The lead frame segmenting machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the collecting mechanism (5) further comprises four magazine guide plates (523) symmetrically arranged between the first fixing plate (520) and the second fixing plate (521), and the magazine lifting assembly (53) drives the lead frame magazine (6) to move up and down along the magazine guide plates (523).

10. The lead frame segmenting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide rail assembly (22) further comprises a lead bump sensor (225) disposed on an upper end face of the first guide rail (221) or the second guide rail (222).
