The invention provides a portable neck massager.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the portable neck massage apparatus 10 of the present invention comprises a main body 11, a massage assembly 12 and a flexible neck strap 13. The massage assembly 12 is secured to the body 11. The flexible neck strap 13 is used to receive the main body 11 and is clamped to the neck 20 (fig. 6) of a person.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the main body 11 is a rigid anti-deformation structure, and includes a surface shell 111, a bottom shell 112, an electric pulse generator 113 and a battery 114. The face shell 111 and the bottom shell 112 are fastened together and enclose a cavity 115. The electric pulse generator 113 and the battery 114 are disposed in the cavity 115. The battery 114 supplies power to the electric pulse generating means 113. It should be noted that the main body 11 is of a rigid deformation-resistant structure, that is, the main body 11 does not expand or shift and deform along with the expansion of the flexible neck strap 13, so that on one hand, the internal electric pulse generating device 113 and the battery 114 are protected from being damaged, and on the other hand, a fixed swinging fulcrum is provided for the flexible neck strap 13, so that when the neck strap 13 is actually worn, the flexible neck strap 13 does not expand in advance due to the expansion of the main body 11, and the flexible neck strap 13 can be clamped onto the neck 20 of a human body, that is, the clamping effect is ensured. As will be described in more detail below.
It should be noted in particular that the flexibility of the flexible neck strap 13 and the rigid anti-deformation structure of the body 11 are relative to each other, so that the description of "flexibility" does not introduce drawbacks that are not clear from the description.
The massage assemblies 12 may be provided in a pair, which may be, for example, electrodes, which simulate a physiotherapy effect by electrical stimulation. In this embodiment, the massage assembly 12 is an integrally formed conductive silica gel member, which is electrically connected to the electric pulse generator 113 and fixedly connected to the main body 11.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, a receiving groove 131 is formed in a central portion of the flexible neck strap 13, and the receiving groove 131 is used for receiving the main body 11. The flexible neckband 13 is formed with two neckband arms 132 extending along two ends of the accommodating groove 131, wherein the two neckband arms 132 have an initial state and a clamping state opposite to the initial state. When in the clamped state, the two neckband arms 132 elastically deform themselves while swinging about the main body 11 as a fulcrum. The two neck strap arms 132 provide a clamping force to clamp the human neck 20.
Each of the neckband arms 132 includes a first neckband portion 1321 that is distal to the main body 11, and a second neckband portion 1322 that is proximal to the main body 11. The first neck strap 1321 and the second neck strap 1322 are integrally formed, and the first neck strap 1321 is opened outwards in a direction away from the neck 20 of the human body and elastically deforms to adapt to the contour of the neck 20 of the human body, and is clamped on the neck 20 of the human body. The first neck strap portion 1321 and the second neck strap portion 1322 are integrally formed as a single element, which is greatly simplified in structure compared with the left and right handles of the prior art, and is foldable when stored, thereby being more portable. In addition, since the first neck band portion 1321, which is farther from the massage assembly 12, is clamped to the neck 20 of the human body, the clamping stability is better. As described above, since the main body 11 is of a rigid anti-deformation structure, the two neckband arms 132 can swing around the main body 11 as a pivot, so that the first and second neckband portions 1321 and 1322 can be adaptively elastically deformed according to the contours of the necks 20 of different human bodies, and can be better attached to the necks 20 of different human bodies, thereby improving the stability of clamping. In short, the body 11 of the rigid, deformation-resistant structure plays a critical role in whether the first and second neck strap portions 1321 and 1322 can accommodate the neck 20 of different human bodies.
Optionally, the two first neck strap portions 1321 are clamped on the front half side of the human neck 20, so that the clamping stability is better, and the portable neck massager 10 is prevented from slipping from the rear half side of the human neck 20.
Optionally, the first neck band 1321 is continuously attached to the neck 20 of the human body, so that on one hand, the clamping force of the first neck band 1321 is increased, and on the other hand, the uncomfortable feeling of locally and punctuated clamping of the neck 20 of the human body is avoided. When the temperature is low, the temperature of the first neck band 1321 will be affected by the human body temperature after a period of use and will rise to a certain extent, and finally approach to the human body temperature, so that on one hand, the massage effect is better, and on the other hand, the bad feeling of 'ice-cold' caused by the left and right handles in the prior art will not occur.
Alternatively, the first neck band 1321 is entirely attached to the neck 20 of the human body.
Optionally, the curvature of the first neck band 1321 is more gradual and more inwardly disposed than the curvature of the second neck band 1322. The second neck strap 1322 has a greater curvature to better adapt to the back half contour of the neck 20 of the human body, and does not deform greatly, so that the first neck strap 1321 is not driven to open in advance in a direction away from the neck 20 of the human body, i.e., to open outwards, which ensures that the first neck strap 1321 can be clamped to the neck 20 of the human body. The curvature of the first neck band 1321 is gentle and is set more inwards, so that the problem that the clamping force is insufficient due to small deformation caused by too close profile of the first neck band 1321 and the human neck 20 is well avoided.
Alternatively, the more the first neck band 1321 is located away from the second neck band 1322, the more it is located inward. It is known that the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 10 is worn from the back half side toward the front half side of the neck 20 when actually wearing the apparatus, so that the portion of the first neck strap 1321 away from the second neck strap 1322 is always pretensioned with the portion closer to the second neck strap 1322, and the more the portion of the first neck strap 1321 is away from the second neck strap 1322, the more the portion is arranged inward, so that the first neck strap 1321 can be fully attached to the neck as much as possible, thereby improving the clamping effect.
Optionally, the second neck strap portion 1322 is in contact with the massage assembly 12 when in the initial state. Thus, the portable neck massage apparatus 10 can be more portable and portable when the portable neck massage apparatus 10 is not in use.
Optionally, when in the clamped state, the second neck strap portion 1322 is open away from the neck 20 of the person and has a gap with the massage assembly 12. The gap between the second neck strap portion 1322 and the massage assembly 12 facilitates a 360 degree floating rocking adjustment of the massage assembly 12.
Optionally, the first neck band 1321 has a greater expansion than the second neck band 1322 when in the clamped state. When the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 10 is actually worn, the first neck strap portion 1321 is pretensioned along with the second neck strap portion 1322, and the width of the first neck strap portion 1321 is larger than that of the second neck strap portion 1322, so that the first neck strap portion 1321 can be clamped to the neck 20, and the clamping effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, further, the thickness of the flexible neck strap 13 at the periphery of the accommodating groove 131 is smaller than the thickness of the neck strap arm 132. The thickness of the flexible neck strap 13 around the accommodating groove 131 is thinner to facilitate the accommodating and mounting of the main body 11, and the thickness of the neck strap arm 132 is thicker to make the deformation resilience force of the neck strap arm 132 larger, thereby improving the clamping effect.
Optionally, the flexible neck strap 13 is made of silica gel. The silica gel material is low in cost and is skin friendly.
Optionally, the thickness of the neck strap arm 132 is 5 to 18 millimeters. When the thickness of the neck strap arm 132 made of the silica gel material is less than 5mm, the neck strap arm 132 becomes too soft, and the deformation resilience force thereof is reduced, so that it cannot be stably clamped on the neck 20 of the human body. When the thickness of the neck strap arm 132 made of the silica gel material is greater than 18 mm, the neck strap arm 132 becomes too hard, and the deformation resilience force thereof is too large to be suitable for people, and the portable neck massager 10 becomes heavy and not attractive. Of course, other soft materials can be used for the flexible neck strap 13.
Optionally, when the two neckband arms 132 are in the initial state, the two neckband arms 132 are disposed opposite to each other and form a gap 133 therebetween, and the two neckband arms 132 are opened by the gap 133.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the free ends of the two neckband arms 132 may abut against each other, so that the design length of the neckband arms 132 may be prolonged to the maximum extent, and the clamping effect may be improved.
The flexible neck strap 13 of the portable neck massage device 10 swings around the main body 11 as a fulcrum and can also elastically deform, so that the portable neck massage device 10 can be worn according to the self-adaptive adjusting and shaping variables of the contours of the necks 20 of different human bodies, and the thickness of the necks 20 is well adapted. In addition, the clamping force of the flexible neck strap 13 comes from the swinging on one hand and from the morphological change of the flexible neck strap 13 itself instead of the larger and harsher elastic force of the spring, so that the elastic force of the flexible neck strap 13 clamped on the neck 20 is softer and more comfortable, and comfortable wearing is realized. In addition, the flexible neck strap 13 is integrally formed as a single component, which greatly simplifies the structure compared with the left and right handles in the prior art, and is foldable when being stored, thereby being more convenient to carry.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the specification and drawings of the present invention or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
