Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and the embodiments described with reference to the drawings are exemplary.
The handle body 100 of the neck massager 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4, wherein the handle body 100 of the neck massager 1000 is used to cooperate with the massage main body 200 of the neck massager 1000 to massage the neck of the user to relieve the fatigue of the neck of the user.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the handle body 100 of the neck massager 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: a handle shell 110, a resilient arm 120, and an end cap 130. Wherein, the two handle bodies 100 are respectively arranged at the left and right ends of the massage main body 200 of the neck massager 1000.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a through hole 111 is provided in the handle case 110, and the through hole 111 is provided in the interior of the handle case 110 in a direction parallel to the inner side surface of the handle case 110. The elastic arm 120 can be elastically deformed according to the user's needs. The elastic arm 120 is inserted through the through hole 111, and a portion of the end portion protrudes through the through hole 111. The ends of the elastic arms 120 protruding through the through holes 111 can be fixed to other parts at various positions, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the handle body 100 of the neck massager 1000. An end cap 130 is placed over the end of the handle shell 110 and the end cap 130 snap fits over one end of the resilient arm 120. The end cap 130 can cover the end of the handle housing 110, and can be connected to the elastic arm 120, so that the elastic arm 120 can be stably fixed inside the handle body 100, and the handle body 100 is stable in structure, and the end cap 130 can facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the handle body 100, and facilitate the maintenance.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the end cap 130 is provided with a receiving groove 131, the end portion of the handle case 110 is provided with a step portion 112, and the step portion 112 extends into the receiving groove 131. And the end of the elastic arm 120 also protrudes into the receiving groove 131. The receiving groove 131 and the step 112 are formed on the end cap 130 to be engaged with each other, so that the reliability and stability of the fixation of the handle case 110, the elastic arm 120 and the end cap 130 can be improved, and the structure of the handle body 100 of the neck massager 1000 can be secured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a protrusion 132 is disposed on an inner surface of the receiving groove 131, and a clip 121 is disposed at one end of the elastic arm 120, and the clip 121 is clipped inside the protrusion 132. The stability of the structure of the handle body 100 can be further improved by arranging the chuck 121 in the handle body 100 to limit and fix the chuck with the protrusion 132.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, two opposite inner surfaces of the accommodating groove 131 are provided with protrusions 132, for example, two protrusions 132 are provided in one accommodating groove 131, and the protrusions 132 may be respectively disposed on the right side of the inner surface of the upper end of the accommodating groove 131 and the left side of the inner surface of the lower end of the accommodating groove 131. The protrusions 132 thus provided ensure structural stability of the handle body 100, the spaced protrusions 132 do not interfere with each other when fixed with the tabs 121, and one end of the resilient arm 120 is provided with tabs 121 facing two opposite inner surfaces, and the tabs 121 are provided at the end of the resilient arm 120 to facilitate the fitting fixation of the tabs 121 with the protrusions 132. The elastic arm 120 is extended into the receiving groove 131, the chuck 121 is overlapped with the protrusion 132 in the length direction of the elastic arm 120, when the foremost end of the chuck 121 contacts with the protrusion 132, the chuck 121 can be lifted to the side by the acting force from the protrusion 132 so that the elastic arm 120 is extended inward, and after the chuck 121 completely passes through the protrusion 132, the chuck 121 can be restored to the initial state, thereby completing the limit fixing of the chuck 121 and the protrusion 132, and improving the stability of the handle body 100 of the neck massager 1000.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the chucking head 121 has an arc shape, and the chucking head 121 extends toward the inner surface of the receiving groove 131. The chuck 121 is formed in an arc shape, so that a seized state can be prevented when the chuck 121 and the boss 132 are in contact with each other, and thus, the structural stability of the handle body 100 can be improved.
Further, the chucking head 121 is an inclined plate, and extends toward the inner surface of the receiving groove 131. The chuck 121 thus arranged can enable the handle body 100 to more smoothly extend into the accommodating groove 131, and can reduce the friction force when part of the chuck 121 contacts with the protrusion 132, thereby further improving the stability of the handle body 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the end cap 130 is U-shaped, so that the area of the handle housing 110 and the end cap 130 for fixing can be increased, and the structure of the handle body 100 can be more reliable.
The elastic arm 120 is a memory metal arm, which has high structural strength, can be elastically deformed, and has a memory function, so that the elastic arm can be conveniently worn by a user.
For example, the handle case 110 is a transparent silicone case or a plastic case. The transparent handle case 110 may facilitate a user to view the inside of the handle case 110. The handle shell 110 made of silica gel is light in weight, soft in texture and high in comfort.
The neck massager 1000 according to the present invention includes a handle body 100 of the neck massager 1000. As shown in fig. 1, the neck massager 1000 further includes a massage main body 200, the massage main body 200 is used for massaging the neck of the user, and the handle body 100 is mounted at both ends of the massage main body 200. The massage main body 200 and the inner side surface of the handle body 100 may form a curved surface, so as to better adapt to the neck of the user and improve the comfort of the neck massager 1000.
