[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to a packaging bag, for example, a bag for filling liquid drinks, etc., and in particular, a straw is inserted into the top of the bag so that the user can drink directly from the packaging bag. The present invention relates to an improvement in a packaging bag having an insertion portion.

(Prior art) Conventionally, a bag body is formed using plastic film or a laminated material of plastic film and aluminum foil, and the inside is filled with juice, fruit juice, or other soft drinks, sealed, and then packaged as is. It is well known that it is handled as a packaged product. To remove the contents, a part of the packaging bag is usually opened by cutting or other methods, but especially when the bag is filled with a single dose, it is easy to insert the straw into the bag by simply sticking it directly into the designated area. Some are made so that they can be inhaled as is. For example, as in Utility Model Application No. 55-144022, an embossed part is formed to make it easier to pierce a straw, or a part of the outermost layer of the packaging bag body where the straw is inserted is cut out and the lamination in that part is made thinner. There are known containers that can be easily pierced, and are mainly applied to rigid box-like containers.

(Problems with the prior art) However, if the container body is formed into a flat bag shape using a relatively flexible laminated material and liquid is sealed inside, the entire container tends to undergo wavy movements during transportation or other handling. , wrinkles are likely to occur in the straw insertion part of the bag and its vicinity. Especially the form of the packaging bag,
In the case of so-called standing pouches, or self-supporting bags, when filled with liquid, the lower part opens and expands, while the upper part, where the straw insertion part is, is almost flat, and the pressure difference between the top and bottom of the contents prevents the straw from being inserted. Wavy deformation or wrinkles occur in the upper zone of the bag body where the concave part is located. Therefore, if the insertion part is particularly thin due to a notch in the lamination, cracks are likely to occur in this part, and depending on how it is handled during transportation, the part may be damaged due to vibration and the contents may leak. There are things to do.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention solves the conventional problems by preventing wrinkles and wavy deformation around the straw insertion part of the packaging bag. This is what I did. In other words, in a packaging bag having a straw insertion part, if a wide adhesive part is formed partially at a symmetrical location of both side edge adhesive parts or near both ends of the upper edge adhesive part in the upper zone where the insertion part exists, the insertion part is The present invention was completed based on the knowledge that wrinkles and undulating phenomena can be prevented from occurring in the upper band including the groove.

Fig. 1 is a front view showing an example of application to self-supporting packaging. The packaging bag main body 1 is made of plastic film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, nylon, etc., and has desired properties such as heat resistance, air proofness, light shielding property, and rigidity. Bending a plastic film made of a single layer or a plurality of layers laminated in an appropriate order, or a metal foil laminated plastic film laminated with the above plastic film on one or both sides of a metal foil such as aluminum. A packaging bag is formed by forming or overlapping two sheets, inserting the above-mentioned packaging material folded into an inverted V shape into the lower end as the bottom wall 1a, and sealing the required periphery with a thermally bonded part of an appropriate shape and width. A main body 1 is formed. Reference numeral 2 designates a side edge heat bonding portion, 3 a bottom heat bonding portion, and 4 a top edge heat bonding portion applied after filling the contents. 5 indicates the straw insertion part, and in this example, as shown in the cross section in Fig. 4, the uppermost PET layer 1
1 and the next layer of nylon layer 12, and the next Al
It has two layers: a foil layer 13 and a CPP layer 14.
Reference numerals 6, 6 are wide adhesive parts formed on both side edge adhesive parts 2, 2, and the positions are symmetrical with respect to the insertion part 5. FIG. 2 shows another example of forming a wide portion, and the same effect can be obtained even if the upper portion is extended to the upper end as shown in 6'. Fig. 3 shows a case where a wide part 6'' is formed in the sealing adhesive part on the upper edge.It is preferable that the wide part 6'' is not placed too close to the insertion part 5 but separated from each other near the end. The sizes of the wide portions should be balanced and made almost equal in size. Note that 6' may be provided alongside 6 or 6''.

In the present invention, the means for partially forming the wide thermal bonding portion 6 in the packaging bag bonding portion as described above is as follows:
When thermal bonding is performed during packaging bag manufacturing, the thermal bonding may be performed at the same time, or it may be formed in a separate process after bag manufacturing.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, the present invention partially forms wide thermal adhesive parts 6, 6', 6'', etc. on the side edge thermal adhesive part 2 or the upper end thermal adhesive part 4 of the packaging bag body 1. Even when the contents are filled, wrinkles and deformation do not occur around the straw insertion part, and therefore there is no risk of the contents leaking from the straw insertion part formed for piercing the straw, and it is easy to transport. This is extremely beneficial as it prevents accidents during storage and allows safe handling.
