In one embodiment, the mount 310 is a soft gel construction. In one embodiment, the mounting seat 310 is integrally formed of silicone. The mounting seat 310 is integrally formed by selecting elastic silica gel, so that the mounting seat 310 is soft and elastic to the skin, and the comfort in contact is improved; and simultaneously supports and limits the working range of the vibrating member 320, so that the vibrating member 320 can precisely massage the cervical vertebrae at a preset position.
In order to accommodate necks of different girth sizes and to alleviate dynamic effects of vibration, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, in one embodiment, the neck massage apparatus further comprises an elastic expansion part 121, wherein the elastic expansion part 121 is used for connecting the main body support 10 and the mounting seat 310 so as to enable the mounting seat 310 to be in elastic contact with the neck; the elastic expansion part 121 is arranged on one side of the main body bracket 10 facing the neck; alternatively, the elastic expansion part 121 is disposed on the side of the mounting seat 310 facing the main body bracket. Specifically, the elastic expansion part 121 is used to connect the soft rubber bracket 120 and the mounting seat 310. By arranging the elastic expansion part 121, on one hand, the amplitude of the vibration part during vibration is relieved, and on the other hand, the mounting seat 310 is more attached to the skin of the neck; meanwhile, the amplitude of the vibration piece transmitted to the main body support can be reduced through the elastic telescopic part 121, and the influence on the structural stability in the main body support, namely the influence on the stability of the parts in the accommodating cavity, is avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, in one embodiment, the elastic expansion part 330 is protruded from one side of the soft rubber support 120 facing the neck, and the connection part 313 is connected to the elastic expansion part 330; the elastic expansion part 330 has a through hole 1211, and the through hole 1211 is respectively connected to the passage 3131 of the connection part 313 and the accommodating cavity 130, so that the connecting wires of the vibration element 320 in the mounting cavity 311 pass through the passage 3131 and the through hole 1211 one by one and then enter the accommodating cavity 130. In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the connection portion 313 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole 1211, so that the connection portion 313 is inserted into the through hole 1211 of the elastic expansion portion 330 for fixation; meanwhile, the position-limiting portion 312 is exposed outside the elastic expansion portion 330, so that the position-limiting portion 3132 contacts with the skin of the neck. In one embodiment, the soft rubber support 120 and the elastic expansion part 330 are integrally formed. In one embodiment, the soft rubber support 120 and the elastic expansion part 330 are integrally formed by injection molding of silicone, and this design utilizes the elasticity of the silicone itself to achieve the effect of elastic expansion and contraction, and simultaneously improves the assembly efficiency.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, in one embodiment, the elastic expansion part 330 has a corrugated structure, which is simple in structure and ensures that the elastic expansion part 330 can be smoothly compressed or expanded. For example, when the neck is thick, the elastic expansion portion 330 is compressed, so as to provide enough space to ensure the comfort of wearing the main body frame 10 on the neck, prevent the mounting seat 310 from protruding and pressing against the skin of the neck, prevent the main body frame 10 from moving away from the neck, and ensure that the first massage assembly 20 is in close contact with the skin of the neck. For another example, when the vibrating member 320 vibrates, the entire mounting base 310 inevitably vibrates and fluctuates, and the elastic expansion part 330 compresses or expands along with the fluctuation. The design of the corrugated structure can make the mounting seat 310 respond to the amplitude change of the vibrating member 320 in time, so that the whole structure of the second massage assembly 30 is harmonious and uniform, the consistency of the action is ensured, and the comfort level of the massage is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the elastic expansion part 121 is disposed on a side of the mounting base facing the soft rubber bracket. In one embodiment, the resilient bellows 121 is integrally formed with the mounting base 310. The installation seat and the elastic expansion part are integrally formed by the same material, so that the assembly efficiency is improved.
In order to stably connect the elastic expansion portion to the soft rubber bracket, as shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, the mounting seat 310, the elastic expansion portion 121 and the soft rubber bracket 120 are integrally formed. The mounting seat 310 and the elastic expansion part 121 are integrally formed by adopting the same material as the soft rubber bracket 120, so that the assembly efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the mounting seat is prevented from shifting or loosening due to long-term influence of the vibrating piece, and the stability and reliability of the second massage component are ensured.
In order to adapt the second massage assembly 30 to the uneven structure of the cervical vertebrae to ensure that the second massage assembly 30 keeps good contact with the skin of the neck as much as possible, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the mounting base 310 further includes an interface 3132 connected between the connection part 313 and the soft rubber support 120, and the wall thickness of the interface 3132 is smaller than that of the connection part 313. Specifically, the cross-over portion 3132 is located at the end of the connection portion 313 close to the soft rubber support 120, and the wall thickness of the end of the connection portion 313 is locally reduced by the cross-over portion 3132, so that the local support strength is reduced. By reducing the wall thickness of the intersection 3132 at the junction between the connection 313 and the soft rubber support 120, the local support strength at the junction is reduced, so that the mounting seat 310 cannot be stably and vertically fixed to the soft rubber support 120 during vibration, and the mounting seat 310 swings and swings with the vibration of the vibrating element 320. By the design, on one hand, the massage is prevented from being fixed at the same fixed point for a long time, the massage range is expanded, and the massage effect is improved; on the other hand, the second massage unit 30 can be smoothly displaced according to the shape of the cervical vertebrae due to the structure of the cervical vertebrae itself. For example, under different situations of head lowering, head raising or head turning, the cervical vertebrae themselves will change, and the neck skin corresponding to the cervical vertebrae will also change. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in one embodiment, the flexible glue holder 120 is protruded with an elastic expansion part 330 integrally formed therewith, the interface 3132 of the mounting base 310 penetrates into the through hole 1211 of the elastic expansion part 330, the interface 3132 overlaps with the side wall part of the elastic expansion part 330, and the wall thickness of the interface 3132 is smaller than that of the connection part 313. With such a design, on one hand, the mounting base 310 cannot be stably and vertically fixed on the elastic expansion part 330 during vibration, so that the mounting base 310 swings and swings along with the vibration of the vibration piece 320, and then the panel 314 of the mounting base 310 keeps the skin of the neck corresponding to the cervical vertebra to be attached. On the other hand, combine elasticity pars contractilis 330 can compress or stretch to can adapt to the unevenness that the cervical vertebra corresponds, the second massage subassembly both can adapt to unevenness's skin surface from the direction of perpendicular to neck through elasticity pars contractilis 330, can adapt to unevenness's skin surface from the direction that is on a parallel with the neck through swinging the whipping again, thereby make the panel 314 of mount pad 310 remain the neck skin laminating that corresponds with the cervical vertebra throughout.
The second massage component can only exert the massage effect under the state of keeping fit with the neck skin. To achieve this effect better, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, in one embodiment, the mounting seat 310 is an elastic structure, the mounting seat 310, the elastic expansion part 330 and the soft rubber support 120 are integrally formed, and the wall thickness of the interface 3132 is smaller than that of the connection part 313; the vibrating element 320 is disposed on the position-limiting portion 312, and the panel 314 of the position-limiting portion 312 contacts the skin of the neck. With such a design, no matter how the shape of the cervical vertebrae changes, the mounting seat 310 can be moved flexibly, and the panel 314 can be attached to the corresponding skin of the cervical vertebrae, so that the vibrating member 320 can act on the neck. The second massage assembly 30 of the present application is more maneuverable than conventional vibratory massage. During assembly, since the mounting base 310 and the soft rubber bracket 120 are integrally formed, the vibrating member 320 passes through the soft rubber bracket 120, then passes through the through hole 1211 of the elastic expansion part 121, and then passes through the passage 3131 of the connection part 313, and then enters the mounting cavity 311 of the limiting part 312. Meanwhile, the vibrating member 320 is disposed at the position-limiting portion 312, and the vibrating member is away from the main body bracket 10, so that the amplitude of the vibrating member when the position-limiting portion 312 is vibrated is increased, and the vibrating massage effect on the neck is enhanced.
In order to enrich the function of the neck massager and effectively massage muscle tissue on the basis that the second massage assembly 30 massages the cervical vertebrae in a vibrating manner, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the first massage assembly 20 comprises a fixing base 210 and an electrode member 220, and the fixing base 210 is connected to the main body frame 10. Specifically, the fixing base 210 is connected to the soft rubber support 120, and the electrode 220 protrudes from one side of the fixing base 210 close to the neck, so that the electrode 220 contacts with the skin of the neck. By providing the electrode member 220 in the first massage unit 20, the muscle tissue is stimulated by means of weak current, thereby achieving the effect of massaging the muscle. To ensure that the electrode element 220 is in contact with the skin of the neck, in one embodiment, the height of the holder 210 is approximately equal to the height of the mount 310. I.e. by the height of the holder 210, so that the electrode member 220 reaches a position in contact with the skin of the neck. In one embodiment, the electrode element 220 has a sheet-like structure, which increases the contact area of the electrode element 220 with the skin, thereby increasing the massage range. Meanwhile, the current stimulation is adopted, and the discomfort of acupuncture is easily caused by small-area contact. The massage device is designed into a large-area sheet structure, so that the massage device is suitable for the distribution of muscle tissues, the contact range is enlarged, and the comfort level of massage can be obviously improved.
In one embodiment, not shown, the first massage assembly includes a fixing base and a heating element, the fixing base is connected to the main body bracket, and the heating element is disposed on the fixing base. Specifically, the fixing seat is connected to the soft rubber support. The heating element is arranged on the first massage component, so that muscle tissues are warmed in a heating and warming mode, and the muscle massage effect is achieved. In order to avoid generating heat and directly contact skin and cause the low temperature scald, in this embodiment, the fixing base includes the division board, and the division board is used for contacting with neck skin, and the piece that generates heat is located the fixing base and laminates in the inboard of division board. The heating piece is separated by the isolation plate, so that the heating piece is prevented from being in direct contact with the neck skin. When massaging, the heating element heats and transmits to the isolation board, and the isolation board is heated, so that the neck skin is indirectly heated, and the effect of relaxing muscle tissues is achieved. In one embodiment, the heating member is a sheet structure, and the heating member is arranged to be a sheet structure, so that the contact area is increased, the heat transfer efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the contact area with the neck is increased, and the relieving area is increased. In one embodiment, the heat generating member is a heat generating film.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the first massage assembly 20 includes a fixing base 210, an electrode element 220 and a heat generating element (not shown), the fixing base 210 is connected to the soft rubber support 120, the electrode element 220 protrudes from one side of the fixing base 210 close to the neck, and the heat generating element is disposed on one side of the electrode element 220 away from the neck. Specifically, the heat generating member is disposed adjacent to the electrode member 220, and heats the electrode member 220 when the heat generating member generates heat, thereby indirectly heating the neck portion through the electrode member 220. In this embodiment, the electrode member 220 and the heat generating member are disposed on the first massage assembly 20, so as to stimulate the muscle tissue in a weak current manner and warm the muscle tissue in a heating manner, thereby achieving the effect of massaging the muscle. In this embodiment, since the electrode member 220 can be used to separate the heat generating member from the skin of the neck, the fixing base 210 in this embodiment does not need to be provided with a separation plate.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the single second massage assembly 30 has a smaller contact area with the neck than the single first massage assembly 20. In the neck structure of a human body, the occupied area of the cervical vertebrae is smaller than that of the muscles, namely, the muscles correspond to a larger massage range, and the cervical vertebrae correspond to a smaller massage range. Due to the obviously different tissue structures of the cervical vertebra and the muscle, one is hard and soft, and the other is small and big, through reasonably distributing the positions of the first massage assembly 20 and the second massage assembly 30, each massage assembly corresponds to the appointed massage part, thereby realizing the targeted and accurate massage.
In order to keep the first massage component 20 and the second massage component 30 respectively in contact fit with the skin of the neck, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the end surface of each first massage component 20 close to the neck is located on the same arc surface, and the end surface of the second massage component 30 close to the neck protrudes out of the arc surface corresponding to the orthographic projection. Specifically, the end surface of the mounting seat 310 close to the neck portion protrudes out of the arc surface corresponding to the orthographic projection. In order to adapt to the arc-shaped form of the neck, the end surfaces of the first massage components 20 are arranged on the same arc surface, so that the first massage components are more attached to the skin of the neck; meanwhile, the end face of the mounting seat 310 protrudes slightly from the arc surface, so that the mounting seat 310 can adapt to the vibration amplitude of the vibrating element 320 according to the elastic expansion and contraction of the mounting seat, and meanwhile, the appropriate redundancy is provided to ensure that the end face of the mounting seat 310 is attached to the skin of the neck.
Specifically, the end surface of the first massage assembly 20 near the neck may be the end surface of the electrode member 220 or the end surface of the isolation plate of the fixing base 210, and may be determined according to the specific structure of the first massage assembly 20. For example, when the first massage assembly 20 includes only the electrode element 220 or both the electrode element 220 and the heat generating element, the end surface of the first massage assembly 20 near the neck is the end surface of the electrode element 220, because the electrode element 220 itself must be kept in contact with the skin of the neck to perform the current stimulation. When the first massage assembly 20 only includes the heat generating element, in order to avoid the heat generating element directly contacting with the skin of the neck, the end surface of the first massage assembly 20 close to the neck is the end surface of the isolation plate of the fixing base 210. In the second massage assembly 30, the end surface of the mounting seat 310 near the neck portion is the end surface of the panel 314 of the limiting portion 312.
It should be appreciated that the massage effect is based on ensuring that the massage assembly remains in contact with the skin of the neck, whether it is the first massage assembly 20 or the second massage assembly 30. Different massage components have different mechanisms of action and corresponding neck positions, and it is very important and difficult to ensure that each massage component is in contact with the skin of the neck and has comfortable touch feeling. As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the end surface of the second massage assembly 30 close to the neck protrudes from the corresponding arc surface formed by the end surface of each first massage assembly 20 close to the neck by 0.5mm to 3mm, and the protruding height is marked as L in the figure. In one embodiment, the end surface of the mounting seat 310 close to the neck portion protrudes from the corresponding arc surface formed by the end surface of each first massage assembly 20 close to the neck portion by 0.5mm to 3 mm. In one embodiment, the end surface of the mounting seat 310 close to the neck portion protrudes from the corresponding arc surface by 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm or 3 mm. By controlling the protrusion size of the mounting seat 310 of the second massage assembly 30, the first massage assembly 20 is prevented from being affected by too much protrusion, and the mounting seat 310 is ensured to be attached to the skin of the neck by not having enough redundancy because of too little protrusion. Specifically, the soft rubber support 120 has an arc-shaped structure, each of the first massage assembly 20 and the second massage assembly 30 is disposed on the soft rubber support 120, and the distribution points of the first massage assembly 20 and the second massage assembly 30 are all on the same arc line. In one embodiment, the number of the first massage assemblies 20 is two, the number of the second massage assemblies 30 is one, the second massage assemblies 30 are disposed in the middle of the soft rubber support 120 to correspond to the cervical vertebrae, and the two first massage assemblies 20 are symmetrically disposed with the second massage assemblies 30 as the center to correspond to the muscle tissues on both sides of the cervical vertebrae. The end surface of each first massage component 20 close to the neck is located on the same arc surface, so that the arc structure of the neck is adapted, and the end surface of each first massage component 20 is attached to the skin of the neck. The end surface of the mounting seat 310 of the second massage component 30 close to the neck is slightly protruded out of the arc surface corresponding to the orthographic projection, and the end surface of the mounting seat 310 close to the neck is protruded out of the corresponding arc surface by 0.5 mm-3 mm. The redundant size is designed through the convex cambered surface, so that the second massage component 30 can still be attached to the skin of the neck when vibrating and contracting, and the massage is ensured to be in place.
In order to further increase the massaging range of the neck, in one of the embodiments not shown in the figures, the number of first massaging assemblies is two and the number of second massaging assemblies is three. The five massage components are alternately arranged on one side of the main body bracket close to the neck at uniform intervals. One of the second massage components corresponds to the cervical vertebra, the two first massage components correspond to muscle tissues on two sides of the cervical vertebra, and the other two second massage components are respectively and symmetrically arranged on one side, far away from the cervical vertebra, of the first massage components. The structure of each second massage assembly includes a part of or the whole structure of the related embodiment of the second massage assembly, which is not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the neck massager further comprises a control module, the first massage assembly and the second massage assembly are respectively and electrically connected with the control module, and the control module is used for controlling the first massage assembly and the second massage assembly to be respectively started in different working time periods. The first massage assembly 20 and the second massage assembly are operated in different time periods through the control module, so that the mutual interference of the two operations is avoided, and the comfort level during massage is improved.
