The utility model relates to a control mechanism for a motor vehicle body cover, in particular a cover of a motor vehicle refueling or charging module, wherein the cover of the refueling or charging module is mounted in a swinging manner in a stationary body part by using at least one arm, a support end of the cover is arranged on the inner side of the cover, a bearing end of the cover is pivotally mounted in the stationary body part by using a support pin, a motor is arranged in the stationary body part, an output driving shaft (31) of the motor is engaged with a driven gear through a transmission device, the driven gear is fixedly mounted on the support pin, and the support pin is fixedly connected to the cover arm.
Background
Electrically driven vehicles and vehicles having a combined drive comprising an electric drive are of particular benefit to manufacturers and the public, in particular because of further strictness of regulations, which further significantly limit the permissible emission values of internal combustion engines. The electrically driven car obtains energy from a battery, which must be charged from an external power source. For charging, a charging module is arranged in the vehicle body, typically on the side of the vehicle, with a multipolar electrical socket arranged in the bottom of the dished boss of the vehicle body. The aperture of the disc-shaped protrusion is covered by an outer cover and the electrical socket or parts thereof are covered by an inner cover. The cover of the charging module is typically suspended using one arm pivotally mounted to a body support pin. From applicant's internal resources, it is known that the outer cover of the charging module is suspended using two arms forming a parallelogram and mounted to two parallel-arranged support pins of the vehicle body. The inner cover of the charging module is preferably pivotally mounted on one of the support pins of the vehicle body using an arm. As technology advances, the need for simplified vehicle operation by vehicle owners has increased, resulting in the application of electric drives to almost all moving body parts, such as doors, hoods, and covers for charging modules. As far as known, the electric drive of the cover is limited to simplifying the opening and closing of the outer cover of the charging module. Other necessary functions of the charging module cover must be controlled manually or by means of separate or remote control by the driver of the car.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the utility model is an electrical control mechanism for a vehicle body cover, which provides, in addition to an electrical drive for a charging module cover, locking of the cover in an open or possibly also closed position.
The drawbacks of the prior art are substantially eliminated and the object of the present utility model is achieved by a control mechanism for a motor vehicle body cover, wherein the cover of a refueling or charging module is mounted in a swinging manner in a stationary body part using at least one arm, the support end of which is arranged on the inside of the cover, the support end of which is pivotably arranged in the stationary body part, wherein a motor is arranged in the stationary body part, the output drive shaft of which is in gear engagement via a transmission with a driven gear firmly mounted on a support pin which is firmly connected to the cover arm of the present utility model; it is characterized in that one of the transmission gears or an additional transmission gear connected to one of the transmission gears is engaged with a blocking element slidably mounted in the body fixing part for engaging or disengaging said blocking element with a catch arranged on said cover or one of the arms while blocking the cover position.
According to a preferred embodiment of the utility model, one of the gears of the transmission or an additional transmission gear connected to one of the gears of the transmission at the front may be provided with an axial guiding projection which protrudes into a recess formed on the blocking element. Preferably, the blocking element may be provided with a locking finger arranged on one side and a compression spring arranged on the other side for power transmission with the stationary body part for effecting engagement or disengagement of the blocking element with the closure catch or catch of one of the arms while locking the closure position. Preferably, an arcuate axial blocking projection may be formed on the front face of the gear wheel engaging the blocking element to facilitate locking the position of the blocking element, wherein the arcuate axial blocking projection engages a shaped recess (shaped recess) of the blocking element.
In particular, the control mechanism of the vehicle charging module cover according to the utility model has the advantage that the closing and opening of the outer cover of the vehicle charging module is completely automatic and completely electronically controlled, as well as the automatic locking of the outer cover in the closed and open position.
Drawings
The control mechanism of the motor vehicle body cover of the present utility model is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1 shows a horizontal section of the charging module with the control mechanism and the cover in an open state;
fig. 2 shows a horizontal section of the charging module with the control mechanism and the cover in a closed state;
fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the charging module, wherein the control mechanism has a cover arm.
Detailed Description
According to fig. 1, the charging module 2 is arranged in a fixed part of the vehicle body 1, which is formed by a dished projection 3, which dished projection 3 has a base 4 and a charging socket 5 arranged in the base 4. In order to close the charging module 2, a cover 6 is arranged, said cover 6 being mounted in a fixed part of the vehicle body 1 using arms 10, 11 forming a parallelogram. The cover 6 is hinged to the carrying ends 12, 13 of the arms 10, 11 using carrying pins 14, 15, the opposite supporting ends 16, 17 of which are rotatably mounted on supporting pins 18, 19 arranged in the vehicle body. Further, the motor 30 is arranged in a fixed part of the vehicle body 1, the output drive shaft 31 of which is provided with a drive gear 32, said drive gear 32 being in gear engagement with a first gear 33a of the transmission 33. The transmission 33 is composed of gears 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e and 33f for gear reducers. The last gear 33f of the transmission 33 is engaged with a driven gear 35 firmly connected to the support pin 18. The arm 10 of the cover 6 is mounted on the support pin 18 and is firmly connected to the support pin 18. In one rotational direction of the driven gear 35, the arm 10 of the cover 6 rotates counterclockwise, and the cover 6 covers the opening of the disk-shaped projection 3 of the charging module 2. In the opposite rotational direction of the driven gear 35, the arm 10 rotates clockwise, and the cover 6 is released, exposing the opening of the disk-shaped projection 3 of the charging module 2. The transmission gear 33f, which is part of the transmission 33, is provided with a pin-shaped axial guiding projection 37 at its front face. A sliding guide is formed in the stationary body part, wherein the blocking element 36 is slidably mounted to move slidably substantially in a tangential direction of a circle centered on the axis of the transmission gear 33 f. The blocking element 36 has a profiled groove 38, the axial guide projection 37 engaging the profiled groove 38 over a part of its circular path. In the open position of the cover 6, the axial guide projection 37 of fig. 1 does not engage with the profiled recess 38 of the blocking element 36 but is located on the other side of its circular path, opposite the profiled recess 38. In order to lock the open position of the cover 6, an arc-shaped axial blocking projection 42 is formed on the front face of the transmission gear 33 f; in the open position of the cover 6, the projection is positively engaged with the profiled recess 43 of the blocking element 36, thereby locking the blocking element 36 in a position corresponding to the open position of the cover 6.
When the transmission gear 33f rotates clockwise, the shape transmission between the axial blocking projection 42 and the profiled recess 43 of the blocking element 36 is released, thereby releasing the blocking element 36 for the subsequent sliding movement, according to fig. 2. After further clockwise rotation of the transmission gear 33f, the axial guiding projection 37 engages with the shaped recess of the blocking element 36 and moves the blocking element 36 in the tangential direction of a circle centered on the axis of the transmission gear 33 f. When the transmission gear 33f continues to rotate, the driven gear 35 further rotates in the opposite direction to the transmission gear 33f, and the arm 10 moves the cover 6 to a position closing the opening of the disk-shaped projection 3 of the charging module 2, as shown in fig. 2. After further rotation of the transmission gear 33f, the guide projection 37 moves the blocking element 36 into engagement with the catch 8 formed on the inside of the cover 6, locking the position of the blocking element 36 in the closed position of the cover 6. The axial guide projection 37 may be formed on one of the gears of the transmission 33 or on any additional gear connected to one of the gears of the transmission 33. The shaped recess 38 is opened so that when the transmission gear 33f is further rotated, the axial guiding projection 37 is disengaged from the shaped recess 38 of the blocking element 36. The blocking member 36 is held in a position inserted into the buckle 8 of the cover 6 due to the pressure of the compression spring 41, with one end thereof being in contact with the fixed part of the vehicle body 1 and the other end thereof being in contact with the inner bottom of the blocking member 36. When the transmission gear 33f rotates counterclockwise, i.e. in a direction opposite to the direction in which the cover is closed, the blocking element 36 disengages the catch 8 arranged on the cover 6. The axial guiding projection 37 engages with the recess 38 of the blocking element 36 and moves the blocking element 36 against the pressure of the compression spring 41 in a direction releasing from the catch 8 of the cover 6. The counterclockwise rotation of the transmission gear 33f rotates the driven gear 35 and the arms 10, 11 of the cover 6 in a clockwise direction, opening the cover 6 of the disc-shaped projection 3 of the charging module 2. The cover 6 is thus returned to its open position shown in fig. 1. The catch 8 may be formed on the inside of the cover 6 or on one of the arms 10, 11. The axial guide projection 37 and the axial blocking projection 42 may be formed on one of the gears of the transmission 33 or on an additional gear 34 connected to one of the gears of the transmission 33, and on the front face of the driven gear 35. In order to engage or disengage the blocking element 36 with the catch 8 of the cover 6 or with a catch arranged on one of the arms 10, 11 when blocking the position of the cover 6, the blocking element 36 may preferably be provided with a locking finger 39 on one side. In order to lock the position of the blocking element 36 in the catch 8, a compression spring 41 is arranged on the other side of the blocking element 36 for power transmission with the fixed part of the vehicle body 1.
Referring to fig. 3, it is apparent from the perspective view that the transmission gear 33f of the transmission 33 is engaged with the driven gear 35. It is also apparent that the projection of the axial blocking projection 42 is circular arc shaped, centered on the axis of the transmission gear 33 f. Finally, it is evident that the embodiment of the blocking projection 36 has a locking finger on one side and that a compression spring 41 is arranged between the fixing part of the vehicle body 1 and the inner bottom of the blocking element 36.
