The invention provides a neck massager.
In an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 5 in combination, the neck massager includes a housing 10 and a massage head assembly, the housing 10 has a receiving cavity, an electric pulse generator (not shown) is disposed in the receiving cavity, the massage head assembly includes a connecting member 20, a mounting seat 30 and a massage electrode 50 disposed on the mounting seat 30, the massage electrode 50 is electrically connected to the electric pulse generator, the connecting member 20 includes a first connecting section 21 and a second connecting section 22 connected to each other, the first connecting section 21 is connected to the housing 10, the outer circumference of the second connecting section 22 is tapered in a direction away from the housing 10, the mounting seat 30 is provided with a first receding hole 331 and a first limiting portion 32, the first receding hole 331 is in clearance fit with the second connecting section 22, and the first limiting portion 32 is connected to the connecting member 20 to limit the mounting seat 30 from being separated from the connecting member 20.
In one embodiment, the housing 10 includes a middle support 11 and clamping arms 12 respectively disposed at two ends of the middle support 11, and the middle support 11 and the clamping arms 12 together form a receiving cavity, that is, the electric pulse generator may be disposed on the middle support 11 or disposed on the clamping arms 12. Middle support 11 is arc strip setting, and the one end of keeping away from middle support 11 of two arm lock 12 is drawn close each other for neck massager is roughly U-shaped or C-shaped, and middle support 11 has the inboard towards user's neck and keeps away from the outside of user's neck, and the inboard of middle support 11 is located to the first subassembly of massage. Specifically, the first connecting section 21 of the connecting member 20 is connected to the inner side of the middle support 11, and the massage electrode 50 is disposed on the surface of the mounting seat 30 facing away from the middle support 11, that is, on the surface of the mounting seat 30 facing the neck of the user. The number of the massage head assemblies can be one or more, when the number of the massage head assemblies is one, two massage electrodes 50 are arranged on the mounting base 30, when the number of the massage head assemblies is more than one, one massage electrode 50 can be arranged on each mounting base 30, and the number of the massage head assemblies can be two, three or four. Of course, in other embodiments, the housing 10 may be provided as a C-shaped unitary structure.
The outer circumference of the second connection section 22 is tapered in a direction away from the first connection section 21, that is, the distance between the opposite outer circumferences of the second connection section 22 is gradually reduced in a direction away from the first connection section 21, for example, the outer circumference of the second connection section 22 may be a conical surface, an arc surface, a spherical surface, or the like. The mounting seat 30 is sleeved on the second connecting section 22 through the first yielding hole 331, wherein when the outer peripheral dimension of the second connecting section 22 is tapered in the direction away from the housing 10, the aperture of the first yielding hole 331 is at least larger than the outer diameter of a part of the second connecting section 22, so as to ensure that the first yielding hole 331 can be at least in clearance fit with a part of the second connecting section 22. So that the mounting seat 30 can move along the radial direction of the first receding hole 331 relative to the second connecting section 22, and the massage electrode 50 can be angularly offset to the periphery relative to the connecting member 20. Thus, when the user wears the neck massager, the mounting seat 30 and the massage electrode 50 can be adaptively offset relative to the connecting piece 20 according to different neck contours of the user, so that the massage electrode 50 can be better attached to the neck of the user. It can be understood that when the hole wall of one side of the first avoiding hole 331 abuts against the outer surface of the second connecting section 22, the second connecting section 22 can limit the movement of the mounting seat 30 along the lateral direction, i.e. the larger the distance between the hole wall of the first avoiding hole 331 and the second connecting section 22 is, the larger the deviation amplitude of the mounting seat 30 is, and the better the adaptability of the massage electrode 50 is.
The first limiting portion 32 is movably matched with the connecting member 20, so that the mounting base 30 can move relative to the connecting member 20 along the arrangement direction of the first connecting section 21 and the second connecting section 22, and the mounting base 30 can be enabled to shift towards the periphery relative to the connecting member 20. The first position-limiting portion 32 has a first position-limiting surface (not shown) facing one side of the massage electrode 50, the connecting element 20 has a second position-limiting surface 213 facing away from one side of the massage electrode 50, when the mounting seat 30 is mounted on the second connecting section 22, the first position-limiting surface can be located on one side of the second position-limiting surface 213 facing away from the massage electrode 50, so that when the mounting seat 30 moves relative to the connecting element 20 in a direction away from the first connecting section 21, the first position-limiting surface can abut against the second position-limiting surface 213, thereby limiting the mounting seat 30 from disengaging from the connecting element 20. That is, when first spacing surface and the spacing surface 213 butt, the interval between the pore wall of first hole 331 of stepping down and the second linkage segment 22 is the biggest, and when the pore wall of first hole 331 of stepping down and the butt of second linkage segment 22, the interval between first spacing surface and the spacing surface 213 of second is the biggest, so set up can guarantee that the activity space of mount pad 30 and connecting piece 20 is great, can be convenient for mount pad 30 to second linkage segment 22 skew motion relatively.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the outer peripheral dimension of the second connecting section 22 of the connecting piece 20 is arranged in a tapered manner in the direction away from the shell 10, so that when the mounting base 30 is mounted on the connecting piece 20, the first abdicating hole 331 of the mounting base 30 is in clearance fit with the second connecting section 22, the mounting base 30 can move in a radial offset manner along the first abdicating hole 331 relative to the second connecting section 22, and the massage electrode 50 can be offset by a certain angle towards the periphery relative to the connecting piece 20. The first limit portion 32 of the mounting seat 30 is connected to the connecting member 20, so that the mounting seat 30 can be prevented from being separated from the connecting member 20 even when the mounting seat 30 is ensured to move in a deviating manner relative to the connecting member 20. Therefore, when the user wears the neck massager, the mounting seat 30 and the massage electrode 50 can be self-adaptively offset relative to the connecting piece 20 according to different neck contours of the user, so that the massage electrode 50 can be better attached to the neck of the user, and the ability of the massage electrode 50 to adapt to the neck of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the second connecting section 22 is spherical. So can guarantee the comparatively level and smooth of the outer peripheral face of second linkage segment 22 for relatively more steady when mount pad 30 shifts the motion on first linkage segment 21, also be favorable to increasing the skew angle of mount pad 30, make massage electrode 50 can adapt to the laminating user neck better. Of course, in other embodiments, the outer peripheral surface of the second connecting section 22 may be disposed in an arc shape along the extending direction of the second connecting section 22. Alternatively, the outer circumference of the second connecting section 22 is a conical surface or a pyramidal surface.
In one embodiment, the mounting base 30 includes a base 31 and an upper shell 33 covering the base 31, the first receding hole 331 is disposed on the upper shell 33, and the first limiting portion 32 is disposed on the base 31 and extends out of the first receding hole 331. The connecting piece 20 further has a second yielding hole 23, the second yielding hole 23 penetrates through the second connecting section 22 along a direction away from the casing 10, a second limiting portion 211 is arranged in the second yielding hole 23, and the first limiting portion 32 extends into the second yielding hole 23 and is movably connected with the second limiting portion 211 so as to limit the first limiting portion 32 from falling off from the second yielding hole 23.
Specifically, the massage electrode 50 is disposed on a surface of the base 31 away from the upper shell 33, a receiving cavity is formed between the upper shell 33 and the base 31, and the first receding hole 331 is communicated with the receiving cavity. The first limiting portion 32 is in a long strip shape, the free end of the first limiting portion 32 extends out of the first yielding hole 331, and the first limiting portion 32 and the hole wall of the first yielding hole 331 are arranged at intervals to ensure that the second connecting section 22 can extend into the first yielding hole 331. The second hole of stepping down 23 runs through the connecting piece 20 along the direction of arranging of first linkage segment 21 and second linkage segment 22 and sets up, and the second hole of stepping down 23 runs through the tip of second linkage segment 22 promptly, so when second linkage segment 22 stretched into first hole 331 of stepping down, first spacing portion 32 also can stretch into second hole of stepping down 23.
The hole walls of the first limiting portion 32 and the second yielding hole 23 are arranged at intervals, the distance between the hole walls of the first limiting portion 32 and the second yielding hole 23 is larger than the distance between the hole wall of the first yielding hole 331 and the second connecting section 22, so that when the installation seat 30 is prevented from moving on the second connecting section 22 in an offset mode, the hole walls of the first limiting portion 32 and the second yielding hole 23 are abutted, and the installation seat 30 is guaranteed to move in an offset mode relative to the second connecting section 22 smoothly. The first limiting surface is arranged at the end part of the first limiting part 32, the second limiting part 211 is connected with the hole wall of the second abdicating hole 23, and the second limiting surface 213 is arranged at the second limiting part 211. In this way, the mounting base 30 performs offset movement relative to the connecting member 20 with the joint of the first limiting portion 32 and the second limiting portion 211 as a fulcrum, and the reliability of the movement of the mounting base 30 can be better ensured. In addition, the first limiting part 32 extends into the second yielding hole 23 for limiting connection, so that the size of the mounting seat 30 can be reduced.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first position-limiting part 32 may be disposed on the inner sidewall of the upper casing 33, and the connecting member 20 further includes a fixing member (not shown) detachably connected to the end of the second connecting section 22, and the size of the fixing member is larger than that of the first avoiding hole 331. During installation, the upper shell 33 may be sleeved on the second connecting section 22, and then the fixing member is connected to the end portion of the second connecting section 22 extending into the first avoiding hole 331, so as to limit the upper shell 33 to be separated from the connecting member 20, and then the base 31 is connected to the upper shell 33.
In an embodiment, the second position-limiting portion 211 has a position-limiting hole 212, the first position-limiting portion 32 includes a connecting shaft 321 and a position-limiting member 322 connected to the connecting shaft 321, the connecting shaft 321 is connected to the base 31, the connecting shaft 321 sequentially extends from the first yielding hole 331, the second yielding hole 23 and the position-limiting hole 212, the position-limiting member 322 is located on a side of the second position-limiting portion 211 away from the mounting base 30, and a size of the position-limiting member 322 is greater than a size of the position-limiting hole 212. Specifically, the limiting member 322 is detachably connected to the connecting shaft 321, and the limiting hole 212 penetrates through the second limiting portion 211 along the penetrating direction of the first avoiding hole 331, so that the connecting shaft 321 can extend out of one side of the second limiting portion 211 departing from the mounting base 30 from the limiting hole 212, and the limiting member 322 can be connected to the connecting shaft 321. The external dimension of the limiting member 322 is greater than the aperture of the limiting hole 212, that is, the first limiting surface is disposed on the limiting member 322, and when the hole wall of the first avoiding hole 331 abuts against the second connecting segment 22, the limiting member 322 is spaced from the second limiting portion 211. The structure is simple, the installation is convenient, and the connection reliability of the first limit part 32 and the second limit part 211 can be ensured.
The limiting hole 212 may be a straight hole, or the aperture of the limiting hole 212 is increased and then decreased along the axial direction, that is, the apertures at the two openings of the limiting hole 212 are larger than the apertures at the middle position, so that the interference of the hole edge of the limiting hole 212 with the connecting shaft 321 can be reduced. In addition, in an embodiment, the hole wall of the limiting hole 212 includes two oppositely disposed straight line segments and two oppositely disposed arc segments along the circumferential direction, the straight line segments are connected between the two arc segments, that is, the limiting hole 212 is a circular waist hole or a track-shaped hole, and the shape of the portion of the connecting shaft 321 extending into the limiting hole 212 at least corresponds to the shape of the limiting hole 212. That is, the cross section of the portion of the connecting shaft 321 extending into the limiting hole 212 is also in a shape of a kidney-shaped circle or a track, wherein the cross section is a section perpendicular to the axis of the connecting shaft 321. This prevents the connecting shaft 321 from rotating in the limiting hole 212, i.e. the mounting base 30 from rotating in the circumferential direction relative to the connecting member 20, so as to prevent the electric connection wires (not shown) between the massage electrodes 50 on the mounting base 30 and the electric pulse generator in the housing 10 from being twisted or even broken. In addition, in an embodiment, the cross section of the connecting element 20 may be disposed in a shape of a kidney circle or a track, and the first abdicating hole 331 may be disposed in a shape of a kidney circle or a track.
For example, in an embodiment, the limiting member 322 includes a limiting end portion 3221 and a connecting portion 3222, the connecting portion 3222 is provided with an external thread, an end portion of the connecting shaft 321 is provided with a screw hole, and the connecting portion 3222 is screwed into the screw hole. Specifically, the position-limiting member 322 may be a screw, the size of the position-limiting end portion 3221 is larger than the aperture of the position-limiting hole 212, and the first position-limiting surface is disposed on the position-limiting end portion 3221. In another embodiment, the limiting member 322 has a threaded hole, the connecting shaft 321 has an external thread, and the limiting member 322 is screwed on the connecting shaft 321. The limiting part 322 and the connecting shaft 321 are connected through a threaded structure, so that the connection reliability can be ensured, and the installation is convenient. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting member 322 may be a pin or the like.
In one embodiment, the first position-limiting portion 32 is sleeved with an elastic element 40, and the elastic element 40 abuts against the second position-limiting portion 211. Specifically, the elastic element 40 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 321, one end of the elastic element 40 abuts against the base 31, and the other end abuts against the second limiting portion 211. And the elastic element 40 is in a compressed state when being arranged between the base 31 and the second limiting part 211 so as to abut against the mounting seat 30 and have a tendency of moving towards a direction away from the shell 10, so that the first limiting surface abuts against the second limiting surface 213. When the user uses the neck massager, the neck of the user can abut against the mounting seat 30 to move towards the housing 10 under the elastic action of the neck massager and the middle bracket 11, and meanwhile, the mounting seat 30 can be driven to be tightly attached to the neck of the user under the action of the elastic piece 40, so that the attaching effect of the massage electrode 50 and the neck can be improved.
The elastic member 40 may be a spring, rubber, or sponge. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the elastic member 40 is a spring, so that the reliability of the elastic member 40 is better, the service life of the elastic member 40 is longer, and the service life of the neck massager can be prolonged.
In one embodiment, the first connecting section 21 has a relief notch 214, and the relief notch 214 communicates the second relief hole 23 and the inner cavity of the housing 10. Specifically, a mounting through hole (not shown) is formed in the housing 10, the first connecting section 21 is disposed in the mounting through hole, the second yielding hole 23 penetrates through an inner cavity of the end portion housing 10 of the first connecting section 21 to be communicated with the inner cavity, an electrical connection line between the massage electrode 50 on the mounting seat 30 and an electrical pulse generator in the housing 10 is disposed in the second yielding hole 23, that is, the electrical connection line extends into the mounting seat 30 from the housing 10 through the second yielding hole 23 to be electrically connected with the massage electrode 50. The notch 214 of stepping down is located at the end of the first connecting section 21, and through setting the notch 214 of stepping down, the communication space between the second hole 23 of stepping down and the inner cavity of the housing 10 is increased, so that the electric connecting wire can stretch into the second hole 23 of stepping down from the notch 214 of stepping down, and the interference condition between the electric connecting wire and the second limiting part 211 can be reduced. The number of the yielding notches 214 may be one or more, for example, the number of the yielding notches 214 may be two or three, and so on.
In one embodiment, the hole wall of the first avoiding hole 331 is gradually inclined outward in a direction approaching the housing 10. Specifically, the aperture of the first receding hole 331 gradually increases in a direction approaching the housing 10, that is, the hole wall of the first receding hole 331 is matched with the inclined outer surface of the second connecting section 22, so that the surface offset motion of the mounting seat 30 around the connecting element 20 can be facilitated. And when the pore wall of first hole 331 of stepping down supported on second linkage segment 22, the pore wall of first hole 331 of stepping down was more with the laminating area of second linkage segment 22, increased the area of contact of mount pad 30 with second linkage segment 22, when mount pad 30 skew motion, can reduce the pressure between mount pad 30 and the second linkage segment 22, effectively reduced the wearing and tearing between mount pad 30 and the second linkage segment 22, can improve the life of mount pad 30 and connecting piece 20. In this case, the connection portion of the inner shell 112 and the connecting member 20 may be thinned, i.e., the thinned region where the connecting member 20 is connected to the inner shell 112, so as to facilitate the deformation of the inner shell 112. The material of the inner shell 112 may be rubber, TPE (synthetic rubber), EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), or silica gel. In addition, the connecting member 20 may be snapped onto the inner casing 112, or may be adhered to the inner casing 112. Of course, in other embodiments, the inner housing 112 may be provided as a rigid member, the connecting member 20 may be fixed to the inner housing 112, or the connecting member 20 may be rotatably connected to the inner housing 112. Or the housing 10 includes an outer shell 111, an inner shell 112 and a mounting shell (not shown), the outer shell 111 and the inner shell 112 form a receiving cavity, the mounting shell is located in the receiving cavity and connected with the inner shell 112, the mounting shell is a hard member, and the connecting member 20 passes through the inner shell 112 and is fixed on the mounting shell, or the connecting member 20 and the mounting shell are rotatably connected.
The connection structure between the outer shell 111, the inner shell 112 and the clamping arms 12 is various, for example, in one embodiment, the ends of the inner shell 112 and the outer shell 111 are approximately flush, and the clamping arms 12 are simultaneously connected to the ends of the inner shell 112 and the outer shell 111. In one embodiment, the length of the outer shell 111 is greater than the length of the inner shell 112, and the clamping arms 12 are only connected to the ends of the outer shell 111. In one embodiment, the length of the inner housing 112 is greater than the length of the outer housing 111, and the clamping arms 12 are attached only to the ends of the inner housing 112.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
