In the related art, the travel case generally serves only a receiving function and does not provide a charging function, and as shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, one end of the lower cap assembly 200 is provided with a charging assembly for charging the toothbrush handle 20, and the charging assembly is at least partially hermetically disposed inside the lower cap assembly 200.
In some embodiments, the charging assembly includes a charging coil 510, a charging motherboard 520, a Type-C waterproof female socket 530, and a Type-C cradle 540. The charging coil 510 is used for charging the toothbrush handle 20, the charging main board 520 is electrically connected with the Type-C waterproof socket 530 and the charging coil 510, respectively, and when the Type-C waterproof socket 530 is connected with an external power supply, the toothbrush handle 20 can be powered through the charging main board 520 and the charging coil 510. Charging motherboard 520 and Type-C waterproof female socket 530 are fixedly connected to lower cover assembly 200 by Type-C bracket 540. For example, through holes are formed in the charging main board 520 and the Type-C bracket 540, screw holes are formed in the lower cover inner case 220 of the lower cover assembly 200, and screws 541 pass through the through holes of the Type-C bracket 540 and the charging main board 520 and then are mounted in the screw holes, so that the charging main board 520 and the Type-C waterproof female socket 530 are fixed.
In order to improve the waterproof performance of the charging assembly, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the lower cover assembly 200 is formed with a first cavity 201 corresponding to the toothbrush handle 20, and the charging coil 510 is hermetically mounted to the first cavity 201 through a sealant 570; and/or, the lower cover assembly 200 is formed with a second cavity 202, and the charging main board 520 and the Type-C waterproof female socket 530 are hermetically mounted to the second cavity 202. The sealant 570 may be any suitable glue, such as AB glue, and will not be described herein.
The waterproof working principle is introduced: as shown in fig. 8, the charging assembly is mounted in the first cavity 201 (e.g. the shaded area on the right side) of the inner shell 210 with two screws 541, and then the AB glue is encapsulated in the first cavity 201, the charging main board 520 is completely wrapped by the AB glue, and the glue-encapsulating height reaches the middle of the LED lamp 560 as shown in the glue-encapsulating area on the upper surface of the sealant 570 in fig. 9, so that the operation of the LED lamp 560 is not affected. In order to seal the charging coil 510 against water, as in the second cavity 202 of fig. 8, after the charging coil 510 is installed, AB glue may be filled to seal. The charging coil 510, the TYPE-C waterproof female seat 530, the TYPE-C bracket 540 and the like are also wrapped by AB glue; the charging assembly of the travel box is formed to be locally waterproof. The charging function of the travel box is prevented from being damaged by water inflow in the carrying and using processes.
Optionally, the travel box further includes a first fastener 610 and a second fastener 620 that are fastened to two ends of the lower cover assembly 200, the lower cover assembly 200 is formed with a first opening 211, the type-C waterproof female seat 530 is disposed in the first opening 211, a sealing member 550 is disposed between the second fastener 620 and the lower cover assembly 200, and the sealing member 550 is disposed around the circumference of the first opening 211, so as to seal between the second fastener 620 and the lower cover assembly 200. The lower cover assembly 200 includes a lower cover outer shell 210 and a lower cover inner shell 220 mounted inside the lower cover outer shell 210, the first opening 211 may be disposed at an end of the lower cover outer shell 210, the charging interface end of the Type-C waterproof female base 530 passes through the positioning hole on the lower cover inner shell 220 and then is exposed to the first opening 211, and the sealing member 550 is enclosed between the charging interface end of the Type-C waterproof female base 530 and a circumference of the first opening 211, and seals between the second fastener 620 and the lower cover outer shell 210, so as to further improve a waterproof performance of the charging assembly inside the lower cover assembly 200.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the second fastening member 620 is formed with a second opening 621 corresponding to the first opening 211, and the second opening 621 is detachably mounted with a sealing plug 630. Besides the AB glue filling waterproof design, the second opening 621 of the travel box is detachably provided with the sealing plug 630, so that the travel box has dustproof and waterproof sealing functions, and meanwhile has a waterproof function of a certain level, the sealing plug is matched with a sealing piece, the IPX4 level waterproof can be achieved, the peripheral splashing is prevented, and a large amount of water is prevented from entering the charging interface end to damage the charging assembly. It should be noted that the sealing plug 630 includes, but is not limited to, a silicone plug, and may be a plug made of other materials.
Wherein, the charging assembly is located between the lower cover inner case 220 and the lower cover outer case 210, and is located at a side of the second receiving part 222 remote from the groove part 223, and can wirelessly charge the toothbrush handle 20 of the electric toothbrush. The charging assembly may include a charging coil 510, a charging motherboard 520, a Type-C waterproof female socket 530, and a Type-C bracket 540, wherein the charging motherboard 520 and the Type-C waterproof female socket 530 are welded with the charging coil 510, and the Type-C bracket 540 is used for fixedly connecting the Type-C waterproof female socket 530 to the lower cover inner case 220. The travel box further includes a first fastening part 610 and a second fastening part 620, wherein the lower cover case 210 is formed with a first opening 211, the second fastening part 620 is formed with a second opening 621, the charging interface end of the Type-C waterproof female socket extends to the first opening 211, and sealing between the Type-C waterproof female socket 530 and the circumference of the first opening 211 is achieved through a sealing member 550 to improve waterproof performance, and in addition, a sealing plug 630 for sealing the second opening 621 is further provided at the outer side of the second opening 621. The sealing plug 630 may be internally attached to the seal 550, which cooperate to achieve better sealing performance.
In some embodiments, the lower cover inner case 220 may be made of transparent material, and the charging motherboard 520 is provided with LED lamps 560 for displaying the charging status.
The travel box part of the present disclosure comprises the following components and connection modes:
the charging main board 520, the Type-C waterproof female seat 530 and the charging coil 510 are welded together, the Type-C waterproof female seat 530 is sleeved into the positioning hole of the travel box lower cover shell 210, the Type-C waterproof female seat 530 is clamped tightly by the Type-C bracket 540, the charging main board and the Type-C waterproof female seat are locked by the screw 541 or the screw, and finally the charging main board and the charging coil are encapsulated together and sealed by the AB glue.
Four magnets (first magnetic attraction pieces 410) are respectively arranged at the corresponding positions (such as the second mounting parts 225) of the inner shell 220 of the lower cover, glue is dispensed, and the other magnets (second magnetic attraction pieces 420) are arranged at the corresponding positions (such as the first mounting parts 122) of the inner shell 120 of the upper cover, so that glue is also dispensed and fixed.
The lower and upper inner shells 220 and 120 are placed in the jig, and then inelastic fiber cloth is adhered to the sides of the lower and upper inner shells 220 and 120.
The lower cap inner case 220 is fastened into the lower cap outer case 210, and the sealing member 550, the first fastening member 610, the second fastening member 620, and the sealing plug 630 are respectively installed.
Finally, the upper cover outer shell 110 is fastened on the upper cover inner shell 120, so that the assembly is completed, the part of the tundish cloth (namely the flexible connecting piece 300, such as inelastic fiber cloth) is not integrally seen after the cover is closed, and the rotating part is designed in a hidden manner.
The travel box disclosed by the disclosure is characterized in that the U-shaped groove 121 and the protruding positioning structure are designed on the upper cover and the lower cover, as shown in fig. 5, the inner end surface of the U-shaped groove 121 of the upper cover assembly 100 is in contact fit with the outer end surface of the U-shaped protrusion 221 of the lower cover assembly 200, so that when the upper cover assembly 100 and the lower cover assembly 200 are completely attached, the upper cover assembly 100 cannot move back and forth relative to the lower cover assembly 200, and the inelastic fiber cloth is matched to serve as a flip connecting structure and a magnetic attraction cover design of the upper cover and the lower cover assembly 200, so that the effect that the upper cover and the lower cover of the travel box are tightly matched all around after the cover is closed, and the gap between the cover is almost zero is achieved, as shown in the transverse and longitudinal sectional views of fig. 3 and 4. Meanwhile, the front surface of the upper cover and the front surface of the lower cover realize no step, and the surface is smooth.
The implementation process and the working principle of the travel box disclosed by the disclosure are as follows:
after the travel box is assembled, the toothbrush head 10 and the toothbrush handle 20 are put into the corresponding positions of the travel box, namely the first accommodating part 224 and the second accommodating part 222, in sequence, and then the cover is closed, as shown in fig. 2. The first containing parts 224 are respectively arranged on the inner shell 220 of the lower cover of the travel box, the second containing parts 222 which are similar to the external dimensions of the brush heads and used for placing the brush heads and positioning the handle bodies of the toothbrush handles 20 are arranged on the right side, the groove parts 223 corresponding to the motor shafts are arranged on the left side, and the functions of positioning the centers of the handle bodies of the toothbrushes and positioning the placing heights are achieved; through two location settings can convenient and fast accomodate toothbrush brush head 10 and toothbrush handle 20 and do not interfere each other to in carrying the in-process, the problem such as shake and collision can not appear in toothbrush brush head 10 and toothbrush handle 20.
Secondly, pressing one end of the inelastic fiber cloth into the middle of the upper cover outer shell 110 and the upper cover inner shell 120 through a wrapping process, pressing the other end of the inelastic fiber cloth into the middle of the lower cover inner shell 220 and the lower cover outer shell 210, and fixing the inelastic fiber cloth by glue; functioning to connect the upper and lower cap assemblies 200 and the flip cover. When the traveling box is turned over, the upper cover can be turned over 180 degrees easily through the connection of fiber cloth, and no interference occurs. Simultaneously, the closing cover adopts a magnetic attraction action, magnets are respectively arranged at four positioning points of the inner shell 220 of the upper cover and the lower cover, and the magnets are firmly adhered by glue; in the closing process, the upper cover and the lower cover are easily closed under the action of magnetic force only by slightly poking.
The travel box is provided with the wireless coil charging device at the right end, namely the bottom end of the toothbrush handle 20, and the charging assembly is provided with IPX 7-level waterproof locally, so that the problem of charging the electric toothbrush during travel is solved for a user.
In conclusion, the design of the travel box effectively solves the problems that the electric toothbrush is inconvenient to carry in the scenes of travel, business trip and the like, the cleaning of the brush head cannot be ensured, or the electric toothbrush is easy to touch by mistake and collide in the carrying process. The travel box is connected through a middle wrapping process, namely, connection of inelastic flexible pieces is achieved, hidden design is achieved through the connection portion, meanwhile, accurate positioning design is achieved, the upper cover assembly 100 and the lower cover assembly 200 can be guaranteed to be accurately reset when being opened and closed, and requirements of no level difference and no seam in appearance are achieved. Meanwhile, a wireless charging function is provided for the electric toothbrush, so that the endurance anxiety of the electric toothbrush is solved for long-distance travel users, meanwhile, the electric toothbrush has the local waterproof function of the charging assembly, and the problem that the charging assembly of the travel box is damaged due to accidental water inflow is avoided.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure within the scope of the technical concept of the present disclosure, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction. The various possible combinations are not described further in this disclosure in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
Moreover, any combination between the various embodiments of the present disclosure is possible as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure, which should also be construed as the disclosure of the present disclosure.

Claims (16)

1. A travel box, comprising:
an upper cover assembly (100) including a first positioning portion; and
the lower cover assembly (200), the first side of lower cover assembly (200) rotationally connect in the first side of upper cover assembly (100) makes upper cover assembly (100) can rotate with respect to lower cover assembly (200) in order to realize travel box's opening and closure, lower cover assembly (200) include holding portion with the corresponding second location portion of first location portion, when travel box is closed, first location portion with the cooperation of second location portion, the second location portion carries out guiding location to first location portion, makes upper cover assembly's (100) second side with the second side of lower cover assembly (200) can the cooperation be connected.

The travel box according to claim 1, wherein the first positioning portion is configured as one of a U-shaped groove (121) and a U-shaped protrusion (221), and the second positioning portion is configured as the other of the U-shaped groove (121) and the U-shaped protrusion (221), the U-shaped protrusion (221) corresponding to the U-shaped groove (121) and being capable of being mated to achieve positioning.
3. The travel box according to claim 1, further comprising a flexible connection member (300), wherein the flexible connection member (300) is connected to the upper cover assembly (100) and the lower cover assembly (200), respectively, and a rotation portion is formed at one side of the upper cover assembly (100) and the lower cover assembly (200), such that the upper cover assembly (100) and the lower cover assembly (200) can be rotated about the rotation portion as a rotation axis, thereby achieving opening and closing of the travel box.
4. A travel box according to claim 3, characterized in that the flexible connection (300) is constructed as an inelastic fiber cloth.
5. The travel box according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the upper cover assembly (100) comprises an upper cover outer housing (110) and an upper cover inner housing (120) connected within the upper cover outer housing (110);
the lower cover assembly (200) comprises a lower cover outer shell (210) and a lower cover inner shell (220) arranged in the lower cover outer shell (210), one end of the flexible connecting piece (300) is fixed between the upper cover outer shell (110) and the upper cover inner shell (120), and the other end of the flexible connecting piece is fixed between the lower cover outer shell (210) and the lower cover inner shell (220).
6. The travel box according to claim 1, characterized in that a locking structure is provided between the upper cover assembly (100) and the lower cover assembly (200), the locking structure being used for locking between the upper cover assembly (100) and the lower cover assembly (200) that are closed.

The travel box according to claim 6, wherein the locking structure comprises a first magnetic attraction member (410) provided on the upper cover assembly (100) and a second magnetic attraction member (420) provided on the lower cover assembly (200) and corresponding to the first magnetic attraction member (410) and capable of attracting each other.
8. The travel box of claim 7, wherein the first magnetic attraction member (410) and the second magnetic attraction member (420) are each plural and in one-to-one correspondence.
9. The travel box of claim 8, wherein a plurality of said first magnetic attraction members (410) are spaced apart on a second side of said upper cover assembly (100) and a plurality of said second magnetic attraction members (420) are spaced apart on a second side of said lower cover assembly (200);
alternatively, the plurality of first magnetic attraction pieces (410) are arranged on the first side and the second side of the upper cover assembly (100) at intervals, and the plurality of second magnetic attraction pieces (420) are arranged on the first side and the second side of the lower cover assembly (200) at intervals.
10. The travel box according to claim 9, wherein a plurality of first mounting portions (122) are formed on the second side of the upper cover assembly (100), the first magnetic attraction pieces (410) are fixedly arranged on the first mounting portions (122), a plurality of second mounting portions (225) corresponding to the plurality of first mounting portions (122) are formed on the second side of the lower cover assembly (200), and the second magnetic attraction pieces (420) are fixedly arranged on the second mounting portions (225).
11. The travel box according to claim 1, wherein the receiving parts include a first receiving part (224) for fixing a toothbrush head (10) and a second receiving part (222) for fixing a toothbrush handle (20), and one end of the lower cover assembly (200) is further provided with a groove part (223) for fixing a motor shaft of the toothbrush handle (20);
wherein the first receiving portion (224) is located below the second receiving portion (222).
12. The travel box according to claim 1, wherein one end of the lower cover assembly (200) is provided with a charging assembly for charging the toothbrush handle (20), and the charging assembly is at least partially sealed inside the lower cover assembly (200).
13. The travel box of claim 12, wherein the charging assembly comprises a charging coil (510), a charging motherboard (520), a Type-C waterproof female socket (530), and a Type-C cradle (540);
charging motherboard (520) respectively with waterproof female seat of Type-C (530) with charging coil (510) electricity is connected, charging motherboard (520) with waterproof female seat of Type-C (530) are passed through Type-C support (540) fixed connection in lower lid subassembly (200).
14. The travel case of claim 13, wherein the lower cover assembly (200) is formed with a first cavity (201) corresponding to the toothbrush handle (20), the charging coil (510) being sealingly mounted to the first cavity (201) by a sealant (570);
and/or, the lower cover assembly (200) is formed with a second cavity (202), and the charging main board (520) and the Type-C waterproof female seat (530) are mounted in the second cavity (202) in a sealing manner.

The travel box according to claim 14, further comprising a first fastener (610) and a second fastener (620) fastened to two ends of the lower cover assembly (200), wherein the lower cover assembly (200) is formed with a first opening (211), the Type-C waterproof socket (530) is disposed in the first opening (211), a sealing member (550) is disposed between the second fastener (620) and the lower cover assembly (200), and the sealing member (550) is disposed around a circumference of the first opening (211) to seal between the second fastener (620) and the lower cover assembly (200).
16. The travel box according to claim 15, characterized in that the second fastening member (620) is formed with a second opening (621) corresponding to the first opening (211), the second opening (621) being detachably mounted with a sealing plug (630).
