Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种水雾装置,包含一上盖以及一壳体。其中,该上盖设有复数个气室,而该壳体与该上盖盖合。该壳体包含复数个出雾口、一储液槽、至少一震荡装置、一进液口、一止水装置以及至少一鼓风模块。其中该复数个出雾口对应该复数个气室连通设置,而该至少一震荡装置设于该储液槽底部。至于该进液口设于该储液槽的侧壁上,而该止水装置可动地盖合该进液口。最后该少一鼓风模块与该储液槽连通。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型提供了一种水雾装置,尤指一种可以自动补液且减少水雾浪费的水雾装置。
背景技术
对于雾化技术来说,一直以来与人类的生活息息相关。举例而言,夏日炎热的情况下,有许多人对于室内或室外环境均有降温的需求。特别是室外环境来说,用雾化的水气进行降温等技术手段均属于相当常见的方式。
除了降温需求而需要用到水雾之外,另一个相当重要的用途便是人们日常生活的消毒杀菌。特别是在特定传染病较为流行的期间,如果可以有个简便的装置能自动产生消毒水雾,便具有相当的便利性。
然而,现有的水雾装置往往有几个缺点;第一是雾化的水雾不够均匀,导致许多水雾并未成为雾气便直接以液体的形式被释出,浪费了许多液体。除此之外,承载液体的容器也无法自动补足液体,变相导致装置需要时常有人补充液体,使用起来相当不便。
因此,目前亟需一种能稳定自动补足液体,并且以均匀不浪费液体的形式释出水雾的水雾装置。
实用新型内容
为了解决先前技术中所提及的问题,本实用新型提供了一种水雾装置,包含一上盖以及一壳体。
其中,该上盖设有复数个气室,而该壳体与该上盖盖合。该壳体包含复数个出雾口、一储液槽、至少一震荡装置、一进液口、一止水装置以及至少一鼓风模块。其中该复数个出雾口对应该复数个气室连通设置,而该至少一震荡装置设于该储液槽底部。至于该进液口设于该储液槽的侧壁上,而该止水装置可动地盖合该进液口。最后该少一鼓风模块与该储液槽连通。
以上对本实用新型的简述,目的在于对本实用新型之数种面向和技术特征作一基本说明。新型简述并非对本实用新型的详细表述,因此其目的不在特别列举本实用新型的关键性或重要组件,也不是用来界定本实用新型的范围,仅为以简明的方式呈现本实用新型的数种概念而已。

为能了解本实用新型的技术特征及实用功效,并可依照说明书的内容来实施,兹进一步以如图式所示的较佳实施例,详细说明如后:
请同时参照图1及图2,图1是本实用新型实施例水雾装置之结构剖面图;图2是本实用新型实施例水雾装置之上盖结构示意图。
具体来说,本实用新型实施例提供了一种水雾装置10。该水雾装置10的外观大致上为矩形立方体。且本实施例水雾装置10中包含上盖100以及壳体200。壳体200包含复数个出雾口201、储液槽202、震荡装置203、进液口204、止水装置205以及鼓风模块206。因本实施例为剖面图之故,实际上鼓风模块206的数量为四个,且均成对设于储液槽202的两侧,并且鼓风模块206以对准气室101的方式与储液槽202连通。除此之外,左侧的两个鼓风模块206夹合该进液口204设置,而进液口204则设于储液槽202的侧壁上。
本实施例之鼓风模块206可以是鼓风机或气体泵等设备。而进液口204主要用以补充液体使用。具体来说,本实施例之进液口204更与一液体供应源连接。该液体供应源可以是备用液体瓶、罐或桶等等;亦可以是外接管线所供应的液体,本实用新型并不加以限制。
在本实施例中,上盖100及壳体200的材质为丙烯酸(acrylic acid),更精确来说是透明丙烯酸(acrylic acid)。透过透明丙烯酸(acrylic acid),本实施例可以轻易地看见水雾装置10内部的运作状况。如发生故障等需要维修的情形时,可以快速找到损坏的部位。
在本实施例中,上盖100设有复数个气室101,且壳体200与上盖100盖合。可先参照图2,本实施例之气室101是由设置在上盖100底面的各个围阻板共构成的空间。且气室101的数量一共有四个。图2因仅显示出上盖100的一侧,因此只能看到两个气室101。
具体来说,本实施例气室101中均包含斜板102a及斜板102b。斜其中斜板102a设置在正对鼓风模块206出风口之处。而斜板102b则被设置在气室101与出雾口201连通的通道顶部。具体来说,本实施例之斜板102a及斜板102b能够协助水雾在气室101通往出雾口201的路途上,协助多于附着在通道中的水雾凝结后,随着重力往下滑落回收至储液槽202中,可以大幅度减少凝结且未成为雾气M的液体浪费。
由图1可知,由于震荡装置203设于储液槽202的底部。具体来说,本实施例之震荡装置203为超音波震荡装置。因此,本实施例之震荡装置203更与至少一机电驱动装置连接。透过机电驱动装置中的微控制器或微处理器等作业,能够进一步针对不同种类或不同分子量的液体进行适合的超音波震荡频率雾化作业。
接着,本实施例之止水装置205可动地盖合进液口204。本实施例之止水装置205是由转动点2051、连接件2052、止水片2053以及浮筒2054构成。其中,浮筒2054的数量可以依照需求改变,本实用新型并不加以限制。
而本实施例之转动点2051设于进液口204下方。该转动点2051可以是板状结构上设有枢轴的方式呈现。而连接件2052便可转动地与转动点2051连接。在本实施例中,连接件2052是由两侧板组成。透过两个侧板夹住转动点2051后形成转轴的方式,便可让连接件2052以转动点2051为中心进行一定程度的旋转运动。
此外,本实施例之止水片2053设于连接件2052上并用以盖合进液口204。本实施例之止水片2053因有水密及碰撞进液口204的需求,该止水片2053可以是橡胶片或硅胶片等阻尼防水材料构成,本实用新型并不加以限制。
最后,浮筒2054与连接件2052连接。本实施例之浮筒2054需要设置于相对止水片2053的另一侧。并且,浮筒2054会随着储液槽202中液位L的高低位移带动连接件2052转动,并使止水片2053打开进液口204。
请同时参照图3及图4,图3是本实用新型实施例水雾装置之出雾示意图;图4是本实用新型实施例水雾装置之进液示意图。
如图3所示,当本实施例需要产生雾气M的时候,震荡装置203会开始震荡储液槽202中的液体开始雾化,接着雾化后上升的液体便会受到鼓风模块206的吹拂,沿着气室101通向出雾口201后出雾,形成雾气M。
随着时间的推移,储液槽202中液位L的位置便会随着液体不断变成雾气M而逐渐下降。液位L的下降意味着浮筒2054会带动连接件2052沿着顺时钟方向转动,使得止水片2053也沿着顺时钟方向转动。
当止水片2053也沿着顺时钟方向转动,便会远离进液口204。如此一来,没有了止水片2053阻挡的进液口204变会如图中虚线箭头所示,开始引入并补充新的液体,让液位L上升。
接着,液位L上升到一定程度后,2054会带动连接件2052和止水片2053沿着逆时钟方向转动,使止水片2053完成进液口204的盖合,达到自动补充储液槽202液体的效果。
在本实施例中,机电驱动装置中的微控制器或微处理器更可以与如红外线或光学传感器等传感器进行连动。当侦测到特定对象或是满足特定条件时,可以自动驱动震荡装置203开始执行雾化作业,本实用新型并不加以限制。
进一步地,本实用新型尚额外提供手动补充液位L的手段。请同时参照图5及图6,图5是本实用新型实施例水雾装置之水箱作动示意图;图6是本实用新型实施例水雾装置之水箱补液示意图。
如图5所示,在图5的实施例中,上盖100进一步设有补充口207。具体来说,补充口207可以进一步与水箱300连接。在本实施例中,水箱300可由人工添加的方式将液体补充至水箱300之中。
而本实施例之水箱300更具有向外突出的插入栓301结构。所述插入栓301的外型可以是圆柱、四角柱或多边形柱体等形状所构成的管状结构,与水箱300的本体连通。而补充口207的入口形状也相应插入栓301的形状进行设计,使其两者得以公母头的方式配对。
据此,使用者可以使用任何不漏液的方式(例如将插入栓301朝上放置),透过插入栓301补充水箱300中的液体。待补充完毕后,再将水箱300倒置,并使插入栓301对准补充口207后,如图5中箭头所示的方向插入水雾装置10中,进行液体的自动补充。
具体来说,为了避免补充水箱300翻转的时候产生漏液等情况,插入栓301亦可选地设计为内含翻转至特定角度才能出液等阀门结构;而补充口207亦可以设置类似的阀门结构,本实用新型并不加以限制。透过水箱300和其上的插入栓301设计,使用者可以自由地进行液体补充。
接着如图6所示,当水箱300上的插入栓301穿过补充口207并插入至水雾装置10中后,水箱300中的液体便会透过插入栓301流入水雾装置10,使得水雾装置10中的液位L自动上升。
惟以上所述者,仅为本实用新型之较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本实用新型实施之范围,即依本实用新型申请专利范围及说明内容所作之简单变化与修饰,皆仍属本实用新型涵盖之范围内。
Claims (12)
1.一种水雾装置,其特征在于其包含:
一上盖,设有复数个气室;
一壳体,与该上盖盖合,该壳体包含:
复数个出雾口,对应该复数个气室连通设置;
一储液槽;
至少一震荡装置,设于该储液槽底部;
一进液口,设于该储液槽的侧壁上;
一止水装置,可动地盖合该进液口;以及
至少一鼓风模块,与该储液槽连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,每个该复数个气室中设有至少一斜板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该至少一鼓风模块的数量为四个,且成对设于该储液槽的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该水雾装置为矩形立方体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该至少一震荡装置为超音波震荡装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该止水装置包含:
一转动点,设于该进液口下方;
一连接件,可转动地与该转动点连接;
一止水片,设于该连接件上并用以盖合该进液口;以及
至少一浮筒,与该连接件连接;
其中,当该储液槽的液位下降时,该至少一浮筒带动该连接件转动并使该止水片打开该进液口。
7.根据权利要求6所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该连接件由两侧板组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该进液口更与一液体供应源连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该至少一鼓风模块更与至少一机电驱动装置连接。
10.根据权利要求1所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该上盖更设有一补充口。
11.根据权利要求10所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该补充口更与一水箱可拆地连接。
12.根据权利要求11所述的水雾装置,其特征在于,该水箱上更设有一插入栓,且该插入栓与该补充口的形状相互配对。
