In order to control the left-right swing of the transmission main rod 400, various control structures can be adopted; in this embodiment, the bottom of the transmission main rod 400 is provided with a U-shaped groove 420, the abutting member 220 is disposed on two sides of the U-shaped groove 420, the abutting member 220 is driven by the gear set 210 to rotate, and the abutting member 220 may be provided with a protrusion to abut against one side of the U-shaped groove 420, so that the U-shaped groove 420 swings under the protrusion abutting to drive the transmission main rod 400 to swing. Meanwhile, the gear set 210 is further configured to drive the abutting member 220 to rotate under the action of the driving motor 100, so that the crankshaft assembly 300 drives the transmission main rod 400 and the driven rod 500 to perform telescopic motion; it will be appreciated that the drive shaft 230 is drivingly connected to the crankshaft assembly 300, and may be drivingly connected to a variety of structures, such as a helical gear mesh.
In one possible design, the crankshaft assembly 300 includes a first crank rod 310, a second crank rod 320, a transmission engaging tooth 330 and two sets of crank rods 340, the first crank rod 310 is connected with the second crank rod 320, the two sets of crank rods 340 are respectively located at two sides of the first crank rod 310 and the second crank rod 320, two sides of the crank rods 340 are respectively connected with the supporting frame 600 through bearings 450, and the transmission engaging tooth 330 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 230;
the transmission main rod 400 is connected with the first curved rod 310, and the driven rod 500 is connected with the second curved rod 320; or the driven lever 500 is connected to the first curved lever 310 and the driving main lever 400 is connected to the second curved lever 320.
In this embodiment, the first crank lever 310 and the second crank lever 320 are connected, the distances from the first crank lever 310 and the second crank lever 320 to the axis of the crank lever 340 may be equal or different, and the crank lever 340 drives the first crank lever 310 and the second crank lever 320 to rotate around the axis of the crank lever 340 when rotating, so as to drive the transmission main lever 400 and the driven lever 500 to reciprocate. The transmission meshing teeth 330 are mainly used for connecting the crankshaft rod 340 with the driving shaft 230 in a transmission way, so that the gear set 210 drives the crankshaft rod 340 to rotate; two groups of crankshaft rods 340 are arranged and mainly play a role in connection, and the crankshaft rods 340 are connected with the support frame 600 through bearings 450, so that the integral stability of the first crank rod 310 and the second crank rod 320 during rotation is guaranteed.
In one possible design, a slot 430 is formed in the middle of the main transmission rod 400, and the first crankshaft is inserted into the slot 430.
The middle of the transmission main rod 400 is provided with a slot 430, so that the abutting piece 220 does not press the first curved rod 310 when abutting against the transmission main rod 400, and drives the transmission main rod 400 to reciprocate when the first curved rod 310 transmits.
In one possible design, the driven rod 500 includes a driven shaft 510 and a driven seat 520 connected to the bottom of the driven shaft 510, the driven seat 520 is opened with a transverse slot 530, the second curved rod 320 is inserted into the transverse slot 530, and the driven rod 500 is disposed in the transmission cavity 410.
By providing the transverse groove 530, the second curved lever 320 is inserted into the transverse groove 530, and the driven shaft 510 is driven to reciprocate when the second curved lever 320 rotates.

Claims (10)

1. An electric brush head, characterized in that it comprises: the device comprises a connecting rod, a mounting seat, a stretching piece, a stretching shaft, a rotating disk and a bristle plate; wherein,
the mounting seat is provided with a circular mounting cavity, the rotating disc is arranged in the circular mounting cavity, the connecting rod is connected with the mounting seat and is provided with a control hole communicated with the circular mounting cavity, the stretching piece is connected with the rotating disc, and the stretching shaft is connected with the stretching piece and then extends outwards through the control hole; the rotary disk is close to the one end of circular installation cavity opening part is equipped with the connecting piece, the one end of brush hair board is located circular installation intracavity and block in the opening part of circular installation cavity, just the brush hair board passes through the connecting piece with the rotary disk is connected.
2. The powered brushhead of claim 1, wherein the tension shaft is made of a flexible material.
3. The powered brush head of claim 1 wherein the outer peripheral edge of the rotating disk engages the inner wall of the circular mounting cavity and the bristle plate, respectively.
4. The electric toothbrush head of claim 3, wherein the connecting member includes one or more recesses, the bristle plate defines a male strip that mates with the recess, and the bristle plate is coupled to the rotary disk via engagement between the male and recess.
5. The electric toothbrush head of claim 4, wherein the bristle plate is provided with an annular buckle near the opening of the circular mounting cavity, and the annular buckle is used for inwards abutting against the bristle plate arranged in the circular mounting cavity, so that the bristle plate is attached to the rotating disk.
6. The electric brush head of claim 4, further comprising a water stop ring disposed in a gap between the bristle plate and the mount.
7. A multi-functional electric toothbrush comprising a handle, a control board, a stem, a battery pack, a transmission structure and an electric brush head as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6; wherein,
the battery assembly, the control main board and the transmission structure are arranged in the inner cavity of the brush handle, and the transmission structure comprises a driving motor, a gear assembly, a crankshaft assembly, a transmission main rod, a driven rod and a support frame; the driving motor, the gear assembly and the crankshaft assembly are all connected with the support frame, the transmission main rod is provided with a transmission cavity, the driven rod penetrates through the transmission cavity, the driving motor drives the crankshaft assembly to rotate through the gear assembly, so that the crankshaft assembly drives the transmission main rod and the driven rod to move in a telescopic mode, one end, far away from the battery assembly, of the driven rod is connected with the stretching shaft, and the brush rod is connected with the connecting rod; the bottom of the transmission main rod is connected with the gear assembly, and the gear assembly is further used for driving the transmission main rod to swing left and right; the battery component is electrically connected with the driving motor, and the brush rod is sleeved at one end of the transmission main rod, which is far away from the brush handle.

The multifunctional electric toothbrush according to claim 7, wherein a telescopic opening is formed in an end of the brush handle away from the battery assembly, an end of the brush rod is arranged in the telescopic opening, a silicone sleeve is arranged on an end of the brush rod facing the battery assembly, the periphery of the silicone sleeve is connected with the brush handle, and the silicone sleeve is used for sealing the telescopic opening.
