It will be appreciated that in order to store the meal items in the food storage rack 30 of the housing 10 prior to vending, the housing 10 may be provided with a meal item storage door (not shown) which may be a front panel or a rear panel 111 to rotate open the meal item storage door to place the meal items on the food storage rack 30. In an alternative embodiment, the meal storage rack 30 is rotatably disposed circumferentially with respect to the housing 10 for further convenience in taking and placing meals. Specifically, a part for driving the meal storage rack 30 to rotate may be provided on the partition plate 13, and a rotating shaft or a rotating disc is provided at the bottom of the meal storage rack 30 to rotate under the driving of the driving part, and the driving part may be located in the electric control area 10c, so that the controller 93 may conveniently control the same. Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the heating assembly 50 provided in the housing 10 of the present application operates in a manner different from conventional light wave or microwave heating in order to accommodate conventional snacks. In an alternative embodiment, the heating assembly 50 comprises a body (51 a,51 b), a cover (53 a,53 b) and a heating body, the body (51 a,51 b) having a space for receiving the meal to be heated; the cover body (53 a,53 b) is movably arranged relative to the body (51 a,51 b) to cover or open the body (51 a,51 b), and the cover body (53 a,53 b) and the body (51 a,51 b) are covered to form a heating cavity; the heating body is arranged on the body (51 a,51 b) and/or the cover body (53 a,53 b) and is used for realizing at least one of baking heating, water bath heating or steam heating;
one of the body (51 a,51 b) and the cover (53 a,53 b) has a meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11) such that the meal access assembly 70 places a meal therein through the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11).
In this embodiment, the heating assembly 50 includes a body (51 a,51 b) fixed to the heating zone 10a of the casing 10, and specifically, a heating body is provided on the body (51 a,51 b) and/or the cover (53 a,53 b) to heat the food. The body (51 a,51 b) is fixedly connected to the housing 11, for example, the side plates, so that the body (51 a,51 b) is spaced from the partition plate 13 to prevent excessive heat transfer to the refrigerating area 10b and improve the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating area 10 b. The cover (53 a,53 b) of the body (51 a,51 b) is movably mounted to the housing 11 so as to be movably disposed relative to the body (51 a,51 b) to cover or uncover the body (51 a,51 b) and cooperate to form a heating chamber for triggering heating of the meal placed therein. The movable arrangement of the cover bodies (53 a,53 b) can be realized by setting a driving cylinder, a motor or a motor, and a transmission part for converting rotary motion into linear motion is connected.

Here, the heating component 50 can realize at least one of baking heating, water bath heating and steam heating, so that the requirement on the material of the outer surface of the food can be remarkably reduced, and the cost is effectively reduced; different types of flavor snack products can be adapted according to the heating mode, so that the combination of traditional foods and automatic vending is satisfied, and the application scene is enlarged. Meanwhile, according to different heating modes, one of the body (51 a,51 b) and the cover (53 a,53 b) is provided with a meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11), so that the meal taking assembly 70 can conveniently put the meal into the heating cavity through the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11), and the operation procedure is simplified.
It will be appreciated that the heating assembly 50 is disposed above the meal storage rack 30, and that during the up-and-down movement of the meal storage member 71, meal taking in the meal taking passage 30b can be achieved, and moving of the meal into the heating cavity in the heating zone 10a can be performed. Here, the meal taking assembly 70 further includes a meal pushing rod (not shown), which is telescopically disposed on one side of the meal storing member 71, and pushes the meal on the meal storing member 71 into the heating assembly 50 through the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11) when the meal storing member 71 is flush with the meal inlet (51 a51, 53b 11).
The structure of the meal pushing rod can be set to be the same as that of the meal pushing piece 73, and the direction is opposite, so that the meal pushing rod is convenient to process. The meal pushing member 73 is arranged on the rear panel 111, the meal is pushed into the meal storing member 71 from the storage space 30a towards the front panel, the meal pushing rod is arranged on the front panel, and when the meal storing member 71 is flush with the meal inlet openings (51 a51, 53b 11), the meal is pushed into the meal inlet openings (51 a51, 53b 11) towards the rear panel 111 through the meal pushing rod. In this way, the heating assembly 50 is arranged at a position above and behind the meal storage rack 30 and can be away from the front panel, so that excessive heat cannot be generated at the meal outlet, and the protection of users is improved. Or other structures of transfer members, such as a robotic arm or gripping member, may be provided to transfer the meal into the heating assembly 50.
Referring to fig. 7, optionally, when the heating assembly 50 adopts a baking heating mode, the body 51a is formed with a heating slot 51a1, and the heating body is disposed on a surface of the body 51a facing away from the heating slot 51a1 and/or in the cover 53 b. Specifically, the heating body is a resistance wire or a heating tube, for example, the heating assembly 50 may be an electric baking pan device, and the resistance wire or the heating tube is disposed on the surface of the body 51a facing away from the heating groove 51a1, and after the electric conduction, the resistance wire or the heating tube heats and transfers heat to the body 51a, so that the heating groove 51a1 generates heat to heat the food. Since the heating body of this heating system is provided on the surface facing away from the heating tank 51a1, the food inlet 51a51 is provided in the wall of the heating tank 51a1, and the food directly enters the heating tank 51a1 through the food inlet 51a51, and is brought closer to the heating body, thereby improving the heating effect. Of course, the body 51a and the cover 53b may be provided with heating bodies, so as to realize double-sided heating and achieve better cake heating effect.
Normally, the cover 53a may be set away from the body 51a, and a sensor may be set, and when it is detected that the meal taking unit 70 conveys the meal to be flush with the meal inlet 51a51, the meal is moved into the heating tank 51a1, and the cover 53a is controlled to cover the heating tank 51a1, thereby triggering heat generation of the heating body. The heating time is not too high, and is optionally 1-2 min because the temperature is quickly raised by baking.
Referring to fig. 7, optionally, in order to simplify the structure, the body 51a includes a bottom plate 51a3 and a side plate 51a5 disposed at a periphery of the bottom plate 51a3, the bottom plate 51a3 and the side plate 51a5 enclose to form a heating slot 51a1, the side plate 51a5 defines a meal inlet 51a51, the cover 53a includes a cover plate 53a1 and a shroud 53a3 disposed at a periphery of the cover plate 53a1, the shroud 53a3 defines an avoidance hole 53a31, the cover 53a covers the body 51a, the side plate 51a5 correspondingly covers the avoidance hole 53a31, and the shroud 53a3 correspondingly covers the meal inlet 51a51.
The shape of the body 51a is disc-shaped and is matched with the shape of steamed bread and cake food to be heated, and the cover plate 53a1 is matched with the shape of the bottom plate 51a3, so that the shapes of the side plate 51a5 and the coaming plate 53a3 are also matched, and the cover of the side plate and the coaming plate is ensured. Here, the side plate 51a5 is provided with the meal inlet 51a51, and at the same time, in order to realize closed heating, when the cover 53a covers the Yu Qi body 51a, the coaming 53a3 can cover the meal inlet 51a51, thereby preventing heat dissipation and improving the heating effect. In order to further ensure the sealing performance of the cover, the surrounding plate 53a3 is provided with the avoiding holes 53a31 at positions corresponding to the side plates 51a5, so that the surrounding plate 53a3 can be inserted into the meal inlet 51a51 and the side plates 51a5 can be inserted into the avoiding holes 53a31 when the cover is heated, thereby the surrounding plate 53a3 and the side plates 51a5 are on the same peripheral surface, heat dissipation is prevented, and heating effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 7 again, in an alternative embodiment, when the heating unit 50 heats with steam or water bath, the heating body is disposed on the body 51b, the body 51b is in a cylindrical structure with an opening at one end, the body 51b is filled with water of a preset volume, the heating body can be a heating pipe, a resistance wire or an electromagnetic structure, etc., the water is heated to become hot water, the cover 53b is provided with a meal storage part 53b1 facing the body 51b, a space for accommodating meal is provided, the meal storage part 53b1 is provided with a meal inlet 53b11, and the meal storage part 53b1 is disposed above or immersed in the water, thereby realizing steam heating or water bath heating, so that the heated meal has better taste in a targeted manner, and the heating cost can be reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the cover 53b further includes a top cover 53b3, the meal storage portion 53b1 is a cylindrical structure with an opening at one end, and the top cover 53b3 is connected to the opening edge of the meal storage portion 53b1 in a covering manner, so as to form a space for placing the meal. The meal inlet 53b11 is formed in the peripheral side surface of the meal storage part 53b1, and when the meal storage part 71 moves to a position flush with the meal inlet 53b11, the meal is pushed into the meal storage part 53b1 from the meal storage part 71 by the meal pushing rod. Of course, in order to realize steam heating, the height of the storing part 53b1 is smaller than the depth of the body 51b of Yu Qi, so that sufficient hot water storage can be ensured, and a good heating effect can be provided. Of course, for steam heating and water bath heating, the heating assemblies 50 of two modes can be set identically for convenience of processing, and only the depth of water introduced into the body 51b is different, i.e. the body 51b has a lower water level line during steam heating, and a higher water level line is set during water bath heating.
Referring to fig. 6, when holes are required to be punched in the meal, in an alternative embodiment, the meal taking assembly 70 further includes a punching device 79, the punching device 79 is fixed above the meal storing member 71, and a needle 791 is disposed on a surface of the punching device 79 facing the meal storing member 71 to punch holes in the package boxes of the meal storing member 71.
In this embodiment, the meal retrieval assembly 70 further includes a piercer 79, and the piercer 79 is located above the meal storage member 71. Specifically, the hole pricking device 79 may be disposed on a driving component of the meal storage member 71 and between two screw rods 77, when the meal storage member 71 moves up and down along with the rotation of the screw rods 77, the hole pricking device 79 is fixed, and when the distance between the meal storage member 71 and the hole pricking device 79 reaches a certain preset distance, the needle pricking 791 of the hole pricking device 79 may contact with a package box of the meal, so as to prick the package box of the meal, and after pricking, the package box of the meal may move down to a corresponding position again, so as to push the meal.
The hole punching device can be combined with a steam heating mode, and the contact area between steam and a meal can be increased during steam heating, so that the meal is heated more efficiently, and the heating taste is better.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, of course, when the heating assembly 50 is operated, the heating assembly 50 further includes a supply portion disposed in the electric control area 10c and connected to the body 51b by a pipe or a wire to realize the heating function of the body 51 b. The supply unit varies according to the heating system. For example, when the heating mode is baking heating, the supply part is a battery assembly or a circuit assembly, and when the heating mode is water bath heating or steam heating, the supply part can be a water tank 551 and a heating pipe, and the water tank 551 is arranged in the electric control area 10c and is communicated into the device body 51b through a pipeline.
In addition, the heating unit 50 is configured to have a self-cleaning function, for example, a drain pipe is further connected to the body 51b, a drain tank 553 is provided in the electric control area 10c, and the body 51b is automatically cleaned in an idle time of the automatic meal selling machine 100 by controlling the controller 93, that is, the drain pipe is opened to allow the inside water to flow into the drain tank 553, and then the drain pipe is closed to open the water inlet pipe to supplement clean water to the body 51b.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in an alternative embodiment, based on a plurality of structures, for example, two or three or more, of the meal storage racks 30, a plurality of meal taking assemblies 70 are correspondingly provided, a plurality of heating assemblies 50 are correspondingly provided, and heating bodies of the heating assemblies 50 are at least two of baking heating, water bath heating or steam heating. The automatic meal selling machine 100 can place different kinds of meal items to different meal storage racks 30 in order to have better purchase experience, and can meet the requirement of free selection of a meal item package by a user, wherein at least two of porridge soup, bread, cold noodles and rolling noodles are set for the matching habit of traditional snacks, so that the heating component 50 is correspondingly at least two of baking heating, water bath heating or steam heating, so that a heating mode is provided pertinently, and the taste and the user experience of the meal items are improved.
Optionally, when three food storage racks 30 are provided, the three heating assemblies 50 are heating structures with the three heating modes, and the bodies (51 a,51 b) of the three heating assemblies 50 can be connected to the casing 10 through a connecting plate 57, and have a certain distance from the partition plate 13 and the top casing, so that heat dissipation is facilitated. Meanwhile, between two adjacent bodies (51 a,51 b), the connecting plate 57 is provided with a heat dissipation hole 571, so that heat of the bodies (51 a,51 b) can be dissipated upwards through the heat dissipation hole 571, the probability of being transferred to the refrigerating area 10b is reduced, and the freshness preservation of the food and the heat dissipation of the heating area 10a are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, of course, after the heating of the meal is completed, the meal needs to be transferred to the meal outlet, and therefore, a meal pushing member 73 is further disposed on the side of the heating assembly 50 away from the meal storing member 71, i.e. the meal in the heating assembly 50 is pushed to the meal storing member 71 and then pushed to the meal outlet by the meal storing member 71, or other components capable of receiving the transfer. The structure of the meal pushing piece 73 is the same as that of the meal pushing piece 73 in the meal taking process, or the meal pushing piece 73 in the meal taking process is directly moved to the position flush with the heating assembly 50, so that the meal pushing transfer effect is realized, the parts are further reduced, the structure is simplified, and the processing cost is reduced.
In order to better limit the food, a food outlet box 83 is generally arranged at a position corresponding to the food outlet, the food outlet box 83 is provided with a food outlet space 831, and the food is pushed into the food outlet space 831 to be prevented from falling at other positions. In an alternative embodiment, the automatic meal selling machine 100 is further provided with a meal outlet transfer device 60, the meal outlet transfer device 60 is arranged between the meal taking assembly 70 and the meal outlet box 83, the meal outlet transfer device 60 comprises a bracket 61 and a car 63, the car 63 is arranged on the bracket 61, the bracket 61 is connected with the shell 11, and the bracket 61 can drive the car 63 to lift up and down; the car 63 includes a frame body 631 and a movable bottom plate 633, the frame body 631 and the movable bottom plate 633 enclose to form a storage cavity, one side of the frame body 631 is a fixed opening 6311, the fixed opening 6311 is used for enabling the food of the heating assembly 50 to enter the storage cavity, the bottom surface of the frame body 631 is used for facing the food outlet box 83, and the movable bottom plate 633 is movably connected to the bottom surface of the frame body 631 so as to open or close the bottom surface of the frame body 631.
The car 63 is specifically disposed between the meal storage member 71 and the meal outlet box 83, the car 63 includes a frame body 631, the frame body 631 is substantially rectangular or square, six surfaces are provided, the movable bottom plate 633 is movably disposed on the surface of the frame body 631, and a storage cavity is formed by combining the two surfaces.
