Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of an electric toothbrush provided in an embodiment of the present application. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a head of an electric toothbrush provided in an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the power toothbrush of the present application includes a head 110, a coupling member 200, and a handle 300, and the head 110 is coupled to the handle 300 through the coupling member 200.
As shown in fig. 2, the toothbrush head 110 is provided with an insertion groove 114 therein, the connecting member 200 is a hollow structure, the interior of the connecting member is provided with a transmission rod 220 for driving the toothbrush head 110 to vibrate, the toothbrush head 110 is detachably sleeved on the transmission rod 220 through the insertion groove 114,
because the electric toothbrush belongs to a consumable in life, the whole shape and the tooth brushing state of the bristles 111 are abraded and deformed under long-time stress and friction, the tooth brushing effect is gradually weakened, more or less toothpaste, food residues and the like are remained on the bristles 111 in the use process, and the electric toothbrush is placed in a wet toilet for a long time, so that the growth and the reproduction of bacteria are facilitated. Perhaps the toothbrush has been used for several months with little damage to its exterior, but the bristles 111 have hidden a certain number of bacteria therein, which is detrimental to oral hygiene. If the toothbrush is continuously used, not only the cleaning strength of dental plaque is insufficient, but also mechanical damage is caused to gums, so that a dentist generally recommends that the toothbrush should be replaced for 3-4 months.
By detachably connecting the toothbrush head 110 and the transmission rod 220, a user can only replace the toothbrush head 110 and keep the toothbrush handle 300 for continuous use when replacing the toothbrush, thereby avoiding the waste of resources and saving the economic cost.
Figure 3 is an exploded view of a toothbrush head provided in an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first plane 221 is disposed on an outer side wall of the transmission rod 220, a first stopper 115 is disposed in the insertion groove 114 corresponding to the first plane 221 in a protruding manner, and the first stopper 115 is used for abutting against the first plane 221 to limit the rotation of the toothbrush head 110.
Here, because the transmission rod 220 is cylindrical, when the toothbrush head 110 is sleeved on the transmission rod 220, the toothbrush head 110 and the transmission rod 220 may rotate relatively along with the vibration of the transmission rod 220, which affects the tooth brushing experience of a user, in order to avoid this problem, the application sets the first plane 221 on the outer side wall of the transmission rod 220, the first limit block 115 is arranged in the insertion groove 114 of the toothbrush head 110 corresponding to the first plane 221 in a protruding manner, and the first limit block 115 is used for abutting against the first plane 221, so that the relative rotation between the toothbrush head 110 and the transmission rod 220 can be limited.
In the embodiment of the present application, a gap may be formed between the first plane 221 and the first stopper 115 to allow the transmission rod 220 to have a certain amount of deformation; in addition, the first plane 221 and the first stopper 115 may abut against each other without a gap therebetween, which is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, in order to further limit the relative rotation between the toothbrush head 110 and the transmission rod 220, so that the toothbrush head 110 and the transmission rod 220 are reliably connected, a second plane (not shown in the figure) may be further disposed on the transmission rod 220, and a second stopper is disposed in the insertion groove 114 and protrudes from the second plane, and is used for abutting against the second plane.
Here, the first plane 221 and the second plane may be disposed opposite to each other or adjacent to each other, and the present application does not limit this.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the transmission rod 220 is further provided with a first annular groove 222, the inner side wall of the insertion groove 114 is provided with a first limiting protrusion 116, and the first limiting protrusion 116 is engaged in the first annular groove 222.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first limiting protrusion 116 may be a block structure on the inner sidewall of the inserting slot 114, corresponding to a part of the slot wall of the first annular slot 222, and engaged with the first annular slot 222.
In other embodiments, the annular first limiting protrusion 116 may be disposed around the first annular groove 222 on the inner sidewall of the insertion groove 114, corresponding to the entire groove wall of the first annular groove 222, where the first limiting protrusion 116 completely covers the first annular groove 222.
Through the cooperation of the first limiting protrusion 116 and the first annular groove 222, not only can the toothbrush head be firmly installed on the transmission rod 220, but also the toothbrush head 110 can be easily detached from the transmission rod 220.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a sealing ring 230 is disposed between the connector 200 and the transmission rod 220, and the sealing ring 230 is sleeved on the transmission rod 220.
Here, when the toothbrush head 110 is detachably sleeved on the transmission rod 220, a gap exists between the toothbrush head 110 and the connection member 200, when a user uses the electric toothbrush to brush teeth, impurities such as water and toothpaste foam may enter the hollow structure of the connection member 200, and further may permeate into the toothbrush handle 300, which affects the working performance of electronic elements such as a vibration motor and a battery in the toothbrush handle 300, in order to prevent the electronic elements in the toothbrush handle 300 from being damaged, a sealing ring 230 may be disposed between the connection member 200 and the transmission rod 220, so as to realize the sealing connection between the connection member 200 and the transmission rod 220, prevent impurities such as external liquid, dust and toothpaste foam from entering the connection member 200, and ensure the working performance of the electric toothbrush.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the coupling member 200 has a mounting table 210 at the junction with the toothbrush head 110, and the top end of the sealing ring 230 is flush with the outer surface of the mounting table 210.
Here, the toothbrush head 110 is removably mounted to the mounting surface 210 while being received on the drive link 220. The top end of the sealing ring 230 is flush with the outer surface of the mounting table 210, so that impurities such as liquid or toothpaste foam can be prevented from being accumulated in the hollow structure of the connecting piece 200, and the impurities such as external liquid, dust and toothpaste foam can be better prevented from entering the connecting piece 200.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the transmission rod 220 is further provided with a second annular groove 223, a second limit protrusion 231 is provided on an inner side wall of the sealing ring 230, and the second limit protrusion 231 is engaged in the second annular groove 223.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the inner diameter of the sealing ring 230 is the same as the outer diameter of the transmission rod 220, the sealing ring 230 slides relatively along with the vibration of the transmission rod 220, so that the position of the sealing ring 230 is shifted, the transmission rod 220 may further include a second annular groove 223, a second limiting protrusion 231 is disposed on the inner side wall of the sealing ring 230, and when the sealing ring 230 is sleeved on the transmission rod 220, the second limiting protrusion 231 is engaged with the second annular groove 223, so that the sealing ring 230 can be stably sleeved on the transmission rod 220.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, in order to further enhance the reliable connection between the sealing ring 230 and the transmission rod 220, and the dustproof and waterproof functions of the sealing ring 230, an inner protrusion 233 may be further disposed on the inner sidewall of the sealing ring 230, and the inner protrusion 233 abuts against the outer sidewall of the transmission rod 220.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, an outer protrusion 232 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the sealing ring 230, and the outer protrusion 232 abuts against an inner sidewall of the connecting member 200.
Here, the outer protrusion 232 is disposed on the outer sidewall of the sealing ring 230, and the outer protrusion 232 abuts against the inner sidewall of the connector 200, so that a gap is prevented from being formed between the outer sidewall of the sealing ring 230 and the inner sidewall of the connector 200, relative movement is easily generated, and impurities such as external liquid, dust, toothpaste foam, etc. can be prevented from entering the connector 200 through the gap.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a configuration of a head of an electric toothbrush provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, as shown in figures 2 and 4, the back of head 110 is provided with a visual probe 120, the visual probe 120 being oriented opposite the head 110.
Here, the visual probe 120 is arranged on the back of the toothbrush head 110, so that the toothbrush head 110 can be supported and positioned, the connection stability of the toothbrush head 110 and the transmission rod 220 is improved, and the toothbrush head 110 is prevented from shifting under the vibration effect of the transmission rod 220, so that the toothbrush head 110 is easy to fall off after the electric toothbrush is used for a period of time.
Meanwhile, the toothbrush head 110 and the vision probe 120 may together constitute the head 100 of the electric toothbrush, and the provision of the vision probe 120 may also enable the electric toothbrush to have multiple functions.
Specifically, the user can brush teeth through the toothbrush head 110 to clean teeth in the oral cavity, such as cleaning residues and dirt on the teeth; the visual probe 120 can be used to acquire images of the interior of the mouth of the user, so that the user can conveniently view and understand the health condition of the mouth, and can find potential problems in the mouth in time, thereby performing early evaluation, early prevention, early correction or treatment, and the like.
For example, the conditions of oral mucosa, dental calculus, dental caries and the like are identified through a photographed tooth picture or video and the like, so that the user can be helped to care the oral cavity in a targeted manner.
Since the inner space of the oral cavity is usually limited, in order to facilitate the toothbrush head 100 to easily extend into the oral cavity, the toothbrush head 110 and the visual probe 120 can be arranged in parallel front and back rows, so that the occupied space of the toothbrush head 100 can be saved.
In this application, visual probe 120 is located at the back of toothbrush head 110, and the working face of toothbrush head 110 is opposite to the working face of visual probe 120, can avoid mutual interference or mutual shading between toothbrush head 110 and visual probe 120.
For example, when the user brushes teeth with the toothbrush head 110, the user does not interfere with the visual probe 120, and the teeth are prevented from touching the visual probe 120, so that the user is injured or the visual probe 120 is damaged, and when the user uses the visual probe 120 to shoot images, the toothbrush head 110 does not shield the visual probe 120, so that complete images in the oral cavity can be obtained, and the imaging quality of the visual probe 120 is further guaranteed.
Optionally, the visual probe 120 includes a probe rod 121, a camera and a light source, the camera and the light source are mounted on the probe rod 121, the camera is used for shooting images in the oral cavity, and the light source is used for supplementing light for the camera.
Here, because the oral cavity environment is dim, and light is not enough, in order to make the camera can shoot sharp image and/or video, can provide better illumination for the camera through setting up the light source.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a gap 130 is provided between the toothbrush head and the vision probe.
In this application, the separation sets up between toothbrush head 110 and the visual probe 120, and is relatively independent, and has the clearance between toothbrush head 110 and the visual probe 120, can avoid toothbrush head 110 to drive visual probe 120 vibrations together when shaking, has profitably ensured visual probe 120's working property, has guaranteed the image quality of shooing.
The side wall of the probe rod 121 of the visual probe 120 facing the toothbrush head is provided with a supporting block 131 in a protruding manner, and the supporting block 131 is used for abutting against the toothbrush head 110.
Herein, the probe rod 121 protrudes towards the side wall of the toothbrush head 110 to form a supporting block 131, which can be used for supporting and positioning the toothbrush head 110, so as to prevent the toothbrush head 110 from being deformed too much during vibration, reduce the displacement of the toothbrush head 110, and affect the usability of the toothbrush head 110 and/or the visual probe 120. For example, the brush head 110 is easily detached after a long time.
The supporting block 131 is adapted to abut against the head 110.
In the embodiment of the present application, a gap may be formed between the supporting block 131 and the brush head 110 in a normal state, allowing a certain amount of deformation of the brush head 110; in addition, the supporting block 131 and the head 110 may abut against each other without a gap therebetween, which is not limited in the present application.
Specifically, when the supporting block 131 and the head 110 are abutted against each other, the supporting block 131 may be partially or completely abutted against the side wall of the head 110. For example, the side wall of the toothbrush head 110 facing the supporting block 131 is convexly provided with a positioning block, and the supporting block 131 is partially abutted against the positioning block, so that the contact area between the toothbrush head 110 and the supporting block 131 is reduced as much as possible, the supporting and positioning effects of the supporting block 131 on the toothbrush head 110 can be realized, and the influence of the vibration of the toothbrush head 110 on the visual probe 120 can be reduced to the greatest extent.
Alternatively, the supporting block 131 may be an elastic member in order to buffer the influence of the vibration of the toothbrush head 110 on the visual probe 120.
In addition, the elastic member can prevent the toothbrush head 110 from vibrating during operation to collide with the supporting block 131 to generate loud noise.
In the embodiment of the present application, the elastic member may be rubber, plastic, or other elastic materials, which is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, a first button 301 and a second button 302 are disposed on the toothbrush handle 300, wherein the first button 301 may be used to control the photographing of the visual probe 120 and the on/off of the electric toothbrush, and the second button 302 may be used to adjust the vibration mode of the electric toothbrush.

Alternatively, the shape of the anti-slip threads may be a toothed corrugation, a thread, or the like, which is not limited in this application.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2-4, the toothbrush head 110 includes bristles 111, a bristle mounting base 112, and a detachable portion 113, wherein the bristles 111 are fixedly disposed on the bristle mounting base 112, and the bristle mounting base 112 is located at the top end of the detachable portion 113.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a cover 140 is movably sleeved outside the bristles 111, an opening is formed at one end of the cover 140, an accommodating space 141 is formed inward, and the bristles 111 and the bristle mounting base 112 are accommodated in the accommodating space 141. Thus, when the electric toothbrush is not in use, the cover 140 can prevent foreign matters such as external dust from falling on the bristles 111, or prevent the bristles 111 from touching other objects to be polluted, which is not beneficial to next use.
When it is desired to use the electric toothbrush, the cap 140 can be removed from the top ends of the bristles 111 and bristle mount 112.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the cover 140 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes (not shown).
The moisture on the bristles 111 can be quickly evaporated through the air holes, so that the bristles 111 are prevented from breeding bacteria due to the residual liquid after brushing teeth, the cleanness and the sanitation of the bristles 111 are ensured, and the subsequent use is facilitated.
Alternatively, the cover 140 may be made of a transparent material such as glass, plastic, or resin, and a user may view the condition of the bristles 111 through the transparent cover 140.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the probe rod 121 and the connecting member 200 are made into an integral structure by an integral molding process.
Here, the probe rod 121 and the connector 200 may be manufactured as an integral structure by an integral molding process, thereby allowing the connector 200 to have more reliable mechanical strength. The integral molding process may be, for example, an injection molding process or 3D printing, and the application is not limited thereto.
In this application, electric toothbrush includes the controller, and this controller can set up in the inside of toothbrush handle 300, is connected with the vibrating motor (not shown in the figure) electricity that drives toothbrush head 110 vibrations, and this vibrating motor's output and transfer line 220 fixed connection, the operation that the controller can control vibrating motor, and then vibrating motor will shake and transmit for transfer line 220 to drive toothbrush head 110 vibrations through transfer line 220.
