The application provides an air conditioner outdoor unit 110 and an air conditioner with the same.
Exemplary embodiments according to the present application will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in a specific embodiment, an air conditioner outdoor unit 110 according to the present application includes a housing assembly 21, an electric control box 101, a control box assembly 100, and a mounting assembly 15. The housing assembly 21 forms a casing of the air conditioner outdoor unit 110, and the housing assembly 21 forms the accommodation space 104 inside. The electronic control box 101 and the control box assembly 100 are disposed in the accommodation space 104. The mounting assembly 15 is connected to the control box assembly 100 for mounting the control box assembly 100 into the receiving space 104.
The housing assembly 21 is comprised of 4 posts 22, side plates, bottom plate 23 and top plate. Wherein, 4 stand 22 are located at 4 bights of casing subassembly 21, play the effect of support. The side plates, top plate and bottom plate 23 are all mounted to the upright 22 so as to enclose the accommodation space 104. The side plates include, for example, 4 front, rear, left, and right side plates. The side plates and the top plate can be provided with ventilation openings, so that the side plates and the top plate are constructed as net plates. In some embodiments, the housing assembly 21 is not provided with side panels on the left and right sides or with rear side panels. In such an embodiment, the area of the receiving space 104 may be determined according to an envelope formed by the edges of the top plate, the edges of the bottom plate 23, and the edges of the 4 columns 22.
The air conditioner outdoor unit 110 further includes a fan 105, a compressor 102, and the like provided in the accommodation space 104. The fan 105 is used to generate an air flow. The compressor 102 is used to compress a refrigerant. The electronic control box 101 is electrically connected to the fan 105 and the compressor 102, thereby controlling the operations of the fan 105 and the compressor 102. Typically, the electronic control box 101 is electrically connected to an external power source, i.e. the power source is accessed through the electronic control box 101.
The control box assembly 100 internally mounts electrical components. Preferably, the control box assembly 100 is a communication unit of the air conditioner outdoor unit 110, and can communicate with a cloud (e.g., a remote server), a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone), etc. The control box assembly 100 is positioned adjacent the front side of the housing assembly 21 to allow sufficient space for mounting other components on the rear side of the control box assembly 100.
The electric control box 101 is connected with the control box assembly 100 through a cable, so that the control box assembly 100 can obtain working parameters of air conditioning equipment from the electric control box 101, and then the working parameters are transmitted to a cloud or mobile terminal; the control box assembly 100 can also receive an instruction sent from a cloud or a mobile terminal, and then transmit the instruction to the electronic control box 101, so that the electronic control box 101 can control the operation of the fan 105 and the compressor 102 more accurately.
In addition to a communication module (for example, a communication chip) for implementing a communication function, a data processing module (for example, an MCU chip or an MPU chip) for implementing a data processing function may be provided in the control box assembly 100. The data processing module is electrically connected with the electronic control box 101, so that the working parameters of the air conditioning equipment can be obtained. The data processing module may analyze these parameters. The data processing module is electrically connected with the communication module so as to transmit data to the communication module.
Preferably, the control box assembly 100 draws power from the electronic control box 101. A memory module is also provided in the control box assembly 100 for storing data and analysis software.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting assembly 15 preferably includes a longitudinal mounting post 50. One end (lower end) of the longitudinal mounting column 50 is detachably connected to the bottom plate 23 of the housing assembly 21, and the other end (upper end) of the longitudinal mounting column 50 is detachably connected to the electronic control box 101. Thus, the longitudinal mounting posts 50 may provide stable support for the control box assembly 100. By removing the longitudinal mounting posts 50, the control box assembly 100 can be removed so as not to interfere with the removal and repair of components behind the control box assembly 100. By adjusting the installation position of the vertical installation upright post 50, the installation of the side plate of the outdoor unit is not affected, and the distance between the control box assembly and the side plate is kept, so that electromagnetic interference is avoided.
The mounting assembly 15 also includes a mounting fitting 70. The longitudinal mounting post 50 is connected, for example, to one side of the control box assembly 100 in the left-right direction, and on the other side, the control box assembly 100 is detachably mounted to the housing assembly 21 (e.g., post 22) by a mounting fitting 70.
It will be appreciated that the mounting assembly 15 as a whole determines the position of the control box assembly 100 in the receiving space 104.
Preferably, the mounting assembly 15 further includes a rotating member 60. The rotating member 60 is provided to the longitudinal mounting post 50. The rotating member 60 is configured to be rotatable about a rotation axis PA. The rotation axis PA extends, for example, in a vertical direction. The control box assembly 100 is coupled to the rotating member 60 and is at least partially rotatable out of the receiving space 104 by the rotating member 60. The user can first disconnect the mounting fitting 70 from the housing assembly 21 and then rotate the control box assembly 100 toward the front side of the receiving space 104 and out of the receiving space 104, thereby allowing easy access to and disassembly of components behind the control box assembly 100.
Preferably, the rotational axis PA is closer to the front side of the housing assembly 21 than the longitudinal mounting posts 50, so that the longitudinal mounting posts 50 do not interfere with the outward rotation of the control box assembly 100. For example, the longitudinal mounting column 50 has a front side surface 53 extending in the left-right direction, and the rotating member 60 may be mounted to the front side surface 53 of the longitudinal mounting column 50.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotating member 60 includes a first fixing portion 61, a second fixing portion 62, and a rotating shaft 63. One end of the first fixing portion 61 is connected to a side of the control box assembly 100, and the other end of the first fixing portion 61 is connected to the rotation shaft 63. The first fixing portion 61 is rotatable about an axis of the rotation shaft 63, and the axis of the rotation shaft 63 is the rotation axis PA. One end of the second fixing portion 62 is connected to the rotation shaft 63, and the other end of the second fixing portion 62 is connected to the longitudinal mounting column 50. For example, the second securing portion 62 includes a first wall 65 and a second wall 66 that are disposed at an angle. The first wall 65 is connected to the longitudinal mounting post 50. The first wall 65 is connected to a surface of the front side of the longitudinal mounting post 50 that is adjacent to the housing assembly 21. One end of the second wall 66 is connected to the rotation shaft 63, and the other end of the second wall 66 is connected to the first wall 65. Thus, when the user pulls the control box assembly 100, the control box assembly 100 rotates out of the accommodation space 104 (as shown in fig. 4) around the rotation shaft 63 together with the first fixing portion 61; when the user pushes the control box assembly 100, the control box assembly 100 is screwed out of the accommodation space 104 (shown in fig. 3) around the rotation shaft 63 together with the first fixing portion 61.
As shown in fig. 3, the rotational axis PA has a first distance d1 from the side of the control box assembly 100. The end of the first wall 65 remote from the control box assembly 100 is a second distance d2 from the end of the longitudinal mounting post 50 proximate to the control box assembly 100. Preferably, the first distance d1 is smaller than the second distance d2. Thus, the control box assembly 100 may be positioned at least partially directly in front of the longitudinal mounting posts 50, making the overall structure of the control box assembly 100 and the mounting assembly 15 more compact.
As shown in fig. 2, the control box assembly 100 includes a box body 11 and a mounting plate 12, the mounting plate 12 being provided on a side surface of the box body 11 (a side surface of the box body 11, that is, a side surface of the control box assembly 100). The rotating member 60 is detachably connected to the mounting plate 12. The mounting fitting 70 is removably connected to the mounting plate 12. By providing the mounting plate 12 and connecting the casing 11 to the mounting unit 15 via the mounting plate 12, the casing 11 can be flexibly applied to the air conditioner outdoor units 110 of various specifications. Alternatively, the mounting plate 12 may be flexibly sized according to different specifications of the outdoor unit 110, so that the control box assembly 100 may be adapted to different sizes of the receiving space 104.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting fitting 70 has, for example, a bend such that the mounting fitting 70 includes first and second connection portions 71 and 72 spaced apart in the front-rear direction, the first connection portion 71 for connecting the control box assembly 100 and the second connection portion 72 for connecting the stand 22. Since the first connection portion 71 and the second connection portion 72 are offset in the front-rear direction, the control box assembly 100 can be positioned in the accommodation space 104 without interfering with the installation of the front side wall of the housing assembly 21.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the longitudinal mounting post 50 is preferably U-shaped in cross section such that the longitudinal mounting post 50 includes a front side surface 53, a rear side surface 57, an opening 54, and a closed end 55. In the left-right direction, the U-shaped opening 54 is closer to the control box assembly 100 than the U-shaped closed end 55. As previously described, the control box assembly 100 has a cable connected to the electrical control box 101 around the side of the longitudinal mounting post 50 remote from the control box assembly 100. The closed end 55 of the U-shape is provided on the side of the longitudinal mounting post 50 remote from the control box assembly 100 to avoid damage to the cable by sharp edges of the U-shaped opening 54.
As shown in fig. 2, the lower end of the longitudinal mounting column 50 is provided with at least one support leg 51 substantially parallel to the bottom plate 23, and the support leg 51 is detachably connected to the bottom plate 23 by a fastener. The support feet 51 are, for example, rectangular in configuration. The longitudinal mounting post 50 has attachment surfaces for attaching the support foot 51, for example, the front side surface 53, the closed end 55 and the rear side surface 57 may all be attachment surfaces, one or more of which may be provided with the support foot 51. It will be appreciated that the greater the number of support feet 51, the more secure the lower end of the longitudinal mounting post 50. The plurality of support legs 51 may extend in different directions in the horizontal plane with respect to the extending direction (e.g., up-down direction) of the body of the longitudinal mounting column 50.
Preferably, the lower end of the longitudinal mounting post 50 is further provided with a longitudinal clamping portion 52, the longitudinal clamping portion 52 extending downwardly at an angle (e.g., a first angle, which may be an obtuse angle or a right angle) from the support foot 51. As shown in fig. 5, the bottom plate 23 includes a peak 24 and a valley 25, wherein the valley 25 is a portion constituting a substantially flat surface at the lowest part of the bottom plate 23, and the peak 24 is a portion protruding upward from the valley 25. The valley 25 is used to drain the water from the housing assembly 21. The peak portions 24 and the valley portions 25 are connected by connecting portions 26. The peak 24 and the connecting portion 26 constitute two surfaces of the first plate that are connected at the angle (e.g., the first angle). Preferably, the support legs 51 and the longitudinal clamping portions 52 are adapted to contact the two surfaces of the bottom plate 23, respectively, so that the longitudinal mounting posts 50 can be further placed to tilt and rotate. The longitudinal clamping portion 52 may be disposed at any side of the support leg 51 that is not connected to the connection surface, and the extension plane of the longitudinal clamping portion 52 is either parallel to, or intersects with, or perpendicular to the extension plane of the connection surface.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the floor 23 is constructed in the form of an assembly, for example comprising a floor body 27 and floor side walls 28. The bottom plate body 27 is located at the bottom of the accommodation space 104. The peaks 24, the valleys 25, and the connection portions 26 are formed in the floor main body 27, for example. The bottom plate side wall 28 is connected to the bottom plate main body 27 from the side for supporting the bottom plate main body 27, so that the lower surface of the bottom plate main body 27 is lifted off the ground, and the piping is conveniently extended from the lower space, or the piping is conveniently extended when the forklift lifts and conveys the machine. In some embodiments of the present application, the longitudinal clamping portion 52 is configured to extend into a gap between the floor body 27 and the floor side wall 28, such that the longitudinal clamping portion 52 is clamped by the floor body 27 and the floor side wall 28, such that the longitudinal mounting post 50 is not prone to tipping and rotation. In such an embodiment, the surface of the floor main body 27 for connection with the support legs 51 (e.g., the upper surface of the floor main body 27) and the side surface of the floor main body 27 for forming the slit constitute two surfaces of the floor 23 connected at the angle (e.g., right angle).
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic control box 101 is provided with a vertical surface 31 extending in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the longitudinal mounting column 50 is detachably connected to the vertical surface 31. Specifically, the upper end of the longitudinal mounting column 50 is provided with a column fixing hole 56, the vertical surface 31 is provided with an electronic control box fixing hole, and the column fixing hole 56 and the electronic control box fixing hole are connected by a mounting member (e.g., a bolt), so that the upper end of the longitudinal mounting column 50 is detachably connected with the electronic control box 101. The column fixing holes 56 are provided, for example, at a rear side surface 57 of the longitudinal mounting column 50, for example, the rear side surface 57 is higher than the front side surface 53, thereby exposing the column fixing holes 56 for convenience of user operation. Preferably, one of the column fixing hole 56 and the electronic control box fixing hole is configured as a long hole extending in the vertical direction. The design of the slot allows the longitudinal mounting post 50 to be adapted to different heights of the receiving space 104 below the electrical control box 101.
As shown in fig. 1, in the front projection of the air conditioner outdoor unit 110, the center line of the compressor 102 and the control box assembly 100 are located on both sides of the longitudinal mounting pillar 50 in the left-right direction, respectively.
