The utility model relates to the field of medical care, in particular to a neck massager.

Background technique

At present, the neck massager mainly includes a middle bracket and clip arms arranged at both ends of the middle bracket. The middle bracket has elasticity, and the clip arms are hard shells. When the neck massager is used, the two clamping arms can be opened so that the neck massager can be placed on the neck of the user. However, in the process of deformation of the current intermediate bracket, the inner side of the intermediate bracket facing the neck has a large amount of deformation. However, since the clamping arm is a hard shell, the clamping arm itself will not deform together with the intermediate bracket, so the intermediate bracket and the clamping arm are easily separated and detached, and the connection stability of the intermediate bracket and the clamping arm is poor.

The utility model provides a neck massager.

In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , the neck massager includes a massage head 20 , two clamping arms 30 and a middle bracket 10 , and the middle bracket 10 includes an outer shell 11 and an inner shell connected to the outer shell 11 . 12. The inner shell 12 includes an elastic section 124 and at least two connecting sections 121. The elastic section 124 is connected between two adjacent connecting sections 121. The massage head 20 is arranged on the connecting section 121. free end.

In this embodiment, the neck massager is provided with an electric pulse generator (not shown in the figure), the massage head 20 includes a connection seat (not shown in the figure) and an electrode sheet (not shown in the figure), and the connection seat is connected to the inner The shell 12, the electrode piece is arranged on the connection seat. The electrode sheet is used for contacting with the human body, and the electrode sheet is electrically connected with the electric pulse generator, so that when the electric pulse generating device generates a low-frequency pulse current, the electrode sheet can act on the human body and thus play a massage role. The material of the elastic section 124 can be rubber, synthetic rubber, silica gel, polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the like.

In one embodiment, the middle bracket 10 is arranged in an arc-shaped strip, and the ends of the two clamping arms 30 away from the middle bracket 10 are close to each other, so that the neck massager is roughly U-shaped or C-shaped, that is, the outer shell 11 and the inner shell 12 are The inner shell 12 is arranged in an arc shape, and the inner shell 12 is located on one side of the concave surface of the outer shell 11 , that is, the inner shell 12 is arranged towards the neck of the user. There are various connection structures between the outer shell 11 , the inner shell 12 and the clip arm 30 . For example, in one embodiment, the ends of the inner shell 12 and the outer shell 11 are substantially flush, and the clip arm 30 is connected to the inner shell 12 at the same time. and the end of the housing 11. In one embodiment, the length of the outer shell 11 is greater than the length of the inner shell 12 , and the clip arm 30 is only connected to the end of the outer shell 11 . In one embodiment, the length of the inner shell 12 is greater than the length of the outer shell 11 , and the clip arm 30 is only connected to the end of the inner shell 12 . In addition, when there are multiple connecting sections 121 , the clip arm 30 is connected to the connecting sections 121 at both ends, and is connected to one end of the connecting section 121 away from the elastic section 124 .

In the technical solution of the present invention, the intermediate bracket 10 includes an outer shell 11 and an inner shell 12 connected to the outer shell 11 , and the inner shell 12 includes an elastic section 124 and at least two connecting sections 121 . By connecting the elastic section 124 to two adjacent connecting sections 121 The two clamping arms 30 are connected to the free ends of the two connecting segments 121 respectively. When the user opens the two clamping arms 30 to deform the intermediate bracket 10 , the elastic segment 124 can bear the main deformation effect, thereby reducing the deformation of the connecting segment 121 , effectively reducing the disconnection due to the excessive deformation of the connecting segment 121 . The possibility of the clip arm 30 improves the connection stability between the intermediate bracket 10 and the clip arm 30 .

In one embodiment, the connecting section 121 is an elastic member, and the deformation resistance of the elastic section 124 is smaller than the deformation resistance of the connecting section 121 . Specifically, the material of the connecting section 121 may be the same as the material of the elastic section 124, or the connecting section 121 and the elastic section 124 may be made of two different materials respectively. The deformation resistance of the elastic segment 124 is smaller than the deformation resistance of the connection segment 121 , that is, the elastic segment 124 is softer. more prone to deformation. That is, when the clamping arm 30 is opened to deform the intermediate bracket 10 by force, the elastic segment 124 will deform before the connection segment 121 , so that the deformation amount of the connection segment 121 can be reduced. By setting the connecting segment 121 as an elastic member, the connecting segment 121 and the elastic segment 124 are elastically connected. When the deformation of the elastic segment 124 is large, the connecting segment 121 can also deform together with the elastic segment 124, increasing the The stability of the connection between the elastic section 124 and the connecting section 121 is improved, and the overall deformation of the intermediate bracket 10 can be further increased, which is convenient for users to use. In addition, it can be understood that when the clamping arm 30 is opened, the clamping arm 30 and the massage head 20 will clamp the user's neck under the elastic action of the intermediate bracket 10, and the deformation resistance of the elastic segment 124 will be smaller than that of the connecting segment 121. The elastic segment 124 is relatively soft, and the elastic restoring force is small, which can reduce the clamping force of the clamping arm 30 and the massage head 20 on the user's neck, so that the user can use the neck massager more softly and comfortably, avoiding neck and neck massagers. The clamping force of the external massager is too large, which is easy to cause inconvenience to the user. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting segment 121 may also be a hard material.

121。In one embodiment, the elastic segment 124 and the connecting segment 121 are integrally formed. In this way, the connection between the elastic section 124 and the connecting section 121 is more reliable and the stability is higher, and the subsequent assembly process of the elastic section 124 and the connecting section 121 is eliminated, which simplifies the installation process of the neck massager, which is conducive to improving production. efficiency. Of course, in other embodiments, the elastic segment 124 may also be connected to the connection segment 121 by means of bonding or welding.

In one embodiment, two adjacent connecting segments 121 are provided with bridge portions 122 close to the housing 11 , and a mounting groove 123 is formed on the side of the bridge portions 122 away from the housing 11 , and the elastic segments 124 are arranged in the mounting grooves 123 . Specifically, the connecting section 121 and the bridging portion 122 are integrally formed, and the notch of the installation slot 123 faces the neck of the user, which is equivalent to connecting two adjacent connecting sections 121 through the bridging portion 122 as a whole, which can improve the structural strength of the inner shell 12 and For stability, the inner shell 12 can also be easily connected with the outer shell 11 . In order to ensure that the size of the elastic section 124 is larger and the deformation effect is better, in one embodiment, the groove depth of the installation groove 123 is greater than the thickness of the bridge portion 122 along the arrangement direction of the inner shell 12 and the outer shell 11 .

In one embodiment, the elastic segment 124 has a width direction that is consistent with the direction in which the two adjacent connecting segments 121 are spaced apart. The elastic segment 124 has a first side portion 1241 close to the housing 11 and a second side portion 1242 away from the housing 11 . The width of the second side portion 1242 is greater than the width of the first side portion 1241 . It can be understood that when the two clamping arms 30 are opened to deform the intermediate bracket 10 , the deformation of the second side portion 1242 of the elastic segment 124 is tensile deformation, the deformation of the first side portion 1241 is compression deformation, and the deformation of the second side portion 1242 is , the first side portion 1241 will hinder the deformation of the second side portion 1242 to a certain extent, that is, the second side portion 1242 is the main deformation part of the elastic segment 124 , and the first side portion 1241 has a smaller deformation effect relative to the second side portion 1242 . By setting the width of the second side portion 1242 larger and the width of the first side portion 1241 smaller, the elastic deformation effect of the elastic segment 124 can be increased, so that the elastic segment 124 is more easily deformed. Of course, in other embodiments, the width of the first side portion 1241 can also be set to be greater than the width of the second side portion 1242 , or the widths of the first side portion 1241 and the second side portion 1242 are equal.

In one embodiment, the number of the elastic segments 124 is multiple, and any one of the elastic segments 124 is connected between two adjacent connection segments 121 . Specifically, the number of the connecting segments 121 is also multiple, and an elastic segment 124 is provided between any two adjacent connecting segments 121 . It can be understood that the elastic deformation of the elastic section 124 is limited, that is, the elastic section 124 has an elastic limit. When the deformation of the elastic section 124 exceeds the elastic limit, the elastic section 124 is easy to fail or break, and the deformation of the elastic section 124 is closer to elasticity. In the limit, the elastic segment 124 is more prone to fatigue damage and has a shorter service life. When multiple elastic segments 124 are provided, the multiple elastic segments 124 share the deformation pressure applied when the clamping arm 30 is opened, and each elastic segment 124 can be reduced compared to the method of providing only one elastic segment 124 . The deformation amount can effectively reduce the occurrence of the above problems, and can improve the service life of the elastic segment 124 . In addition, the deformation amounts of the multiple elastic segments 124 can be superimposed. When the deformation amount of a single elastic segment 124 is the same, the greater the number of elastic segments 124, the greater the overall deformation amount of the inner shell 12, which can improve the overall reliability of the intermediate bracket 10. The deformation amount makes the opening degree of the clip arm 30 larger, which is convenient for the user to wear and use. Wherein, the number of elastic segments 124 may be two, three, four, five or more.

In addition, when multiple elastic segments 124 are provided, the width of the connecting segment 121 between two adjacent elastic segments 124 can be made smaller than the width of the elastic segment 124, so as to reduce the occupied space of the connecting segment 121 and help to increase the size of the elastic segment 124. Width or increase the number of elastic segments 124. Of course, in other embodiments, the width of the connecting segment 121 between two adjacent elastic segments 124 can also be made larger than or equal to the width of the elastic segment 124 .

In one embodiment, the intermediate bracket 10 is arc-shaped, and the included angle corresponding to the arc length of the elastic segment 124 on the intermediate bracket 10 (the included angle is shown as X in FIG. 3 ) is greater than or equal to 5° and less than or equal to 80°. Specifically, when the number of the elastic segments 124 is one, the included angle corresponding to the arc length between the two ends of the elastic segment 124 is greater than or equal to 5° and less than or equal to 80°. When the number of the elastic segments 124 is multiple, The included angle corresponding to the arc length between the ends of the two elastic segments 124 that are close to the two clamping arms 30 away from each other is greater than or equal to 5° and less than or equal to 80°. In this way, when the clip arm 30 is opened to deform the elastic segment 124 , the deformation amount of the first side portion 1241 and the second side portion 1242 of the elastic segment 124 can be ensured to be similar, so as to avoid the situation that the difference between the two deformation amounts is too large to cause breakage. Moreover, it can also ensure that there are enough installation positions on the connecting section 121 for the massage head 20 to be installed, so that the overall structure of the neck massager is more compact and reasonable. The included angle corresponding to the arc length of the elastic segment 124 on the intermediate support 10 may be 5°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70° or 80°, and so on. In addition, in one embodiment, the included angle corresponding to the arc length of the elastic segment 124 on the intermediate bracket 10 is greater than or equal to 15° and less than or equal to 60°. In order to ensure that the deformation amount of the first side portion 1241 and the second side portion 1242 of the elastic segment 124 is closer, the structure is more reasonable, and the occurrence of the breakage of the elastic segment 124 can be effectively reduced.

In one embodiment, both the elastic segment 124 and the connecting segment 121 are arc-shaped, and the curvature of the elastic segment 124 is consistent with the curvature of the two adjacent connecting segments 121 . Specifically, the elastic sections 124 are arc-shaped along the arrangement direction of the two adjacent connecting sections 121. By setting the arcs of the elastic sections 124 and 121 to be consistent, the consistency of the connecting sections 121 and the elastic sections 124 at the joints can be ensured. When the elastic segment 124 and the connecting segment 121 are deformed, the force at the connection between the two is relatively uniform, which can improve the stability of the connection between the elastic segment 124 and the connecting segment 121 . The outer surface of the elastic section 124 is also made flush with the outer surface of the connecting section 121, so as to ensure that the outer surface of the elastic section 124 and the connecting section 121 are relatively smooth at the connection, and avoid dead angles between the elastic section 124 and the connecting section 121. Accumulates dust, which is convenient for users to clean up. Of course, in other embodiments, the radian of the elastic segment 124 can also be set to be different from the radian of the two adjacent connecting segments 121, and the outer surface of the connection between the elastic segment 124 and the connecting segment 121 can be set as a smooth transition.

In one embodiment, the number of the massage heads 20 is at least two, and the at least two massage heads 20 are respectively disposed on the two connecting sections 121 connected with the two clamping arms 30 . Specifically, the number of massage heads 20 may be two, three or four, and so on. In this embodiment, the number of the massage heads 20 is two, and the two massage heads 20 are respectively disposed on the connecting sections 121 connecting the two clamping arms 30 respectively. It can be understood that when the intermediate bracket 10 is deformed, the deformation amount of the middle part of the intermediate bracket 10 is relatively large, while the deformation amount of the end position close to the clamping arm 30 is relatively small, and when the elastic section 124 is provided, it is equivalent to arranging the elastic section 124 in the In the middle position of the intermediate bracket 10 , the deformation amount of the connecting section 121 connecting the clip arm 30 will be smaller. When the massage head 20 is arranged on the connecting section 121 connecting the clamping arm 30, the stability of the connection between the massage head 20 and the connecting section 121 can be better ensured, and the service life of the neck massager can be improved. Of course, when the number of the massage heads 20 is more than three, the massage heads 20 can also be arranged on the elastic segments 124 or the connecting segments 121 between the elastic segments 124 .
