The inter-column air conditioner structure comprises a shell, wherein the shell comprises a frame 110, and the frame 110 is a front door frame, a rear door frame, an upper cross beam assembly structure, a middle cross beam assembly structure and a lower cross beam assembly structure. The bottom of the shell is a unit base 125, the top of the shell is a top plate 123, the periphery of the shell is provided with upper and lower 2 side plates 124 respectively, and the upper and lower side plates are connected through self-tapping locking screws. The inter-column air conditioner structure further comprises a front door plate 121 and a rear door plate 122, wherein the front door plate 121 and the rear door plate 122 are connected with the frame 110 through bolt hinges, and the structure is simple and reliable. The front door panel 121 and the rear door panel 122 are respectively formed with an air outlet and an air return. The frame 110 adopts an integral assembly structure, and is assembled through self-tapping locking screw connection, so that the frame is simple in processing, convenient to assemble, high in assembly precision, low in transportation cost, capable of flexibly adapting to the internal assembly requirement and reliable in strength.
The interior of the inter-column air conditioning structure is provided with components such as an evaporator assembly 200, a fan assembly 300, a humidifying assembly 400, an electric heating assembly 500, an electric control box assembly 600, a press assembly 700 and the like. Wherein, the fan assembly 300 is disposed at an air outlet of the housing. The electronic control box assembly 600 and the press assembly 700 are disposed on the return air side of the evaporator 210. In the present embodiment, the evaporator assembly 200 includes a V-shaped evaporator 210, and an air outlet side is formed between two sides of the evaporator 210. The electric heating assembly 500 is fixed to the air outlet side of the evaporator 210 and is located between both sides of the evaporator 210. The humidifying assembly 400 includes a humidifier, and a steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier is also fixed between both sides of the evaporator.
According to the inter-column air conditioner structure, the V-shaped evaporator 210 is arranged, so that the effective heat exchange area of the evaporator 210 is increased, the occupied space of the evaporator 210 is reduced, and the space utilization of the whole inter-column air conditioner is more reasonable; meanwhile, on the premise of not increasing wind resistance, the trend of the air flow is more reasonable; simultaneously, the steam spray pipe of electrical heating assembly and humidifier all sets up between the both sides of evaporimeter, has further saved installation space, and inner structure overall arrangement is novel reasonable.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, two V-shaped evaporators 210 are provided, vertically arranged in a double-layered structure. The two sides of the V-shaped evaporator 210 are fixed by an upper horizontal connecting plate 221 and a lower horizontal connecting plate 221; the upper and lower evaporators 210 are fixed by upper and lower connection plates 222 through the lower two evaporators 210. A water pan 230 is provided between the upper and lower evaporators 210.
Referring to fig. 3, the fan assembly 300 includes a fan fixing plate 310, a fan 320, and a shielding cover 330, the fan fixing plate 310 is used to fix with the housing, and the shielding cover 330 is covered on the fan 320. The blower assembly 300 is fixed to the front end of the frame 110. In the present embodiment, a plurality of fan assemblies 300 are provided, and the plurality of fan assemblies 300 are sequentially arranged in the height direction of the frame 110. Each fan assembly 300 is provided with two fans 320 arranged up and down.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the electric heating assembly 500 includes an upper bracket 511, a lower bracket 512, and a heating member 520. The upper bracket 511 and the lower bracket 512 are respectively fixed to the air outlet side of the evaporator 210; the heating member 520 is fixed between the upper bracket 511 and the lower bracket 512. The heating member 520 preferably employs a PTC heating sheet. Preferably, the upper bracket 511 and the lower bracket 512 have a V-shaped structure, and are adapted to the V-shaped structure of the evaporator 210, and are fixed to the air outlet side of the evaporator 210. The electric heating assembly 500 is fixed between the V-shaped structures of the evaporator 210, not only to facilitate maintenance, but also to save space.
As shown in fig. 6-8, the humidifying assembly 400 includes a humidifier fixing bracket 410 and a humidifier. The humidifier includes a humidifier body and a steam nozzle 420, the steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier is fixed on a humidifier fixing bracket 410 through a clip 433, and the humidifier fixing bracket 410 is fixed on the air outlet side of the evaporator 210. The humidifier body is located in the return air side of the evaporator 210, and the steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier is connected with the humidifier body through a hose from the rear side of the evaporator 210 to the air outlet side of the evaporator 210. The steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier is located on the air outlet side of the evaporator 210, while the humidifier body is located on the air return side, and all mounting operations of the steam nozzle 420 are located on the air return side, facilitating the installation, maintenance and replacement of the steam nozzle 420. The steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier is installed in the middle of the V-shaped evaporator 210 at the air outlet side of the evaporator 210, thereby contributing to the improvement of humidification efficiency and saving the interior space of the unit. In the present embodiment, the heating part 520 and the steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier are each disposed at one side of the air outlet side of the evaporator 210.
The steam spray pipe 420 adopts a horizontal design of an upper pipe and a lower pipe, so that a steam distribution interval can be increased, condensation of steam is avoided from being concentrated, and meanwhile, smooth discharge of condensed water in the steam spray pipe 420 is facilitated.
The front side of the humidifier steam nozzle 420 is fixed to the humidifier fixing bracket 410 by a fastener such as a tapping screw 431, and the rear side is fixed to the humidifier fixing bracket 410 by a pin 432. The humidifier spray boom fixing support is fixed by adopting a self-tapping screw 431 at one end and a pin shaft 432 at the other end, and the humidifier assembly can be removed only by removing the self-tapping screw 431, so that later disassembly and maintenance are facilitated.
The electric control box assembly 600 includes an electric control box sliding rail 610 and an electric control box 620, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the electric control box sliding rail 610 includes an upper sliding rail and a lower sliding rail, and is fixed on the housing on the return air side of the evaporator 210; the electric control box 620 is slidably arranged on the electric control box sliding rail 610 in a drawable manner, so that the electric control box 620 can be integrally pulled out of the unit, and later maintenance is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the press assembly 700 includes a compressor base 710 and a compressor 720 fixed to the compressor base 710, the compressor base 710 being drawably provided to the pack base 125 of the housing to be capable of being pulled out from one side of the housing. The side plate 124 can be removed for maintenance, and the compressor base 710 is pulled out from one side of the shell, so that later maintenance is facilitated.
Specifically, the guide rail 1252 is disposed on the unit base 125, and the compressor base 710 is slidably disposed on the unit base 125 through the guide rail 1252. The machine set base 125 at the rear side of the compressor 720 is provided with a limiting plate 1251, and the rear side of the compressor base 710 is clamped with the machine set base 125 through the limiting plate 1251; screw holes 711 are formed in the front side of the compressor base 710, and are fixed to the unit base 125 by fasteners such as fastening bolts. During maintenance, the press assembly can be integrally pulled out of the unit only by removing the two fastening bolts, so that later maintenance is facilitated.
