It will be appreciated that the automatic meal dispenser 100 is typically located in or near an office building and may be selected as one of the early, middle and late meals of the office worker due to the meal particulars of the automatic meal dispenser 100 of the present application. Of course, the meal selling machine can also be placed in a market place or other places where the need exists, and the food selling machine is not limited in this regard. In this embodiment, the automatic meal selling machine 100 includes a casing 10, the casing 10 including a housing 11 and a partition plate 13 provided therein, the housing 11 being formed with a receiving space for protecting components provided therein. Specifically, the housing 11 includes a bottom shell 117, a top shell, and a side shell plate connecting the bottom shell 117 and the top shell, where the structure of the side shell plate may be different according to the shape of the housing 11, and the shape of the housing 11 is taken as a cuboid here as an example, and the bottom shell 117 and the top shell are both rectangular and vertically disposed on the ground, so as to ensure the largest surface area for storing the food. The side case plate includes a front panel (not shown), a rear panel 111, and a left side plate 113 and a right side plate 115 connecting the front panel and the rear panel 111 facing the front panel, and the left side plate 113 corresponds to the left hand of the user and the right side plate 115 corresponds to the right hand of the user. Of course, in other embodiments, the casing 10 may be configured as a cylinder or an irregular shape to achieve a certain aesthetic effect. It will be appreciated that in order to store the meal items in the food storage rack 30 of the housing 10 prior to vending, the housing 10 may be provided with a meal item storage door (not shown) which may be a front panel or a rear panel 111 which is rotated to open the meal item storage door to store the meal items on the food storage rack 30. Of course, in order to facilitate the user to take a meal, a meal outlet (not shown) is provided on the front panel. Here, the material of the casing 10 may be metal or alloy, for example, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc., and has high structural strength, good corrosion resistance, and a certain dead weight to ensure the stability of the automatic meal selling machine 100. Optionally, a side of the housing 11 is a door for storing meal, and a meal outlet is formed on the door for storing meal. Optionally, to enhance the mouthfeel and eating experience, the automatic meal dispenser 100 also includes a heating assembly 50 to heat the meal. In this way, the heated meal is packaged by the packaging device 80, so that the meal can be prevented from being scalded.
And the partition plate 13 of the cabinet 10 is coupled to the inner wall of the housing 11 in order to reasonably arrange the receiving space. In addition, in order to facilitate the placing of meals, the outer circumferential surface of the meal storage rack 30 communicates with the accommodation space, that is, the storage space 30a communicates with the refrigerating area 10b, and when the door for storing meals is opened, the placing of meals can be performed through the opening through which the storage space 30a communicates with the refrigerating area 10 b. The meal taking assembly 70 is operative to take the meal at the corresponding storage space 30a under control and then transport the meal to the heating zone 10a for heating, so that it moves back and forth between the cold and heating zones 10b and 10 a.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an alternative embodiment, in order to reduce the difficulty of taking a meal, the meal taking assembly 70 includes a meal storing member 71 and a meal pushing member 73, the meal storing member 71 is in a disc shape or a flat plate shape, and the meal supplying member is placed, and the meal storing member 71 is disposed in the meal taking channel 30b, so that the space shape of the meal taking channel 30b matches the space shape of the meal storing member 71. The meal taking channel 30b is communicated with the storage space 30a, namely, the meal can enter the meal storing part 71 in the meal taking channel 30b from the storage space 30 a. The meal pushing member 73 is disposed at an opening side of the storage space 30a away from the meal taking passage 30b, and is capable of moving telescopically. When a meal is to be taken, the meal can be stretched into the storage space 30a through the opening of the storage space 30a away from the meal taking channel 30b, and pushed onto the meal storage member 71, thereby completing the meal taking. The meal pushing part 73 is arranged on one side of the meal storage frame 30 and is in a contracted state under normal conditions, and does not occupy excessive space, so that space is effectively saved, the structure is simplified, the control is convenient, and the meal taking efficiency and the meal taking success rate are improved.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to further simplify the structure, the meal pushing member 73 is fixed on the inner wall of the casing 10, and the meal pushing member 73 is movably arranged in the vertical direction, so that the meal pushing member 73 can be moved to a position corresponding to a different storage space 30a, when the meal storing member 71 is also corresponding to the storage space 30a to be flush with the storage space, the meal can be pushed onto the meal storing member 71, and meal taking of the meal in the storage space 30a of a different layer in the vertical direction is completed, so that the use of the meal pushing member 73 is reduced, the occupation of the space is further reduced, the structure is simplified, and the volume is reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to further facilitate taking and placing of the meal, the meal storage rack 30 is configured to be rotatable circumferentially with respect to the casing 10, specifically, a member for driving the meal storage rack 30 to rotate may be provided on the partition plate 13, and a rotating shaft or a turntable is provided at the bottom of the meal storage rack 30 to rotate under the driving of the driving member, and the driving member may be located in the electric control area 10c, so that the controller 93 may conveniently control the same. Referring again to fig. 3 and 4, in an alternative embodiment, the dish storage members 71 are disc-shaped to facilitate rotation of the dish storage rack 30. In order to realize the vertical movement of the meal taking assembly 71, the meal taking assembly 70 further comprises a first driving member 75, and the meal taking assembly 71 is driven by the driving shaft of the first driving member 75 to realize the vertical movement. The meal taking assembly 70 further comprises two screw rods 77, wherein the screw rods 77 are respectively connected to the periphery of the meal storing member 71 and located on the same diameter of the meal storing member 71 so as to ensure the moving stability of the meal storing member 71. The first driving member 75 may be mounted on the top case, the screw rod 77 penetrates through the heating area and the refrigerating area 10b, the meal storage member 71 is connected with the screw rod 77 in a threaded fit manner, when the two screw rods 77 rotate synchronously in the forward direction, the meal storage member 71 is driven to move downwards, when the motor rotates reversely, the meal storage member 71 is driven to move upwards, and the meal is sent to the heating assembly 50 for heating treatment.
Here, the automatic meal selling machine 100 of the present application mainly aims at conventional flavor snacks, such as Chinese hamburgers or cold noodles, and the package structure is generally round, so that the pushing part is set to be a cambered surface towards the surface of the meal storage rack 30, and the outer edge of the meal can be well wrapped, thereby ensuring that the meal smoothly enters the meal storage piece 71.
Referring to fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, the meal storage rack 30 includes a storage tray 31 and a support rod 33, where the storage tray 31 is configured to ensure stability of placing the meal without falling. The specific shape of the storage tray 31 may be circular, matching the cylindrical meal access channel 30b, so as to increase the volume of each storage space 30 a. According to normal size vending machine, in order to guarantee the quantity of meals, and according to the volume of the meals, the number of storage discs 31 should be at least two, optionally, the number of storage discs 31 is 10-32, so as to guarantee a larger storage quantity, so as to improve the purchasing experience. The support rods 33 are arranged to space at least two storage trays 31 to form a storage space 30a for placing the meal, and connect the storage trays 31 together to facilitate taking the meal.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, a meal access hole is formed in the center of each storage tray 31, so as to form a meal access channel 30b extending in the vertical direction. The plurality of support rods 33 are distributed on the periphery of the storage disc 31, so that a stable support can be provided while the connection effect is realized. And the supporting rods 33 extend towards the center direction of the storage tray 31, and a storage space 30a can be defined between two adjacent supporting rods 33 and two adjacent storage trays 31, so that the meal pushing member 73 can push the meal along the extending direction of the two supporting plates, and the meal taking accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment, in order to further increase the storage capacity of the automatic meal selling machine 100, a plurality of meal storage racks 30, for example, two, three or more than three meal storage racks 30 are arranged side by side, and due to the special arrangement of the meal taking assemblies 70, the meal taking assemblies 70 are also arranged in a plurality of meal storage racks 30 and are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, that is, the meal taking channels 30b of the meal storage racks 30 are respectively provided with a movably arranged meal storage member 71, and the casing 10 is provided with a meal pushing member 73 corresponding to the meal storage racks 30, so that simultaneous meal taking out of a plurality of meal products can be realized and the meal taking efficiency is improved. The plurality of meal holders 30 may have the same size or different sizes depending on the kinds of the meal. And selecting corresponding heating modes according to different heating dining products. Here, the meal taking assembly 70 further includes a meal pushing rod (not shown), where the meal pushing rod is telescopically disposed on one side of the meal storing member 71, and when the meal storing member 71 is flush with the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11), the meal pushing rod pushes the meal on the meal storing member 71 into the heating assembly 50 through the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11). The structure of the meal pushing rod is set to be identical to that of the meal pushing member 73, the processing is convenient, the structure can be simplified, the transferring difficulty is reduced, the meal pushing rod is opposite to the meal pushing direction of the meal pushing member 73, the meal pushing member 73 is arranged on the rear panel 111, the meal is pushed onto the meal storing member 71 from the direction of the storage space 30a to the front panel, the meal pushing rod is arranged on the front panel, and when the meal storing member 71 is flush with the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11), the meal is pushed into the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11) from the direction of the rear panel 111 through the meal pushing rod. In this way, the heating assembly 50 is arranged at a position above and behind the meal storage rack 30 and can be away from the front panel, so that excessive heat cannot be generated at the meal outlet, and the protection of users is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, other configurations of transfer members may be provided, such as a robotic arm or gripping member, to transfer the meal into the heating assembly 50.
Referring to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, when the heating mode of the heating element 50 is baking heating, for example, the heating element 50 may be an electric baking pan device, and a heating body of a type such as a resistance wire or an electric heating rod is disposed on a surface of the body 51a facing away from the heating slot 51a1, after the electric heating body is electrified, the electric heating body heats and transfers heat to the body 51a, so that the heating slot 51a1 generates heat to heat the food. Referring to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, in order to simplify the structure, the body 51a includes a bottom plate 51a3 and a side plate 51a5 disposed at the periphery of the bottom plate 51a3, the body 51a is disc-shaped and matches with the shape of the steamed bread cake, the cover 53a includes a cover plate 53a1 and a surrounding plate 53a3, the cover plate 53a1 matches with the shape of the bottom plate 51a3, so that the shape of the side plate 51a5 and the surrounding plate 53a3 also matches, and the two covers are ensured. Here, the side plate 51a5 is provided with the meal inlet 51a51, specifically, the meal inlet 51a extends from the edge of the side plate 51a5 away from the bottom plate 51a3 to the periphery of the bottom plate 51a3 in the vertical direction, so as to maximize the depth of the meal inlet 51a51, and the width of the meal inlet 51a51 is set to be matched with the size of the meal to be heated, so that the meal can be ensured to smoothly enter the heating tank 51a1, and the heating efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, in order to realize closed heating, when the cover 53a covers the Yu Qi body 51a, the coaming 53a3 can cover the meal inlet 51a51, so that heat dissipation is prevented, and the heating effect is improved. Referring to fig. 5 again, in an alternative embodiment, when the heating mode of the heating element 50 is steam heating or water bath heating, the heated food product is purposefully tasty, and the heating cost can be reduced. Here, the food is mainly made of cold or rolled dough, and needs to be soft and slightly moist, so that a steam heating mode can be adopted. Specifically, the heating body is disposed in the body 51b, the space in the body 51b is filled with water of a preset volume, the cover 53b is provided with a meal inlet 53b11, that is, the cover 53b faces the meal storage part 53b1 of the body 51b, and the meal storage part 53b1 is provided with a space for accommodating the meal as well as the meal inlet 53b 11. When the food storage part 53b1 is placed in the heating tank 51b1, the surface of the food storage part 53b1 facing the hot water is isolated from the hot water, that is, above the hot water, so that steam heating is realized. Referring to fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, in order to further improve the heating effect, when the heating assembly 50 is in a steam heating mode, the corresponding meal taking assembly 70 further includes a hole punching device 79, and the hole punching device 79 is located above the meal storing member 71. When the distance between the meal storage part 71 and the hole punching device 79 reaches a certain preset distance, the needle punching of the hole punching device 79 can contact with the meal, so that the contact area between steam and the meal can be increased, the meal is heated more efficiently, and the heating taste is better.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, of course, when the heating assembly 50 is operated, the heating assembly 50 further includes a supply portion, which is different according to the heating mode, in order to ensure that the function thereof is successfully achieved. For example, when the heating method is baking heating, the supply unit is a battery module or a circuit module, and is connected to a resistor module provided in the body 51b by a wire, thereby generating heat in the body 51 b. When the heating mode is water bath heating or steam heating, the supply part may be a water tank 551 and a heating pipe, and the water tank 551 is provided in the electric control region 10c and is led into the device body 51b through a pipe. And the heating pipe can be arranged in the water tank 551 or in the device body 51b, so that the water is heated to be changed into hot water for heating.
In addition, in the heating unit 50 of the water bath heating system, the food and the packing box are directly immersed in water to cause a certain pollution to water, and therefore, the electric control area 10c is provided with the sewage tank 553, and the automatic cleaning machine body 51b is performed during the idle time of the automatic meal selling machine 100 under the control of the controller 93, so that the inside water flows into the sewage tank 553, and the clean water is replenished to the machine body 51b.
