Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种分离设备。
本实用新型还涉及一种容器制品,所述容器制品由塑料利用根据本实用新型的分离设备制造。
背景技术
通过WO02/49821A2已知一种用于利用制造和填充容器的设备,所述设备具有模具,所述模具具有至少一个可运动的模具壁,塑化的塑料材料的至少一个软管能挤出到所述模具中,该模具的模具部件可以关闭,以便通过处于其上的焊接棱边将软管的处于前面的端部焊接,以用于构成容器底部,所述设备具有用于产生在软管上起作用的且将该软管扩宽的压力梯度,以用于将容器成形在模具壁上,所述设备具有可运动的刀具,该刀具能在退回的基础位置与工作位置之间运动,以用于通过分割软管来在模具上方构成填充开口,并且所述设备具有滑移装置,所述滑移装置用于使模具运动到填充位置中,以用于穿过填充开口填充容器,作为无菌的护盖设置有能与刀具共同运动的且能加热的盖板,该盖板设置在这样的位置布置结构中并且具有这样的尺寸,使得该盖板在刀具的工作位置中处于模具的引导到填充位置中的运动轨道上方并且覆盖所述填充开口。所使用的热的刀具用于分离软管并且具有楔形部,该楔形部具有锥形延伸的分离面。通过利用无菌的阻隔板来覆盖软管的填充开口要碰到如下危险:在模具已经到达填充无菌空腔之前,在软管分割之后可能有颗粒或必要时含菌的环境空气到达敞开的填充开口中。在此,将阻隔板加热到杀菌温度、优选大于150℃。
尽管存在这些预防措施,在塑料软管的所述的热实施的切割中、特别是在楔形的热的分离面上通过塑料材料的燃烧过程产生氧化和分解产品以及烟粒子、在下文中也简称为污染物,它们通过切割直接在阻隔板与填充开口之间产生。由此,阻隔板将污染物更易于引入到软管内部中并且因此引入到容器内部中,而不将其阻止。此外,阻隔板还阻止污染物从填充开口的区域的有效吸出。切割过程的真正问题、即构成特别是颗粒状污染物通过该现有技术并没有得到处理。
实用新型内容
从现有技术出发,本实用新型的目的是:对现有技术中的所述切割设备进行改进。根据本实用新型的分离设备实现所述目的。
为此,本实用新型提供了一种分离设备,所述分离设备具有分离元件,所述分离元件由保持装置保持,所述保持装置沿互相相反的进给方向借助于驱动装置以能运动地引导的方式至少沿一个方向在分离物上实施分离过程,其中,所述分离设备的分离元件带形地构造,并且所述保持装置在对置的保持件之间容纳所述分离元件,所述分离元件能借助于所述保持装置沿着弯曲轨道运动穿过分离物。由此,在前述意义内实现对塑料软管的污染物少的分离,特别是在制造吹塑成形的、经填充和封闭的容器制品的范围内。通过沿着弯曲轨道引导的、能受控地加热的带形的分离元件,对于本领域普通专业人员而言意想不到地在分离过程期间引起对固态的和/或液态的和/或气态的污染物的减少的构成。弧形的分离或切割曲线还能实现:非常靠近保持钳口的上侧地或非常靠近软管夹具的上侧地将软管分离,这导致有效的材料使用。就此而言也可能的是:在所提及的保持钳口/软管夹具与分离元件之间供应和/或吸出颗粒少和菌少的纯空气。通过弧形的分离或切割引导装置,如果有的话,仅引起对污染物的最少的构成,因为就此而言在分离元件或者切割刀具与软管之间仅产生最少的棱边触碰。这是意想不到的,因为尽管相对于如在现有技术中所示的直线切割根据本实用新型需要较长的切割路径仍出现所述效果。
因此,利用根据本实用新型的切割设备解决方案也能获得对软管材料的改进的分离和切割几何形状,这简化了对随后的加工步骤的实施。此外,降低要运动的质量,其方式是,与之前描述的根据前述WO02/49821A2的具有热的阻隔板和楔形的刀具的实心设计方案相反地,同样足够的是:借助于保持装置沿着互相相反的曲线形的进给方向使轻的分离元件进行往复运动,这在根据本实用新型的分离过程中改进了精度以及能实现颗粒少的和菌少的纯空气的适宜流动。
在根据本实用新型的分离设备的一种优选实施方式中规定:所述分离元件相对于相应的进给方向以能预给定的斜度容纳在所述保持装置中。优选地,带形的所述分离元件以倾斜角度容纳在所述保持装置中,以用于获得能预给定的斜度,所述倾斜角度相对于水平方向在3°至15°之间、优选在3°至10°之间,使得在所述分离元件水平进给运动时相应的分离棱边沿竖直方向观察设置在所述分离元件的最下面上。随着分离棱边碰到通常形式为软管的分离物,引起对要分割的壁区段的线性的连续分离,并且由于除此之外否则沿着弯曲轨道引导的分离元件相对于参考水平方向的略微上升的斜度,在最小化任意类型的污染物的形成的情况下进行无损伤的分离过程。在此,将经分离的塑料材料在带形的分离元件的上侧上几乎无力地引导,反之下部软管区段由方法决定地远离分离元件,从而通过不期望的热输入引起的污染物完全不会在这个区域中形成。特别是随着分离过程光滑地延伸的壁部件到达分离部位,所述壁部件有助于简化之后的在制造机器中的成型工艺。
在污染物少的分离的范围内已经证实为有利的是:所述分离元件从其分离棱边出发设有两个对置的、彼此平行延伸的面,以便构成带,已经证实为特别有利的是:在横截面中观察,所述分离元件不对称地构造并且在面对所述分离物的供应方向的一侧上设置有凹形的面并且对置地设置有凸形的隆起。取代凸形的弯曲部也能够实现好结果,如果对置侧在水平面中直线延伸地构造的话。在分离元件的凹形地/凸形地构造的带面与其沿着弯曲轨道的运动配合作用中,在大程度避免污染物构成时获得特别好的分离过程。
在分离设备的另一种优选实施方式中规定:所述分离元件作为电阻加热装置的组成部分是能加热的,并且优选地所述分离元件的温度被调整和监测、特别优选在使用至少一个热偶的情况下被监测。除了所述及的热偶之外,备选地或附加地,温度测量也可以通过无触碰的、光学的温度测量例如借助于高温计或红外相机进行,并且这样获得的值可以包含到用于分离过程的温度调整之内。
通过调整电流强度,可以将切割或分离带的温度调节到期望温度并且使其恒定保持。不言而喻,最佳的带温度与为软管材料使用的塑料材料有关并且还与特定的软管几何形状以及软管的壁厚有关。
以有利的方式,在静止状态中可以将带形的分离元件短暂地加热到高得多的温度,以便确保无菌性。在此,也使可能附着在分离元件上的杂质有针对性地事先且不是在实际的软管切割期间燃烧,以便附加地吸走形成的燃烧用气体,根据本实用新型的分离元件相对于水平方向的斜度决定性地有助于改进的流动引导。
为了补偿带形的分离元件由于不同温度引起的热长度膨胀并且对于即将来临的切割和分离过程始终保持在夹紧位置中,优点在于:所述保持装置设计为保持卡箍,所述保持装置以其对置的卡箍件作为保持件优选以能预给定的预应力将带形的所述分离元件就此而言在拉力下固定在其自由的端部上。因此,在使用温度低得多的情况下,分离元件在其带尺寸方面也可以具有较小的宽度和/或厚度并且尽管如此还具有机械稳定性,该机械稳定性对所述及的分离过程必需,这有利于力求达到的切割质量。因此,在根据本实用新型述及的低应用温度的情况下特别是可以明显提高带材料的刚性。这又能实现对软管和带形的分离元件的接触面包含其斜度的附加减小并且由此除了降低的温度之外有助于最小化烟形成并且由此有助于最小化化所述及的污染物。
原则上,带形的分离元件也可以“冷”运行、也就是说没有对分离元件附加的热供应,前提是:形式为软管的分离物在存在的温度下具有对应的几何的和机械的性能,所述性能适用于分离过程。
已经被证实为在现实中特别经济的是:作为驱动装置使用电动马达或线性驱动器、如气动缸,所述驱动装置的相应的旋转轴线构成用于所述保持装置的枢转轴线,所述保持装置以其自由端侧铰接在所述驱动装置上并且以其另一个自由端侧由支承件自由地保持。因此,能实现沿着弯曲轨道对分离元件的无延迟操控。
在根据本实用新型的分离设备的另一种特别优选的实施方式中规定:在以所述分离元件达到的弯曲轨道的最深部位的下方设置有抽吸装置,所述抽吸装置具有用于气态介质(例如颗粒少的或菌少的空气)的供应部和用于所述介质的对应的输出部,并且所述供应部和所述输出部设置在所述抽吸装置的对置侧,由所述分离元件在其弯曲轨道上至少部分略过所述抽吸装置。因此,在分离过程的范围内可能形成的污染物能够迅速且有效地从软管的分离区域导出。
本实用新型还涉及一种容器制品,所述容器制品特别是利用如前面给出的分离设备制造,作为塑料材料使用环烯烃(环烯烃共聚物(COC)、环烯烃聚合物(COP))、含氟和/或含氯的热塑性聚合物。根据本实用新型的分离设备对于容器制造的应用领域具有特别意义,因为利用该分离设备即使在低温时仍能够实施污染物少的分离过程,以便可靠地避免:在分离过程的范围内例如可能形成剧毒的和腐蚀性的含氟或含氯的气体,这些气体出于工作安全性的原因已经是不可接受的。
有利地,所述驱动装置具有电动马达或线性驱动器,所述驱动装置的相应的旋转轴线构成用于所述保持装置的枢转轴线,所述保持装置以其一个自由侧铰接在相应的驱动装置上并且以其另一个自由侧由支承件自由地保持。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的分离设备具有分离元件10,该分离元件由保持装置12保持,该保持装置沿互相相反的曲线形的或弧形的进给方向借助于驱动装置14可运动地引导。所提及的两个进给方向(向前和向后)处在一个共同的弯曲轨道中,该弯曲轨道可以构成圆弧段并且其沿竖直线观察的最深部位在图5中示出。在本实施例中,对于一个分离过程借助于卡箍状的保持装置12在形式为至少一个挤出的热塑料软管的分离物上引导分离元件10,在朝向图1的视向中观察,分离元件10朝向观察者在沿用于所述分离过程的曲线形的进给方向向前运动并且在分离过程结束之后分离元件10沿互相相反的进给方向返回。
如从图1还得出的那样,分离元件10带形地构造,并且保持装置12在对置的臂状的保持件16、18之间容纳有分离元件10。如图4示出的那样,带形的分离元件10可以在端侧容纳在保持装置12中,以用于获得具有倾斜角度α的能预给定的斜度,该倾斜角度对于本实施例从水平方向观察示例性地应为约5°,然而该倾斜角度在图4中为了简化地示出而未按比例给出。不言而喻,按照根据图4的图示在分离元件10向前的所描述的弧形的进给运动中,所配设的下面的分离棱边20沿竖直线观察设置在带形的分离元件10的最下面上。
此外,分离元件10可以从这个分离棱边20出发具有两个对置的彼此平行延伸的带面(未示出),以便构成带,在按照根据图4的图示的一种优选实施方案中,在横截面中观察分离元件10不对称地构成并且在面对形式为至少一个软管的分离物的上面的竖直供应方向的一侧22上凹形地并且在对置侧24平坦延伸地构造。然而,也存在如下可能性:在未进一步示出的实施方式中,根据要切割的分离物的材料,下面的带面24凸形地构造。
分离元件10作为电阻加热装置的组成部分是能电加热的,分离元件10的相应温度被监测,以便使用至少一个仅示意性示出的热偶26,该热偶在朝向图1的视向中观察安装在分离元件10的左端部上。在图1中示出引导到分离元件10的电供应导线27。然而,必要时也存在如下可能性:经由臂状的保持臂16、18直接实现供电。通过在电阻加热范围内调整电流强度,可以将所示出的带形的分离元件10的温度调节和调整到期望温度。典型地,在可变电流强度在5A至150A的范围内时可以使用交流电压在5V至25V之间的恒定电压。作为电偶26优选使用高柔性的、矿物绝缘的、型号为K的元素。最佳的带温与所挤出的软管的所使用的材料和其几何形状以及其壁厚有关并且就此而言能通过温度调整装置来调节。对含卤的塑料如PFA/MFA、FEP、PVDF、ETFE和ECTFE以及PCTFE、特别是含氯的塑料的分离在80℃至300℃的温度中、优选在100℃至250℃的温度中、特别优选在180℃至230℃的温度中进行,前面选择的用于塑料的简称从ISO 1043-1:2016-09得出。
以有利的方式,将带状的分离元件10或者说切割带在静止状态中短暂地加热到高得多的温度,以便确保无菌性。由此,有针对性地在原本的分离过程或软管区段之外去除可能附着在分离元件10上的杂质并且吸走就此而言形成的气体或蒸汽。为了补偿带形的分离元件10由于升高的温度引起的长度膨胀并且对于分离过程始终保持在夹紧位置中,符合目的的是:以能预给定的机械应力将分离元件10插入到保持装置12的保持件16、18中。然而,也存在如下可能性:经由未详细示出的预紧装置,两个保持臂16、18沿互相相反的方向设有夹紧力,以便因此能够对分离元件10施加预应力。
通过相对于现有技术低得多的使用温度,分离元件因此也可以具有较小的宽度和/或厚度并且尽管如此还为分离过程提供足够的机械稳定性,因为用于分离元件10的材料的刚性鉴于低应用温度必然是高得多的。这又能实现:所挤出的软管与分离元件10的可能的接触面的附加减小由此除了降低的使用温度之外也附加地有助于最小化对污染物的不期望的构成。
按照根据图4的图示,从分离元件的分离棱边20到背侧28测量,分离元件10在宽度为约10mm时具有约1mm的平均厚度。根据多重软管头30的要分割的软管数量,如其在图2中强烈简化地且仅局部地示出,沿水平方向在保持件16、18之间测量,分离元件10可以具有直到约400mm的长度。因此,当如在当前情况下那样多重软管头30具有用于同时出现的八个塑料软管(未示出)的八个挤出喷嘴32时,所述长度是足够的。又根据所使用的塑料材料,用于分离元件10的优选的分离或切割速度在100mm/s至600mm/s的范围内、优选在200mm/s至500mm/s的范围内。
根据本实用新型,实现对也由特别轻的聚合物如聚丙烯(PP)、低密度的聚乙烯(LDPE)以及环烯烃聚合物(COP)和环烯烃共聚物(COC)构成的薄壁软管的污染物少的分离。同样可能的是:根据本实用新型切割通过共挤出制造的多层式软管,如这例如在EP1616549B1中示出。
优选地,使用拉伸模量在室温中按照DIN EN ISO 527(2019-12)小于2.2GPa、优选小于2GPa的聚合物材料。要切割的软管的横截面可以基本上是圆形的或者特别是在制造安瓿块时按照BFS方法部分塌陷地具有更趋于椭圆的横截面。
电动马达34用于获得分离元件的弯曲轨道,该电动马达的从动轴线构成旋转轴线36,卡箍状的保持装置12作为整体沿着所述旋转轴线能枢转地经由所配设的枢转装置38引导。
在根据图2的实施方式中,形式为气动缸40的线性驱动器作用在用于卡箍状的保持装置12的驱动装置14上,气动缸40在其自由的壳体侧能枢转地铰接在作为驱动装置14的组成部分的容纳部42上并且以其另外的杆侧铰接在枢转保持件43上,该枢转保持件又沿着枢转或旋转轴线36能枢转地作用在容纳部42上。在图2中还可以看到用于线缆引导装置27的接头44,该线缆引导装置为了简化在图2中没有示出。
现在借助图3的图示详细示出根据本实用新型的在使用前述的分离设备的情况下的制造过程。所述过程特别是用于制造成形的、经填充的和封闭的容器制品、例如安瓿或瓶子。所述按照所谓的BFS方法制成的容器在市场上能以大量实施方式获得,从而在此不再详细探讨。特别是涉及用于医药目的的容器,这些容器作为轻重量容器具有小于2升的填充容积和/或具有小于0.06kg的空瓶重量。
为了获得所述容器制品必要的是:借助于通常的挤出装置在使用负载气体的情况下沿竖直的挤出方向挤出软管。在所述的制造工艺的范围内,根据图3的8重软管头30在其前端侧上具有连接到所述挤出装置上的接头46并且经由软管头30的下侧上的八个排出喷嘴32将八个单独的软管被排出到进一步的容器制造。保持调整元件48通常用于对喷嘴32的位置调节并且用作软管头30的组成部分。
优选地,接着将相应的软管在其下端部上封闭,以便将保持钳口52贴靠在软管上。取代在图3中示出的保持钳口52,通常也可以使用根据在后公开的DE102020002077.7的适于此的软管夹具。然后,借助于如前面示出的分离设备在软管的敞开的上端部上分离所述软管,按照根据图1的图示,电动马达34用作驱动装置14,该电动马达对应地受操控地使保持装置12借助于枢转保持件38向前朝分离进给方向弧形地运动并且在此借助于分离元件10在相应的软管上沿着弯曲轨道实施分离过程。接着,电动马达34使分离元件10又枢转回其初始位置中。
通常在分离过程期间,经由相应的喷嘴32排出的塑料软管还是热软化的。适当的保持钳口解决方案在WO02/49821A2中示例性地公开,并且软管夹具对应地在后公开的DE102020002077.7中示出。用于分离元件10的基本上圆弧形的轨道(弯曲轨道)具有约100mm至300mm、优选150mm至220mm的半径。如果电动马达34构造为步进马达,则在切割循环期间也可以实现不同的切割速度。例如能实现快速向软管移近、较慢地切割并且在切削之后快速运动。在切割或分离过程期间引起对颗粒状污染物的所述及的少构成,因为除了由于例如根据按照图4的设计方案的弧形切割引导以及切割带的不对称几何结构引起的最佳低切割温度之外,在带形的分离装置10与软管之间的棱边触碰的意义内仅产生最小接触面。只要分离元件10容纳在保持装置12中,以便相对于水平的参考平面趋于能预给定的倾斜角度度α,这种效果还能进一步得到辅助支持。
同样地借助于根据图2的气动驱动装置40能够实现用于带形的切割带10的弧形的或曲线形的轨道延伸。
如特别是图5示出的那样,保持钳口52以其各个圆形的贯穿开口54在边缘侧由板条55界定,所述板条成对地相互对置地具有缝隙形的供应开口56以及同样情况下缝隙形的用于颗粒少的和菌少的空气(下文也称为纯空气)的输出开口58。通过这种纯空气,引导装置能够将可能出现的污染物在最短路径上目标明确地导出,并且此外由于纯空气引导装置在需要时产生对敞开的软管区段的冷却,这一起有助于稳定就此制造的开口。在此,以障碍流动的型式水平地引导纯空气,如这在图5中借助各个彼此平行延伸的流动箭头从左指向右示出,其中,如在图5中示出的那样,纯空气流的方向基本上对应于分离过程的方向。
在将相应的软管区段从软管分离之后,通常将该软管区段在模具中通过压力梯度成形,接着又以通常方式填充和封闭如此获得的容器。在打开模具和将封闭的且就此制造完成的容器制品取出之后,制造过程结束,该制造过程在优选设计方案中允许对每种类型的容器制品在BFS方法的范围内进行在一定程度上连续的制造。在此,所述及的分离优选以与根据图3的保持钳口52或者说所使用的软管夹具成小间距、优选以小于5mm、特别优选小于3mm的最小间距进行。塑料软管和由塑料材料构成的经分离的软管区段被证实为在分离范围内特别适合的,所述塑料材料由至少一种部分结晶的或非结晶的聚烯烃构成,所述塑料材料具有小于0.1kg、优选小于0.07kg的平均重量和小于0.5cm、优选小于0.2cm的平均壁厚。优选地,在使用所描述的分离设备的情况下,BFS容器能够由含卤的聚合物、特别是氟聚合物制造。所述容器(安瓿制品业属于此)特别适用于容纳含有部分氟化的烷的药品、特别是用于吸入药剂的聚氟己基正辛烷。此外,所述容器适用于眼用制剂、例如适用于水溶性差的前列腺素类似有效成分(EP2110126B9,US2020/0360285A1)。
此外,可以填充如下药品,在所述药品中使用二甲基亚砜(DMSO),例如用于也与双氯芬酸和肝素组合的止痛凝胶和喷雾以及用于利用氟尿嘧啶进行疣治疗。
对于动物药品可以在液态抗寄生虫药中有利地使用由含氟的聚合物构成的容器,所述液态抗寄生虫药含有作为溶剂的N甲基-吡咯烷酮并且含有吡虫啉、扑灭司林和/或丁基羟基甲苯(E321)和/或丁基羟基苯甲醚(E320)。
至少部分由含氟的聚合物或环烯烃聚合物(COP)或环烯烃共聚物(COC)构成的BFS容器在包装液态药品时产生特别的意义,所述液态药品的配方成分倾向于吸附在由玻璃、聚乙烯或聚丙烯构成的容器表面上。属于此的有例如芳香醚或防腐剂如苯扎氯铵、苯甲酸盐以及通常用于胰岛素的防腐剂m甲酚和苯酚。
此外,利用根据本实用新型的设备制造的由含氟或含环烯烃的(COC、COP)聚合物构成的BFS容器还适用于包装如下配方,所述配方含有作为有效成分的至少一种蛋白质,所述蛋白质易于吸附(EP3572061A1)。利用所述及的根据本实用新型的解决方案可能的是:在分离或软管切割时形成的污染物通过能聚合物特定地且软管几何形状特定地调整的最佳带温度以及通过达到在带形的分离元件10与热软化的软管之间的最小接触面通过所述及的切割带尺寸和几何形状并且特别是通过相对于水平平面倾斜了倾斜角度α来最小化。
因此,也可以通过小比重的薄壁软管实现安全的平滑的切割,并且能够通过磨损少和维护少的运行借助于所述分离设备实现高生产安全性。分离设备在BFS制造机器中需要小的结构空间并且由于小的空间需求也产生供应纯空气同时抽吸的可能性,这显著地减少对容器制品的污染风险。因为分离设备仅具有小的要运动的质量(基本上由具有分离元件10的保持装置12构成),所以能实现非常快的切割运动,从而能够实现高生产速度,这有助于降低所述及的BFS容器的制造成本。
Claims (15)
1.一种分离设备,所述分离设备具有分离元件(10),所述分离元件由保持装置(12)保持,所述保持装置沿互相相反的进给方向借助于驱动装置(14)以能运动地引导的方式至少沿一个方向在分离物上实施分离过程,其特征在于,
所述分离元件(10)带形地构造,
所述保持装置(12)在对置的保持件(16、18)之间容纳所述分离元件(10),并且
所述分离元件能借助于所述保持装置(12)沿着弯曲轨道运动穿过分离物。
2.按照权利要求1所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述分离元件(10)相对于相应的进给方向以能预给定的斜度容纳在所述保持装置(12)中。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的分离设备,其特征在于,带形的所述分离元件(10)以倾斜角度(α)容纳在保持装置(12)中,以用于获得能预给定的斜度,所述倾斜角度相对于水平方向在3°至15°之间,使得在所述分离元件(10)水平进给运动时相应的分离棱边(20)沿竖直方向观察设置在所述分离元件(10)的最下面上。
4.按照权利要求3所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述倾斜角度(α)相对于水平方向在3°至10°之间。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述分离元件(10)从其分离棱边(20)出发具有两个对置的彼此平行延伸的面,以便构成带,或者在横截面中观察,所述分离元件(10)是不对称的并且在面对所述分离物的供应方向的一侧(22)上凹形地构造并且在对置侧(24)上凸形地或直线延伸地构造。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述分离元件(10)作为电阻加热装置的部分是能电加热的。
7.按照权利要求6所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述分离元件(10)的温度被监测。
8.按照权利要求7所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述分离元件(10)的温度在使用至少一个热偶(26)的情况下被监测。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述分离元件(10)的温度和/或所述分离物的温度选择成,使得其主要引起所述分离物的塑料材料的熔化过程。
10.按照权利要求1或2所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(14)具有电动马达(34)或线性驱动器,所述驱动装置的相应的旋转轴线(36)构成用于所述保持装置(12)的枢转轴线,所述保持装置以其一个自由侧铰接在相应的驱动装置上并且以其另一个自由侧由支承件自由地保持。
11.按照权利要求10所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述线性驱动器是气动缸(40)。
12.按照权利要求1或2所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述保持装置(12)设计为保持卡箍,所述保持装置以其对置的卡箍件作为所述保持件(16、18)将带形的所述分离元件(10)保持在其自由的带端部上并且至少在所述分离过程期间向所述分离元件(10)上施加机械预应力。
13.按照权利要求1或2所述的分离设备,其特征在于,在以所述分离元件(10)到达的弯曲轨道的最深部位的下方设置有抽吸装置(50),所述抽吸装置具有用于气态介质的至少一个供应部(56)和用于所述介质的相应的输出部(58),并且所述供应部(56)和所述输出部(58)设置在所述抽吸装置(50)的对置的板条(55)上,所述分离元件(10)在其弯曲轨道上至少部分略过所述板条。
14.按照权利要求13所述的分离设备,其特征在于,所述气态介质是纯空气。
15.一种容器制品,其特征在于,所述容器制品由塑料利用按照权利要求1至14中任一项所述的分离设备制造。
