With reference to fig. 1, 5 and 6, in the assembled condition, the front plane 324 abuts against the vertical fold 211, and the recessed plane 325, the inclined plane 327 and the lower plane 328 abut against the first lateral fold 212, the inclined fold 213 and the second lateral fold 214 in sequence.
By forming the vertical flange 211, the first lateral flange 212, the inclined flange 213, and the second lateral flange 214 in this order at the top edge of the partition 20 and providing the front plane 324, the recessed plane 325, the inclined plane 327, and the lower plane 328 on the box body 32 accordingly, positioning of the box body 32 in a direction close to the front cover 12 is achieved because the front plane 324 abuts against the vertical flange 211, and positioning of the box body 32 in a vertically downward direction is achieved because the recessed plane 325, the inclined plane 327, and the lower plane 328 abut against the first lateral flange 212, the inclined flange 213, and the second lateral flange 214 in this order.
Of course, the form and number of the folded edges formed on the top edge of the partition 20 and the form and number of the recessed surfaces formed on the bottom surface of the box 32 are not exclusive, and those skilled in the art can adjust the above embodiments as long as the positioning between the two can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 6, the recessed surface 325 is formed with two positioning ribs 326 extending downward, and the two positioning ribs 326 are parallel to each other and extend in a direction away from the front housing 12. Referring back to fig. 1, the casing 10 further includes a left side plate 15, and screw holes 151 and 133 are respectively formed at the top of the left side plate 15 and the right side plate 13. Referring back to fig. 2, the top cover 14 is formed with a downward surrounding edge 141, a fourth through hole and a fifth through hole (not shown in the drawing) are respectively opened on the surrounding edges 141 corresponding to the left side plate 15 and the right side plate 13, and the top cover 14 is covered on the top of the front cover case 12, the left side plate 15, the tube plate and the right side plate 13 by the surrounding edges 141 and is screwed to the screw hole 151 of the left side plate 15 and the screw hole 133 of the right side plate 13 after passing through the fourth through hole and the fifth through hole respectively by using a screw connection member (not shown in the drawing).
By providing the screw holes 151 and 133 at the top of the left and right side plates 15 and 13, respectively, and providing the fourth and fifth through holes at corresponding positions of the peripheral edge 141, respectively, the top cover 14 can be simply and reliably screwed to the left and right side plates 15 and 13, thereby achieving the purpose of detachably closing the top of the casing 10.

a tube plate connected to the separator plate;

2. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the electric box comprises a box body and a box cover, and the peripheral side of the box body is detachably connected to the front cover casing, the right side plate and the tube plate at the same time.

The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein a first coupling structure is formed at a side of the casing facing the front cover, the first coupling structure having a screw hole, a groove is formed at a top edge of the front cover to be recessed into the casing, a first through hole is formed in the groove, and a screw connector is screwed to the first coupling structure after passing through the first through hole.

The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein a second connecting structure is formed by extending the side of the casing facing the tube plate, the second connecting structure has a second through hole, a third connecting structure is formed at the top of the tube plate, and a screw hole is formed in the third connecting structure, and a screw connector is screwed to the third connecting structure after passing through the second through hole.

The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein a ground wire mounting plate is fixedly connected to a side of the casing facing the right side plate, a screw hole is formed in an end of the ground wire mounting plate facing away from the casing, a wire hole is formed in the right side plate, a butt plate is formed by extending a lower edge of the wire hole toward the inside of the casing, a third through hole is formed in an extending end of the butt plate, and a threaded connector is screwed to the ground wire mounting plate after passing through the third through hole.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein the support structure is a folded edge bent along a top edge of the partition.

The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein a vertical folding edge, a first horizontal folding edge, an inclined folding edge, and a second horizontal folding edge are formed at a top edge of the partition plate in sequence in a direction away from the front casing, a bottom surface of the casing is recessed inward at a side close to the front casing in a direction away from the front casing to form a recessed surface and an inclined surface, and a lower plane having no recess, the recessed surface is connected to the lower plane through the inclined surface, a front plane is formed at a side of the casing close to the front casing, the front plane abuts against the vertical folding edge in an installed state, and the recessed surface, the inclined plane, and the lower plane abut against the first horizontal folding edge, the inclined folding edge, and the second horizontal folding edge in sequence.

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the concave portion extends downward to form two positioning ribs extending in a direction away from the front casing and arranged in parallel, and the first horizontal folded edge is located between the two positioning ribs in an installed state.

The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the casing further comprises a left side plate, screw holes are formed at the top of the left side plate and the right side plate, the top cover is downwardly formed with a surrounding edge, a fourth through hole and a fifth through hole are formed at the corresponding surrounding edge of the left side plate and the right side plate, the top cover is disposed at the top of the front casing, the left side plate, the tube plate and the right side plate through the surrounding edge cover, and threaded connectors are screwed to the left side plate and the right side plate after passing through the fourth through hole and the fifth through hole, respectively.
10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising an air conditioner indoor unit and the air conditioner outdoor unit recited in any one of claims 1 to 9.
