Wherein, because the electrode assembly 20 adopts the movable connection mode, the electrode assembly 20 can be conveniently and flexibly adapted to the neck of the user, and the comfort of wearing the neck massager 100 by the user can be improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 6 and 7, the electrode assembly 20 includes: cantilever beam 21 and electrode piece 22, cantilever beam 21 includes: the electrode plate 22 is arranged on the second mounting end 212, the electrode plate 22 swings between a first position and a second position by taking the first mounting end 211 as a fulcrum, when the electrode plate 22 is located at the first position, the second mounting end 212 and the electrode plate 22 are spaced from the support 10 by a preset gap, and when the electrode plate 22 is located at the second position, the second mounting end 212 is in contact with the support 10. That is, the electrode assembly 20 is mounted on the holder 10 through the first mounting end 211 of the cantilever beam 21, while the second mounting end 212 is used to mount the electrode pad 22, and may be spaced apart from the support 10 by a predetermined gap in the first position, thus facilitating the position change of the electrode sheet 22 at the inner side of the support 10, i.e., under the neck pressure of the user, electrode pad 22 and second mounting end 212 move from the first position to the second position, if the inner surface of the electrode sheet 22 can be brought into full contact with the skin of the neck of the user at any one position between the first position and the second position, the electrode pad 22 stays in this position, so that the electrode pad 22 and the skin of the neck of the user can be continuously attached, thereby preventing the occurrence of stabbing pain, thereby, the electrode sheet 22 of the neck massage instrument 100 can be better adapted to users with different necks, and the massage effect can be ensured.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, at least one of the cantilever beam 21 and the electrode pad 22 is an elastic member. Like this, the elastic component can atress deformation when wearing, provides electrode piece 22 and swings to the displacement volume of second position by first position to elastic component atress bounce-back provides reaction force, makes electrode piece 22 and user's neck laminating better.
Wherein, the cantilever beam 21 can be the elastic component, the cross section of the extending direction of the perpendicular to electrode slice 22 is the cross section, the length L1 of the cross section of the cantilever beam 21 is shorter than the length L2 of the cross section of the electrode slice 22, it can be understood that the shorter the cross section is, the better the elasticity of the elastic component is, the shorter the length of the cross section of the cantilever beam 21 is than the length of the cross section of the electrode slice 22, the elasticity is better than the electrode slice 22, when receiving the extrusion force, the cantilever beam 21 is more easily deformed, the compression force which is acted on the neck of the human body in reaction during wearing is smaller, thereby the wearing comfort of the neck massager 100 can be further improved.
And, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cantilever beam 21 may further include: the bending portion 213, the bending portion 213 is connected between the first mounting end 211 and the second mounting end 212, and the bending portion 213 is bent relative to the first mounting end 211 and the second mounting end 212, and the first mounting end 211 extends into the bracket 10. It will be appreciated that the bent portion 213 serves primarily as a connection so that the electrode sheet 22 can be effectively mounted on the holder 10. Moreover, since the bending portion 213 is bent at two opposite ends, the cantilever beam 21 has higher structural strength and is not easily broken.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cross section of the bent portion 213 may be a concave curved surface. It can be understood that, when the cantilever beam 21 is a straight piece with an inclined overall shape, the force transmitted from the end of the electrode plate 22 to the mounting end is large due to the extrusion force, and the cantilever beam 21 is easily broken; the whole shape of the bending part 213 of the cantilever beam 21 is a concave curved surface, the concave curved surface is opposite to the direction of the deformation of the cantilever beam 21 under the stress, the cantilever beam 21 is not easy to break, and the force transmitted to the assembling end is gentle.

That is, the battery 31 and the circuit board 32 can both accommodate the accommodating space, so that the accommodating space can be reasonably utilized, and the connection line between the battery 31 and the circuit board 32 can be shortened and facilitated.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the inner surface of the connecting socket 13 is formed with insertion holes 131, and the first mounting ends 211 of the cantilever beams 21 are mounted in the connecting socket 13 through the insertion holes 131. That is to say, the first mounting end 211 of the cantilever beam 21 can extend into the accommodating space, the first mounting end 211 can be mounted in the connecting seat 13 through a fastener, two mounting holes can be provided on the first mounting end 211, and each first mounting end 211 can correspond to two mounting holes. The first mounting end 211 thus provided can be hidden in the connecting base 13, and a shielding structure is not required to be provided outside, so that the structure of the connecting base 13 can be simplified.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number of the electrode assemblies 20 is two, two first avoiding grooves 132 are formed in the inner surface of the connecting base 13, the second mounting ends 212 of the two cantilever beams 21 are located in the first avoiding grooves 132, and a mounting post matched with the first mounting end 211 is disposed on a side of the connecting base 13 between the two first avoiding grooves 132 and facing the middle arm 11. First avoidance groove 132 may facilitate receiving a portion of electrode sheet 22 therein, which may reduce protrusion of electrode sheet 22 from the surface of connecting socket 13, may enable electrode sheet 22 in the first position to be substantially located in the same arc-shaped plane as the inner surface of connecting socket 13, and may facilitate contact fitting of the neck of a user. Moreover, the connecting socket 13 thus provided can fixedly connect the first mounting ends 211 of the two cantilever beams 21, so that the integration of the neck massager 100 can be improved. The cover plate 15 serves to cover the mounting groove 133, so that the heating sheet 14 is prevented from directly contacting the skin of the user, and heat can be efficiently transferred to the user. Wherein, there are protruding ribs between the mounting groove 133 and the first avoidance groove 132 of both sides at intervals, and the cover plate 15 is mounted on both protruding ribs.
As shown in fig. 1, the height of the connecting seat 13 protruding from the inner surface of the middle arm 11 is H1, and H1 satisfies the following relation: h1 is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 15 mm. It can be understood that the middle arm 11 has an arc structure, and when the protruding height of the connection socket 13 is too small, the moving space of the electrode assembly 20 is small, and the electrode assembly 20 is easily touched with the two ends of the middle arm 11; when the height of the connection socket 13 is too large, the clamping arms 12 and the middle arm 11 need to be constructed larger in order to make the wearing space formed between the electrode assembly 20 and the middle arm 11 and the clamping arms 12 fit to the neck of the human body, and the overall size of the neck massager 100 needs to be correspondingly large. The connecting socket 13 thus provided can reasonably control the size of the neck massager 100 while ensuring the moving space of the electrode assembly 20.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the stent 10 includes: the cantilever beam 21 comprises a middle arm 11 and two clamping arms 12, wherein the two clamping arms 12 are connected to two sides of the middle arm 11, and the first mounting end 211 of the cantilever beam 21 extends into the middle arm 11. That is, in contrast to the previous embodiment, the present embodiment omits the connection seat 13, and instead, the two cantilever beams 21 are directly mounted on the intermediate arm 11, so that the structure of the bracket 10 can be simplified, and the mounting of the cantilever can be facilitated.
Wherein the intermediate arm 11 comprises: an outer case and an inner case, the inner case being mounted to an inner side of the outer case, and the first mounting end 211 being fixed to the inner case or the outer case. The first mounting end 211 may be provided with two mounting holes, and the middle arm 11 may be provided therein with a fastener, which is passed through the mounting holes and then fixed to the inner or outer shell. Wherein the inner housing may have a hole formed therein through which the first mounting end 211 of the cantilever beam 21 extends into the interior of the intermediate arm 11.
As shown in fig. 5, the electrode assembly 20 is two, and the first mounting ends 211 of the two cantilever beams 21 are respectively disposed away from each other. The two cantilever beams 21 can prevent the two first mounting ends 211 from approaching each other, so that the overall stress of the middle arm 11 can be more balanced, and the structural reliability of the neck massager 100 can be further improved.
Alternatively, the electrode sheet 22 is fixed on the second mounting end 212 or is constituted by the second mounting end 212. The electrode sheet 22 thus arranged is simple and reliable in structure.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner surface of the electrode sheet 22 is a concave arc surface. The inner surface of the electrode plate 22 is adapted to the shape of the outer contour of the neck of the user, so that the electrode plate can be effectively attached to the skin of the neck of the user. The chord height of the concave cambered surface is H2, wherein H2 satisfies the relation: h2 is more than or equal to 0.5m and less than or equal to 5 mm. It can be understood that when the working surface of the electrode plate 22 is a plane, even if the electrode plate 22 swings under stress, the electrode plate does not fit with the external contour of the human neck which is approximately cylindrical; when the chord height of the concave arc surface of the electrode plate 22 is too large, a gap is formed between the center of the working surface of the electrode plate 22 and the neck of the human body, and only two ends of the working surface are in contact with the neck of the human body, so that stabbing pain is easily generated. Therefore, the electrode sheet 22 satisfying the above size can be effectively attached to the neck of the user, and the occurrence of prickling can be avoided.
