the massage piece is arranged in the avoidance hole, a plurality of massage heads are convexly arranged on the outer side of the massage piece and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the avoidance hole, and the massage heads protrude out of the contact surface and are used for being in contact with the eyes of a user; and
and the power assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity and is in transmission connection with the massage head so as to drive the massage head to vibrate.
2. The eye protection instrument of claim 1, wherein the massage head is a soft rubber element.

The eye protection instrument of claim 2, wherein the massage head comprises an installation portion, a connection portion and a massage portion, the installation portion, the connection portion and the massage portion are sequentially arranged from inside to outside of the installation cavity, and the massage portion protrudes out of the contact surface to be in contact with the eyes of the user;
wherein the cross-sectional area of the connecting portion is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the mounting portion and smaller than the cross-sectional area of the massage portion.

The eye protection instrument of claim 3, wherein a mounting groove is formed in a side of the mounting portion facing away from the massage member, a portion of the connecting portion is inserted into the mounting groove, and a moving space is formed between an outer side wall of the connecting portion and a wall of the mounting groove.

9. The eye-protection instrument of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the housing comprises a front cover and a rear shell which are detachably connected, the front cover is disposed on the rear shell and encloses the mounting cavity, and the mounting opening is disposed on the rear shell.
10. The eye-protection instrument of claim 9, wherein the front cover has a plurality of perforations spaced apart for viewing in front of the user.
