Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of charging, in particular to a fixing device for a charging pile and a charging system.

With the development of science and technology, the application range of the movable robot is wider and wider, such as entertainment, carrying, cleaning, goods sorting and the like. Preferably, each suction cup is detachably and fixedly arranged on the second surface of the support base through a fixing flange and a first bolt respectively,
when each sucker is fixedly connected with the second surface of the supporting seat, the second surface of the supporting seat seals the inner cavity,
when each sucker is separated from the second surface of the supporting seat, the internal air pressure of the inner cavity is consistent with the external air pressure.

The present application is described below based on examples, but the present application is not limited to only these examples. In the following detailed description of the present application, certain specific details are set forth in detail. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced without these specific details. Well-known methods, procedures, and procedures have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the present application. The figures are not necessarily drawn to scale.

Or, a positive contact and a negative contact (not shown in the figure) are arranged on the front surface of the charging pile 20, when the mobile robot needs to be charged, the mobile robot moves to the position of the charging pile 20, the positive contact on the charging pile 20 is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the onboard power supply of the mobile robot, and the negative contact is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the onboard power supply of the mobile robot, so that the onboard power supply is charged.
The charging post 20 is mounted at the bottom or side thereof to the upper surface of the fixing device 10. In some embodiments, the bottom of the charging pile 20 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the fixing device 10, before the charging pile is installed, negative pressure is formed between the suction cup at the bottom of the fixing device 10 and the ground by pressing to fix the fixing device on the ground, then the fixing device 10 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the charging pile 20, and finally the charging pile 20 is fixed on the ground. In addition, the installation position of the fixing device 10 on the charging pile 20 is not limited by the embodiment of the present application, and a person skilled in the art may select the installation position of the fixing device 10 on the charging pile 20 according to specific situations. For convenience of description, the fixing device is installed at the bottom of the charging pile as an example.
As a non-limiting example, the fixing device 10 comprises a support base 11, a plurality of suction cups 12, a fixing flange 13 and a sealing ring 14.
The supporting seat 11 includes the first surface and the second surface that carry on the back mutually, fills electric pile 20 fixed mounting in the first surface of supporting seat 11. Furthermore, a groove is formed in the connecting position of the supporting seat 11, which is located on the plurality of suckers 12, and a sealing ring 14 is arranged in the groove to realize airtightness of the connecting position.
In this embodiment, when assembling the fixing device 10, the sealing ring 14 is first adhered to the groove of the support base 11 by an adhesive, then the support base 11, the suction cup 12 and the fixing flange 13 are connected together by the bolt 15, and finally the sealing ring 14 is compressed to achieve airtightness at the connection position. The fixture 10 is then compressed by an external force to close the cavity between the suction cup 12 and the ground. When the internal air pressure in the inner cavity is smaller than the external air pressure, the fixing device 10 is fixed on the ground, and then the charging pile 20 is mounted on the first surface of the supporting seat 11 through the bolt 17, as shown in fig. 3. When the charging pile 20 needs to be removed, the bolt 17 is firstly removed to take away the charging pile 20, then the bolt 15 between the support seat 11 and the suction disc 12 and the fixing flange 13 is removed, the air tightness of the connection position of the suction disc 12 and the support seat 11 is damaged, so that the internal air pressure in the inner cavity is consistent with the external air pressure, the suction force of the suction disc 12 and the ground is reduced, and then the fixing device 10 can be removed from the ground.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a charging system according to a second embodiment of the present application.
In an alternative embodiment, the fixing device 10 further comprises a plurality of suction channels 18, each suction channel being located at the connection point of the support seat 11 with a respective suction cup 12 and extending through the support seat 11 to communicate with a respective inner cavity, so as to provide a discharge passage for the gas contained in said inner cavity. When the fixing device 10 is installed, a vacuum pump can be used for extracting air in the sucker through the air suction channel, sufficient negative pressure in the sucker is guaranteed, and the sucker is reliably fixed to the ground.
In the above embodiment, the support base 11 and the fixing flange 13 may be integrally machined by alloy steel. The suction cup 12 and the sealing ring 14 are various in types, such as rubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane, and the like. Among them, the suction cup made of rubber can be operated at a high temperature, the suction cup made of silicon rubber is very suitable for sucking a plane having a rough surface, and the suction cup made of polyurethane is very durable.

the suckers (12) are fixed on the second surface of the supporting seat (11), each sucker (12) is respectively contacted with a supporting plane to form an inner cavity, and when the internal air pressure of the inner cavity is lower than the external air pressure, the suckers (12) are adsorbed on the supporting plane to fix the supporting seat (11) with the supporting plane; and
a plurality of grooves, each groove is arranged at the connecting position of the supporting seat and the corresponding sucker, a sealing ring (14) is arranged in each groove, the sealing rings (14) are used for realizing the air tightness of the connecting positions,
the suckers (12) are detachably and fixedly arranged on the second surface of the supporting seat (11) through fixing flanges (13) and first bolts (15), and when the first bolts (15) are separated from the fixing flanges (13), the air tightness of the inner cavity is broken.
5.
