In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the first sealing edge S1, the second sealing edge S2 and the third sealing edge S3 are formed by bonding three layers of paper P by a heat-melting or ultrasonic-melting means.

The three-layer paper P for making the three-layer paper bag 10 in the present application can be directly applied to the existing automatic continuous production operation of beverages without changing the existing production equipment or machines, the three-layer paper P is continuously fed into the automatic filling and packaging machine of beverages after the first sealing edge S1 is formed into a tubular body, and then the second sealing edge S2 and the third sealing edge S3 are formed by combining a hot-melt joining means or an ultrasonic-melt joining means, so that the automatic filling and packaging of beverages can be rapidly completed.

Finally, referring to fig. 6, the beverage bag with the spout sticker of the present application is provided with a cross-shaped cut 14 penetrating the three-layer paper P at a predetermined position (e.g., a position offset from the center of the top end of the beverage bag) of the three-layer paper bag 10 as a drinking spout of the beverage or an insertion port of a straw 30, and the tear sticker 20 is attached to the cross-shaped cut 14, so that the beverage can be conveniently drunk or poured out by simply tearing off the tear sticker 20 when in use.

Claims

1. A beverage bag with a spout peel sticker for holding a beverage, comprising:

a three-ply paper bag, a closed bag made of a three-ply paper having a structure comprising: the beverage bag comprises a first waterproof paper layer, a second waterproof paper layer and an aluminum foil paper layer, wherein the first waterproof paper layer, the second waterproof paper layer and the aluminum foil paper layer are mutually overlapped and adhered together; and

an easy-tear sticker, the structure of this easy-tear sticker includes: the sealing part is adhered to the outer side surface of the three-layer paper bag through at least two concentric annular adhesive lines, and the annular adhesive lines are wound on the periphery of the cross-shaped cut.

2. The beverage bag with a spout peel sticker of claim 1, wherein the cross-shaped cut is a flat and slit formed by a cross-shaped continuous cut or punch.

3. The beverage bag with a spout peel sticker of claim 1, wherein the cross-shaped cut is a discontinuous line segment or a slit formed by a saw-tooth line segment.

4. The beverage bag with a spout sticker of claim 1, wherein the first waterproof paper layer, the second waterproof paper layer, and the sticker are made of waterproof paper.

5. The beverage bag with a spout peel sticker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seal of the peel sticker is circular in shape.

The beverage bag with spout peel sticker of claim 1, wherein the three-layer paper bag is a closed bag with three sealed edges, the three sealed edges comprising: a first sealing edge, a second sealing edge and a third sealing edge; the left side and the right side of the three layers of paper are mutually bonded to form the first sealing edge and form a tubular body, the opening at one axial end of the tubular body is bonded to form the second sealing edge, and the opening at the other axial end of the tubular body is bonded to form the third sealing edge.

7. The beverage bag with a spout peel sticker according to claim 6, wherein the first sealing edge, the second sealing edge and the third sealing edge are sealing edges formed by bonding the three layers of paper by heat-welding or ultrasonic-welding.
