The whole detection frame 100 is built by adopting aluminum alloy sections, and can also adopt welding square tubes, so that the appearance is attractive.
In order to facilitate movement, rollers and foot supports are respectively arranged at four corners of the bottom of the detection frame 1100.
The integrally arranged sorting device can facilitate flexible use of the sorting device and ease of assembly with other stations (e.g., a detection station for detecting a detection result of a sheet-like part).
The sorting apparatus according to the present application is used for sorting sheet parts for which the inspection has been completed, that is, the inspection result of sheet parts received by the conveying mechanism 200 is known.
As follows, the structure of the blanking box 500 is first described.
In one embodiment of the present application, the blanking box 500 is provided as a liftable blanking box.
The blanking box 500 includes a box body mounting base 510, a lifting mechanism 520 and a tray 530.
The box mount 510 may be mounted to a fixing portion, such as the detection platform 110 described above, specifically, the detection platform 110 is a platen, and a through hole (not labeled) is formed in the platen, where the box mount 510 is mounted to extend from the through hole.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the box mounting base 510 includes an upper mounting base 511 and a lower mounting base 512, the upper mounting base 511 is a cover body penetrating up and down, an inward flange 5111 is formed at the edge of the bottom opening of the cover body, the lower mounting base 512 is a U-shaped base, and an outward flange 5121 is formed at the opposite side edge of the U-shaped base.
The U-shaped seat passes through and extends out of the through hole, so that an outward flange 5121 is arranged at the edge of the through hole, and the cover body is arranged on the upper surface of the detection table 110 near the edge of the through hole through an inward flange 5111.
The lifting mechanism 520 is installed in the U-shaped seat and extends into the cover body, and specifically, the lifting mechanism 520 adopts an electric push rod.
The top of the electric push rod is mounted on the supporting plate 530 for lifting the supporting plate 530 when the electric push rod is pushed out and for lowering the supporting plate 530 when the electric push rod is retracted.

In an automated production line in which the blanking box 500 is applied to the sorting apparatus as described above, it is also necessary to provide the part detection sensor 500.
The part detection sensor 540 is installed on the U-shaped seat through a mounting bracket, and is used for detecting whether a sheet part exists in the tray 530, and when the sheet part does not exist, the lifting mechanism 520 is controlled to lift to an initial position so as to receive the part.
Specifically, the support plate 530 is provided with a relief portion 5311, and the component detection sensor 540 can emit a signal through the relief portion 5311 to shield the relief portion 5311 and trigger the component detection sensor 540 when a component is present in the support plate 530.
In some embodiments of the present application, the control unit records the number of the sheet parts P collected in each blanking box 500, so that, when for example, five sheet parts P are added in each blanking box 500, the lifting mechanism 520 is controlled to descend for a certain preset distance, so as to ensure the falling height when collecting the parts, and avoid damaging the parts.
For example, when the number of parts in the blanking box 500 reaches the full box number, the detecting personnel is reminded to take the box body 550, after the box body 550 is taken, the part detection sensor 540 cannot sense the sheet-shaped part P, and at this time, the lifting mechanism 520 is controlled to lift the tray 530 to the initial position, and wait for the next cycle.
In some embodiments of the present application, a sensor (not shown) may also be provided for detecting a full cartridge, prompting the user to remove cartridge body 550 when the number of parts in lower cartridge 500 reaches the full cartridge number.
To facilitate easy removal of parts after the blanking cartridge 500 is full, a cartridge body 550 is included, the cartridge body 550 being placed on the tray 530.

A mounting flange is formed at an edge of one end of the guide cylinder 562, and the guide cylinder 562 is mounted on the U-shaped seat through the mounting flange.
One end of the guide bar 561 is connected to the bottom of the tray 530, and the other end is extended to the outside through the guide cylinder 562, and when the lifting mechanism 520 lifts the tray 530, the guide bar 561 is guided freely up and down in the guide cylinder 562 at the same time.
Referring to fig. 7, a conveying mechanism 200 as described above may be provided at an intermediate position of the inspection stage 110, which conveys the sheet-like parts in the in-line direction.
In the present application, referring to fig. 7, the conveying mechanism 200 is configured to convey sheet-like parts in the form of a conveyor belt.
The conveyor mechanism 200 includes a front side mount 210, a rear side mount 220, a conveyor drive unit 230, a drive pulley set 240, and two conveyor belts (i.e., a first conveyor belt 250 and a second conveyor belt 260).
The front side mounting seat 210 and the rear side mounting seat 220 are oppositely arranged at the feeding end and the discharging end of the conveying belt 250/260 and are mounted on the detection platform 110, and the front side to the rear side are in the assembly line direction.

The drive wheel set 240 also includes a first pair of driven wheels (one of which is labeled 242) oppositely mounted to the front mount 210, a second pair of driven wheels (not labeled) oppositely mounted to the rear mount 220, and a third pair of driven wheels (not labeled) oppositely mounted to the rear mount 220, the first pair of driven wheels being positioned below the pair of drive wheels, the third pair of driven wheels being positioned below the second pair of driven wheels.
The two conveyor belts 250 and 260 are wound around the driving wheel set 240, i.e. the first conveyor belt 250 is wound around the wheel set on the same side and the second conveyor belt 260 is wound around the wheel set on the same side, so that a conveying channel for conveying sheet-like parts in the direction of the line is formed.
The first conveyor belt 250 and the second conveyor belt 260 are conveyed in parallel at equal heights, and the surfaces of the first conveyor belt 250 and the second conveyor belt 260 that contact the sheet-like parts are referred to as conveying surfaces.
In order to improve the carrying capacity of the conveyor belt, a first carrying rib 270 and a second carrying rib 280 are arranged below the conveyor belt in contact with the sheet-like parts, and the first carrying rib 270 and the second carrying rib 280 are arranged on the front side mounting seat 210 and the rear side mounting seat 220 in a facing manner.
That is, one end of the first beads 270 and one end of the second beads 280 are disposed directly opposite to the front side mount 210, and the other end of the first beads 270 and the other end of the second beads 280 are disposed directly opposite to the rear side mount 220.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to change the flow direction of the sheet parts having different detection results conveyed on the conveying mechanism 200 to perform different levels of sorting, a plurality of lift-up conveying mechanisms 300 are provided.
The plurality of jacking and conveying mechanisms 300 are arranged below the conveying mechanism 200 at intervals along the direction of the assembly line, and the jacking and conveying mechanisms 300 are installed on the detection platform 110.
The jacking and conveying mechanism 300 is used for jacking up the sheet-like parts thereon and conveying the sheet-like parts into the blanking boxes 500 corresponding to the jacking and conveying mechanism 300, and in the initial state, the jacking and conveying mechanism 300 is not jacked up, and the jacking surface is lower than the conveying surface of the conveying mechanism 200.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the jacking transport mechanism 300 is located between the first conveyor 250 and the second conveyor 260.
A blanking box 500 may be provided at one side or one blanking box 500 may be provided at both sides, respectively, corresponding to one jacking transfer mechanism 300.
Referring to fig. 2, six jacking and conveying mechanisms 300 are arranged at intervals, and one blanking box 500 is respectively arranged at two sides of each jacking and conveying mechanism 300 to form twelve blanking boxes.
Alternatively, other numbers of jacking transport mechanisms 300 and blanking boxes 500 may be provided.
Taking fig. 2 as an example, taking the left side of the conveying mechanism 200 as one side and the right side as the other side, for example, four baiting boxes may be disposed on the left side and five baiting boxes may be disposed on the right side.
The plurality of the discharging boxes 500 may be used to collect sheet-like parts of different inspection results, that is, each of the plurality of discharging boxes 500 may collect sheet-like parts of different inspection results, or each of one part of the plurality of discharging boxes 500 may collect sheet-like parts of different inspection results, and the remaining part of the discharging boxes 500 may collect sheet-like parts of at least partially the same inspection results as those of the sheet-like parts collected in the part of the discharging boxes 500 as described above.
Before sorting, the control unit knows in advance which of the baits 500 collects the sheet-like parts of which detection result, and also knows in advance which of the baits 500 of which detection result corresponds to which of the lifting conveying mechanisms 300, and therefore, the control unit sorts the conveyed sheet-like parts into the corresponding baits 500 by the lifting conveying mechanisms 300 according to the detection result of the conveyed sheet-like parts.
For reliable jacking, referring to fig. 8, the jacking transport mechanism 300 further includes a position sensor 370 for sensing whether a sheet part is present above the jacking transport mechanism 300.
The sorting of class a sheet parts is illustrated as an example.
The jacking and conveying mechanism 300 is capable of jacking and conveying the a-stage sheet parts, and it is required to satisfy several conditions: the conveyed sheet-shaped part is grade A; (2) The control unit knows which jacking and conveying mechanism (jacking and conveying mechanism a) the blanking box 500 for collecting the class a sheet parts corresponds to; (3) The position sensor 370 of the lift-up conveying mechanism a detects the presence of a sheet-like part thereon; (4) The jacking gear a needs to be transferred to whichever of the two sides.
After the jacking, since the control unit knows in advance which side of the jacking transport mechanism a the blanking box is capable of collecting the sheet parts of level a (note blanking box a), the control unit can control the jacking transport mechanism a to transport the sheet parts accurately to the corresponding blanking box a.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8 to 10, the jacking transport mechanism 300 includes a first mount 310, a jacking drive unit 330, a second mount 320, a transmission drive unit 340, and a power transmission unit 350.
The first mounting base 310 may be mounted on the detection platform 110 as a base of the lifting and conveying mechanism 300.
The jacking driving unit 330 is mounted on the first mounting base 310, and is used for providing a jacking force, and in this application, the jacking driving unit 330 selects a jacking cylinder for use.
The second mount 320 is connected to a jacking rod of the jacking cylinder, and the transmission driving unit 340 and the power transmission unit 350 are mounted on the second mount 320.
The second mount 320 can be lifted together with the transmission driving unit 340 and the power transmission unit 350 when the lifting cylinder is lifted.
In the present application, the transmission driving unit 340 is selected as a second driving motor, which provides a driving force.
The power transmission unit 350 serves to transmit the driving force provided by the driving unit 340 as above.
In this application, the power transmission unit 350 includes a synchronization shaft 351, a first power transmission portion 352, and a second power transmission portion 353, the synchronization shaft 351 being connected to a driving shaft of the second driving motor, and also being connected to the first power transmission portion 352 and the second power transmission portion 353, respectively, for transmitting driving force to the first power transmission portion 352 and the second power transmission portion 353.
The first power transmission portion 352 and the second power transmission portion 353 are oppositely disposed on opposite sides of the second mount 320, and are respectively driven and transmitted by the synchronization shaft 351.
The structures of the first power transmission portion 352 and the second power transmission portion 353 are the same, and a structure in which the first power transmission portion 352 is described below is taken as an example.
The first power transmission part 352 includes a first transmission wheel set 3521 and a first conveyor belt 3523.
The first pulley assembly 3521 includes a drive pulley, at least one idler pulley (labeled as one of the idler pulleys 3522), and at least one driven pulley, and a first conveyor belt 3523 is wrapped around the first pulley assembly 3521.
The second driving motor is installed on the second installation seat 320, and an output shaft thereof is connected with the synchronizing shaft 351, the synchronizing shaft 351 is installed on the second installation seat 320, and the driving wheel is arranged on the synchronizing shaft 351 in a penetrating manner, so that power transmission is realized.
Therefore, when the second driving motor rotates in one direction, the first driving wheel set 3521 also rotates due to the driving force, so that the first conveyor belt 3523 is conveyed.
In this application, the conveying direction of the first conveyor belt 3523 is different from the running water direction as described above, such as the vertical direction shown in fig. 2 (see fig. 2), so as to be able to change the conveying direction of the sheet-like parts conveyed on the conveying mechanism 200.
When the jacking and conveying mechanism 300 jacks up the sheet part, the second driving motor drives the first conveying belt 3523 to convey towards one side when rotating in a clockwise direction, so that the sheet part is conveyed to the blanking box 500 on one side, and drives the first conveying belt 3523 to convey towards the other side when rotating in a counterclockwise direction, so that the sheet part is conveyed to the blanking box 500 on the other side, and different sheet parts are collected by different blanking boxes 500.
In some embodiments of the present application, the driving force of the second driving motor may also be transmitted to the driving wheel in the first power transmission portion 352 through the timing belt, and then, since the timing shaft 351 connects the driving wheel in the first power transmission portion 352 and the driving wheel in the second power transmission portion 353, the driving force is also transmitted to the driving wheel in the second power transmission portion 353 through the timing shaft 351.
