Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the eye protection instrument 100 of the present invention, a first assembling hole 62 is formed on a side of the fixing plate 60 facing away from the massage element 30, a second assembling hole 72 is formed on a side of the middle frame 70 facing the massage element 30, and the eye protection instrument 100 further includes a fixing member, wherein the fixing member is inserted into the first assembling hole 62 through the second assembling hole 72. This arrangement allows the fixing plate 60 to be fixed to the middle frame 70 by the engagement of the fixing members with the first and second fitting holes 62 and 72, so as to secure the coupling strength between the fixing plate 60 and the middle frame 70.
Specifically, first pilot hole 62 sets up with second pilot hole 72 relatively, not only can realize the location effect between fixed plate 60 and the center frame 70 through first pilot hole 62 and second pilot hole 72, still can be convenient for the mounting wear to locate second pilot hole 72 smoothly and insert and locate first pilot hole 62 to realize fixed between fixed plate 60 and the center frame 70. Wherein, the mounting can be selected as connection structure such as screw, pin.
Further, in order to further improve the connection strength between the fixing plate 60 and the middle frame 70, a plurality of first assembling holes 62, a plurality of second assembling holes 72 and fixing members may be provided, wherein the plurality of first assembling holes 62 are spaced along the circumferential direction of the fixing plate 60, the plurality of second connecting holes are spaced along the circumferential direction of the middle frame 70, and each fixing member is inserted into one of the first assembling holes 62 through one of the second assembling holes 72.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the eye protection instrument 100 of the present invention, a third assembling hole (not shown) is formed on a surface of the temperature guide plate 50 facing the massage element 30, and the fixing element sequentially penetrates through the second assembling hole 72 and the first assembling hole 62 and is inserted into the third assembling hole.
It can be understood that, in order to improve the connection strength between the middle frame 70, the fixing plate 60 and the temperature guide plate 50 and prevent the position deviation between the respective structures, a third assembly hole is opened on the surface of the temperature guide plate 50 facing the massage member 30, and fixing members are sequentially inserted through the second assembly hole 72 and the first assembly hole 62 and inserted into the third assembly hole to fix the middle frame 70, the fixing plate 60 and the temperature guide plate 50 together.
In an embodiment of the eye protection instrument 100 of the present invention, the heat conducting assembly further includes a heat generating sheet (not shown), and the heat generating sheet is attached to the inner side of the heat conducting plate 50. Thus, the heat can be conducted to the heat conducting plate 50 through the heating sheet to control the temperature change of the heat conducting plate 50, so as to meet the user requirement.
Specifically, the heat generating sheet is adapted to the shape of the temperature guiding plate 50 to ensure the heat conduction efficiency between the heat generating sheet and the temperature guiding plate 50 and ensure the installation stability of the heat generating sheet 50. Wherein, the heating sheet can be fixed on the temperature guide plate 50 by means of screws, buckles and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the eye protection instrument 100 of the present invention, the housing 10 includes a front cover 11 and a rear housing 12 that are detachably connected, the front cover 11 is disposed on the rear housing 12, and the mounting opening 121 is disposed on the rear housing 12. By using the detachably connected front cover 11 and rear case 12 to form the housing 10, not only the installation of the structure can be facilitated, but also it can be prevented that when one of the components is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced, the entire structure does not need to be replaced, thereby reducing the investment of later cost.
Specifically, the front cover 11 and the rear shell 12 may be detachably connected by screws, snaps, adhesives, or the like.
Furthermore, wearing holes 122 are formed on both sides of the rear case 12, and the wearing holes 122 are used for fixing a strap, so that a user can wear the eye protection instrument 100.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in an embodiment of the eye protection instrument 100 of the present invention, the front cover 11 has a plurality of through holes 111, the through holes 111 are disposed at intervals, and the through holes 111 are used for allowing a user to see the front.
Specifically, the middle parts of the temperature guide plate 50, the massage member 30, the fixing plate 60 and the middle frame 70 are all provided with a visual channel, the visual channel is communicated with the through hole 111, and the visual channel is arranged opposite to the through hole 111; thus, after wearing eye-protection instrument 100, a user can observe a certain visual field through visual channel and perforation 111, so that the user can move the position or find things during the use process.

1. An eye protection instrument, comprising:
the mounting structure comprises a shell, a mounting cavity and a mounting hole, wherein the mounting cavity is formed in the shell, and the shell is provided with the mounting hole for communicating the mounting cavity with the outside;
the massage piece is arranged on the mounting opening, a plurality of massage heads are convexly arranged on the outer side of the massage piece and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the mounting opening, and the massage heads are used for being in contact with the eyes of a user;
the power assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity and is in transmission connection with the massage head so as to drive the massage head to vibrate; and
the temperature conduction assembly comprises a temperature conduction plate, the temperature conduction plate is arranged on the outer side of the massage piece and is opposite to the massage piece, and the temperature conduction plate is used for being attached to the eyes of a user; the surface of the temperature guide plate facing the massage piece is provided with a plurality of communicating holes, the communicating holes are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the temperature guide plate, and each massage head penetrates through one communicating hole.

The eye protection instrument of claim 1, wherein the massage element comprises a mounting bracket and a mounting plate, the mounting bracket is disposed at the mounting opening, the mounting plate is disposed at an inner side of the mounting bracket and is opposite to the mounting bracket, and the temperature guide plate is disposed at a side of the mounting bracket opposite to the mounting plate;

4. The eye protection instrument of claim 1, further comprising a fixing plate disposed at the mounting opening and located inside the massage member.

The eye protection instrument of claim 4, wherein a mounting hole is formed in a surface of the fixing plate facing the massage member, the power assembly comprises a control board and an electrical connection wire, the control board is disposed in the mounting cavity, the electrical connection wire penetrates through the mounting hole, and two ends of the electrical connection wire are respectively electrically connected to the control board and the massage head.

The eye protection instrument of claim 5, further comprising a middle frame, wherein the middle frame is disposed in the mounting cavity and located on a side of the fixing plate facing away from the massage member, and a side of the fixing plate facing away from the massage member abuts against a side of the middle frame facing toward the massage member.
7. The eye protection instrument of claim 6, wherein a support pillar is convexly arranged on one side of the middle frame, which faces away from the fixing plate, and one end of the support pillar, which is far away from the middle frame, abuts against the inner wall of the shell.

The eye protection instrument of claim 6, wherein a first assembly hole is formed in a side of the fixing plate facing away from the massage member, a second assembly hole is formed in a side of the middle frame facing the massage member, and the eye protection instrument further comprises a fixing member, wherein the fixing member is inserted into the first assembly hole and disposed in the second assembly hole.

The eye protection instrument of claim 8, wherein a third assembly hole is formed in a surface of the temperature guide plate facing the massage element, and the fixing element is sequentially inserted through the second assembly hole and the first assembly hole and inserted into the third assembly hole.
10. The eye protection instrument of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the temperature conduction assembly further comprises a heating sheet attached to an inner side of the temperature conduction plate.
