Since the shaped hose is a hose which can be arbitrarily bent into a certain shape in a three-dimensional space and can maintain its shape, the intermediate connection member 2a is made bendable and the bending shape is controlled.
As a further alternative embodiment, the intermediate connector 2a includes a shaping hose 21 and a protecting sleeve 22, wherein two ends of the shaping hose 21 are respectively fixedly connected to the corresponding end of the intermediate bracket 1 and the corresponding clamping arm 3a, and the protecting sleeve 22 is sleeved outside the shaping hose 21. Since the shaped hose 21 is a hose which can be arbitrarily bent into a certain shape in a three-dimensional space and can maintain its shape, the intermediate connection member 2a is made bendable and the bending shape is controlled. The mode of sleeving the protective sleeve 22 outside the shaping hose 21 can avoid the shaping hose 21 from directly contacting with the external environment, and can effectively protect the shaping hose 21.
Further, both ends of the sizing hose 21 are respectively at least partially inserted into and fastened to the corresponding first mounting holes 11 and the corresponding second mounting holes 31, so as to realize the connection of the sizing hose 21 to the middle bracket 1 and the clamp arm 3a. The two ends of the protecting sleeve 22 extend into and are clamped in the corresponding first mounting holes 11 and the second mounting holes 31, so that the protecting sleeve 22 is connected to the middle bracket 1 and the clamping arm 3a.
As a further embodiment, the intermediate connector 2a includes a shaping hose 21 and a protecting sleeve 22, wherein two ends of the shaping hose 21 are respectively fixedly connected to the corresponding end of the intermediate bracket 1 and the corresponding clamping arm 3a, and the protecting sleeve 22 is sleeved outside the shaping hose 21. Since the shaped hose 21 is a hose which can be arbitrarily bent into a certain shape in a three-dimensional space and can maintain its shape, the intermediate connection member 2a is made bendable and the bending shape is controlled. The mode of sleeving the protective sleeve 22 outside the shaping hose 21 can avoid the shaping hose 21 from directly contacting with the external environment, and can effectively protect the shaping hose 21.
Further, the two ends of the shaping hose 21 are respectively provided with a first connector 23 and a second connector 24, and the first connector 23 and the second connector 24 respectively extend into and are fixedly connected with the corresponding first mounting hole 11 and the corresponding second mounting hole 31 at least partially so as to realize that the shaping hose 21 is connected with the middle bracket 1 and the clamping arm 3a. The two ends of each protecting sleeve 22 respectively extend into and are clamped in the corresponding first mounting hole 11 and the corresponding second mounting hole 31 at least partially so as to realize the connection of the protecting sleeve 22 to the middle bracket 1 and the clamping arm 3a.
In this embodiment, the middle connecting piece 2a includes a shaping hose 21 and a protecting sleeve 22, two ends of the shaping hose 21 are respectively provided with a first connector 23 and a second connector 24, the first connector 23 and the second connector 24 are fixedly connected to a corresponding first mounting hole 11 and a corresponding second mounting hole 31, and two ends of the protecting sleeve 22 are fixedly clamped in the first mounting hole 11 and the corresponding second mounting hole 31 for illustration.
In some embodiments, the sizing hose 21 is hollow tubular, and the inner diameter d1 of the sizing hose 21 is greater than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 10mm. The inner diameter d1 of the sizing tube 21 may be any value from 3mm to 10mm, for example, the inner diameter d1 of the sizing tube 21 may be 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, or the like, and in actual design, an appropriate value may be selected according to actual circumstances, and is not limited thereto. By setting the sizing hose 21 of the intermediate connector 2a to be hollow tubular and setting the inner diameter d1 of the sizing hose 21 within the above range, not only is deformation of the sizing hose facilitated, but routing between the intermediate bracket 1 and the clip arm 3a is facilitated.
Alternatively, the sizing hose 21 may take the form of a hollow tube with a flexible and controllable-curved gooseneck or bellows. Illustratively, the sizing hose 21 may be embodied as a gooseneck, and since the gooseneck has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance, the sizing hose 21 has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance, thereby enabling the intermediate connector 2a to have excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance. It will be appreciated that the sizing hose 21 may also be other sizing hoses 21, which are not limited thereto.
Optionally, the first connector 23 and the second connector 24 are hard components, so that the first connector 23 has good connection stability with the corresponding end of the intermediate bracket 1, and the second connector 24 has good stability with the clamping arm 3 a. The first connector 23 and the second connector 24 may be made of metal or hard plastic, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the first connector 23 is fixed in the corresponding first mounting hole 11 by the first pressing member 12. The first pressing member 12 may specifically include a first pressing piece 121 and a first fastening screw 122, and the first pressing piece 121 presses the first connection head 23 against the inner wall of the first mounting hole 11 and is connected with the first mounting hole 11 by the first fastening screw 122. During installation, the first connector 23 can be stretched into the first mounting hole 11, the first pressing piece 121 is pressed against the first connector 23, and finally the first fastening screw 122 is connected into the first pressing piece 121 and the first mounting hole 11, so that the installation mode is simple and convenient.
Illustratively, 4 first fastening screws 122 are provided at four corners of the first pressing piece 121, respectively. By adopting the connection mode of the 4 first fastening screws 122, the connection stability between the first fastening screws 122 and the first pressing piece 121 and the first mounting hole 11 can be effectively improved, so that the connection stability between the first connecting head 23 of the intermediate connecting piece 2a and the intermediate bracket 1 is improved. It is to be understood that the number of the first fastening screws 122 may be 1, 2, 3 or four or more, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the first pressing piece 121 has an Ω -shaped cross section and includes a first holding portion 121a and two first fixing portions 121b disposed on two sides of the first holding portion 121a, where the outer diameter of the first holding portion 121a is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the first connecting piece 23, so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the first connecting piece 23, the two first fixing portions 121b are disposed on two sides of the first connecting piece 23, the two first fixing portions 121b are respectively provided with first screw holes 121c, and the first fastening screw 122 is connected to the screw holes 121c to fasten and fix the first pressing piece 121 and the first connecting piece 23.
Still further, the end of the first connector 23 facing away from the shaping hose 21 is provided with a first blocking piece 231, the first blocking piece 231 may be a square sheet or a round sheet, and the outer diameter of the first blocking piece 231 is larger than the outer diameter of the first connector 23, so that when the first pressing piece 121 is pressed and fixed on the first connector 23, the first blocking piece 231 may be located outside the first pressing piece 121, and the first blocking piece 231 abuts against the end surface of the first pressing piece 121 facing away from the shaping hose 21. In this way, the first connector 23 can be prevented from being separated from the first pressing piece 121, and the connection stability of the first connector 23 and the intermediate bracket 1 can be further improved.
Alternatively, the first pressing piece 121 presses the first connection head 23 against the first inner case 1a or the first outer case 1b, and is connected to the first inner case 1a or the first outer case 1b by the first fastening screw 122. With such a design, when the first pressing piece 121 presses the first connector 23 against the first inner housing 1a and is connected with the first inner housing 1a by the first fastening screw 122, the first connector 23 is fastened on the first inner housing 1a by the first pressing piece 121 and the first fastening screw 122, so that the first outer housing 1b and the first inner housing 1a can be conveniently fastened. Similarly, when the first pressing piece 121 presses the first connecting head 23 against the first outer shell 1b and is connected with the second inner shell 30a through the first fastening screw 122, the first connecting head 23 is fastened on the first outer shell 1b through the first pressing piece 121 and the first fastening screw 122, so that the first inner shell 1a and the first outer shell 1b can be conveniently fastened.
The present embodiment is exemplified by the first pressing piece 121 pressing the first connector 23 against the first outer housing 1b, and connecting the first connector with the first inner housing 1a by the first fastening screw 122. When the first pressing piece 121 presses the first connecting head 23 on the first housing 1b, the shape of the first pressing piece 121 is matched with the shape of the first connecting head 23 corresponding to the first housing 1 b.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the second connectors 24 are fixed in the corresponding second mounting holes 31 by the second pressing members 32. The second pressing member 32 may specifically include a second pressing piece 321 and a second fastening screw 322, where the second pressing piece 321 presses the second connector 24 against the inner wall of the second mounting hole 31, and is connected to the second mounting hole 31 through the second fastening screw 322. During installation, the second connector 24 can be stretched into the second mounting hole 31, the second pressing piece 321 is pressed against the second connector 24, and finally the second fastening screw 322 is connected into the second pressing piece 321 and the second mounting hole 31, so that the installation mode is simple and convenient.
Illustratively, 4 second fastening screws 322 are provided at four corners of the second pressing piece 321, respectively. By adopting the connection mode of the 4 second fastening screws 322, the connection stability between the second fastening screws 322 and the second pressing piece 321 and the second mounting hole 31 can be effectively improved, so that the connection stability between the second connector 24 of the middle connecting piece 2a and the clamping arm 3a is improved. It is to be understood that the second fastening screws 322 may also be 1, 2, 3 or more than four, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The shape of the second pressing piece 321 may refer to the first pressing piece 121, which will not be described herein.
Further, a second blocking piece 241 is disposed at one end of the second connector 24 facing away from the shaping hose 21, the second blocking piece 241 is located outside the second pressing piece 321, and the second blocking piece 241 abuts against the end face of the second pressing piece 321 facing away from the shaping hose 21. In this way, the second connector 24 can be prevented from being separated from the second pressing piece 321, and the connection stability of the second connector 24 and the intermediate bracket 1 can be further improved.
Alternatively, the second pressing piece 321 presses the second connection head 24 against the second inner case 30a or the second outer case 30b, and is connected to the second inner case 30a or the second outer case 30b by the second fastening screw 322. With such a design, when the second pressing piece 321 presses the second connector 24 against the second inner housing 30a and is connected with the second inner housing 30a through the second fastening screw 322, the second connector 24 is fastened on the second inner housing 30a through the second pressing piece 321 and the second fastening screw 322, so that the second outer housing 30b and the second inner housing 30a can be conveniently fastened. Similarly, when the second pressing piece 321 presses the second connector 24 against the second outer shell 30b and is connected with the second inner shell 30a through the second fastening screw 322, the second connector 24 is fastened on the second outer shell 30b through the second pressing piece 321 and the second fastening screw 322, so that the second inner shell 30a and the second outer shell 30b can be conveniently fastened.
The embodiment is exemplified by the second pressing piece 321 pressing the second connector 24 against the second outer housing 30b, and connecting the second connector with the second inner housing 30a by the second fastening screw 322. When the second pressing piece 321 presses the second connector 24 on the second housing 30b, the shape of the second pressing piece 321 is matched with the shape of the second connector 24 corresponding to the second housing 30 b.
In some embodiments, the protective sheath 22 is a resilient or flexible protective sheath that can flex and twist with the shaped hose 21. When the protective sleeve 22 is an elastic protective sleeve, the protective sleeve 22 may be made of silica gel or rubber; when the protective sleeve 22 is a flexible protective sleeve, the protective sleeve 22 may be made of a protein material or a metal foil material.
Illustratively, the material of the protective sleeve 22 is a silicone material. Because the silica gel material has the characteristics of better elasticity, toughness and high mechanical strength, the protective sleeve 22 has better elasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, so that the protective sleeve 22 still has longer service life under the condition of repeatedly bending and twisting deformation along with the shaping hose 21. And, in the use of this neck massage appearance, protective sheath 22 can be in direct contact with human neck's skin, because the silica gel material is softer for protective sheath 22 can laminate with human skin better, thereby improves protective sheath 22's parent skin travelling comfort. It should be understood that the protective sleeve 22 may be made of other materials, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Alternatively, in the processing process, the protective sleeve 22 and the shaping hose 21 may be formed separately by two processes, and then the protective sleeve 22 is sleeved outside the shaping hose 21, or the protective sleeve 22 may be formed directly outside the shaping hose 21 after the shaping hose 21 is formed, that is, the shaping hose 21 and the protective sleeve 22 are integrally formed. The design mode that the protective sleeve 22 and the shaping hose 21 are formed respectively through two processes and then the protective sleeve 22 is arranged outside the shaping hose 21 is preferably adopted in the scheme, compared with the design mode of integral forming, the production efficiency can be improved, and the installation between the protective sleeve 22 and the shaping hose 21 is facilitated. Moreover, by adopting such a design, since the protective sleeve 22 is sleeved outside the shaping hose 21, when the protective sleeve 22 is dirty or damaged and cannot be used, the protective sleeve 22 can be detached from the shaping hose 21 to replace the protective sleeve 22, thereby prolonging the service life of the intermediate connector 2a and further providing the service life of the neck massager.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, an end surface of one end of the protective sleeve 22 is provided with a first extension portion 221 for extending into and being fastened to the first mounting hole 11, and the first extension portion 221 of the protective sleeve 22 extends into and is fastened to the corresponding second mounting hole 31 at least partially to fix the protective sleeve 22 to the middle bracket 1. Since the protective sleeve 22 is a silicone protective sleeve, the first extension 221 of the protective sleeve 22 can be clamped in the first mounting hole 11 by elastic deformation.
Further, the first extending portion 221 is provided with a first engaging portion 221a, and the first mounting hole 11 is provided with a second engaging portion 111 engaged with the corresponding first engaging portion 221 a. By adopting the mode of matching and connecting the first clamping part 221a and the second clamping part 111, the connection stability of the intermediate connecting piece 2a and the intermediate bracket 1 can be further improved, and the intermediate connecting piece 2a and the intermediate bracket 1 are prevented from being separated under pulling.
Further, one of the first engaging portion 221a and the second engaging portion 111 is an annular protruding portion, and the other is an annular groove engaged with the annular protruding portion. By adopting the design mode that the first clamping part 221a and the second clamping part 111 are arranged into the annular protruding part and the annular groove, on one hand, the assembly can be conveniently and quickly carried out, the relative rotation angle between the protective sleeve and the shaping hose 21 is not required to be distinguished during the installation, and even if the protective sleeve is deflected, the installation and the fixation of the intermediate connecting piece 2a are not hindered (namely, the clamping and the fixation of the first extending part 221 of the protective sleeve 22 and the first installation hole 11 are utilized); on the other hand, the fixing between the first extension part 221 of the protecting sleeve 22 and the first mounting hole 11 can be more stable and flexible, and when the protecting sleeve 22 rotates, the first extension part 221 of the protecting sleeve 22 is still effectively clamped in the first mounting hole 11.
Illustratively, the first engaging portion 221a is an annular protruding portion provided on the first extending portion 221, and the second engaging portion 111 is an annular groove provided on the first mounting hole 11. It should be understood that the first clamping portion 221a may also be an annular groove provided on the first extending portion 221, and the second clamping portion 111 may also be an annular protruding portion provided on the first mounting hole 11, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, an end surface of one end of the protective sleeve 22 is provided with a second extension portion 222 for extending into and being fastened to the second mounting hole 31, and the second extension portion 222 of the protective sleeve 22 extends into and is fastened to the corresponding second mounting hole 31 at least partially, so as to fix the protective sleeve 22 to the intermediate bracket 1. Since the protective sleeve 22 is a silicone protective sleeve, the second extension portion 222 of the protective sleeve 22 can be clamped in the second mounting hole 31 by elastic deformation.
Further, the second extending portion 222 is provided with a third clamping portion 222a, and the second mounting hole 31 is provided with a fourth clamping portion 311 fixedly engaged with the corresponding third clamping portion 222 a. By adopting the mode of matching and connecting the third clamping part 222a and the fourth clamping part 311, the connection stability of the middle connecting piece 2a and the clamping arm 3a can be further improved, and the middle connecting piece 2a and the clamping arm 3a are prevented from being separated under pulling.
Further, one of the third clamping portion 222a and the fourth clamping portion 311 is an annular protrusion, and the other is an annular groove in clamping engagement with the annular protrusion. By adopting the design mode that the third clamping part 222a and the third clamping part 222a are arranged into the annular protruding part and the annular groove, on one hand, the assembly can be conveniently and quickly carried out, the relative rotation angle between the protective sleeve and the shaping hose 21 is not required to be distinguished during the installation, and even if the protective sleeve is deflected, the installation and the fixation of the intermediate connecting piece 2a (the buckling fixation of the second extending part 222 of the protective sleeve 22 and the second installation hole 31) are not hindered; on the other hand, the fixing between the second extension portion 222 of the protecting sleeve 22 and the second mounting hole 31 can be more stable and flexible, and when the protecting sleeve 22 rotates, the second extension portion 222 of the protecting sleeve 22 is still effectively clamped in the second mounting hole 31.
The third clamping portion 222a is an annular groove provided on the second extending portion 222, and the fourth clamping portion 311 is an annular protrusion provided on the second mounting hole 31. It is to be understood that the third clamping portion 222a may also be an annular groove provided on the second extending portion 222, and the fourth clamping portion 311 may also be an annular protruding portion provided on the second mounting hole 31, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, in order to improve the connection stability between the protective sleeve 22 and the shaped hose 21, the outer diameters of the first connector 23 and the second connector 24 are larger than the outer diameters of the corresponding shaped hose 21 to form a first step 251 and a second step 252 at the connection position, the first extension 221 and the second extension 222 of the protective sleeve 22 are wedge-shaped and match the first step 251 and the second step 252, the first extension 221 of the protective sleeve 22 extends to cover the first step 251, and the second extension 222 of the protective sleeve 22 extends to cover the second step 252 to limit the movement of the protective sleeve 22 along the length direction of the shaped hose 21.
In some embodiments, the connection between the protective sleeve 22 and the intermediate bracket 1 and the connection between the protective sleeve 22 and the clamping arm 3a have a continuous, integral grip. The end surfaces of the two ends of the protective sleeve 22 are respectively abutted against the end surfaces of the corresponding first mounting hole 11 and the second mounting hole 31, and the outer surfaces of the protective sleeve 22 adjacent to the middle bracket 1 and the clamping arm 3a are approximately flush or smoothly transited. Wherein, the outer surface of the protective sleeve 22 adjacent to the middle bracket 1 and the clamping arm 3a is approximately flush: the outer surfaces of the protective sleeve 22 adjacent to the intermediate bracket 1 and the clamp arm 3a are located on the same plane. The smooth transition of the outer surface of the protective sleeve 22 adjacent to the intermediate bracket 1 and the clamp arm 3a means that: the outer surfaces of the protective sleeve 22 adjacent to the middle bracket 1 and the clamping arm 3a are positioned on the same continuous surface. Since the outer surface of the protective sleeve 22 is kept smooth with the outer surface of the adjacent part of the middle bracket 1 and the clamping arm 3a, the integrity thereof can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the neck massage apparatus further comprises a power supply device (not shown) and a pulse generating device (not shown), wherein the power supply device is installed in the middle bracket 1 or any clamping arm 3a, and the pulse generating device is installed in the middle bracket 1 or any clamping arm 3 a.
According to the neck massage instrument disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the two clamping arms 3a are connected to the middle support 1 through the strip-shaped middle connecting piece 2a with the controllable bending shape, and the middle connecting piece 2a can provide additional bending and shaping capacity, so that the shape and the size of the clamping space between the two clamping arms 3a can be changed along each space dimension, and the neck massage instrument is more flexible and changeable, thereby being suitable for use requirements of users with different sizes, different ages and different wearing scenes. And, the intermediate connecting piece 2a is rectangular, and intermediate connecting piece 2a can all take place bending deformation along each space dimension along arbitrary node in its length direction, can be through selecting the different node in the length direction of intermediate connecting piece 2a as the bending node or can adjust the state of two arm clamps 3a through the bending degree of the different node department in the length direction of adjusting intermediate connecting piece 2a, can effectively increase the regulation and control scope of two arm clamps 3a, bring convenience for the regulation in the centre gripping space of two arm clamps 3 a.
In addition, since the shape and size of the clamping space between the two clamping arms 3a can be changed along each space dimension, when the neck massage apparatus is in an unused state, the two middle connecting pieces 2a can be bent to a state that the clamping space between the two clamping arms 3a is minimum, and the neck massage apparatus has good storage characteristics, so that the neck massage apparatus is convenient to store and transport.
In addition, the sizing hose 21 preferably employs a gooseneck, and since the gooseneck has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance, the sizing hose 21 has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance, thereby enabling the intermediate joint 2a to have excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance.
The neck massage apparatus disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention has been described in detail, and specific examples are applied herein to illustrate the principles and embodiments of the present invention, and the description of the above examples is only for helping to understand the neck massage apparatus and the core ideas thereof; meanwhile, as those skilled in the art will vary in the specific embodiments and application scope according to the idea of the present invention, the present disclosure should not be construed as limiting the present invention in summary.

1. A neck massager, comprising:
An intermediate support configured in a C-shape for wearing to a human neck;
Two middle connecting pieces, wherein each middle connecting piece is a strip connecting component which can be bent and has controllable bending shape;
The two clamping arms are respectively connected to two ends of the middle support through two middle connecting pieces, one end of each middle connecting piece is respectively fixedly connected to the corresponding end of the middle support, and the other end of each middle connecting piece is respectively fixedly connected to the corresponding clamping arm;
The middle connecting piece comprises a shaping hose and a protective sleeve, a first connector and a second connector are respectively arranged at two ends of the shaping hose, the first connector is fixedly connected to the corresponding end of the middle support, the second connector is fixedly connected to the corresponding clamping arm, the protective sleeve is sleeved outside the shaping hose, and the protective sleeve is a protective sleeve or a flexible protective sleeve.
2. The neck massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the middle bracket has first mounting holes at both ends thereof, and the two arms have second mounting holes at one end thereof facing the middle bracket;
two ends of each shaping hose at least partially extend into and are clamped and fixed in the corresponding first mounting hole and the corresponding second mounting hole respectively;
the two ends of each protective sleeve at least partially extend into and are clamped in the corresponding first mounting hole and the corresponding second mounting hole respectively.
3. The neck massage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein,
The two ends of the middle support are respectively provided with a first mounting hole, and one end of each clamping arm, which faces the middle support, is respectively provided with a second mounting hole;
Each first connector and each second connector at least partially extend into and are fixedly connected with the corresponding first mounting hole and the corresponding second mounting hole respectively;
the two ends of each protective sleeve at least partially extend into and are clamped in the corresponding first mounting hole and the corresponding second mounting hole respectively.

The neck massager according to claim 3, wherein the end surfaces of the two ends of the protective sleeve are respectively provided with an extension part extending into the corresponding first mounting hole and second mounting hole, each extension part is provided with a first clamping part, and the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole are provided with second clamping parts which are fixedly matched with the corresponding first clamping parts.
5. The neck massager of claim 4, wherein one of the first and second clamping portions is an annular protrusion and the other is an annular groove in clamping engagement with the annular protrusion.

The neck massager of claim 4, wherein the outer diameters of the first connector and the second connector are larger than the outer diameters of the corresponding shaping hoses to form steps at the joints, and the extension parts at the two ends of the protective sleeve extend to cover the steps to limit the movement of the protective sleeve along the length direction of the shaping hoses.

A neck massager according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the end surfaces of the two ends of each protective sleeve are respectively abutted against the end surfaces of the corresponding first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, and the outer surfaces of the protective sleeve, the middle bracket and the adjacent positions of the clamping arms are approximately flush or smoothly transited.
8. A neck massager according to claim 3, wherein the first connector and the second connector are fixed in the corresponding first mounting hole and the corresponding second mounting hole by a first pressing member and a second pressing member, respectively.

The first pressing piece comprises a first pressing piece and a first fastening screw, and the first pressing piece presses the first connecting head on the inner wall of the first mounting hole and is connected with the first mounting hole through the first fastening screw;
