电缆断线点检测仪由高压发生器、断线对4、接 收器5组成。高压发生器的输出端L1、L2分别接断 线对L3、L4,断线对另一侧L5、L6短路。高压发生 器由断续控制电路1、高频振荡电路2、整流输出电路 3组成。断续控制电路由IC1、R1~R4、D1、C1~ C3、T1、J、JD组成。高频振荡电路由T2、B、R5、W、 K、E组成。整流输出电路由D2、C4、A组成。本实 用新型对电缆断线点的确定,误差不超过3cm,为断 线点的恢复提供了极大方便。

Description

电缆断线点检测仪属于电工检测仪器。
现有电缆断线检测的仪器,只能确定出断线点的大概位置,而不能准确定位,给修复工作带来很多麻烦。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种检测仪器,能准确测出断线点,误差不超过5cm。
本实用新型由高压发生器、断线对、接收器组成。其特征在于高压发生器与断线对的连接关系,及高压发生器的结构。高压发生器的两输出端分别接断线对的一侧,断线对的另一侧短路。高压发生器由断续控制电路、高频振荡电路、整流输出电路组成。断续控制电路由集成片IC1、R1~R4、C1~C3、D1、T1、J、JD组成。高频振荡电路由T2、B、R5、W、K、E组成。整流输出电路由D2、C4、电流表A组成。当K-闭合后,高频振荡电路就产生一高频脉冲,经B升压后变成一高频高压脉冲,又经整流滤波电路变成高压直流电,通过接线端输送到被测线对中去。在断线点处必产生高压放电现象,由高压放电而产生声音。此声音由接收器的探头接收,收到放电声处即是断线点。由IC1产生一个低频方波信号,通过T1放大控制继电器工作,尽而使高频振荡电路间歇工作。间歇工作使整机耗电量减少很多,而且也便于接收器区别噪音和高压放电的声音。
本实用新型解决了多年来人们一直想解决而未能解决的电缆断线准确判断的问题。使得断线点误差不超过3cm。对断线点的恢复提供了极大方便。本仪器可用于任何带有外皮的传输线上。
图1为本实用新型的整体结构示意图。
实施例:本实施例由高压发生器、接收器5、断线对4组成。高压发生器的输出端L1、L2接断线对的L3、L4,断线对的另一侧L5、L6短路。高压发生器由断续控制电路1、高频振荡电路2、整流输出电路3组成。断续控制电路1由IC1、R1~R4、C1~C3、T1、D1、J、JD组成。IC1选用NE555芯片,IC1、R1、R2、C2、C3组成基础振荡电路,此电路产生约1HZ的方波信号。R3、T1、D1、J组成放大器,JD是断续器。高频振荡电路2由R5、W、T2、E、K、B组成。B是升压变压器。整流输出电路由D2、C4、A组成,A是电流表。接收器5制成超声波接收机,并带一探头6。应用时将探头6紧贴电缆外皮移动,当听到断续的放电声处,此处即是断线点。

1、电缆断线点检测仪由高压发生器、断线对4、接收器5组成,其特征在于高压发生器的输出端L1、L2分别接断线对L3、L4,断线对另一侧L5、L6短路。
