Abstract
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够针对外壳体的所期望的部分实现轻量化且高刚度化的木杆型高尔夫球杆头。本实用新型一个方案的木杆型高尔夫球杆头(1)具备中空的杆头本体(10),该杆头本体具有包含杆面部(2)、冠部(3)和杆底部(4)的外壳体(20),在外壳体(20)的至少一部分设有层叠构造(30),该层叠构造具有在厚度方向上空出间隔配置的第一层(11)和第二层(12)、以及在第一层(11)与第二层(12)之间配置的中芯层(13),中芯层(13)的表观密度小于第一层(11)和第二层(12)的表观密度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及木杆型高尔夫球杆头。
背景技术
对于具有中空的杆头本体的木杆型高尔夫而言,期望其轻量化。
从这样的观点出发,研究了在杆头本体的外壳体使用纤维强化树脂(FRP)等(参照专利文献1)。

实用新型内容
实用新型所要解决的技术问题
在专利文献1中,记载了在冠部使用将使碳纤维分散于环氧树脂的预浸材料层叠多层的板状部件。然而,根据该结构,为了得到所需的刚度,需要增多预浸材料的片数,因而在促进轻量化的观点下存在技术问题。
需要说明的是,在专利文献2中记载了在中空杆头中,在杆头内部设置从杆底面向上表面或者从上表面向杆底面延伸的壁部,从而形成蜂巢构造的中空室。在专利文献2中记载了通过设置蜂巢构造的中空室而能够对整个杆头进行强化。然而,通过专利文献2所记载的结构,不能在杆头本体的外壳体的所期望的部分以适当的重量来赋予所期望的刚度。
本实用新型是基于这样的情况而作出的,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种能够针对外壳体的所期望的部分,实现轻量化且高刚度化的木杆型高尔夫球杆头。
用于解决技术问题的技术方案
本实用新型一个方案的木杆型高尔夫球杆头具备中空的杆头本体,该杆头本体具有包含杆面部、冠部和杆底部的外壳体,在所述外壳体的至少一部分设有层叠构造,该层叠构造具有在厚度方向上空出间隔配置的第一层和第二层、以及在所述第一层与所述第二层之间配置的中芯层,所述中芯层的表观密度小于所述第一层和所述第二层的表观密度。
所述第一层和所述第二层可以分别为纤维强化树脂层。
所述中芯层可以为多孔质。
所述中芯层可以具有在厚度方向上贯通的多个贯通孔。
所述中芯层可以包含发泡树脂或蜂窝芯。
作为所述中芯层的平均厚度相对于所述层叠构造的平均厚度的比,优选为0.4以上且0.9以下。
作为所述中芯层的表观密度,优选为10kg/m3以上且200kg/m3以下。
所述层叠构造可以配置在所述冠部。
需要说明的是,在本实用新型中,“表观密度”是指依据JISK7222:2005进行测定的值。“平均厚度”是指任意10点的厚度的平均值。需要说明的是,对于该“平均厚度”来说,在测定对象存在部分凹凸等的情况下,是指在不具有该凹凸等的部分处任意10点的厚度的平均值。
实用新型的效果
对于本实用新型一个方案的木杆型高尔夫球杆头来说,由于在所述外壳体的至少一部分设有通过所述第一层和所述第二层夹住所述中芯层而形成的层叠构造,因而能够通过该层叠构造实现外壳体的所期望部分的轻量化和高刚度化。也就是说,该木杆型高尔夫球杆头的所述中芯层的表观密度小于所述第一层和所述第二层的表观密度,因而即使所述中芯层的厚度相对增大,也能够实现作为所述层叠构造整体的轻量化。并且,通过所述第一层和所述第二层夹持所述中芯层,能够提高所述层叠构造的刚度。其结果是,该木杆型高尔夫球杆头与例如采用具有均质的层构造的以往结构的情况相比,能够针对所述外壳体的所期望的部分实现轻量化且高刚度化。

以下,适当地参照附图对本实用新型的实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是,对于本说明书所记载的数值来说,可以仅采用所记载的上限值和下限值一方或者能够将上限值与下限值任意组合。在本说明书中,能够组合的数值范围作为优选的范围被全部记载。
<木杆型高尔夫球杆头>
图1和图2的木杆型高尔夫球杆头1具备中空的杆头本体10。杆头本体10具有包含杆面部2、冠部3和杆底部4的外壳体20。该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1例如能够作为一号木杆、铁木杆、球道木杆等使用。其中,该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1优选作为一号木杆使用。
如图3所示,在外壳体20的至少一部分设有层叠构造30,该层叠构造具有在厚度方向上空出间隔配置的第一层11和第二层12、以及在第一层11与第二层12之间配置的中芯层13。中芯层13的表观密度小于第一层11和第二层12的表观密度。需要说明的是,在该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1中,并没有对层叠构造30以外部分的具体构成做出特别限定。例如作为外壳体20中的层叠构造30以外部分的材质,并没有被特别限定,例如能够使用以钛、不锈钢、马氏体钢、铝、镁等为主要成分的金属和合金。需要说明的是,“主要成分”是指按质量换算含有量最大的成分,例如是指含有量50质量%以上的成分。
(层叠构造)
参照图3对层叠构造30进行详细说明。层叠构造30是从外壳体20的外表面侧朝向内表面侧依次层叠第一层11、中芯层13和第二层12的三层构造体。在本实施方式中,第一层11构成外壳体20的外表面,第二层12构成外壳体20的内表面。
层叠构造30构成外壳体20的一部分。层叠构造30能够配置在外壳体20的任意位置,例如可以配置在杆面部2、杆底部4等。其中,优选将层叠构造30配置在冠部3。对于冠部3来说,在高尔夫的规则中,要求其坚固,并且从杆头本体10的低重心化等要求来看,期望其轻量。在这一点,对于该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1来说,通过将层叠构造30配置在冠部3,能够提高相对于冠部3的按压压力的刚度并确保坚固性,并且能够实现冠部3的轻量化。
如图2所示,该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1在冠部3配置有盖体3a。该盖体3a具有图3的层叠构造30。作为盖体3a占冠部3的比(也就是说,层叠构造30占冠部3的比),没有被特别限定,例如能够为50体积%以上,优选为70体积%以上。
〔第一层〕
作为第一层11,例如能够举出以纤维强化树脂层或钛、不锈钢、马氏体钢、铝、镁等金属或合金为主要成分的金属层。其中,作为第一层11,从容易实现层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化的观点来看,优选纤维强化树脂层。在第一层11为纤维强化树脂层(第一纤维强化树脂层)的情况下,第一层11具有第一树脂基体和分散在该第一树脂基体中的第一纤维。第一层11例如是所述第一纤维分散于所述第一树脂基体中的多个预浸材料的层叠体。
作为所述第一纤维,能够举出碳纤维、玻璃纤维等无机纤维,芳族聚酰胺纤维、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维(PBO纤维)等有机纤维。作为所述第一树脂基体的主要成分,例如能够举出环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯等热固性树脂或聚烯烃、聚酰胺等热塑性树脂。在所述第一纤维为碳纤维的情况下,第一层11作为碳纤维强化树脂层(CFRP层)构成。在所述第一纤维为玻璃纤维的情况下,第一层11作为玻璃纤维强化树脂层(GFRP层)构成。
优选第一层11为碳纤维强化树脂层(CFRP层)。根据该构成,容易促进层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化。
作为第一层11的表观密度,例如能够为800kg/m3以上且4500kg/m3以下。
〔第二层〕
作为第二层12,例如能够列举出纤维强化树脂层或以钛、不锈钢、马氏体钢、铝、镁等金属或合金为主要成分的金属层。其中,作为第二层12,从容易实现层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化的观点来看,优选纤维强化树脂层。在第二层12为纤维强化树脂层(第二纤维强化树脂层)的情况下,第二层12具有第二树脂基体和分散在该第二树脂基体中的第二纤维。第二层12例如是所述第二纤维分散在所述第二树脂基体中的多个预浸材料的层叠体。
作为所述第二纤维,与所述第一纤维相同,能够使用碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维(PBO纤维)等。作为所述第二树脂基体的主要成分,与所述第一树脂基体相同,能够使用环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯等热固性树脂或聚烯烃、聚酰胺等热塑性树脂。
所述第二纤维的种类可以与所述第一纤维相同,也可以不同。并且,所述第二树脂基体的主要成分可以与所述第一树脂基体的主要成分相同,也可以不同。但是,作为第二层12优选碳纤维强化树脂层(CFRP层),更优选的是第一层11和第二层12双方为碳纤维强化树脂层(CFRP层)。根据该构成,容易促进层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化。
作为第二层12的表观密度,例如能够为800kg/m3以上且4500kg/m3以下。
第一层11的平均厚度与第二层12的平均厚度可以不同。在该情况下,从相对于外力的强度的观点来看,优选第一层11的平均厚度大于第二层12的平均厚度。并且,从层叠构造30的形状的稳定化等观点来看,优选第一层11的平均厚度和第二层12的平均厚度近似。作为第二层12的平均厚度相对于第一层11的平均厚度的比,例如优选为0.8以上且1.2以下,更优选的是0.9以上且1.1以下,进一步优选为1.0。
〔中芯层〕
中芯层13通过粘合剂与第一层11和第二层12粘接。也就是说,中芯层13与第一层11和第二层12直接层叠。
作为中芯层13的材质,例如能够举出木材、合成树脂、金属、纤维等。中芯层13可以由单一的材质构成,也可以例如通过使纤维含浸至纤维合成树脂中等而含有两种以上的材质构成。
中芯层13为了实现层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化而配置在第一层11与第二层12之间。因此,对于中芯层13而言,由于本身重量轻并且被第一层11和第二层12夹住,能够提高层叠构造30的刚度。
中芯层13优选为多孔质。通过使中芯层13以这种方式构成,能够促进层叠构造30的轻量化。并且,通过实现中芯层13的轻量化,容易使中芯层13的厚度增大。其结果是,能够进一步提高层叠构造30的刚度。
在中芯层13为多孔质的情况下,如图4所示,优选该中芯层13具有贯通厚度方向的多个贯通孔13a。根据该构成,能够容易地提高中芯层13的弯曲刚度。并且,通过贯通孔13a在厚度方向上贯通,容易减小中芯层13的表观密度。其结果是,能够一同促进层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化。
在中芯层13为多孔质的情况下,优选该中芯层13具有通过贯通孔13a划分的柱构造13b。柱构造13b通过遍及中芯层13的厚度方向的两端延伸,成为用于维持第一层11和第二层12的间隔的支承(撑档)。对于柱构造13b来说,能够通过在一个实心体形成多个贯通孔13a而设置。中芯层13通过具有柱构造13b,能够容易地提高弯曲刚度。并且,根据该结构,容易使中芯层13的表观密度变小。其结果是,能够一同促进层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化。
在中芯层13为多孔质的情况下,优选该中芯层13包含发泡树脂或蜂窝芯(在图4中图示的是中芯层13由蜂窝芯构成的结构)。根据该结构,容易实现层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化。
在中芯层13包含发泡树脂的情况下,作为该发泡树脂的主要成分,没有被特别限定,例如能够举出聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、硬质聚氨酯树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、聚氧硅烷树脂、环氧树脂等。其中,优选由于具有优异的耐热性而容易形成层叠构造30,并且容易实现轻量化和高刚度化的聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺。
在中芯层13包含蜂窝芯的情况下,作为该蜂窝芯,能够举出铝蜂窝、芳纶蜂窝、纸蜂窝等。在中芯层13包含蜂窝芯的情况下,该蜂窝芯作为前述的柱构造13b构成。根据该构成,能够容易且切实地实现层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化。并且,通过中芯层13包含蜂窝芯,如后述这样,即使在第一层11和第二层12弯曲的情况下,也容易跟随该弯曲形状配置中芯层13。
作为中芯层13的平均厚度T1(参照图3)的下限,优选为0.4mm,更优选的是0.5mm。另一方面,作为中芯层13的平均厚度T1的上限,优选为3.0mm,更优选的是2.5mm,进一步优选为2.0mm。如果所述平均厚度T1不满足所述下限,则存在不能充分提高层叠构造30的刚度的可能。相反,如果所述平均厚度T1超过所述上限,则存在难以充分实现层叠构造30的轻量化的问题。
作为中芯层13的平均厚度T1相对于层叠构造30的平均厚度T的比(T1/T)的下限,优选为0.4,更优选的是0.5,进一步优选为0.6。另一方面,作为所述比(T1/T)的上限,优选为0.9,更优选的是0.8。如果所述比(T1/T)不满足所述下限,则存在中芯层13的厚度不足,不能充分地得到层叠构造30的刚度的可能或者第一层11与第二层12的合计厚度过大,而难以实现层叠构造30轻量化的可能。相反,如果所述比(T1/T)超过所述上限,则中芯层13的厚度变得过大,存在难以实现层叠构造30的轻量化的可能或者难以通过第一层11和第二层12从两侧对中芯层13充分地进行补强的可能。
作为中芯层13的表观密度的下限,优选为10kg/m3,更优选的是20kg/m3。另一方面,作为中芯层13的表观密度的上限,优选为200kg/m3,更优选的是150kg/m3,进一步优选为100kg/m3。如果所述表观密度不满足所述下限,则存在层叠构造30的刚度不足的可能。相反,如果所述表观密度超过所述上限,则存在难以充分实现层叠构造30轻量化的可能。
在第一层11和第二层12均为碳纤维强化树脂层(CFRP层)的情况下,作为中芯层13的表观密度相对于第一层11和第二层12的表观密度的比的下限,优选为0.01,更优选的是0.02。另一方面,作为所述比的上限,优选为0.10,更优选的是0.05,进一步优选为0.04。通过使所述比在所述范围内,容易促进层叠构造30的轻量化和高刚度化。
<木杆型高尔夫球杆头的制造方法>
参照图5,对该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1的制造方法的一个例子进行说明。该木杆型高尔夫球杆头的制造方法(以下简称为“该制造方法”)作为具备中空的杆头本体10,该杆头本体具有包含杆面部2、冠部3和杆底部4的外壳体20,在外壳体20的至少一部分设有层叠构造30的木杆型高尔夫球杆头1的制造方法使用。该制造方法在厚度方向上空出间隔配置的第一层11和第二层12之间,经由粘合剂配置表观密度小于第一层11和第二层12的中芯层13(S1),向第一层11和第二层12施加夹持压力(S2),通过所述粘合剂将第一层11和第二层12与中芯层13粘接(S3)。
(S1)
在S1中,例如分别使用模具对第一层11和第二层12进行成型。另外,在S1中,对第一层11和第二层12的对置面(与中芯层13层叠一侧的面)进行表面处理。作为所述表面处理的具体手段,例如能够举出喷砂法、剥离法(粘贴剥离层,在固化后剥离的方法)等。该表面处理例如是为了对所述对置面进行粗化处理来提高粘合剂的湿润性而进行的。需要说明的是,在将粘合剂涂布于第一层11和第二层12的对置面上不存在障碍的情况下,也可以省略所述表面处理。
接下来,在S1中,分别将所述粘合剂涂布于第一层11和第二层12的对置面。作为该粘合剂,例如能够使用包含环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯等热固性树脂的粘合剂。
接下来,在S1中,分别在涂布有所述粘合剂的第一层11和第二层12的对置面之间配置中芯层13。此时,作为中芯层13,通过使用包含蜂窝芯的类型,即使在第一层11和第二层12的对置面弯曲的情况下,也容易使中芯层13追随第一层11和第二层12的弯曲形状而弯曲。
(S2)
在S2中,在第一层11和第二层12的对置面之间,经由所述粘合剂配置中芯层13的状态下,向第一层11和第二层12施加夹持压力。S2的夹持,例如能够使用与外壳体20的形状对应的模具进行。
(S3)
S3可以与S2同时进行,也可以在S2之后进行。在所述粘合剂包含热固性树脂的情况下,在S3中,通过对所述粘合剂进行加热,将中芯层13与第一层11和第二层12粘接。通过S3的粘接形成层叠构造30。
<优点>
对于该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1来说,由于在外壳体20的至少一部分设有通过第一层11和第二层12夹持中芯层13而形成的层叠构造30,因而能够通过该层叠构造30实现外壳体20的所期望部分的轻量化和高刚度化。也就是说,由于该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1的中芯层13的表观密度小于第一层11和第二层12的表观密度,因而即使中芯层13的厚度相对变大,也能够实现作为层叠构造30全体的轻量化。并且,通过第一层11和第二层12夹持中芯层13,能够提高层叠构造30的刚度。其结果是,该木杆型高尔夫球杆头1与例如使用具有均质的层构造的以往结构(例如将多个预浸材料层叠多层而构成的结构)的情况相比,能够在外壳体20的所期望的部分实现轻量化且高刚度化。
该木杆型高尔夫球杆头的制造方法能够制造具有能够实现所期望部分的轻量化和高刚度化的外壳体20的木杆型高尔夫球杆头1。
[其他实施方式]
所述实施方式并不对本实用新型的构成进行限定。因此,所述实施方式能够基于本说明书的记载和技术常识而对所述实施方式各部分的构成要素进行省略、置换或追加,它们均应被解释为属于本实用新型的范围。
所述外壳体整体的结构并不限于所述实施方式记载的结构。例如所述外壳体可以在冠部不具有盖体。另外,即使在冠部设有盖体的情况下,所述层叠构造也可以配置在盖体以外的部分。
从轻量化的观点来看,优选所述中芯层为多孔质。但是,该木杆型高尔夫球杆头也能够通过例如使用比重小的材质作为中芯层的材质,从而成为中芯层不具有空孔的结构。并且,在所述中芯层为多孔质的情况下,设置在该中芯层的空孔的形状不限于所述实施方式记载的形状。
工业实用性
如上所述,本实用新型一个方案的木杆型高尔夫球杆头适用于针对外壳体的所期望的部分实现轻量化且高刚度化的情况。
Claims (8)
1.一种木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,具备中空的杆头本体,该杆头本体具有包含杆面部、冠部和杆底部的外壳体,
在所述外壳体的至少一部分设有层叠构造,该层叠构造具有在厚度方向上空出间隔配置的第一层和第二层、以及在所述第一层与所述第二层之间配置的中芯层,
所述中芯层的表观密度小于所述第一层和所述第二层的表观密度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,
所述第一层和所述第二层分别为纤维强化树脂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,
所述中芯层为多孔质。
4.根据权利要求3所述的木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,
所述中芯层具有在厚度方向上贯通的多个贯通孔。
5.根据权利要求3所述的木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,
所述中芯层包含发泡树脂或蜂窝芯。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,
所述中芯层的平均厚度相对于所述层叠构造的平均厚度的比为0.4以上且0.9以下。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,
所述中芯层的表观密度为10kg/m3以上且200kg/m3以下。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的木杆型高尔夫球杆头,其特征在于,
所述层叠构造配置在所述冠部。
