As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a cover glass visual recognition marking apparatus, which includes: the machine cabinet 1, wherein the machine cabinet 1 is provided with a marking operation cabinet 21 and a machine cabinet main machine cabinet 23 from top to bottom; the visual detection mechanism 3 is arranged in the marking operation cabinet 21, and the visual field range of the visual detection mechanism 3 is positioned at the bottom of the marking operation cabinet 21; the printer 2 is arranged at the bottom of the marking operation cabinet 21; and a host installed in the cabinet main cabinet 23, the host being electrically connected to the printer 2 and the visual inspection mechanism 3; wherein the host computer is configured to send a printing instruction to the printer 2 according to the cover glass image to be marked acquired by the visual detection mechanism 3, and the printer 2 is configured to print a label according to the printing instruction.
Specifically, the cabinet 1 can be made of 304 stainless steel sheet metal by spraying, and can be divided into sub-cabinets with different functions according to requirements, such as a marking operation cabinet 21 and a cabinet main cabinet 23. At least a camera should be included in the visual inspection means 3 in order to obtain a relevant image containing the cover glass to be identified (packaged).
In the use process of the device, an operator can place a plurality of (e.g. 20) cover plates to be marked in the marking operation cabinet 21, sleeve a vacuum bag for vacuumizing operation, acquire the images of the cover plates to be marked in the visual field range by the visual detection mechanism 3, and identify the information of the appearance, the model, the specification and the like of the cover plates to be marked by the host according to a preset image comparison program in an image comparison mode.
After the corresponding identification result is obtained, the host computer sends a printing instruction to the printer 2, wherein the printing instruction can be divided into a plurality of types and corresponds to different shapes, models, specifications and other information of the cover glass. After receiving the printing instruction, the printer 2 prints the label corresponding to the cover glass, and then an operator pastes the printed label on a vacuum bag which is vacuumized and is provided with the cover glass, so that the mark of the cover glass to be marked is completed.
Finally, operators can confirm the product types according to the labels on the vacuum bags, the operators are reloaded with the cartons, and after the cartons are packaged, the cover glass with the same type as the cartons is stuck with the outer carton labels of the corresponding products.
Through the equipment, the identifiability of the cover plate glass in the process of boxing the outer box is improved, the mixed loading of the cover plate glass in the process of packing the outer box and the situation of wrong labeling of the outer box caused by artificial factors are eliminated, and the customer satisfaction can be improved.
The label may be a text label that directly displays information such as appearance, model, and specification of the cover glass, or may be a corresponding two-dimensional code label. When the label is a text label, an operator can directly read the related information to perform operations such as packing and marking of the outer box.
When the two-dimensional code label is used, an operator can sweep the two-dimensional code label through corresponding equipment, trigger corresponding printing equipment, print out the outer box label, then carry out operations such as outer box packing and labeling, and the fool-proof effect in the outer box packing process is improved.
It should be noted that, the image comparison procedure in this embodiment is a conventional computer vision detection technology, and the specific implementation manner thereof is not described in detail.
As shown in fig. 3, the printer 2 may be implemented by an existing printing apparatus with a labeling function, including a printer body 31 and a printer label outlet 32, and this embodiment of the implementation is not described in detail.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the visual detection mechanism 3 includes: a camera 41; the lower end of the bracket 42 is arranged at the bottom of the marking operation cabinet 21, and the upper end of the bracket 42 is provided with a camera 41; wherein the camera 41 is used for collecting the image of the cover glass to be marked.
Specifically, the camera 41 in this embodiment may be implemented by an existing industrial camera, and is mainly used for capturing an image of the cover glass, as basic data for visual detection/recognition.
In order to facilitate the installation, debugging and later maintenance of the camera 41, a bracket 42 is arranged in the marking operation cabinet 21 and used for installing the camera 41, and the installation position, the installation height, the installation angle and the like of the camera 41 can be adjusted by adjusting the bracket 42, so that the reliability of cover plate glass image acquisition is guaranteed, and the accuracy of visual detection/recognition is improved.
In some embodiments, the visual detection mechanism 3 further comprises: the positioning platform 43 is arranged at the bottom of the marking operation cabinet 21, and the table top of the positioning platform 43 is positioned under the camera 41; wherein the positioning platform 43 is used for placing cover glass to be marked.
Specifically, the printer 2 may be installed on the left side of the bottom of the marking operation cabinet 21, the positioning platform 43 is installed on the right side of the bottom of the marking operation cabinet 21, and the positioning platform 43 is used for positioning the cover glass placed by an operator, so as to ensure that the cover glass is located under the camera 41, so that the camera 41 can obtain a clear image, and the accuracy of visual detection/recognition and marking is improved.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid interference of external illumination factors on the image acquired by the camera 41, the marking operation cabinet 21 is enclosed by two side walls, a back plate and a top plate, and only the front surface of the marking operation cabinet 21 is reserved as an operation space for an operator. Thus, in order to provide illumination to the camera 41 so that it can capture images meeting the visual detection/recognition requirements, the visual detection mechanism 3 further comprises: the light source is arranged in the marking operation cabinet 21 and is used for polishing the table surface of the positioning platform 43.
The light source may be a light source in the form of a bar-shaped light source, a point light source, a surface light source, or the like.
In some embodiments, the bracket 42 further comprises: a horizontal bar forming a cross-shaped bracket with a bracket in the vertical direction for mounting the camera 41; and light source installation bars installed at the left and right ends of the horizontal bar, the light source installation bars being parallel to the table surface of the positioning platform 43; the light source is arranged on the light source installation rod.
