With reference to fig. 1, 11, 13, 14 and 16, the main body 20 is provided with a sewage container 220, an outer wall of the sewage container 220 is provided with a sewage inlet 220a and a sewage outlet 220b communicated with the inside of the main body, the sewage inlet 220a of the sewage container 220 is communicated with the third sewage interface 203, specifically, the sewage inlet 220a is communicated with the third sewage interface 203 through a water pipe or is directly communicated with the third sewage interface 203, and the sewage outlet 220b of the sewage container 220 is communicated with the fourth sewage interface 201 through a sewage outlet pipe 222. The sewage container 220 is connected with the pump body 230, and is used for pumping sewage in the intelligent cleaner 40 into the sewage container 220 through the pump body 230 in a sewage draining state. Specifically, the sewage port 401 of the intelligent cleaner 40 is in butt joint with the first sewage port 101 of the automatic water exchange station 30 of the cleaner, and in the sewage draining state, the pump body 230 operates, sewage in the intelligent cleaner 40 flows into the sewage container 220 along the first sewage port 101, the sewage inlet pipe 120, the second sewage port 103, the third sewage port 203, the sewage inlet pipe 221 and the sewage inlet 220a, and then sewage in the sewage container 220 is discharged to a place such as a pool, a toilet or a floor drain along the sewage outlet 220b, the sewage outlet pipe 222 and the fourth sewage port 201, so that automatic sewage draining is realized.
In addition, the sewage in the sewage container 220 does not need to be manually treated, the sewage container is convenient to use, the sewage in the sewage container 220 can be discharged and cleaned in time, bacteria are not easy to breed and peculiar smell is not easy to generate in the sewage container 220, and the user experience is greatly improved.
Wherein, the grey water port 403 of the intelligent cleaner 40 is in butt joint with the grey water inlet 170 of the automatic water exchange station 30 of the cleaner, and in the grey water draining state, the grey water in the intelligent cleaner 40 flows into the sewage container 220 through the grey water inlet 170, the grey water inlet pipe 171, the second sewage port 103, the third sewage port 203 and the sewage inlet pipe 221.
In the embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the pump body 230 is connected to the sewage outlet pipe 222, and of course, the pump body 230 may also be connected between the sewage inlet 220a and the third sewage outlet 203.
With reference to fig. 1, 10, 13, 15 and 16, the sewage container 220 is provided therein with an upper accommodation chamber 223 and a lower accommodation chamber 224 which are communicated with each other, and the lower accommodation chamber 224 is connected to the sewage inlet 220a to input sewage into the lower accommodation chamber 224 from the sewage inlet 220 a. The upper receiving chamber 223 is connected to the sewage outlet 220b to discharge the sewage filtered in the upper receiving chamber 223 from the sewage outlet 220 b. The upper accommodation chamber 223 and the lower accommodation chamber 224 are provided with a filter assembly 240 therebetween, and the pump body 230 is used for pumping sewage in the intelligent cleaner 40, so that the sewage flows in from the sewage inlet 220a and sequentially passes through the lower accommodation chamber 224, the filter assembly 240 and the upper accommodation chamber 223, the filtered sewage is filtered by the filter assembly 240, and the filtered sewage is discharged to a pool, a toilet or a floor drain and the like from the sewage outlet 220b, the sewage outlet pipe 222 and the fourth sewage interface 201. Specifically, the filtering assembly 240 may filter impurities such as big dust and big sludge in the sewage, so that the filtered sewage passes through the pump body 230 without causing the pump body 230 to be blocked or damaged. And the sewage is filtered by the filtering assembly 240 in the sewage container 220 and discharged through the single pump body 230 (the pump body 230 for pumping out the sewage from the intelligent cleaner), the vacuum pump for pumping out the sewage from the intelligent cleaner 40 to the automatic cleaner water exchanging station 30 and the impeller pump for pumping out the sewage from the automatic cleaner water exchanging station 30 and the sewage tank for storing the sewage are not required to be simultaneously arranged, so that the cost is saved, the volume of the automatic cleaner water exchanging station 30 is reduced, and the installation of the automatic cleaner water exchanging station 30 is facilitated. In this embodiment, the sewage flows from bottom to top to be filtered, so that the sewage after the subsequent filtration directly flows out under the action of gravity, and meanwhile, the subsequent filtration assembly 240 is conveniently flushed.
In some embodiments, the filter assembly 240 may be a primary filter cartridge, a middle filter cartridge, an advanced filter cartridge, or any combination of two or more of a primary filter cartridge, a middle filter cartridge, and an advanced filter cartridge, without limitation. The filter cartridge may be mounted in the sewage container 220 by means of a fastening, bonding, or screwing, and the like, and is not limited thereto.
Further, referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the filter assembly 240 includes a filter layer 244 through which water may pass and a support structure 241 disposed within the filter layer 224. The support structure 241 may be mounted inside the sewage container 220 by means of a snap-fit, adhesive, screw-fit, or the like, and is not limited herein. The lower part of the supporting structure 241 is provided with a plurality of first through grooves 242, the filter layer 244 covers the plurality of first through grooves 242, the first through grooves 242 are used for inputting sewage into the supporting structure 241 after being filtered by the filter layer 244, the upper part of the supporting structure 241 is provided with a plurality of second through grooves 243, the second through grooves 243 are used for outputting filtered sewage from the supporting structure 241 to the sewage outlet 220b of the sewage container 220, the sewage can be output through the sewage outlet 220b after being filtered by the filter layer 224, and the filtering effect is sufficient.
The filter layer 244 may be, for example, filter cotton, a filter mesh, or a filter cloth, and is not limited thereto.
Further, referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the upper portion of the supporting structure 241 is provided with a positioning portion 245 located in the upper accommodating cavity 223, a second through slot 243 is formed on a side surface of the positioning portion 245, a supporting portion 246 located in the lower accommodating cavity 224 is provided at a lower portion of the supporting structure 241, a filtering layer 244 is fixed on a side wall of the supporting portion 246, the filtering layer 244 is mounted on the supporting structure 241, a first through slot 242 is formed on a side surface (side wall) of the supporting portion 246, the filtering layer 244 covers the first through slot 242, and the assembly is convenient.
Preferably, referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the supporting portion 246 has a drum shape, which increases the area of the side wall of the supporting portion 246, so that the area of the filtering layer 244 covered on the side wall of the supporting portion 246 is increased, the contact area between the sewage and the filtering layer 244 is increased, and the filtering efficiency and filtering effect of the filtering layer 244 are improved. In this embodiment, the bottom of the supporting portion 246 is sealed, so that the sewage in the lower accommodating cavity 224 can enter the supporting portion 246 from the filtering layer 244 on the side wall of the supporting portion 246, thereby improving the filtering efficiency and filtering effect of the filtering layer 244.
Preferably, referring to fig. 15, the sewage outlet 220b and the sewage inlet 220a are respectively provided at the upper end and the lower end of the sewage container 220, so that sewage is filtered through the filter assembly 240 from bottom to top, thereby facilitating the subsequent flushing of the filter assembly 240 from top to bottom. Of course, the sewage outlet 220b and the sewage inlet 220a may be disposed at any positions of the outer wall of the sewage container 220.
Further, referring to fig. 15, a mounting ring 225 is disposed between the upper accommodation chamber 223 and the lower accommodation chamber 224 in the interior of the sewage container 220, a supporting structure 241 is inserted through an annular hole of the mounting ring 225, and a step 241a protruding from the middle of the supporting structure 241 is abutted against the mounting ring 225, so that the supporting structure 241 is mounted in the interior of the sewage container 220. The support structure 241 and the mounting ring 225 may be connected by a clamping, bonding, or screwing manner.
Referring to fig. 10, 11, 14 and 15, the outer wall of the sewage container 220 is provided with a cleaning port 220c communicated with the upper accommodating cavity 223, the cleaning port 220c is communicated with the fourth clean water port 202 through a cleaning pipeline 228, and the cleaning port 220c is used for inputting clean water to clean the filter assembly 240. The sewage inlet 220a of the sewage container 220 communicates with the fourth sewage port 201 through the impurity discharging pipe 229 for discharging sewage for cleaning the filter assembly 240. Specifically, the clean water of the tap flows into the upper receiving cavity 223 of the sewage container 220 along the fourth clean water port 202, the cleaning pipe 228 and the cleaning port 220c and is sprayed onto the filter assembly 240, thereby flushing the attached big dust, big sludge, and the like on the filter assembly 240 (including the supporting structure 241 and the filter layer 244), and the washed big dust, big sludge, and the like on the filter assembly 240 fall into the lower receiving cavity 224, and are then discharged through the sewage inlet 220a, the impurity discharging pipe 229 and the fourth sewage port 201, thereby cleaning the attached big dust, big sludge, and the like on the filter assembly 240, so that the filter assembly 240 can be used for a long time without or with reduced manual cleaning. The cleaning water flowing in from the cleaning port 220c can rinse the filter assembly 240 from top to bottom, and the impurities such as the large dust and the large sludge attached to the filter assembly 240 are more sufficiently rinsed, so that the rinsing effect is good. In this embodiment, the sewage inlet 220a is communicated with the four sewage connectors 201, and in the process of cleaning the filter assembly 240, the sewage inlet 220a is used as a sewage outlet to discharge the sewage cleaned in the sewage container 220, and other outlets can be used as sewage outlets to discharge the sewage cleaned in the sewage container 220.
Further, referring to fig. 11, 14 and 15, the filter assembly 240 further includes an inner core structure 247. Core structure 247 is positioned within support structure 241, core structure 247 is tubular, core structure 247 has an upper end provided with core interface 248 communicating with the interior thereof, core interface 248 communicates with cleaning interface 220c for accessing fresh water, the wall of core structure 247 has a plurality of first through holes 249, and first through holes 249 are used for outputting fresh water from the interior of core structure 247 to filter layer 244 for cleaning filter layer 244. Specifically, the core structure 247 is mainly used for cleaning the filter layer 244, and clean water (similar to a shower water spraying effect) sprayed from the first through holes 249 of the pipe wall of the core structure 224 can be flushed to the whole filter layer 244, so that the filter layer 244 is cleaned from top to bottom, and the flushing effect is good.
Further, referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the outer wall of the sewage container 220 is provided with a tank opening 226 communicating with the inside thereof, the tank opening 226 is larger than the filter assembly 240, the filter assembly 240 is detachably mounted in the inside of the sewage container 220 from the tank opening 226, and the tank opening 226 is detachably covered with a tank cover 227. After the filter assembly 240 is used for a period of time, the user removes the box cover 227, and the filter assembly 240 can be removed from the sewage container 220 through the box opening 226, so that the filter assembly 240 can be conveniently cleaned and replaced at any time by the user, and the operation is convenient.
Specifically, the filter assembly 240 may be mounted inside the sewage container 220 by means of a snap-fit, screw-fit, or the like, so that the filter assembly 240 is detachably mounted inside the sewage container 220.
Specifically, referring to fig. 14 and 15, the cover 227 may be connected to the port 226 by a snap fit, a screw fit, or the like, so that the port 226 is detachably covered with a cover 227. In a specific embodiment, the inner wall of the box opening 226 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 226a, the outer wall of the box cover 227 is provided with a plurality of clamping protrusions 227a, the user can rotate the box cover 227 forward to clamp the clamping protrusions 227a into the clamping grooves 226a one by one, so that the box cover 227 is clamped in the box opening 226, the user can rotate the box cover 227 in the reverse direction to separate the clamping protrusions 227a from the clamping grooves 226a, and the box cover 227 is taken down from the box opening 226.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a rotating portion 227b is provided at the top of the case cover 227, so that the user can screw the case cover 227 and the operation can be facilitated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, 10 and 16, the docking structure includes a charging connector 150 electrically connected to the pump body 230, the charging connector 150 is provided on the base housing 100, and the charging connector 150 is used for taking electricity from the intelligent cleaning machine 40. Specifically, the charging portion 440 of the intelligent cleaner 40 is docked with the charging connector 150 to form an electrical connection, so that the pump body 230 can be operated by supplying power to the pump body 230 through the intelligent cleaner 40. Meanwhile, a battery (not shown) for supplying power to the communication module such as the bluetooth module and the infrared module is further provided in the base housing 100, so that the cleaning machine automatic water exchange station 30 can communicate with the intelligent cleaning machine 40 before or during the docking with the intelligent cleaning machine 40. In this embodiment, the cleaning machine automatic water exchange station 30 only needs to supply power to the communication module through the battery, and the pump body 230 with larger running power is supplied by the intelligent cleaning machine 40, so the cleaning machine automatic water exchange station 30 does not need to be always connected with an external power supply (but a standby charging port can be provided for charging in the case of failure or complete power failure, etc.) or use a larger rechargeable battery, and the cleaning machine automatic water exchange station 30 is small in size and convenient to install and use.
In other embodiments, the charging connector 150 may be connected to an external power source through a power cord (not shown), and when the charging portion 440 of the intelligent cleaner 40 is docked with the charging connector 150, the intelligent cleaner 40 is charged by the external power source to supply power to the intelligent cleaner, so that the structure is simple.
The charging connector 150 includes a positive connector and a negative connector. The positive electrode connector and the negative electrode connector are respectively in butt joint with the positive electrode charging part and the negative electrode charging part of the intelligent cleaner 40, so that electric conduction is realized.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the outer wall of the base housing 100 is provided with a second mounting opening 108, and the charging connector 150 is disposed through the second mounting opening 108. The charging connector 150 may be fixedly connected to the inner wall of the base housing 100 by a clamping, bonding or screwing manner. Wherein, the charging connector 150 is provided with an elastic member, similar to the structure of an elastic charging contact pin, when the charging connector 150 is abutted against the charging portion 440 of the intelligent cleaning machine 40, the charging connector 150 is slightly adjusted in a telescopic manner so as to be better abutted against the intelligent cleaning machine 40 for charging. Preferably, the elastic member is a spring.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 15, the charging connector 150 is used for in-place detection (i.e. the charging connector 150 can perform in-place detection itself) or is provided with an in-place detection module, and the charging connector 150 is electrically connected with the in-place detection module and the controller inside the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30, so as to be used for in-place detection of the intelligent cleaning machine 40 and the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30. When the charging connector 150 is docked with the charging portion 440 of the intelligent cleaner 40 to form an electrical connection, it means that the intelligent cleaner 40 and the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30 are docked in place, and further operations (e.g., supplying water to the intelligent cleaner 40, or pumping out sewage in the intelligent cleaner 40, etc.) can be performed.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 16, the docking structure further includes a registration bar 160. The alignment bar 160 is disposed on an outer wall of one side of the base housing 100, and the alignment bar 160 is used for positioning and docking the intelligent cleaning machine 40. Specifically, the intelligent cleaner 40 is correspondingly provided with an alignment groove, and the alignment bar 160 is matched and inserted into the alignment groove of the intelligent cleaner 40, so that the intelligent cleaner 40 is positioned and abutted, the clear water port 402 and the sewage port 401 of the intelligent cleaner 40 of the first clear water interface 102 and the first sewage interface 101 are precisely abutted, or the charging part 440 of the intelligent cleaner 40 is precisely abutted with the charging connector 150, the misplacement butt joint is prevented, and the structure is reliable.
Preferably, referring to fig. 3 and 16, the alignment bar 160 is disposed on the first support plate 141 and beside the first sewage port 101 and the first clean water port 102 for positioning and interfacing with the intelligent cleaning machine 40.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 10, 12 and 16, the body 20 is further provided with a fresh water tank 210, the fresh water tank 210 has a fresh water outlet 211 and a fresh water inlet 212 communicating with the interior thereof, the fresh water inlet 212 of the fresh water tank 210 communicates with the fourth fresh water port 202 through a water inlet pipe 213, and the fresh water outlet 211 of the fresh water tank 210 communicates with the first fresh water port 102. Specifically, the clean water of the faucet flows into the interior of the clean water tank 210 through the fourth clean water connector 202, the water inlet pipe 213 and the water inlet 212, so that the clean water is supplemented into the interior of the clean water tank 210, the clean water tank 210 does not need to be supplemented manually, the use is convenient, and the user experience is improved. Referring to fig. 1, 5, 10 and 16, when the clean water port 402 of the intelligent cleaner 40 is docked with the first clean water port 102 of the base 10 and in a clean water supplying state, clean water inside the clean water tank 210 flows into the intelligent cleaner 40 through the water outlet 211, the third clean water port 204, the second clean water port 104, the clean water outlet pipe 121 and the first clean water port 102, thereby replenishing water to the intelligent cleaner 40.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 11, 12 and 16, a cleaning liquid pump 262, a mixer 270 and a cleaning liquid tank 260 are further provided in the main body 20. The cleaning liquid tank 260 communicates with the clean water tank 210 or the mixer 270 through a cleaning liquid pipe 261, and the cleaning liquid pipe 260 is provided with a cleaning liquid pump 262. The mixer 270 is provided with a mixing chamber 271, and the mixer 270 is provided with a mixing outlet 272, a cleaning liquid inlet 273 and a clear water inlet 274 which are all communicated with the mixing chamber 271. The mixing outlet 272 is communicated with the first clean water interface 102, the cleaning solution inlet 273 is communicated with the cleaning solution pipe 261, the clean water inlet 274 is connected with a clean water pipe 275, and the lower end of the clean water pipe 275 extends into the bottom in the clean water tank 210. Specifically, the clean water in the clean water tank 210 is input into the mixing chamber 271 along the clean water pipe 275, the cleaning liquid pump 262 provides power to input the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 260 into the mixing chamber 271 along the cleaning liquid pipe 261, and after the cleaning liquid and the clean water are mixed in the mixing chamber 271, the cleaning liquid is input into the intelligent cleaner 40 from the first clean water interface 102, so that the cleaning effect of the intelligent cleaner 40 is improved. Wherein the cleaning liquid pump 262 can control the output of the cleaning liquid.
Wherein, referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, the mixer 270 may be provided inside or outside the fresh water tank 210. When the mixer 270 is provided inside the clean water tank 210, the cleaning liquid pipe 261 is connected to the clean water tank 210, and then is connected to the cleaning liquid inlet 273 of the mixer 270 through a pipe, and the mixing outlet 272 of the mixer 270 is connected to the clean water outlet 211. When the mixer 270 is provided outside the clean water tank 210, the cleaning liquid pipe 261 directly communicates with the cleaning liquid inlet 273 of the mixer 270. Preferably, the mixer 270 is provided inside the fresh water tank 210 to facilitate connection to the pipes.
Further, referring to fig. 12, the mixing chamber 271 is in a gourd shape, the mixing outlet 272 is connected to a smaller end of the mixing chamber 271, the cleaning liquid inlet 273 and the clean water inlet 274 are connected to a larger end of the mixing chamber 271, clean water in the clean water tank 210 is input into the mixing chamber 271 along the clean water pipe 275, cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 260 is input into the mixing chamber 271 along the cleaning liquid pipe 261, and the cleaning liquid and the clean water form larger impact and mix from the larger end of the mixing chamber 271 to the smaller end, so that the mixing effect of the cleaning liquid and the clean water is better.
Further, referring to fig. 11, the cleaning liquid tank 260 is provided with a liquid adding port 263 communicating with the inside thereof, and the liquid adding port 263 is detachably covered with a liquid adding cap 264. The user removes the liquid adding cap 264, and can add the cleaning liquid into the cleaning liquid tank 260 through the liquid adding port 263, thereby facilitating the operation.
The liquid adding cover 264 may be a plug, and the liquid adding cover 264 is plugged into the liquid adding port 263 through interference fit, so as to cover the liquid adding port 263. The liquid adding cover 264 may be a buckle cover, and the liquid adding cover 264 is engaged with the liquid adding port 263 by means of engagement. The liquid adding cover 264 may be a screw cover provided with an internal thread, and the liquid adding port 263 is externally threaded, and the internal thread is connected with the external thread in a matching manner, so that the liquid adding cover 264 is covered on the liquid adding port 263. The above-described structure is not limited to this, and the liquid adding cap 264 may be detachably connected to the liquid adding port 263.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the water inlet valve includes a three-way solenoid valve 250. The purge line 228, inlet line 213, and fourth clean water connection 202 are each connected to three valve connections 251 in a three-way solenoid valve 250, the three-way solenoid valve 250 being well known in the art. When the three-way solenoid valve 250 turns on the cleaning pipe 228 and closes the water inlet pipe 213, the clean water of the faucet flows into the sewage container 220 along the cleaning pipe 228 for flushing the filter assembly 240. When the three-way solenoid valve 250 turns on the water inlet pipe 213 and closes the cleaning pipe 228, clean water of the faucet flows into the clean water tank 210 from the clean water inlet 212 along the water inlet pipe 213 for replenishing the clean water tank 210.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the water inlet valve may include a first solenoid valve (not shown) and a second solenoid valve (not shown). The first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve are respectively arranged on the cleaning pipeline 228 and the water inlet pipe 213, when the first solenoid valve is opened, clean water of the faucet flows into the sewage container 220 from the cleaning interface 220c along the cleaning pipeline 228 for flushing the filter assembly 240. When the second solenoid valve is opened, clean water of the tap flows from the clean water inlet 212 into the clean water tank 210 along the water inlet pipe 213 for supplementing water into the clean water tank 210.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10 and 12, the water inlet valve may further include a full water detecting means 214 provided at the top of the fresh water tank 210, the fresh water inlet 212 being penetrated through the full water detecting means 214, the full water detecting means 214 closing the fresh water inlet 212 when the inside of the fresh water tank 210 is full, and fresh water not continuing to be supplied from the fresh water inlet 212 to the inside of the fresh water tank 210.
Referring to fig. 10 and 12, the full water detecting device 214 may include a float structure, and when the internal water level of the fresh water tank 210 is too high (full water), the water level moves upward against the float of the float structure to block the fresh water inlet 212, thereby closing the fresh water inlet 212, and fresh water does not continuously fill the fresh water tank 210 from the fresh water inlet 212.
In other embodiments, referring to FIGS. 10 and 12, the full water detection device 214 may include a solenoid valve (not shown) disposed at the fresh water inlet 212 and a level sensor disposed at the top of the fresh water tank 210. When the internal water level of the clean water tank 210 is too high and contacts with the liquid level sensor (when the water is full), the liquid level sensor transmits a signal to the electromagnetic valve, so that the electromagnetic valve closes the clean water inlet 212, and clean water cannot continuously supplement water from the clean water inlet 212 to the interior of the clean water tank 210, so that the structure is simple. Wherein, solenoid valve and level sensor are the state of the art of maturity.
Further, referring to FIGS. 10 and 12, the fresh water tank 210 is provided with a drain port 215 communicating with the inside thereof, the drain port 215 is connected to the fourth foul water port 201 through a drain pipe 216, and the drain pipe 216 is provided with a first valve body 217. When the fresh water in the fresh water tank 210 is excessively supplied, the first valve body 217 is opened, and the fresh water in the fresh water tank 210 can be discharged from the fourth sewage port 201 along the drain pipe 216, thereby preventing the fresh water in the fresh water tank 210 from excessively overflowing the fresh water tank 210. The first valve body 217 may have a valve body structure such as a check valve or an electromagnetic valve, and may control the drain pipe 216 to be turned on and off, and is not limited herein.
In other embodiments, the fill valve may include a third solenoid valve (not shown). The third electromagnetic valve is arranged at the first clean water interface 102 of the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30, and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the first clean water interface 102 so as to control clean water to enter the intelligent cleaning machine 40.
The water inlet valve can be a single electromagnetic valve or the full water detection device 214, or can be a combination of the electromagnetic valve and the full water detection device 214.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 12 and 13, the body 20 includes a first housing main body 205 and a first cover 206. The first housing main body 205 has an upper end opening, and the first cover 206 is adapted to cover the upper end opening, and a cavity is formed between the first housing main body 205 and the first cover 206, and the cleaning solution tank 260, the clean water tank 210, the sewage container 220 and the pump body 230 are all installed in the cavity. In this embodiment, the control circuit board 151 may be configured by a PLC or an integrated chip according to actual production requirements, and since the control circuit board 151 belongs to a technology of forming and maturing in the prior art, how the control circuit board 151 controls the automatic water exchange station 10 of the cleaning machine should be well known and can be mastered by those skilled in the art, and therefore the control principle of the invention will not be repeated here.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 16 and 17, there is also provided an intelligent cleaning machine 40 for automatically interfacing with a cleaning machine automatic water exchange station 30, comprising a housing 410, and a fresh water tank 420 and a sewage tank 430 disposed inside the housing 410. The housing 410 is provided with a clean water inlet 402 communicating with the clean water tank 420 and a sewage inlet 401 communicating with the sewage tank 430. The sewage port 401 is used for being docked with the first sewage port 101 of the automatic cleaner water changing station 30 to discharge sewage to the outside through the automatic cleaner water changing station 30, and the clean water port 402 is used for being docked with the first clean water port 102 of the automatic cleaner water changing station 30 to connect an external water source through the automatic cleaner water changing station 30 and supply clean water to the intelligent cleaner 40 for automatic water changing.
Wherein, the shell 410 is also provided with a grey water port 403 communicated with the sewage tank 430.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 16 and 17, a cleaner rechargeable battery (not shown) is provided inside the case 410. The casing 410 is provided with a charging part 440, the rechargeable battery of the cleaning machine is electrically connected with the charging part 440, and the charging part 440 can be in fit connection with the charging connector 150 of the automatic water exchange station 30 of the cleaning machine to form electric conduction. When the charging portion 440 is docked with the charging connector of the automatic water exchange station 30, the charging portion 440 is used for supplying power to the pump body 230 of the automatic water exchange station 30, so as to ensure the operation of the pump body 230.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 16 and 17, a cleaner pump body 450 is disposed in the housing 410, the cleaner pump body 450 is connected to the clean water tank 420 through a water pipe, and the cleaner pump body 450 is used for pumping clean water in the automatic water exchange station 30 of the cleaner through the clean water port 402 and inputting the clean water into the clean water tank 420 when in operation, thereby realizing water replenishment for the intelligent cleaner 40.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 16 and 17, the housing 410 further includes a control module and a detection module therein, and the control module is electrically connected to the detection module. A sewage sensor (not shown) for detecting water fullness is provided in the sewage tank 430, and a clear water sensor (not shown) for detecting water empty is provided in the clear water tank 420.
Wherein, the control module is used for controlling the intelligent cleaner 40 to enter a water changing state and move to the cleaner automatic water changing station 30 to automatically change water after the sewage sensor detects that the sewage tank 430 is full of water or after the clear water sensor detects that the clear water tank 420 is empty of water.
The detection module is used for detecting the position of the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30 in a water exchange state of the intelligent cleaning machine 40, so that the sewage port 401 of the intelligent cleaning machine 40 is in butt joint with the first sewage port 101 of the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30 and/or the clean water port 402 of the intelligent cleaning machine 40 is in butt joint with the first clean water port 102 of the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30, and the intelligent cleaning machine 40 is in accurate butt joint with the automatic cleaning machine water exchange station 30.
The control module is further configured to control the start and stop of water draining and/or water intake according to a preset time, information from the automatic water exchange station 30 of the cleaning machine, or detection information of the intelligent cleaning machine 30 after the intelligent cleaning machine 40 and the automatic water exchange station 30 of the cleaning machine are aligned.
In this embodiment, according to the flow setting of the intelligent cleaning machine 40 or the automatic water exchange station 30 of the cleaning machine and the operation instruction of the user on the APP, the intelligent cleaning machine 40 can only finish taking clean water or draining sewage, and can also simultaneously achieve taking clean water and draining sewage to save time.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an automatic water change system includes the cleaning machine automatic water change station 30 described above and the intelligent cleaning machine 40 described above. The intelligent cleaning machine 40 can be automatically docked with the cleaning machine automatic water exchange station 30 to automatically exchange water. The system may also include a cleaning station for powering the intelligent cleaner 40 and collecting dust from the intelligent cleaner 40, and may automatically clean the mop of the intelligent cleaner 40 as desired.

the body is used for accessing an external water source and/or discharging sewage to the outside;
the base is provided with a docking structure and is used for automatically docking with the intelligent cleaning machine;
the docking structure comprises a first sewage interface and a first clear water interface which are arranged on one side of the base;
when the base is in butt joint with the intelligent cleaner, the first clean water interface is in butt joint with a clean water port of the intelligent cleaner, and clean water is output to the intelligent cleaner; and/or the first sewage interface is in butt joint with the sewage port of the intelligent cleaning machine, so that sewage in the intelligent cleaning machine is input into the automatic water exchange station of the cleaning machine.
2. The automatic water exchange station of the cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein a second sewage interface and a second clear water interface are arranged on the other side of the base and are connected with the body, a sewage inlet pipe and a clear water outlet pipe are arranged in the base, the first sewage interface is connected with the second sewage interface through the sewage inlet pipe, and the first clear water interface is connected with the second clear water interface through the clear water outlet pipe.

The automatic water exchange station of the cleaning machine according to claim 2, wherein one side of the body is provided with a third sewage interface and a third clean water interface, and the other side is provided with a fourth sewage interface and a fourth clean water interface; the fourth sewage interface is used for discharging sewage to the outside, and the fourth clear water interface is used for connecting an external water source; the second clean water interface is used for being connected with the third clean water interface through a water pipe or directly, and the second sewage interface is used for being connected with the third sewage interface through a water pipe or directly.

The automatic water exchange station of a cleaning machine of claim 1, wherein the base has a base housing, the first sewage interface and the first clear water interface being mounted on the base housing by a resilient floating structure such that the first clear water interface is docked in place with the clear water interface of the intelligent cleaning machine and the first sewage interface is docked in place with the sewage interface of the intelligent cleaning machine.

The automatic water exchange station of a cleaning machine according to claim 4, wherein: the base shell is provided with a first mounting opening, the elastic floating structure comprises an elastic plate and a supporting frame, the elastic plate is arranged on the supporting frame in a penetrating mode, the first sewage interface and the first clear water interface are arranged on the supporting frame, and the first sewage interface and the first clear water interface can elastically float relative to the base shell.

The automatic water exchange station of a cleaning machine according to claim 5, wherein: the periphery of the elastic plate is outwards extended to form a mounting ring, the mounting ring is abutted with the inner wall of the base shell, and a fixing piece is pressed against the mounting ring and fixedly connected with the base shell; the fixing piece is provided with a limiting structure, a gap is reserved between the limiting structure and the supporting frame, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the elastic floating travel of the supporting frame relative to the base shell.

The automatic water exchange station of a cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the butt joint structure is including setting up first sewage interface with the grey water entry of the side of first clear water interface, the grey water entry is used for inserting the grey water in the intelligent cleaning machine, the body is used for discharging grey water.

An automatic water changing system comprising the automatic water changing station of the cleaning machine of any one of claims 1-11 and the intelligent cleaning machine, the intelligent cleaning machine being capable of automatically interfacing with the automatic water changing station of the cleaning machine.
