Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the unsealability and self-supporting property by laminating a cardboard on an outer surface of a body part of a pillow type bag having a face-to- face thermal adhesion part and upper and lower edge thermal adhesion parts, forming a notch at the position close to the upper edge thermal adhesion part of a side end part of the face-to-face thermal adhesion part, and forming an unsealing line in the whole periphery of the cardboard corresponding to the notch. SOLUTION: After a laminate film 3 having a thermoplastic resin layer on an inner surface is adhered to a face-to-face thermal adhesion part 4 to form a cylinder, upper and lower end parts are folded inward in a V-shape and thermally adhered to form upper and lower edge thermal adhesion parts 5, 6, and to form a sealed gusset pillow type bag. A cardboard 2 is laminated over the whole periphery on the outer surface of the laminate film 3 to form a body part 1 of the bag, two notches 7 are formed at the positions close to the upper edge thermal adhesion part 5 from the center in the vertical direction of a side end of the face-to-face thermal adhesion part 4, and two unsealing lines 8 are formed over the whole periphery corresponding to the notches 7. A product can be protected thereby even when easily-cracked snack food, etc., is packaged.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a packaging container having a rigid body portion, for example, a bag container made of a synthetic resin having flexibility as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 55-123777 is known. There is known a bag-shaped free-standing container having a configuration in which a rigid, folded, cylindrical outer container is bonded to and integrated with the periphery thereof. However, the bag-shaped free-standing container of this configuration is configured such that a flexible synthetic resin bag container is adhered to the inner surface of a two-folded cylindrical outer container and integrated, and is folded in two. Since the cylindrical outer container and the flexible synthetic resin bag container are separately manufactured and then integrated, the manufacturing process of the synthetic resin bag container and the folding process are performed. There is a drawback that a manufacturing process of the cylindrical outer container and a process of integrating them are required, the manufacturing process is extremely complicated, and the production efficiency is not good. Further, there is a drawback that automatic filling and packaging cannot be performed because the film is not manufactured using a continuous roll-shaped film.

Means for Solving the Problems The outer surface of the body of a pillow-type bag made of a laminated film having a thermoplastic resin layer on the inner surface and having a thermally bonded portion at the upper and lower edges, and a thermally bonded portion at the upper and lower sides. Corresponds to the notch by laminating paperboard on almost the entire area excluding the edge thermal bonding part and forming an inward notch near the upper edge thermal bonding part of the side edge of the joint palm thermal bonding part It has a configuration in which a continuous opening line is formed over the entire circumference of the paperboard, so that it has a rigid body with laminated paperboard and has excellent shape retention and packs fragile products such as snack foods. And a self-supporting packaging container with excellent display effect. In use, it can be easily opened by tearing the laminated film from the cuts provided in the joint thermal bonding portion, and then tearing the paperboard and the laminated film laminated on the body along the opening line. Further, since a paperboard having an opening line formed thereon is bonded and laminated at a predetermined position on the outer surface thereof, a bag-shaped or automatic filling and packaging can be performed by using a roll-shaped laminated film, thereby enabling efficient production.

According to the present invention, the heat-bonded portions of the gasoline joints and the upper and lower edges are bonded to the outer surface of the body of a pillow-type bag which is made of a laminated film having a thermoplastic resin layer on the inner surface and has a jointed thermal bond portion and upper and lower edges. Laminate the paperboard almost all over the area except the part,
An inward cut is formed at a position near the upper end thermal bond at the side edge of the gasket thermal bond, and a continuous opening line is formed over the entire circumference of the paperboard in correspondence with the cut. It has a rigid body with laminated paperboard, has excellent shape retention, and is suitable for packaging snack foods and other fragile products. can do. In use, the laminated film can be easily opened by tearing the laminated film from the cut provided in the joint heat bonding portion and then tearing the paperboard laminated on the body along the opening line. Further, since a paperboard having an opening line formed thereon is bonded and laminated at a predetermined position on the outer surface thereof, a bag-shaped or automatic filling and packaging can be performed by using a roll-shaped laminated film, thereby enabling efficient production. In the packaging container described above, a plurality of folding rules parallel to the vertical direction of the container are formed in order to bend the paperboard on the paperboard at a predetermined position to make the cross-sectional shape of the body part a polygonal shape, Since the cross section of the body can be polygonal, a container having excellent design can be obtained. By providing the folded rules at four predetermined positions, the cross-sectional shape of the trunk can be made square, so that the outer shape can resemble a rectangular parallelepiped paper box. In the packaging container described above, the upper and lower edge thermal bonding portions are thermally bonded in a state where both sides of the pillow type bag are folded inward in a V-shape, so that the upper and lower edge thermal bonding portions have a trunk portion. A self-supporting rigid packaging container that does not protrude outward and has a circular or polygonal cross-section of the body can be provided. In the above-mentioned packaging container, the upper and lower edge thermal bonding portions,
After heat-bonding with the upper and lower ends of the pillow type bag open, they were bent at right angles along the top or bottom surface of the container, and both ends were bent and bonded so as to overlap the paperboard surface of the body. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a self-supporting packaging container having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and rigidity similar to a paper container.
