Based on the above, material conveying equipment in this embodiment can also sort the material to adopt tray conveyor to replace artifical transport tray at the letter sorting in-process, conveying efficiency is high, and can save the cost of labor.
Specifically, the working principle of the third tray conveying device 600 is the same as that of the first tray conveying device 100, and the working principles of the fourth tray conveying device 700 and the fifth tray conveying device 800 are the same as that of the second tray conveying device 200, so that the working processes of the third tray conveying device 600, the fourth tray conveying device 700, and the fifth tray conveying device 800 in this embodiment are not described in detail.
It is understood that the number of the fifth tray conveying devices 800 in this embodiment may be specifically selected according to the number of the types of the defective materials, specifically, if the defective materials are classified into only one type, only one fifth tray conveying device 800 needs to be provided, and if the defective materials are classified into more than two types, more than two fifth tray conveying devices 800 need to be provided, and the number of the fifth tray conveying devices 800 in this embodiment is not specifically limited.
Further, the tray transfer unit further includes a second suction mechanism 500, the third transfer module 400 can drive the second suction mechanism 500 to move from the third tray transfer device 600 to the fourth tray transfer device 700 or the fifth tray transfer device 800, and the second suction mechanism 500 can suck the tray loaded on the third tray transfer device 600 and place the tray on the fourth tray transfer device 700 or the fifth tray transfer device 800, so that the empty tray can be transferred between the third tray transfer device 600 and the fourth tray transfer device 700 or between the third tray transfer device 600 and the fifth tray transfer device 800.
It is understood that the specific structure of the second suction device 500 is the prior art, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted in this embodiment.
Based on the above description, the first conveying unit of the present embodiment is provided with two tray conveying devices, one of which is the first tray conveying device 100, the other is the second tray conveying device 200, the second conveying unit is provided with at least three tray conveying devices, two of which are the third tray conveying device 600 and the fourth tray conveying device 700, and the other is the fifth tray conveying device 800, in order to further improve the conveying efficiency, the first tray conveying device 100 and the third tray conveying device 600 convey a plurality of trays at a time, that is, a plurality of trays are placed on the second supporting plate 122 which is driven to ascend in the vertical direction by the second transfer module 121, in order to prevent the first suction mechanism 300 or the second suction mechanism 500 from sucking the uppermost tray among the plurality of trays placed on the second supporting plate 122, in a case where the uppermost tray among the plurality of trays placed on the second supporting plate 122 is sucked, the tray is driven to move together by the uppermost tray among the plurality of trays placed on the second supporting plate 122, the tray conveying device further includes the second suction mechanism 141 mounted on the mounting plate 131, the second driving member 141 of the second tray driving member 142 is connected to the second tray conveying device 142, and the second tray conveying device is connected to the second tray conveying device 142 so that the uppermost tray is capable of moving along the second tray transferring direction, and the second tray conveying device 142, and the second tray conveying device is connected to the second tray conveying device 142.
In the second tray conveyor 200, since the material transfer unit needs to move the material from the tray loaded on the second tray conveyor 200, a stack of trays transported by the first tray conveyor 100 is sequentially placed to the second tray conveyor 200 by the first suction mechanism 300, in order to ensure that the material transfer unit can accurately move the material from the tray loaded on the second tray conveyor 200, the positioning mechanism 130 of the second tray conveyor 200 in this embodiment needs to position a tray each time the first suction mechanism 300 moves a tray, if the first suction mechanism 300 directly places a tray on the second support plate 122 of the second tray conveyor 200, as the number of trays loaded on the second support plate 122 of the second tray conveyor 200 increases, the positioning mechanism 130 gradually increases the difficulty of positioning the tray loaded on the second support plate 122 of the second tray conveyor 200, and the positioning accuracy gradually decreases, in order that the positioning mechanism 130 moves the tray 200 to the second suction mechanism 142 in the direction of the second tray conveyor 142, and then the second suction mechanism moves the tray conveyor 200 to the second tray conveyor 142, and when the second suction mechanism moves the tray conveyor 200 to the tray 142, the tray conveyor 142, and the second tray conveyor 200 is in the direction, and the second tray conveyor 142 is moved to the second tray conveyor 142, and the second suction mechanism 142, and then the material transfer device moves the tray conveyor 200 to the second tray conveyor device is in the second tray conveying direction of the second tray 142, thereafter, the flat plate 142 is reset, and the second support plate 122 of the second tray conveyor 200 is lowered in the vertical direction so that the flat plate 142 can carry the next tray carried by the first suction mechanism 300. Based on the above, the second pallet conveying device 200 in the embodiment can ensure that the material transfer unit can accurately carry the material by the second driving member 141 and the flat plate 142.
Accordingly, like the second tray conveyor 200, the fourth tray conveyor 700 and the fifth tray conveyor 800 can ensure that the material transfer unit can accurately sort the materials into the trays by the second driving member 141 and the flat plate 142.
It is understood that the second driving member 141 in the present embodiment can be selected from a linear driving structure such as an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, or an electric push rod, which is not particularly limited in the present embodiment.

The tray conveying apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning mechanism (130), the positioning mechanism (130) being provided at an end of a moving path of the second support plate (122) away from a moving path of a pair of the first support plates (112) and being capable of positioning the tray carried on the second support plate (122).
3. The tray conveying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the second transfer mechanism (120) further includes a guide rod (123), the guide rod (123) extends in a vertical direction, and the second support plate (122) is slidably connected to the guide rod (123) in the vertical direction.
4. The pallet conveying apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the positioning mechanism (130) comprises:
a pair of mounting plates (131) spaced apart from each other in the first horizontal direction, the tray being movable between the pair of mounting plates (131); and
a first positioning module (132), the first positioning module (132) is installed on each of the pair of mounting plates (131), the first positioning module (132) includes a first driving member (1321), a first connecting rod (1322), a second connecting rod (1323) and a blocking rod (1324), the first driving member (1321) is fixedly connected to the mounting plate (131), one end of the first connecting rod (1322) is installed at the movable end of the first driving member (1321), one end of the second connecting rod (1323) is hinged to the other end of the first connecting rod (1322) through a first pivot (1325) extending in a vertical direction, the blocking rod (1324) is fixedly connected to the other end of the second connecting rod (1323), the middle portion of the second connecting rod (1323) is hinged to the mounting plate (131) through a second pivot (1326) extending in a vertical direction, the blocking rod (1324) and the guide rod (123) are arranged at intervals in the second horizontal direction, the tray can be moved to the position between the blocking rod (1324) and the guide rod (123), and the first connecting rod (1321) can be moved in the horizontal direction to drive the first connecting rod (1322).

The tray conveying apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the positioning mechanism (130) further includes a second positioning module and a third positioning module, the second positioning module and the third positioning module are respectively mounted on the pair of mounting plates (131) and are oppositely disposed, the second positioning module and the third positioning module respectively include a first positioning plate (1331) and a second positioning plate (1341), and the first positioning plate (1331) and the second positioning plate (1341) are capable of moving relatively or away from each other along the first horizontal direction.

a first conveying unit comprising two pallet conveyors according to any of claims 1-7, wherein one of the pallet conveyors is a first pallet conveyor (100) and the other pallet conveyor is a second pallet conveyor (200), the first pallet conveyor (100) being intended for conveying pallets full of material, the second pallet conveyor (200) being intended for conveying empty pallets, the pallets carried on the second support plate (122) of the first pallet conveyor (100) being able to be carried onto the second support plate (122) of the second pallet conveyor (200);
a tray transfer unit including a first suction mechanism (300) and a third transfer module (400), wherein the third transfer module (400) can drive the first suction mechanism (300) to move from the first tray conveyor (100) to the second tray conveyor (200), and the first suction mechanism (300) can suck the trays loaded on the first tray conveyor (100) and place the trays on the second tray conveyor (200); and
the material transfer unit can be used for carrying the materials from the tray fully loaded with the materials.
9. The material conveying apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising a second conveying unit including at least three tray conveying devices, two of the at least three tray conveying devices being a third tray conveying device (600) and a fourth tray conveying device (700), respectively, and the rest being a fifth tray conveying device (800), the third tray conveying device (600) being used for conveying the empty trays, the fourth tray conveying device (700) being used for conveying the trays loaded with good-quality materials, the fifth tray conveying device (800) being used for conveying the trays loaded with defective-quality materials, the trays loaded on the second supporting plate (122) of the third tray conveying device (600) being capable of being conveyed to the second supporting plate (122) of the fourth tray conveying device (700) or the fifth tray conveying device (800), the material transfer unit being capable of transferring the materials to the fourth tray conveying device (700) or the fifth tray conveying device (800).
10. The material conveying apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the tray transfer unit further includes a second suction mechanism (500), the third transfer module (400) can drive the second suction mechanism (500) to move from the third tray conveyor (600) to the fourth tray conveyor (700) or the fifth tray conveyor (800), and the second suction mechanism (500) can suction the tray carried by the third tray conveyor (600) and can place the tray on the fourth tray conveyor (700) or the fifth tray conveyor (800).
