words, the diameter of the part of the brush rod 120 close to the bristles 111 is d1, and d1 is less than or equal to 11 mm. The brush rod 120 can enter the oral cavity together with the head part 121, and the brush rod 120 with a smaller diameter can flexibly move in the oral cavity, so that the brush head can be driven to flexibly and effectively clean each corner in the oral cavity, and the cleaning effect of the electric toothbrush 100 can be improved. A first gap 122 is formed between the head part 121 and the brush head 110, the first gap 122 is 0.3-10mm, in other words, the first gap 122 is a, wherein a is more than or equal to 0.3mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. First gap 122 may act as a spacing space between head member 121 and head 110, reducing the likelihood of contact between head member 121 and head 110, which may improve the stability of head member 121.
According to one embodiment of the invention, referring to figure 4, head 110 is in juxtaposed relationship with head member 121, the distance between the free ends of bristles 111 and the surface of head member 121 on the side facing away from head 110 being less than or equal to 25 mm. In other words, the distance between the free ends of the bristles 111 and the surface of the head part 121 on the side facing away from the brush head 110 is L3, where L3 ≦ 25 mm. Further, the distance between the surface of head part 110 on the side facing away from head part 121 and the surface of head part 121 on the side facing away from head 110 is 15mm or less. In other words, the distance between the surface of the head part 110 facing away from the head part 121 and the surface of the head part 121 facing away from the head part 110 is L4, wherein L4 is 15mm or less. The dimensions of the head 110 and the head part 121 within this range are small in volume, so that the bristles 111 can contact the respective surfaces of the teeth, and the dirt on the teeth can be effectively cleaned.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 9, the height of the camera 1211 is 2-8 mm. In other words, the height of the camera 1211 is h, wherein h is greater than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 8 mm. The diameter of the camera 1211 is 2-8 mm. In other words, the diameter of the camera 1211 is d, wherein d is greater than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 8 mm. The camera 1211 may be a micro-camera 1211, which is sized within the range to be suitable for observing the cleaning state inside the oral cavity, and the micro-camera 1211 is small in size and does not occupy a large space, so that the head part 121 of the electric toothbrush 100 is not too bulky to affect the user experience. The size of the camera 1211 may be designed according to a human body, and various types of the camera 1211 may be provided according to the size of the mouth of a child or an adult, so that users of all ages can use the electric toothbrush 100.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cross-section of the light transmission channel 112 has a shape of a circle, an ellipse, a polygon, or the like. The user can choose according to his own preference, the shape of the cross section of the light-transmitting channel 112 can influence the placement position of the bristles 111, and the bristles 111 are arranged around the cross section of the light-transmitting channel 112 to ensure that the camera 1211 is not shielded by the bristles 111, so that the cleaning condition inside the oral cavity can be observed more clearly and intuitively.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "length", "width", "up", "down", "left", "right", "inside", "outside", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are only for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description herein, references to the description of "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an example" or the like are intended to mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. While embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. An electric toothbrush, comprising:
the toothbrush comprises a toothbrush head, wherein bristles are arranged on one side of the toothbrush head, and the toothbrush head is provided with a light transmission channel;
the brush rod is provided with a head part at one end, and a first gap is formed between the head part and the brush head;
the motor is provided with a motor output shaft, the end part of the motor output shaft penetrates through the end surface of the brush rod, and the motor output shaft is detachably connected with the brush head so as to drive the brush head to vibrate;
the camera is arranged in the head part and is opposite to the light-transmitting channel;
the handle, the motor is located in the handle, be equipped with master control circuit board, wireless image transmission module and battery in the handle, the camera with master control circuit board electricity is connected.
2. The electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the brush head has a first clamping portion, the end of the motor output shaft has a second clamping portion, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are clamped, one of the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion is a clamping groove, and the other clamping portion is a clamping hook inserted into the clamping groove.
3. The electric toothbrush according to claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the engaging groove has a first positioning portion, the engaging hook has a second positioning portion, and one of the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion is a recessed portion and the other is a protruding member that fits into the recessed portion.
4. The electric toothbrush according to claim 3, wherein the first catching portion is the catching groove,
the brush head is provided with a cover plate, the cover plate is a metal sheet, two opposite edges of the cover plate are turned over to form turned edges, and the two turned edges surround the periphery of the output shaft of the motor;
the apron with the brush head is injectd the draw-in groove, protruding piece is located the apron, protruding piece is for having elastic arm.
5. The electric toothbrush according to claim 2, wherein the second engaging portion forms a step portion with the rest of the output shaft of the motor, the step portion is located in the first gap, and the brush head abuts against the step portion.
6. The electric toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the head member comprises:
the head main body part is connected with the brush rod and is provided with a first through hole, and the camera is opposite to the first through hole;
the head buckling piece is buckled with the head main body piece, a mounting cavity is defined between the head buckling piece and the head main body piece, the camera is arranged in the mounting cavity, and the head buckling piece is hermetically connected with the head main body piece;
the lens cover is arranged on the camera and positioned in the first through hole, and the lens cover is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the first through hole.
7. The electric toothbrush according to claim 6, wherein the inner wall of the mounting cavity has a second through hole, and a lead electrically connecting the camera and the main control circuit board is inserted into the second through hole.
8. The electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the handle is provided with a key and a plurality of indicator lights, and the key, the indicator lights and the main control circuit board are all electrically connected.
9. The electric toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the end of the shaft has a mounting hole, the brush head is disposed through the mounting hole, and a sealing member is disposed between the brush head and the inner wall of the mounting hole.
10. The electric toothbrush of claim 9, wherein the sealing member is a soft plastic member, and the sealing member is integrally injection molded with the stem.
