Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a headset including a headband and two headset heads respectively connected to two ends of the headset. The earphone head comprises a supporting seat 10, a horn seat 20, a connecting shaft 30, a fixing part 40 and an elastic part 50. The figures illustrate one of the earpieces and define the direction of the horn base 20 with respect to the support base 10 as the front. The headset head shown in fig. 1 and 2 further comprises an ear cup 60 enclosing the speaker base 20 for accommodating a sound-generating device.
The support base 10 is used for attachment to a headband. The horn base 20 is used to fix a sounder device.
The connecting shaft 30 extends forwards and backwards, the supporting seat 10 is fixed at the rear end of the connecting shaft 30, and the horn seat 20 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 30 and can move forwards and backwards or rotate relative to the connecting shaft 30.
The fixing member 40 is connected to the connecting shaft 30 and serves to restrict the forward movement of the horn base 20.
The elastic element 50 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 30, the front surface of the elastic element 50 abuts against the horn base 20, the rear surface of the elastic element 50 abuts against the supporting seat 10, and the elastic element 50 is elastically deformed under the backward pressure applied to the horn base 20 and can drive the horn base 20 to move forward to abut against the fixing element 40 after the pressure disappears.
The horn base 20 moves or rotates back and forth between the supporting base 10 and the fixing member 40 along the connecting shaft 30, and the elastic member 50 is interposed between the supporting base 10 and the horn base 20 to provide an elastic restoring force for driving the horn base 20 to move forward. The elastic member 50 has elasticity such that when the upper portion of the horn base 20 is pressed backward, the upper portion of the elastic member 50 is compressed and deformed, the upper portion of the horn base 20 is rotated backward, and the horn base 20 is restored after the pressing is released. Similarly, when the lower portion of the horn base 20 is pressed backward, the lower portion of the elastic member 50 is compressed and deformed, and the lower portion of the horn base 20 is rotated backward, so that the horn base 20 is restored after being pressed. When the whole or the middle of the horn base 20 is pressed backward, the whole of the elastic member 50 is compressed and deformed, the whole of the horn base 20 moves backward, and the horn base 20 is reset after the pressing is released.
When the headset is sleeved on the two sides of the ear, the two headset heads can automatically finely adjust the angles of the corresponding speaker bases 20 so as to be more attached to the two sides of the ear. Therefore, the head-mounted earphone of the embodiment can improve the fitting degree of the head-mounted earphone and a human body, so that the wearing comfort is improved, and the sound insulation effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, the supporting seat 10 includes a supporting body 12 and a first limiting member 11 connected to a right surface of the supporting body 12 and extending rightward, the horn base 20 is provided with a second limiting member 21 at a position corresponding to the first limiting member 11, and the first limiting member 11 and the second limiting member 21 cooperate to limit the rotation of the horn base 20 along the connecting shaft 30. Considering the shape of human ear, the outer surface of the speaker holder 20 is generally not circular, and the speaker holder 20 rotates along the axial direction of the connecting shaft 30, which affects the fit between the earcap and the human ear. Furthermore, axial rotation of the horn base 20 may affect the normal use of the sounder device to which it is secured, thus limiting axial rotation of the horn base 20. The present embodiment achieves this limitation by the arrangement of the first limiting member 11 and the second limiting member 21.
Specifically, the first limiting member 11 is a limiting post extending forward and backward, the second limiting member 21 is a through hole for accommodating the first limiting member 11, and the limiting post is inserted into the through hole to limit the horn base 20 to rotate along the connecting shaft 30. The limiting columns extend forwards and backwards and are inserted into through holes in the front of the limiting columns, and the horn base 20 moves forwards and backwards along with the depth of the limiting columns inserted into the through holes, namely the limiting columns and the through holes do not limit the forward and backward movement of the horn base 20. In the illustrated embodiment, there are two through holes respectively located at the left and right sides of the connecting shaft 30, and in other embodiments, the through holes may be in other numbers or located at other positions of the connecting shaft 30.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the size of the through hole is larger than the longest distance from the upper surface to the lower surface of the limiting post at least in the up-down direction to provide a space for avoiding the forward and backward rotation of the horn base 20.
Considering that the auricle is higher than the face, when the headset is worn on the head, the left end of the headset head is tightly attached to the head, and the right end of the headset head is tightly attached to the head, so that fine adjustment in the front-back direction needs to be increased to improve wearing comfort. Correspondingly, the size of the through hole in the left-right direction is larger than the longest distance from the left surface to the right surface of the limiting column, so that an avoiding space is provided for the left-right rotation of the horn base 20.
In the illustrated embodiment, the limiting post is a cylindrical post extending forward and backward, the through hole is rectangular, and when the limiting post is inserted into the through hole, a gap is left between the limiting post and each hole wall of the through hole. The cylindrical limiting column is convenient to process, and the rectangular through hole is convenient to process, so that the movable distances of the limiting column in the upper, lower, front and rear directions are ensured, and the front and rear rotation and left and right rotation amplitude of the horn base 20 are controlled conveniently.
Referring to fig. 3, the fixing member 40 is screwed on the connecting shaft 30. This design enables the fixing member 40 to be detachable, and facilitates the installation of the horn base 20 and the elastic member 50. The connection structure is simple and can limit the horn base 20.
Specifically, the connecting shaft 30 is rearwardly provided with a screw hole at a front surface thereof, and the fixing member 40 includes a screw 41, and the screw 41 is threadedly coupled to the screw hole and restricts forward movement of the horn base 20. The screw hole is formed in the front surface of the connecting shaft 30, that is, in the axial direction of the connecting shaft 30, which facilitates the screwing operation. The nut of the screw 41 abuts against the horn base 20 to thereby achieve the limit of the horn base 20. In other embodiments, the screw hole may be located at other positions of the connection shaft 30, which is not limited herein.
In another embodiment, the fixing member 40 further includes a fitting block 42, and the fitting of the fitting block 42, the screw 41 and the connecting shaft 30 defines the horn base 20. Specifically, the engaging block 42 is rearwardly opened with a through hole penetrating in the front surface thereof, the engaging block 42 abuts against the horn base 20, a projected area of an abutting surface of the engaging block 42 and the horn base 20 on the horn base 20 is larger than a projected area of the screw 41, and the screw 41 is screwed on the screw hole through the through hole. Referring to fig. 3, the projection dimension of the contact surface of the mating block 42 and the horn base 20 is larger than that of the nut, so as to reduce the local internal stress of the horn base 20, and in addition, the mating block 42 can perform local structural reinforcement on the surface contacting with the nut, so as to improve the local structural strength. Thus, the addition of the mating block 42 facilitates improved connection stability.
Referring to fig. 2 or fig. 3, the elastic member 50 is annular, and the radial cross-section of the elastic member 50 is rectangular. The rectangular section can increase the contact area of the elastic member 50 with the horn housing 20 and the support seat 10 compared to the circular section, thereby increasing the resistance of the horn housing 20 to the axial rotation along the connecting shaft 30.
In this embodiment, the ratio of the distance from the outer surface of the elastic element 50 to the axial center of the connecting shaft 30 to the distance from the outer surface of the horn base 20 to the axial center is [1/3,2/3 ]. The design mainly considers the restoring moment of the elastic element 50, the radial size of the elastic element 50 is properly increased, so that the restoring moment is improved, and in other words, the actual stress can be reduced under the same deformation, so that the service life of the elastic element 50 is prolonged. The radial dimension of the resilient element 50 is limited by the design of the support seat 10 and the horn seat 20, and is therefore further preferably [1/3,1/2 ]. In the illustrated embodiment, the elastic member 50 is a circular ring, the horn base 20 is substantially elliptical, the ratio of the distance from the outer surface of the elastic member 50 to the axial center of the connecting shaft 30 to the distance from the outer surface of the horn base 20 to the axial center is approximately 1/3 in the vertical direction, and the ratio of the distance from the outer surface of the elastic member 50 to the axial center of the connecting shaft 30 to the distance from the outer surface of the horn base 20 to the axial center is approximately 1/2 in the right direction.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, as any modification, equivalent replacement or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the present invention.
