The soft package battery packaging film sticking machine is characterized by comprising a top side sealing device for packaging soft package batteries, a film sticking device for sticking films to the soft package batteries, a conveying device for conveying the batteries, a transfer device for taking the batteries away from the conveying device, a transferring device for transferring the batteries and a discharging device, wherein the transfer device, the film sticking device, the transferring device and the discharging device are arranged on a machine table; the top side sealing device comprises a chassis, a turntable mechanism arranged on the chassis, a plurality of battery jigs uniformly arranged on the turntable mechanism and used for fixing batteries, a first sealing mechanism, a second sealing mechanism, a third sealing mechanism and a testing mechanism which are arranged around the turntable mechanism, and a carrying mechanism used for carrying the batteries from the battery jigs to the conveying device; the six stations are arranged around the turntable mechanism and comprise a feeding station, a first packaging station, a second packaging station, a third packaging station, a testing station and a discharging station, wherein the first packaging mechanism is arranged at the first packaging station, the second packaging mechanism is arranged at the second packaging station, the third packaging mechanism is arranged at the third packaging station, the testing mechanism is arranged at the testing station, and the carrying mechanism is arranged at the discharging station.

The soft package battery packaging film sticking machine according to claim 1, further comprising a flaring device for flaring the soft package battery, wherein the flaring device comprises a flaring jig arranged on the machine table, a flaring bracket arranged on the machine table, a flaring cylinder arranged on the flaring bracket and a flaring piece connected with the output end of the flaring cylinder.

The flexible battery package film sticking machine according to claim 2, wherein the transfer device comprises a transfer linear module arranged on the machine table, a transfer plate connected with the transfer linear module, a first transfer mechanism arranged on the transfer plate and used for moving batteries from the transfer device to the film sticking device, a second transfer mechanism arranged on the transfer plate and used for transferring batteries from the film sticking device to the flaring device, and a third transfer mechanism used for transferring batteries from the flaring device to the discharging device.

The flexible battery packaging film sticking machine according to claim 3, wherein the film sticking device comprises a fixing plate arranged on the machine table, a first film sticking mechanism and a second film sticking mechanism which are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixing plate, and the first film sticking mechanism and the second film sticking mechanism are symmetrically arranged with the fixing plate as a reference.

The flexible battery package film sticking machine according to claim 4, wherein two first transfer mechanisms and two second transfer mechanisms are provided, one of the second transfer mechanisms is movably connected with the transfer plate, and a transfer cylinder for driving the second transfer mechanism to move is provided on the transfer plate.

The soft package battery packaging film sticking machine according to claim 1, further comprising a code spraying mechanism for spraying codes on the battery and a code scanning mechanism for scanning codes on the battery; the code spraying mechanism comprises a code spraying support and a code spraying gun arranged on the code spraying support, and the code spraying gun is positioned above the conveying device.
7. The flexible battery packaging film sticking machine according to claim 6, wherein the code scanning mechanism comprises a code scanning bracket arranged on the conveying device, and a code scanning gun arranged on the code scanning bracket and positioned above the conveying device.
8. The pouch battery pack laminator of claim 1, wherein the conveyor includes a conveyor frame, a conveyor belt disposed on the conveyor frame, and a conveyor drive mechanism disposed on the conveyor frame for driving the conveyor belt.

The flexible battery packaging film sticking machine according to claim 1, wherein the transfer device comprises a transfer linear module arranged on the machine table, a transfer moving plate connected with the transfer linear module, a first transfer cylinder arranged on the transfer moving plate, a second transfer cylinder connected with an output end of the first transfer cylinder, a transfer support connected with an output end of the second transfer cylinder, and a plurality of suction nozzles arranged on the transfer support.
10. The soft package battery packaging film sticking machine according to claim 1, wherein a temporary storage mechanism for temporarily storing the soft package battery and a defective product box for placing defective products are arranged on the machine table.
