Wherein the vacuum sucker is made of foam rubber, nitrile rubber or silicon rubber. Preferably, the vacuum chuck is made of vacuum sponge. The vacuum sponge has good flexibility and plasticity, and can fully contact with the uneven surface of an object, so that the workpiece can be effectively adsorbed.

Referring to fig. 2, the inner wall of the vacuum tank 01, which is close to the notch, is provided with a step structure 111, and the vacuum chuck 200 is abutted against the step surface of the step structure 111, so that the vacuum chuck 200 cannot continue to move toward the bottom of the vacuum tank 01.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the vacuum chuck 200 is in interference fit connection with the inner wall of the vacuum tank 01 adjacent to the slot opening. The connecting mode has simple structure and large bearing capacity.
In an alternative of this embodiment, an adhesive layer is provided between the vacuum chuck and the step surface, the adhesive layer comprising an adhesive, such as styrene-butadiene rubber. The adhesion layer can further promote the firmness of connection between the vacuum chuck and the inner wall of the vacuum groove.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the side wall 110 of the vacuum tank 01 is provided with an opening 02, the opening 02 being in sealing connection with the inlet of the vacuum generating device. Preferably, the opening 02 is fitted with a vacuum air connection 400, the vacuum air connection 400 being used for connection to a vacuum generating device.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the vacuum chuck 200 is provided with a through hole 03 penetrating in the depth direction of the vacuum tank 01, and the through hole 03 communicates with the chamber of the vacuum tank 01. The through hole 03 serves to communicate the inside of the workpiece 300 with the vacuum tank 01, and when the vacuum tank 01 is evacuated by the vacuum generating device, air in the vacuum chuck 200 and the inside of the workpiece 300 is extracted, thereby allowing the workpiece 300 to be sucked to the surface of the vacuum chuck 200.
It is understood that the shape and number of the through holes are not limited in the present application, and specifically the design is performed according to the material and the adsorption requirement of the vacuum chuck.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the vacuum generating means comprises a vacuum solenoid valve. The vacuum electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the start and stop of the vacuum generating device. The specific type of the vacuum generating device is not limited in this application. Preferably, the vacuum generating device is a vacuum generator, and compared with a vacuum pump, the vacuum generator has a simple structure and a smaller volume.

the base is provided with a vacuum groove;
the vacuum chuck is arranged at the notch of the vacuum groove, the vent hole of the vacuum chuck is communicated with the vacuum groove, and the surface of the vacuum chuck, which is away from the vacuum groove, is used for adsorbing a workpiece;
the vacuum generating device is communicated with the vacuum groove;
the vacuum generating device is used for vacuumizing the vacuum groove to enable the vacuum sucker to adsorb the workpiece.

6. The fixture of claim 5, wherein the opening is provided with a vacuum air fitting for connecting to the vacuum generating device.
7. The fixture of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the vacuum chuck is provided with a through hole penetrating in a depth direction of the vacuum tank, the through hole being in communication with a chamber of the vacuum tank.
8. The fixture of claim 7, wherein the vacuum chuck is made of foam rubber, nitrile rubber or silicone rubber.
9. The fixture of claim 7, wherein the vacuum generating device comprises a vacuum solenoid valve.
10. An active focusing device comprising a fixture according to any one of claims 1-9.
