Abstract

计量式手推车是一种小型运输工具，可应用于建 筑工地和预制构件生产场地与一般手推车相比，它通 过增加附加梁、端板、指针等构件和标准线，可以比较 准确地计量所运输材料的重量，因而可以减少称量工 序，节省人力、物力，提高施工效率。
计量式手推车制造工艺比较简单，成本也比较 低。

Description

一种小型运输工具，可应用于建筑工地和预制构件生产场地。
在现有技术中，一般手推车由车斗、转轴、车架和车轮组成，仅用于运输材料，不能计量所运材料的重量。
本实用新型提供了一种可以计量所运材料重量的运输车。
本实用新型的构造如图所示，附图1为纵立面图，附图2为横立面图。
计量式手推车由车斗（1）、转轴（2）、车架（3）、车轮（4）、附加梁（5）、端板（6）、螺栓（7）、指针（8）、标准线（9）、弹簧（10）、套管（11），伸缩轴（12）组成。其中附加梁（5）两端焊接端板（6），端板上有矩形槽，槽侧有刻度，指针（8）与端板（6）通过螺栓（7）连接。附加梁中间靠近两端焊有伸缩轴（12），车架的横梁制成U形，靠近两端打孔，对应孔焊接套管（11），附加梁（5）与车架的横梁通过伸缩轴（12）、套管（11）及弹簧（10）连接，当附加梁（5）受到车斗（1）的压力时，可以产生向下位移，位移的大小与压力成正比。车架的纵梁上有标准线（9）。
下面举例说明计量式手推车的使用方法与优点。
比如：在搅拌混凝土时，要运输3.12KN卵石，采用一般手推车需对每车进行称量，调整后装入料斗；用计量式手推车，假定计量范围为0.5～1.2KN，则可以按刻度将指针调整对准1.04KN，拧紧螺栓，然后装卵石，当指针对准标准线时，则表明达到1.04KN，这时将卵石直接装入料斗，可以减少称量工序，节省人力、物力，提高工作效率。
计量式手推车的制造工艺比较简单，车斗、车轮、转轴与一般手推车相同，其它构件可以用普通钢材加工制作，安装也并不复杂，因而成本比较低。

Claims (4)

1、一种由车斗(1)、转轴(2)、车架(3)、车轮(4)组成的计量式手推车，其特征在于具有可以活动的附加梁(5)，附加梁(5)两端有端板(6)和指针(8)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的计量式手推车，其特征在于附加梁（5）上有伸缩轴（12），车架（3）的横梁上有套管（11），附加梁（5）与车架（3）的横梁通过伸缩梁（12）、套管（11）及弹簧（10）连接。
3、按照权利要求1所述的计量式手推车，其特征在于端板（6）上有矩形槽和刻度，端板（6）与指针（8）通过螺栓（7）连接。
4、按照权利要求1所述的计量式手推车，其特征在于车架（3）的纵梁上有标准线（9）。
