A second closure device 300 may be disposed within at least one of the parking spaces, and the parking spaces may be partitioned into a plurality of subspaces by the disposition of the second closure device 300; preferably, the second closure device 300 is arranged vertically, thereby reducing the area of the fire space of the variable dimension parking garage such that the variable dimension parking garage meets the national regulations.
In a specific embodiment, two ends of the second closing device 300 in the length direction are respectively connected with the outer walls of two opposite variable-dimension parking garages, so as to divide the parking space into a plurality of subspaces; also, both ends of the second closure device 300 in the vertical direction may be connected to the ceiling wall and the inter-layer parking platform adjacent to the ceiling wall, the adjacent inter-layer parking platform, the bottom-layer parking platform and the inter-layer parking platform adjacent to the bottom-layer parking platform, etc., respectively. The second sealing device 300 may be a firewall, a fire curtain, a fire door, a water curtain, etc.
In the present disclosure, the bottom parking platform 120 is provided with at least one of a pavement, a landscape tape and a charging device 170, wherein the pavement, the landscape tape and the charging device 170 are located below at least one hollowed-out area of the hollowed-out area 180.
In order to realize the charging of the electric automobile parked in the variable-dimension parking garage, the variable-dimension parking garage further comprises a charging device 170, and the charging device 170 is used for charging the automobile parked in the bottom parking space and/or the interlayer parking space.

More preferably, the charging device 170 is suspended in the hollow area 180, and a plurality of charging wires are connected to the charging device 170, and the other ends of the plurality of charging wires are disposed near different parking spaces.
In the present disclosure, the charging device 170 is a wireless charging device 170, and the wireless charging device 170 is disposed on the bottom parking space and/or the interlayer parking space, so as to charge the vehicle parked on the parking space through the wireless charging device 170.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a building comprising the variable dimension parking garage described above.

1. A variable dimension parking garage, comprising:
the bottom parking platform comprises a bottom driving lane and a bottom parking space, so that a vehicle can enter and exit the bottom parking space through the bottom driving lane;
the top wall is positioned above the bottom layer parking platform, and a support column is arranged between the bottom layer parking platform and the top wall;
the sandwich parking platform is arranged between the bottom layer parking platform and the top wall; each layer of interlayer parking platform is provided with at least one interlayer driving lane for vehicles to pass through and an interlayer parking space, and the interlayer parking space is arranged on at least one side of the interlayer driving lane;
the hollow area is used for communicating the upper space and the lower space of the interlayer parking platform;
the first sealing device is used for at least partially sealing the hollowed-out area, and when the first sealing device does not seal or does not seal the hollowed-out area completely, different parking platforms are connected through the hollowed-out area; when the first sealing device seals the hollowed-out area, a parking platform above the sealing device is separated from a parking platform below the sealing device; and
and a spraying system for providing a substance for extinguishing fire to the underlying parking space and/or the interlayer parking space.

Variable dimension parking garage according to claim 1, characterized in that the spraying system comprises: the bottom spraying pipeline is arranged below an interlayer parking platform close to the bottom parking platform and is at least used for providing substances for extinguishing fire for the bottom parking space; and
the number of the interlayer spray pipelines is the same as that of the interlayer parking platforms, and the interlayer spray pipelines are arranged on the interlayer parking platforms or the top wall of the current interlayer parking platform, which are adjacent to the current interlayer parking platform and are positioned above the current interlayer parking platform, and are at least used for providing substances for extinguishing fire for the current interlayer parking space.
3. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 2, wherein the spray system further comprises:
the vertical connecting pipeline is connected with the bottom spraying pipeline and the interlayer spraying pipeline.
4. A variable dimension parking garage as claimed in claim 3 wherein the floor spray piping comprises a floor spray header and at least one floor spray manifold, wherein one end of the at least one floor spray manifold is connected to the floor spray header, and the floor spray header is connected to a vertical connection line.
5. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 4, wherein when the number of the bottom layer spray branches is more than two, the other ends of at least two spray branches of the bottom layer spray branches are connected through bottom layer connecting pipelines.
6. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 4, wherein the mezzanine spray pipe comprises a mezzanine spray main pipe and at least one mezzanine spray branch pipe, wherein one end of the at least one mezzanine spray branch pipe is connected to the mezzanine spray main pipe, and wherein the mezzanine spray main pipe is connected to the vertical connection pipe.
7. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 6, wherein when the number of the sandwich spray branch pipes is more than two, the other ends of at least two spray branch pipes of the sandwich spray branch pipes are connected by a sandwich connection pipe.
8. Variable dimension parking garage according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the floor parking spaces and/or at least one of the mezzanine parking spaces is formed as a primary and secondary parking space.
9. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 1, wherein the underlying parking platform is provided with at least one of a walkway, a landscape belt and a charging device, wherein the walkway, landscape belt and charging device are located below at least one of the hollowed-out areas.
10. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 1, further comprising a charging device for charging a vehicle parked in an underlying parking space and/or an intermediate parking space.
11. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 10, wherein the charging device is disposed on a side of the underlying parking space and/or the mezzanine parking space to charge vehicles parked in the underlying parking space and/or mezzanine parking space via the charging device.
12. Variable dimension parking garage according to claim 10, characterized in that the charging means are arranged between adjacent parking spaces between two columns of parking spaces.
13. Variable dimension parking garage according to claim 10, characterized in that the charging means are provided on the support column.
14. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 10, wherein the charging device is disposed in the hollow area, one end of the charging wire is connected to the charging device, and the other end of the charging wire is disposed near the bottom parking space and/or the interlayer parking space for charging the vehicle parked in the parking space.
15. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 10, wherein the charging device is suspended in the hollowed-out area, the charging device is connected with a plurality of charging wires, and the other ends of the plurality of charging wires are arranged near different parking spaces.
16. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 10, wherein the charging device is a wireless charging device disposed on the underlying parking space and/or the mezzanine parking space to charge vehicles parked on the parking space via the wireless charging device.
17. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 1, wherein the first closure device is selected from at least one of a pleated curtain, a gravity fire curtain, a transverse roller shutter, a fire panel, a fire floor, a removable cover, a water curtain, and a transverse fire blocking device.
18. The variable dimension parking garage of claim 1, further comprising a second closing device for dividing a first parking space and/or a second parking space formed after the first closing device closes the hollowed-out area into a plurality of subspaces.
19. Variable dimension parking garage according to claim 18, characterized in that the two ends of the second closing means in the length direction are connected to the outer walls of two opposite variable dimension parking garages, respectively, for dividing the first parking space and/or the second parking space into a plurality of subspaces.
20. Building comprising a variable dimension parking garage according to any one of claims 1-19.
