A neck massager S according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be a low frequency neck massager, i.e., which may emit low frequency micro current pulses, below 1000HZ, will be described with reference to fig. 1-9. Of course, the neck massager S may be a high frequency neck massager.
As shown in fig. 1, the neck massager S includes: the flexible electrode 400 may be used to massage the skin of the neck of the user, thereby relieving the fatigue of the neck of the user. The two handles 300 are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the main body 700 and symmetrically arranged. Wherein, at the junction of handle 300 and main part 700, neck massage appearance S still is provided with decoration 500, and decoration 500 can play the effect of sheltering from the junction to can improve neck massage appearance S' S structural integrity.
The main body 700 includes a first inner case 100 and a first outer case 200, the first inner case 100 is mounted inside the first outer case 200, and the flexible electrode 400 is mounted on the first inner case 100. The flexible electrode 400 generates current when energized, thereby generating electrical stimulation to the skin of the user to achieve a massage effect.
As shown in fig. 3, the flexible electrode 400 is divided into a first flexible electrode 410 and a second flexible electrode 420, and the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 are spaced apart on the inner surface of the first inner case 100. The handle 300 is divided into a first handle 310 and a second handle 320, and the first handle 310 and the second handle 320 are respectively attached to both sides of the first inner case 100. That is, the flexible electrodes 400 may be two, and the two flexible electrodes 400 may be directly disposed on the inner surface of the first inner case 100. The first inner shell 100 may be made of a flexible material, such that when the neck massager S is worn by the user, the first inner shell 100 and the flexible electrode 400 are more or less deformed to fit the neck of the user, thereby achieving a desired shape to better match and massage the skin of the neck of the user.
Therefore, the two flexible electrodes 400 are reasonably arranged on the inner surface of the first inner shell 100, so that the flexible electrodes 400 can effectively massage the neck skin of a user, and the effect of relieving fatigue can be achieved. Compared with the related art, the first inner shell 100 is made of a flexible material, and the flexible electrode 400 is directly arranged along the length direction of the inner surface of the first inner shell 100, so that the neck massager S can be better adapted to the neck of a user, a better massage effect can be achieved, and the wearing comfort is better.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first inner case 100 is a flexible insulating case, and the inside of the first inner case 100 is provided with an insulating spacer 110, both sides of the insulating spacer 110 are provided as mounting regions, the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 are respectively provided at the two mounting regions, and the insulating spacer 110 may space the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 apart.
Therefore, the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 can be spaced by arranging the insulating spacer 110 and the insulating first inner shell 100, short circuit caused by indirect triggering of the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 is avoided, and the use safety of the neck massager S can be improved. Wherein, the insulation spacer 110 may be disposed at a middle portion of the first inner case 100 in a length direction, and the user 'S vertebra is also located at an opposite middle portion of the neck, that is, the insulation spacer 110 corresponds to the user' S vertebra, such that the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 do not contact with the user 'S vertebra, and the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 are prevented from stimulating the user' S vertebra, thereby improving the safety of the neck massager S.
Specifically, the first inner shell 100 may be a flexible insulating silicone shell, and the flexible insulating silicone shell may not only be matched with the insulating spacer 110 to space the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420, but also make the inner surface of the first inner shell 100 more skin-friendly when in contact with the skin of the user, thereby improving the user experience.
As shown in fig. 1, the bent arc of the first inner shell 100 is regarded as the length direction of the first inner shell 100, the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 are bonded to the first inner shell 100 in the length extending direction of the first inner shell 100, and the first flexible electrode 410, the insulating partition 110 and the second flexible electrode 420 are sequentially arranged at intervals, so that the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 can be separated by arranging the insulating partition 110, and the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 can be prevented from being indirectly triggered to generate a short circuit, thereby improving the safety of the neck massager S.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the first inner case 100 is provided with a first groove 120 and a second groove 130 at two sides of the insulating partition 110, the first groove 120 and the second groove 130 respectively constitute mounting areas, the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 are respectively disposed on the two mounting areas, by disposing the first groove 120 and the second groove 130, the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 can be mounted on the first inner case 100, and the height of the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 protruding out of the first inner case 100 can be reduced, the mounting stability of the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 is improved, the first flexible electrode 410 and the second flexible electrode 420 are prevented from falling off the first inner case 100 during use, and the use by a user can be more comfortable.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the first inner shell 100 is further provided with a first accommodating cavity 140, the flexible filler 150 on the main body 700 can be filled in the first accommodating cavity 140, and the flexible filler 300 simultaneously supports the flexible electrode 400 and the first inner shell 100, so that the flexible filler 150 supports the flexible electrode 400 and the first inner shell 100, wrinkles and depressions of the flexible electrode 400 and the first inner shell 100 are prevented, a pricking feeling is avoided, and the comfort of massage is improved. Moreover, the flexibility of the first inner shell 100 is increased by the flexible filler 300, and the elasticity of the flexible filler 300 can push the flexible electrode 400 to the neck, for example, when the first inner shell 100 is opened, the flexible filler 300 can arch in the direction of the neck of the human body to push the flexible electrode 400, so that the fitting property of the neck massager S and the skin of the human body is improved. In addition, the flexible filler 300 also has the effect of heat preservation, and the temperature is not easy to lose when the neck massager S heats; when the neck massager S is not heated, the flexible filler 300 can keep the cervical vertebra warm, so that the comfort is improved.
That is, inside the first outer case 200, not only the flexible electrode 400 and the first inner case 100 but also the flexible filler 150 are provided, so that the softness of the neck massager S can be improved, and the comfort of the user wearing the neck massager S can be improved.
The flexible filler 400 may be a sponge, a foamed silica gel, or a gel formed by secondary curing.
For example, the secondary solidification may be liquefied after solidification, and may be solidified again after liquefaction. The jelly formed by secondary curing can be natural latex or epoxy resin and other materials. Thus, the flexible filler 400 may have good flexibility, elasticity, and extensibility, and may not be easily broken.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the outer surface of the first inner case 100 is provided with a first slot 160, the first slot 160 extends along the length extension direction of the first inner case 100, and the first slot 160 is communicated with the first receiving cavity 140. Because the main body 700 of the neck massager S is similar to a C shape as a whole, and the first accommodating cavity 140 is further disposed on the first inner case 100, it is difficult to perform mold stripping, and the provision of the first slot 160 can reduce the difficulty in mold stripping of the main body 700 of the neck massager S, and improve the production efficiency of the first inner case 100. Moreover, when the flexible filler 150 is installed, the installation difficulty of the flexible filler 150 can be reduced by arranging the first slot 160, and the production efficiency of the neck massager S is improved.
The first outer shell 200 is disposed on the outer surface of the first inner shell 100, and the first outer shell 200 is a metal arc bracket or a plastic arc bracket. That is, the first housing 200 can be made of two materials, one is made of metal, such as stainless steel, and the other is made of plastic. Both the two materials can provide certain elasticity for the neck massager S, so that the neck massager S can be well clamped on the neck in the using process and cannot fall off, and the flexible electrode 400 can be favorably attached to the neck skin of a user.
The fitting manner between the first inner case 100 and the first outer case 200 and the fitting manner between the two and the handle 300 will be described in detail.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer surface of the first inner case 100 is provided with the mounting groove 190, the first outer case 200 is disposed in the mounting groove 190, and the first outer case 200 is disposed in the mounting groove 190, so that the first outer case 200 can be more stably mounted on the first inner case 100, and the first outer case 200 is prevented from being separated from the first inner case 100 during use. Also, since the first inner case 100 is provided with the mounting groove 190, the first outer case 200 can be embedded in the first inner case 100, so that the thickness of the main body 700 can be reduced at least to some extent, which can be advantageous to further achieve the miniaturization design goal of the neck massager S. In addition, the first housing 200 may form a face-to-face rigid support for the flexible filler 150 and the flexible electrode, which provides a deformation condition for the flexible electrode 400.
In addition, because the first outer shell 200 can be embedded in the first inner shell 100, the edge of the mounting groove 190 can also play a role of wrapping the edge of the first outer shell 200, thereby preventing the edge of the first outer shell 200 from being exposed, avoiding the problem that the edge of the first outer shell 200 cuts the skin of a user, and further improving the use safety of the neck massager S.
Wherein, the depth of the mounting groove 190 is equal to the thickness of the first outer shell 200, when the first outer shell 200 is mounted in the mounting groove 190, because the depth of the mounting groove 190 is equal to the thickness of the first outer shell 200, a tight fit is formed between the first outer shell 200 and the mounting groove 190, thereby the first outer shell 200 can be limited in the mounting groove 190, the first outer shell 200 can not move in the length extending direction of the first inner shell 100 during the use process, and the mounting stability of the first outer shell 200 is improved. In addition, the first housing 200 and the bottom of the mounting groove 190 may be adhesively fitted by an adhesive.
Specifically, when the degree of curvature of the cross section of the first housing 200 is greater, the overall rigidity of the first housing 200 is stronger, and the deformation capability is weaker, and the cross section of the first housing 200 is configured to be a straight line or an arch, it can be ensured that the first housing 200 meets the deformation requirement of the main body 700, and it is also beneficial to reduce the overall thickness of the main body 700.
Alternatively, the cross section of the first housing 200 is rectangular, and the cross section of the first housing 200 is arranged to be a straight line, so that the first housing 200 can meet the deformation requirement of the main body 700, and the processing difficulty of the first housing 200 can be reduced.
Alternatively, the first housing 200 has an arched cross section, the arched height is less than or equal to 2mm, and the arched height is less than or equal to 2mm, so that the first housing 200 can be deformed uniformly, and the rigidity of the first housing 200 is suitable, so that the user can exert more uniform force when wearing the neck massager S.
In addition, in the cross section of the first housing 200, the thickness of the cross section of the first housing 200 is kept constant, and the thickness of the cross section of the first housing 200 is kept constant, so that the deformation of the main body of the first housing 200 is uniform, and the first housing 200 is prevented from being broken due to sudden stress change in the use process of the first housing 200. In addition, the thickness of the cross section of the first housing 200 is maintained constant, the processing difficulty of the first housing 200 can be reduced, and thus the production cost of the neck massager S can be reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the two ends of the first housing 200 are provided with bending portions 210, the bending portions 210 are similar to a step shape as a whole, and the bending portions 210 include bending portions 212 and protruding sections 213. Wherein, the bending part 210 extends out of the mounting groove 190, and the bending part 212 of the bending part 210 abuts against the end of the first inner shell 100. Through setting up the portion of bending 210, can locate first inner shell 100 clamp between two portions of bending 210, make the connection of first inner shell 100 and first shell 200 more stable, can avoid first shell 200 drunkenness on the length extending direction of first inner shell 100 moreover, promote the connection stability of first shell 200. In addition, since the first inner case 100 is filled with the flexible filler 150, the bent portion 210 may also function as a stopper for the flexible filler 150 at least to some extent, so that the structural reliability of the main body 700 may be further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the neck massager S further includes: the middle connecting piece 600, the handle 300 is connected with the bending part 210 through the middle connecting piece 600, and the handle 300 can be connected with the bending part 210 through the middle connecting piece 600, so that the first shell 200 can be connected with the handle 300, and the whole consistency of the neck massager S can be improved. It can be appreciated that the intermediate connector 600 may serve as an intermediate connector, so that it is not necessary to additionally provide connectors on the first inner case 100 and the first outer case 200, the difficulty of manufacturing the main body 700 may be further reduced, and the connection between the main body 700 and the handle 300 may be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 6, the middle connecting member 600 is provided with a slot 610, the extension section 213 of the bending portion 210 is inserted into the slot 610, and the bending portion 210 is inserted into the slot 610, so that the connection stability between the middle connecting member 600 and the first housing 200 can be improved, the first housing 200 is prevented from being separated from the middle connecting member 600, the normal use of a user is prevented from being affected, and the connection difficulty between the middle connecting member 600 and the first housing 200 can be reduced by adopting the mode.
As shown in fig. 6, a portion of the bending part 210 extends into the insertion groove 610 and another portion is located outside the insertion groove 610 to be spaced apart from the middle connection member 600 by a predetermined gap 214. The predetermined gap 214 may be provided to allow the two ends of the main body 700 to move away from each other, so as to have a clearance for avoiding the breakage of the bending portion 210 when the two ends of the main body 700 move away from each other, thereby improving the connection stability between the middle connection member 600 and the handle 300 and the first housing 200. The predetermined gap is small, and only a slight amount of movement of both ends of the main body 700 needs to be allowed.
