5. The three-pivot counterweight stacker vehicle of claim 4 further comprising a protective housing covering said counterweight and said power cells.
6. The three-pivot counterweight stacker vehicle of claim 5 wherein said protective housing comprises a housing and a cover plate, said cover plate rotatably connected at one end to said housing to cover or uncover said power cells.
7. The three-pivot counterweight stacker truck of claim 1 wherein said frame further comprises a column, said fork is disposed on said column in a liftable manner, and a guardrail is disposed on said column on a side of said column adjacent to said storage compartment.
8. The three-pivot counterweight stacker vehicle of claim 1 further comprising a pedal foldably disposed on said frame at an end proximate said steering wheel.
