Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
A massage machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
As shown in fig. 1, the massage apparatus 100 includes: the main machine 21 is used for massaging the neck of a human body, the handle 22 and the elastic connecting piece 10 are connected between the main machine 21 and the handle 22, that is, the handle 22 can expand and contract to adapt to the human body by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic connecting piece 10. Wherein the massage apparatus 100 may be a neck massage apparatus, the expansion and contraction of the handle 22 to fit the neck is conveniently achieved by using the elasticity of the elastic connection member 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5 in conjunction, the elastic connecting member 10 includes: a first elastic part 11 and a second elastic part 12, and the first elastic part 11 and the second elastic part 12 extend along the length direction of the massager 100. Wherein, the length direction of the massager 100 is the circumferential direction of the human neck, and the width direction of the massager 100 is the radial direction of the human neck.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the first elastic portion 11 and the second elastic portion 12 are connected in the width direction of the massage machine 100, and the elasticity of the first elastic portion 11 is smaller than that of the second elastic portion 12.
Wherein the first elastic part 11 and the second elastic part 12 are both provided with elasticity, the elastic connecting piece 10 has elastic deformation capability, and the elastic connecting piece 10 is deformed to adjust the expansion degree of the handle 22, thereby being suitable for users with different neck sizes. Wherein, the elasticity of the first elastic part 11 is smaller than that of the second elastic part 12, so as to be easily elastically deformed relative to the second elastic part 12 when receiving an external force. It can be understood that, when the elastic connecting member 10 is expanded and deformed, the first elastic portion 11 is elastically deformed before the second elastic portion 12, so as to reduce the deformation resistance of the elastic connecting member 10, and avoid the problems of poor deformation resistance and excessive clamping force caused by excessive hardness of the elastic connecting member 10.
Furthermore, the second elastic portion 12 may function as a shape support, so that the elastic connection member 10 maintains a shape, avoiding the elastic connection member 10 from collapsing. That is, when the user holds the handle 22 on one side, the elastic connecting member 10 will not be seriously deformed under the influence of the dead weight of the handle 22 and the main body 21 on the other side, or when the user holds the main body 21, the elastic connecting members 10 on both ends of the main body 21 will not be seriously deformed under the influence of the dead weight of the handle 22, which is favorable for maintaining the shape of the massage apparatus 100. Further, since the elasticity of the second elastic portion 12 is greater than that of the first elastic portion 11, the second elastic portion 12 can serve as a main source of the restoring force, which helps the restoring, i.e., the second elastic portion 12 can facilitate the restoring of the elastic connecting member 10. In addition, the arrangement is such that the first elastic part 11 is relatively soft, and the user feels more comfortable when wearing the shoe.
Still alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the first elastic portion 11 and the second elastic portion 12 are connected along the length direction of the massager 100, that is, the first elastic portion 11 and the second elastic portion 12 are connected in the circumferential direction around the neck of the human body, wherein the first elastic portion 12 is disposed between the two second elastic portions 11, so that the elastic connecting member 10 is deformed at the middle of the neck of the human body in the circumferential direction, and the elastic connecting member 10 is deformed. The first elastic part 11 has elasticity less than that of the second elastic part 12 to be easily elastically deformed relative to the second elastic part 12 when receiving an external force. Specifically, the thickness of the first elastic portion 11 is smaller than that of the second elastic portion 12, so that it can be achieved that the elasticity of the first elastic portion 11 is smaller than that of the second elastic portion 12. In addition, the elasticity of the second elastic part 12 at the two ends of the first elastic part 11 is greater than that of the first elastic part 11, so that the structural strength of the elastic connecting part 10 can be maintained, and the elastic connecting part 10 can be prevented from deforming under the self-weight action of the handle 22 or the main machine 21 when a user takes the massage apparatus 100.
Thereby, the elastic connecting member 10 is divided into the first elastic part 11 and the second elastic part 12, and the elasticity of the first elastic part 11 is smaller than that of the second elastic part 12, so that the second elastic part 12 can maintain the shape of the elastic connecting member 10, avoiding the elastic connecting member 10 from collapsing.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the first elastic portion 11 may be two, the second elastic portion 12 may be two, the two first elastic portions 11 are oppositely disposed in a radial direction of the neck of the human body, and the two second elastic portions 12 are oppositely disposed in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the neck of the human body and are respectively connected between the two first elastic portions 11. That is, the two first elastic parts 11 and the two second elastic parts 12 are connected one by one at intervals and form a tubular structure. So set up, the user is when wearing massage appearance 100, and two first elastic component 11 can carry out elastic deformation better, takes place deformation in step moreover, and the elastic deformation degree of two second elastic component 12 is less relatively, can be favorable to keeping massage appearance 100 shape. Specifically, when taking the massage apparatus 100, the side edges of the massage apparatus 100 in the width direction are preferentially stressed, so the side edges require structural support, and thus the structural strength of the side edges is set to be greater. That is, the side edges of the massage machine 100 in the width direction are the second elastic parts 12, and therefore, the elasticity of the second elastic parts 12 is set to be larger than the elasticity of the first elastic parts 11.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first elastic part 11 near the neck of the human body has an elastic regulation section 111 having a thickness greater than that of the first elastic part 11 far from the neck of the human body. The elasticity of the elastic connecting piece 10 can be adjusted by arranging the elasticity adjusting section 111, namely, the elasticity of the elastic connecting piece 10 is suitable, and the effect that the elastic connecting piece 10 is difficult to deform or the supporting effect of the elastic connecting piece 10 is poor can not be caused. Elasticity adjusting section 111 can be set for according to the concrete production condition, specifically, can adjust the elasticity of elasticity adjusting section 111 through the thickness that sets up elasticity adjusting section 111, so can conveniently adjust the elasticity of elastic connection spare 10, can carry out reasonable regulation to elastic connection spare 10's elasticity promptly.
Specifically, the first elastic part 11 near the neck of the human body is provided with a protrusion in the middle of the side facing away from the neck of the human body to form the elastic adjustment section 111. The elastic adjusting section 111 is formed by arranging the protrusion, so that the elastic adjusting section 111 is simply molded without arranging a complicated structure to form the elastic adjusting section 111. Moreover, because the elastic connecting piece 10 deforms preferentially at the middle position and the protrusion is arranged at the middle part of the first elastic part 11, the elasticity of the elastic connecting piece 10 can be adjusted conveniently at the position where the elastic connecting piece 10 deforms preferentially, so that the structure of the elastic adjusting section 111 is reasonable.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the protrusion is configured in an elongated shape and extends in the circumferential direction of the human neck. Like this, through constructing the arch into rectangular form for elasticity adjusting section 111 can correspond with elastic connecting piece 10 in the circumferential direction of human neck, promotes elastic connecting piece 10's elastic deformation effect promptly, makes elastic connecting piece 10 elastic effect even in the circumferential direction of human neck.
As shown in fig. 2, the distance between the two second elastic parts 12 has a tendency to decrease from the end portions to the middle portion. With this arrangement, the middle portion of the elastic connecting member 10 in the circumferential direction of the neck of the human body is more easily deformed, that is, the deformed portion is concentrated on the middle portion. It can be understood that the deformation portions are closer to the two ends of the elastic connecting member 10, and the two ends are connected to the main body 21 or the handle 22, which may easily cause the damage of the connection structure, and affect the normal use of the massage apparatus 100. The two second elastic portions 12 thus provided may further contribute to ensuring the normal use of the massage apparatus 100.
Furthermore, the distance between the two first elastic portions 11 may also have a decreasing trend from the end portions to the middle portion. This arrangement makes it easier for the middle portion of the elastic connecting member 10 in the circumferential direction of the human neck to be deformed, that is, the deformed portion is also concentrated on the middle portion.
According to another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the first elastic part 11 is connected between the two second elastic parts 12 in the circumferential direction of the neck of the human body. That is, the first elastic part 11 is one, the second elastic part 12 is two, the two second elastic parts 12 are respectively connected to both ends of the first elastic part 11, and the elastic adjustment section 111 is provided at the connection of the two second elastic parts 12. At this time, the elasticity of the first elastic part 11 is less than that of the second elastic part 12, so that the middle portion of the elastic link 10 in the length direction is more easily deformed, that is, the deformed portion is concentrated on the middle portion.
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, the end of the elastic connection member 10 is provided with a first connection member 13, and the main body 21 and the handle 22 include: and the second connecting piece 23, the first connecting piece 13 and the second connecting piece 23 are fixedly connected. That is, two first connecting members 13 are disposed at opposite ends of the elastic connecting member 10, and second connecting members 23 are disposed on the main body 21 and the handle 22, respectively, and the first connecting members 13 and the second connecting members 23 are fixedly connected to connect the elastic connecting member 10 with the handle 22 and the main body 21.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the first connector 13 is provided with a first mating portion 131, the second connector 23 is provided with a second mating portion 231, and the first mating portion 131 and the second mating portion 231 are in mating connection. When the first connecting piece 13 is connected with the second connecting piece 23, the first matching part 131 and the second matching part 231 are matched with each other, so that the pre-positioning effect can be achieved, and the subsequent installation is convenient. And, when deformed, the engagement of the first engagement portion 131 and the second engagement portion 231 can provide support for the connection between the first connector 13 and the second connector 23, preventing disengagement, and stabilizing the connection. Specifically, as shown in conjunction with fig. 5 to 9, one of the first and second fitting portions 131 and 231 is a fitting protrusion and the other is a fitting groove.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the first connecting member 13 is further provided with a first positioning portion 132, the first positioning portion 132 is disposed on one side of the first matching portion 131, the second connecting member 23 is further provided with a second positioning portion 232, the second positioning portion 232 is disposed on one side of the second matching portion 231, and the first positioning portion 132 and the second positioning portion 232 are in positioning matching. With this arrangement, when the first elastic part 11 and the second elastic part 12 are connected, the positioning function can be achieved by the positioning fit between the first positioning portion 132 and the second positioning portion 232, that is, the connection between the first connecting piece 13 and the second connecting piece 23 is facilitated. Furthermore, relative rotation between the first link 13 and the second link 23 can be prevented. Specifically, one of the first positioning portion 132 and the second positioning portion 232 may be a positioning projection, and the other one may be a positioning groove.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the end of the elastic connection member 10 is provided with a receiving groove 14, and the first connection member 13 is received in the receiving groove 14. That is to say, the accommodating grooves 14 are formed in two opposite sides of the elastic connecting piece 10, and when the first connecting piece 13 is accommodated in the accommodating grooves 14, the peripheral side and the bottom side of the first connecting piece 13 are attached to the elastic connecting piece 10, so that the contact area between the first connecting piece 13 and the elastic connecting piece 10 is increased, and the connection stability between the first connecting piece 13 and the elastic connecting piece 10 is high.
As shown in fig. 7, the elastic connecting member 10 is provided with a third positioning portion 15, the first connecting member 13 is provided with a fourth positioning portion 133, and the third positioning portion 15 and the fourth positioning portion 133 are in positioning fit. Through set up third location portion 15 on elastic connection spare 10, set up fourth location portion 133 on first connecting piece 13, through the location cooperation between third location portion 15 and the fourth location portion 133, can make things convenient for the connection between elastic connection spare 10 and the first connecting piece 13, can promote the joint strength between elastic connection spare 10 and the first connecting piece 13 moreover. Specifically, one of the third positioning portion 15 and the fourth positioning portion 133 is a positioning column, and the other is a positioning hole, and the positioning fit manner between the positioning column and the positioning hole is simple.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 9, a routing channel 16 is formed in the elastic connecting member 10, and a routing hole 233 is formed in the first connecting member 13, the routing hole 233 communicating with the routing channel 16. That is, the first elastic part 11 and the second elastic part 12 are connected to each other to form a tubular structure, the tubular structure can form the routing channel 16, and the routing hole 233 is formed in the first connecting member 13, so that routing can be facilitated. In addition, the elastic adjustment section 111 is disposed within the routing channel 16.
Further, the elastic connection member 10 may be a silicone hose, and the first connection member 13 may be a hard connection member and integrally formed at an end of the silicone hose. Thus, the silicone hose is set as the elastic connecting piece 10, and the elastic deformation effect of the elastic connecting piece 10 can be realized. In addition, the first connecting piece 13 and the elastic connecting piece 10 are integrally formed, so that the fixed connection between the first connecting piece 13 and the elastic connecting piece 10 can be facilitated, and the connection strength between the first connecting piece 13 and the elastic connecting piece 10 can be improved.
Wherein, the cross-sectional area of the end of the elastic connecting piece 10 close to the main machine 21 is different from the cross-sectional area of the end of the elastic connecting piece 10 close to the handle 22. Thus, the fool-proof function can be achieved, and the reverse installation of the elastic connecting piece 10 is avoided.
In addition, the end surface of the elastic connection member 10 may be a flat surface, and the edge of the end surface of the main body 21 and the edge of the end surface of the handle 22 are flat surfaces to contact the end surface of the elastic connection member 10. That is, the contact area of the elastic connecting member 10 when being connected with the main body 21 or the handle 22 can be increased, that is, the gap between the elastic connecting member 10 and the main body 21 or the handle 22 is reduced, the connection stability is improved, and dust or fine parts are prevented from entering the gap between the elastic connecting member 10 and the main body 21 or the handle 22.
