the upper needle bed assembly (3) is arranged above the tray supporting plate assembly (2), and the upper needle bed assembly (3) is provided with an upper needle bed square through frame (301), a heat dissipation fan set (302), a probe module (303), two pressing air cylinders (304) and a plurality of guide rods (305); the length and width of the upper needle bed square through frame (301) are adjustable; the heat dissipation fan set (302) is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation fans (302 a), and the heat dissipation fans (302 a) are distributed in an array manner on the upper needle bed square through frame (301); the probe modules (303) are respectively provided with a plurality of probes (303 a), and each probe (303 a) is uniformly connected below the upper needle bed square through frame (301); the two pressing air cylinders (304) are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper needle bed square tube frame (301), and each pressing air cylinder (304) is connected with the supporting plate square tube frame (201) in a driving mode; the guide rods (305) are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the upper needle bed square through frame (301), and each guide rod (305) correspondingly penetrates through one linear bearing (204) and then is connected to the base square through frame (101).
2. A battery testing needle bed according to claim 1, characterized in that: the shifting cover plate chain assembly (102) is provided with a speed-regulating speed-reducing motor (102 a), two U-shaped cover plate chains (102 b) and a transmission shaft (102 c).
