In some embodiments, the frame 210 is configured with a bendable structure that includes a soft component and at least two hard components.
For example, the soft component is a soft rubber, and more specifically, for example, in some embodiments, the soft component may be made of a soft material, preferably a silicone rubber, but in other embodiments, a thermoplastic elastomer, a rubber, or the like may be used for the soft component. The hard component is made of hard plastic, and more specifically, in some embodiments, the hard component may be made of any one of PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PS (Polystyrene), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic, PC (Polycarbonate), PA (Polyamide), or a mixture of PA and glass fiber, etc.
Further optionally, one of the two opposite sides of the soft component is provided with a first side 21213, the other side is provided with a second side 21214, the first side 21213 is disposed outwards, at least two hard components are connected to the second side 21214, and a space is formed between the hard components on the second side 21214; wherein, a hard member is disposed at one end of the frame body 210 close to the handle 220, and a first connecting body is disposed on the hard member at one end of the frame body 210 close to the handle 220.
Thus, the frame body 210 has a good elastic bending deformation capability under the condition of a certain hardness due to the bendable structure, and when the user breaks the handle 220 for wearing, the elastic deformation portion formed between the adjacent hard components can be deformed so that the wearing support 200 is opened to easily place the neck or the limbs in the wearing space 230 or leave the wearing space 230, thereby realizing the wearing convenience. The frame body 210 of the existing massage apparatus 10 is made of soft silica gel and a whole continuous hard component (usually, hard plastic), and such hard plastic cannot deform due to high hardness, so the handle 220 needs to be designed to have sufficient elasticity during design, and the wearing is performed through the deformation of the handle 220, so the structure of the product, especially the structure of the handle 220, has great limitation.
In one particular embodiment:
the frame body 210 includes a cover 211 and a mounting base 212, the cover 211 is located on a side of the mounting base 212 facing away from the wearing space 230, and the cover 211 and the mounting base 212 surround to form a first cavity 214.
The handle 220 comprises a handle inner shell 221 and a handle outer shell 222, the handle outer shell 222 is located on a side of the handle inner shell 221 facing away from the wearing space 230, and the handle inner shell 221 is connected with the handle outer shell 222 and surrounds the second chamber 224.
The first chamber 214 and the second chamber 224 are communicated along a passage 2132 surrounded by the surrounding rib 2131.
Further optionally, the cover 211 is configured with a bendable structure, and the following may be referred to in the structure of the specific embodiment:
as shown in fig. 8, the lid 211 includes 1 lid soft portion i 2117 and 3 lid hard frames i, and the 3 lid hard frames i are specifically lid hard frames i-i 21181, lid hard frames i-ii 21182, and lid hard frames i-iii 21183.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the cover soft portions i 2117 can be designed and adjusted according to requirements, for example, 2, 3, etc. The number of the hard frameworks I of the cover body can be designed and adjusted according to requirements, for example, the number of the hard frameworks I of the cover body is 2, 4, 5, 6 and the like.
The cover soft portion i 2117 serves as a soft member of the bendable structure of the cover 211. Further, 2 first engaging bodies are convexly arranged on the surface of the cover soft portion i 2117 on the side close to the first cavity 214. It is understood that the number of the first engaging bodies is not limited to 2, and may be adjusted according to the number of the hard skeletons i of the cover body, for example, the number of the first engaging bodies is 1 less than the number of the hard skeletons i of the cover body.
As shown in fig. 8, the hard lid frame i-i 21181, the hard lid frame i-ii 21182 and the hard lid frame i-iii 21183 are used as the hard component of the bendable structure of the lid 211, and the hard lid frame i-i 21181, the hard lid frame i-ii 21182 and the hard lid frame i-iii 21183 are sequentially arranged on the surface of the soft lid portion i 2117 near the first cavity 214 at intervals, and the soft lid portion i 2117 integrally covers the outer side surfaces of the hard lid frame i-i 21181, the hard lid frame i-ii 21182 and the hard lid frame i-iii 21183, so that the connection strength of the layer i 21171 to 3 hard lid frames i is ensured, the good appearance and forming quality of the lid 211 are ensured, and the lid 211 can use the i 21171 as the outer surface, thereby having good tactile sensation.
The hard frameworks I-I21181, I-II 21182 and I-III 21183 of the cover body form a three-section hard framework structure which is mutually disconnected, the hard frameworks I-II 21182 of the cover body arranged in the middle position and the hard frameworks I-I21181 and I-III 21183 of the cover body arranged at two sides have intervals respectively, the interval positions of the hard frameworks I-II 21182 of the cover body and the hard frameworks I-I21181 of the cover body are in transition connection with 1 first connecting body, and the interval positions of the hard frameworks I-II 21182 of the cover body and the hard frameworks I-III 21183 of the cover body are in transition connection with 1 first connecting body. Therefore, the connection strength of the soft cover part I2117 to the 3 hard cover frameworks I is further strengthened, and the reliability and the quality of the product are better.
The two ends of the cover soft portion I2117 in the width direction are respectively provided with the edge covering portion in an extending mode, so that the groove shape is defined by the cover soft portion I2117 and the edge covering portion together. The two ends of the first connecting body correspondingly extend from the soft cover body part I2117 to the edge covering part and are arranged in a protruding way relative to the surface of the edge covering part, so that the first connecting body is roughly arranged into a U shape. The cover body hard frameworks I-I21181, the cover body hard frameworks I-II 21182 and the cover body hard frameworks I-III 21183 are respectively arranged in a groove shape and are all located in a space surrounded by the cover body soft portion I2117 and the edge covering portion, the bottoms of any adjacent cover body hard frameworks I are in transition connection through a first connection body on the inner surface of the cover body soft portion I2117, and the side portions of any adjacent cover body hard frameworks I are in transition connection through the first connection body on the surface of the edge covering portion.
The cover soft part I2117 is connected with the cover hard frameworks I-I21181, the cover hard frameworks I-II 21182 and the cover hard frameworks I-III 21183 into a whole in an injection molding mode. For example, the lid hard skeleton I-I21181, the lid hard skeleton I-II 21182 and the lid hard skeleton I-III 21183 are placed into a mold for injection molding of the lid soft portion I2117 as inserts, so that the lid soft portion I2117 is integrally connected with the lid hard skeleton I-I21181, the lid hard skeleton I-II 21182 and the lid hard skeleton I-III 21183 in the injection molding process. Has the advantages of convenient processing, high efficiency and low cost.
Optionally, the lid soft portion i 2117 is made of soft glue, and the lid hard frames i-i 21181, i-ii 21182, and i-iii 21183 are made of hard glue.
The mounting base 212 is configured with a bendable structure, and the following can be referred to in the structure of the specific embodiment:
as shown in fig. 8, the mounting seat 212 includes 1 seat soft portion ii 2121 and 3 seat hard frameworks ii, and the 3 seat hard frameworks are specifically a seat hard framework ii-i 21221, a seat hard framework ii-ii 21222, and a seat hard framework ii-iii 21223.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the seat soft parts ii 2121 can be designed and adjusted according to requirements, for example, 2, 3, etc. The number of the hard frameworks II of the seat body can be designed and adjusted according to requirements, for example, the number of the hard frameworks II of the seat body is 2, 4, 5, 6 and the like.
As shown in fig. 8, the seat soft portion ii 2121 serves as a soft component of the bendable structure of the mounting seat 212, and further alternatively, 2 first engaging bodies ii 21212 are projected on a surface of the seat soft portion ii 2121 on a side close to the first cavity 214. It is understood that the number of the first engagement bodies ii 21212 is not limited to 2, and can be adjusted according to the number of the seat body hard frameworks ii, for example, the number of the first engagement bodies ii 21212 is reduced by 1 from the number of the seat body hard frameworks ii.
As shown in fig. 3, the seat soft part ii 2121 has a first side 21213 and a second side 21214, the first side 21213 is disposed outwards, more specifically, the first side 21213 is disposed back towards the first cavity 214 and faces towards the wearing space 230 as an appearance surface of the mounting seat 212, and the second side 21214 is a surface of the seat soft part ii 2121 close to the first cavity 214. The seat body hard framework II-I21221, the seat body hard framework II-II 21222 and the seat body hard framework II-III 21223 are used as hard parts of the bendable structure of the mounting seat 212, and the seat body hard framework II-I21221, the seat body hard framework II-II 21222 and the seat body hard framework II-III 21223 are sequentially arranged on the second side 21214 of the seat body soft part II 2121 at intervals. The soft seat part II 2121 integrally covers the outer side surfaces of the hard seat framework II-I21221, the hard seat framework II-II 21222 and the hard seat framework II-III 21223, so that the connection strength of the soft seat part II 2121 to 3 hard seat frameworks II is guaranteed, the mounting seat 212 has good appearance and forming quality, and the mounting seat 212 can take the layer body II 21211 as the outer surface, so that the mounting seat has good touch feeling.
The seat body hard framework II-I21221, the seat body hard framework II-II 21222 and the seat body hard framework II-III 21223 form a three-section type hard framework structure which is mutually disconnected, and a space is respectively reserved between the seat body hard framework II-II 21222 arranged at the middle position and the seat body hard framework II-I21221 and the seat body hard framework II-III 21223 arranged at the two sides, wherein the space between the seat body hard framework II-II 21222 and the seat body hard framework II-I21221 is in transition connection with 1 first connecting body II 21212, and the space between the seat body hard framework II-II 21222 and the seat body hard framework II-III 21223 is in transition connection with 1 first connecting body II 21212. Therefore, the connection strength of the seat soft part II 2121 to the 3 seat hard frameworks II is further strengthened, and the reliability and the quality of the product are better.
The two ends of the seat soft part II 2121 in the width direction are respectively provided with the edge covering part in an extending manner, so that the groove shape is surrounded by the seat soft part II 2121 and the edge covering part together. The two ends of the first connector ii 21212 extend from the seat body soft portion ii 2121 to the brim portion, and are arranged to be convex with respect to the surface of the brim portion, so that the first connector ii 21212 is substantially U-shaped (see fig. 6). The seat body hard framework II-I21221, the seat body hard framework II-II 21222 and the seat body hard framework II-III 21223 are respectively arranged in a groove shape and are positioned in a space enclosed by the seat body soft part II 2121 and the edge covering part, the bottoms of any adjacent seat body hard frameworks II are transitionally connected together through a first connecting body II 21212 on the inner surface of the seat body soft part II 2121, and the first connecting body II 21212 on the surface of the edge covering part between the side parts of any adjacent seat body hard frameworks II are transitionally connected together.
The seat soft part II 2121 is connected with the seat hard framework II-I21221, the seat hard framework II-II 21222 and the seat hard framework II-III 21223 into a whole in an injection molding mode. For example, the seat body hard frame II-I21221, the seat body hard frame II-II 21222 and the seat body hard frame II-III 21223 are placed as inserts into a mold for injection molding the seat body soft portion II 2121, so that the seat body soft portion II 2121 is integrally connected with the seat body hard frame II-I21221, the seat body hard frame II-II 21222 and the seat body hard frame II-III 21223 in the injection molding process. Has the advantages of convenient processing, high efficiency and low cost.
Optionally, the seat soft part II 2121 is made of soft rubber, and the seat hard skeleton II-I21221, the seat hard skeleton II-II 21222 and the seat hard skeleton II-III 21223 are made of hard rubber.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the lid body hard frameworks i-i 21181, the lid body hard frameworks i-ii 21182 and the lid body hard frameworks i-iii 21183 are sequentially arranged along an arc shape, so that the overall shape of the constructed lid body 211 is substantially arc-shaped (the shape of the lid body 211 can be seen in fig. 2). The seat body hard frameworks II-I21221, the seat body hard frameworks II-II 21222 and the seat body hard frameworks II-III 21223 are arranged in sequence along an arc shape, so that the overall shape of the constructed mounting seat 212 is approximately arc-shaped (the shape of the cover body 211 can refer to fig. 2). In this way, the frame body 210 defined by the assembly of the cover body 211 and the mounting seat 212 is substantially in an arc shape along the direction around the neck in a static state (i.e. in a state of being deformed and opened without being subjected to an external force), so that after the wearing bracket 200200 is worn on the neck, the acting force applied to the frame body 210 is small, the risk of deformation or damage to the frame body 210 is small, and the neck wearing comfort is high.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the seat body hard frame ii-i 21221, the seat body hard frame ii-ii 21222 and the seat body hard frame ii-iii 21223 are arranged in a row along the length direction of the mount 212, and the seat body hard frame ii-i 21221 and the seat body hard frame ii-iii 21223 are disposed at both ends of the mount 212 along the length direction.
The seat body hard framework II-I21221 and the seat body hard framework II-III 21223 are respectively configured into a groove shape, for example, a first bottom wall 21224 of the seat body hard framework II-I21221 and first bent edges 21225 at two sides of the first bottom wall 21224 form a groove shape.
As will be understood by referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first plate 213 is disposed on each of the seat body rigid frame ii-i 21221 and the seat body rigid frame ii-iii 21223, and three sides of the first plate 213 are correspondingly connected to the first bottom wall 21224 and two first bent edges 21225 of the groove-shaped seat body rigid frame ii-i 21221 or the seat body rigid frame ii-iii 21223. The first plate 213 is provided with a surrounding rib 2131, the surrounding rib 2131 is convexly arranged relative to one side of the first plate 213 where the handle 220200 is located, the surrounding rib 2131 encloses a through channel 2132, and the channel 2132 can be used for a lead (or a pipeline) to pass through so as to facilitate routing (or piping) between the handle and the frame body 210. Connecting columns 2133 are further provided on the first plate 213 at positions on both sides of the circumferential rib 2131, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, the handle comprises a handle inner casing 221 and a handle outer casing 222, one end of the handle inner casing 221 close to the frame body 210 is configured to be in a groove shape, for example, the second bottom wall 2211 of the handle inner casing 221 and the second bending edge 2212 at both sides of the second bottom wall 2211 form a groove shape.
As will be understood from fig. 3 and 5, the second plate 223 is disposed on the inner handle shell 221, and three sides of the second plate 223 are correspondingly connected to the second bottom wall 2211 and two second bent sides 2212 of the groove-shaped inner handle shell 221. The second plate 223 is provided with a fitting hole 2231 for fitting the surrounding rib 2131, and through holes 2232 are respectively provided at positions on the second plate 223 at both sides of the fitting hole 2231.
As can be understood by referring to fig. 6 and 7, one end of the inner handle shell 221, which is provided with the second plate 223, is coupled to the first plate 213 of the mounting base 212 through the second plate 223, the surrounding rib 2131 is inserted into the fitting hole 2231, so that the handle and the frame body 210 can be conveniently positioned in a fitting manner, the through hole 2232 corresponds to the connecting column 2133, and the first plate 213 and the second plate 223 can be connected by a fastener by passing the fastener through the through hole 2232 and driving the fastener into the connecting column 2133. Accordingly, the assembly connection between the handle inner shell 221 and the mounting seat 212 is realized. Thereafter, the handle outer shell 222 is fastened to the handle inner shell 221, and the handle outer shell 222 is fastened to the handle inner shell 221 and the cover 211, so that the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the surrounding ribs 2131 are configured as square ring bodies, and the matching holes 2231 are correspondingly configured as square holes, so that the positioning stability is better. Of course, in other embodiments, the surrounding rib 2131 may also be configured as a rectangular ring, a triangular ring, an oblong ring, an oval ring, or the like, and the matching hole 2231 is correspondingly a rectangular hole, a triangular hole, an oblong hole, an oval hole, or the like.
The three cover body hard frameworks I-I21181, the cover body hard frameworks I-II 21182 and the cover body hard frameworks I-III 21183 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the three seat body hard frameworks II-I21221, the seat body hard frameworks II-II 21222 and the seat body hard frameworks II-III 21223, and the corresponding two are clamped with each other, so that the cover body 211 and the mounting seat 212 are reliably assembled and connected together. Specifically, the cover hard framework I-I21181 corresponds to and is clamped with the seat hard framework II-I21221, the cover hard framework I-II 21182 corresponds to and is clamped with the seat hard framework II-II 21222, and the cover hard framework I-III 21183 corresponds to and is clamped with the seat hard framework II-III 21223. The advantage of this design is also that the spacing between any adjacent hard frameworks corresponds to the spacing between any adjacent hard frameworks, so that the elastically deformable portion on the cover 211 corresponds to the elastically deformable portion on the mounting base 212, and the frame 210 has better bending deformation capability and is more comfortable to wear.
In certain embodiments, the massager 10 is embodied as a pendant-type massager.
For example, the massage apparatus 10 as a pendant-type massage apparatus shown in fig. 11 and 12 further includes a pendant 100, wherein the frame 210 and the handle connected to both ends of the frame 210 define a wearing frame 200, the pendant 100 is connected to the wearing frame 200, and when the wearing frame 200 is worn by a user, the pendant 100 is correspondingly suspended from the wearing frame 200 due to the connection with the wearing frame 200.
In more detail, the massage apparatus 10 further includes a display and control panel 400 and/or a battery 500, and the like, the pendant 100 includes a surrounding wall 104, a control cover 102 disposed at one axial end of the surrounding wall 104, and a rear cover 106 disposed at the other axial end of the surrounding wall 104, the control cover 102, and the rear cover 106 enclose an accommodating chamber, and the display and control panel 400 and/or the battery 500 are located in the accommodating chamber.
The frame body 210 is surrounded with the mounting seat through the cover body 211 to form a receiving space, the massage apparatus 10 further includes a main control board 300, and the main control board 300 is located in the receiving space.
The massage apparatus 10 further includes a wire (which can be understood by referring to the wire i 710 and/or the wire ii 720 shown in the drawings), and the wire is connected to the main control board and the display control board 400 and/or the battery 500 in the pendant 100, respectively, so as to transmit signals or electric energy between the main control board and the display control board 400 and/or the battery 500. For example, the display control board 400 is opposite to the control cover 102, and is used for acquiring operation information of a user to form a corresponding control signal and transmit the control signal to the main control board 300, so that the main control board 300 controls the operation of the massage apparatus 10 according to the control signal. The display control board 400 can emit light, and the light emitted from the display control board 400 can be projected onto the control cover 102 for displaying. Thus, when the user wears the wearing support 200 to perform massage, the user can effectively control the work of the massage apparatus 10 or obtain the information output by the display control panel 400 through the pendant 100, and the use is more convenient. Through the inside battery 5020 of pendant 100, also can form down the power well and make and wear support 200 and wear more stably to satisfying when providing required electric energy for the work of main control panel 300, realizing reducing and wearing support 200 weight, wearing the burden sensation under the support 200 state for the reduction of the nape.
Further optionally, a lamp holder 600 is arranged between the display control panel 400 and the control cover 102, so that the light gathering performance can be improved, and the information output effect on the control cover 102 is better.
Wherein, a part of wire holds inside the handle, and the one end of wire stretches out the handle from the handle one end of keeping away from support body 210, further extends to pendant 100 from the handle transition, and then is connected with the inside battery 500 of pendant 100 and/or apparent control board 400, and the other end of wire gets into support body 210 inside after passing the passageway from the one end that the handle is close to support body 210, further is connected with the inside main control board electricity of support body 210. One part of the lead wires is extended between the wearing support 200 and the pendant 100 in a transition manner, the other part of the lead wires is arranged in the handle, the channel between the handle and the frame body 210 and the interior of the frame body 210 in a penetrating manner, and the display control board 400 and/or the battery 500 in the lead wire pendant 100 are electrically connected with the main control board in the frame body 210 for power supply or signal transmission.
Further optionally, a wire i 710 extends from the handle on one side of the frame body 210, a wire ii 720 extends from the handle on the other side, the wires i 710 and ii 720 are respectively connected with the pendant 100 and respectively transition between the handle and the pendant 100, so that the frame body 210, the handle, the wires i 710 and ii 720 enclose a ring structure together, and the pendant can realize a necklace-like wearing structure, and is comfortable to wear.
Further optionally, a buckle 730 is connected to the first and second wires 710 and 720, and the size of the ring-shaped wearing structure can be adjusted by the buckle 730.

1. A massage apparatus, comprising:
the frame body and the handles are connected with two ends of the frame body respectively, and a wearing space is enclosed by the frame body and the handles at the two ends;
one of an annular surrounding rib and a through matching hole is limited at one end, close to the handle, of the frame body, the other one of the annular surrounding rib and the through matching hole is limited at one end, close to the handle, of the handle, the surrounding rib penetrates through the matching hole, the surrounding rib surrounds a through channel, and the space inside the handle is communicated with the space inside the frame body along the channel.
2. The massage apparatus according to claim 1,
the surrounding rib is a square or rectangular ring body, and a transition chamfer is defined between two adjacent edges of the surrounding rib;
the matching hole is a square or rectangular hole, and a transition chamfer is defined between two adjacent edges of the matching hole.
3. The massage apparatus according to claim 1,
a first connecting body is defined at one end of the frame body close to the handle, a second connecting body is defined at one end of the handle close to the frame body, and the first connecting body is connected with the second connecting body, so that the handle is connected with the frame body;
wherein the surrounding rib is provided on one of the first connector and the second connector, and the fitting hole is provided on the other of the first connector and the second connector.
4. The massage apparatus according to claim 3,
one of the first connecting body and the second connecting body comprises a first plate, the surrounding rib is convexly arranged on one side of the first plate, the other one of the first connecting body and the second connecting body comprises a second plate, and the second plate is provided with the matching hole in a penetrating way;
the first plate and the second plate are stacked and abutted together along the wall thickness direction of the plates, and the surrounding ribs on the first plate penetrate through the matching holes on the second plate.
5. The massage apparatus according to claim 4,
the protruding height of the surrounding rib relative to the surface of the first plate is larger than or equal to the axial length of the matching hole, and when the first plate and the second plate are abutted together, the surrounding rib penetrates through the second plate along the matching hole.
