In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, two V-shaped evaporators 210 are provided, and are arranged vertically in a double-layered structure. The two sides of the V-shaped evaporator 210 are fixed by an upper horizontal connecting plate 221 and a lower horizontal connecting plate 221; the evaporators 210 of the upper and lower stages are fixed to each other by the lower two evaporators 210 via upper and lower connection plates 222. A water receiving tray 230 is disposed between the evaporators 210 of the upper and lower layers.
Referring to fig. 3, the blower assembly 300 includes a blower fixing plate 310, a blower 320, and a shield 330, the blower fixing plate 310 being fixed to the housing, and the shield 330 being disposed to cover the blower 320. The fan assembly 300 is fixed to the front end of the frame 110. In the present embodiment, a plurality of fan assemblies 300 are provided, and the plurality of fan assemblies 300 are sequentially arranged in the height direction of the frame 110. Each fan assembly 300 is provided with two fans 320 arranged up and down.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the electric heating assembly 500 includes an upper bracket 511, a lower bracket 512, and a heating part 520. The upper bracket 511 and the lower bracket 512 are respectively fixed on the air outlet side of the evaporator 210; the heating member 520 is fixed between the upper and lower brackets 511 and 512. The heating member 520 preferably employs a PTC heating sheet. Preferably, the upper bracket 511 and the lower bracket 512 are of a V-shaped structure, and are adapted to the V-shaped structure of the evaporator 210 and fixed on the air outlet side of the evaporator 210. The electric heating assembly 500 is fixed between the V-shaped structures of the evaporator 210, which not only facilitates the maintenance, but also saves the space.
As shown in fig. 6-8, the humidifying assembly includes a humidifier fixing bracket 410 and a humidifier. The humidifier comprises a humidifier body and a steam spray pipe 420, the steam spray pipe 420 of the humidifier is fixed on the humidifier fixing support 410 through a hoop 433, and the humidifier fixing support 410 is fixed on the air outlet side of the evaporator 210. The humidifier main body is located at the air return side of the evaporator 210, and the steam spray pipe 420 of the humidifier penetrates through the rear side of the evaporator 210 and extends out to the air outlet side of the evaporator 210, and is connected with the humidifier body through a hose. The steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier is located at the air outlet side of the evaporator 210, while the humidifier body is located at the air return side, and all installation operations of the steam nozzle 420 are located at the air return side, so that the installation, maintenance and replacement of the steam nozzle 420 are facilitated. The steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier is installed in the middle of the V-shaped evaporator 210 and located on the air outlet side of the evaporator 210, which is helpful to improve the humidification efficiency and save the internal space of the unit. In the present embodiment, the heating component 520 and the steam nozzle 420 of the humidifier are respectively disposed at one side of the air outlet side of the evaporator 210.
The steam spray pipe 420 adopts the horizontal design of the upper and lower two pipes, which can increase the steam distribution interval, avoid the concentrated condensation of steam and is beneficial to the smooth discharge of condensed water in the steam spray pipe 420.
The humidifier steam nozzle 420 is fixed to the humidifier fixing bracket 410 at the front side thereof by a fastening member such as a tapping screw 431, and fixed to the humidifier fixing bracket 410 at the rear side thereof by a pin 432. Humidifier spray lance fixed bolster adopts one end self-tapping screw 431 fixed, and the fixed mode of other end round pin axle 432, only need demolish self-tapping screw 431, can demolish the humidifier subassembly, the later stage of being convenient for is dismantled and is maintained.
The electronic control box assembly 600 includes an electronic control box slide rail 610 and an electronic control box 620, and referring to fig. 9 and 10, the electronic control box slide rail 610 includes an upper slide rail and a lower slide rail, and is fixed on the casing on the return air side of the evaporator 210; but automatically controlled box 620 slidable ground sets up on automatically controlled box slide rail 610, can make things convenient for later maintenance with the whole unit of taking out of automatically controlled box 620.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the press assembly 700 includes a compressor base 710 and a compressor 720 fixed to the compressor base 710, and the compressor base 710 is drawably disposed on the unit base 125 of the housing and can be drawn out from one side of the housing. During maintenance, the side plate 124 can be removed, and the compressor base 710 is pulled out from one side of the shell, so that later maintenance is facilitated.
Specifically, a guide rail 1252 is disposed on the unit base 125, and the compressor base 710 is slidably disposed on the unit base 125 through the guide rail 1252. A limiting plate 1251 is arranged on the unit base 125 at the rear side of the compressor 720, and the rear side of the compressor base 710 is clamped with the unit base 125 through the limiting plate 1251; a screw hole 711 is provided on the front side of the compressor base 710, and is fixed to the unit base 125 by a fastening member such as a fastening bolt. During maintenance, the press assembly can be integrally drawn out of the machine set only by removing the two fastening bolts, so that later maintenance is facilitated.

and the press assembly is arranged in the shell.

and the heating part is fixed between the upper bracket and the lower bracket.
6. The intercolumn air conditioning structure according to claim 3, wherein the humidifying assembly further comprises:
the humidifier fixing support is fixed on the air outlet side of the evaporator;
the humidifier comprises a humidifier main body and a steam spray pipe, the humidifier main body is arranged on the air return side of the evaporator, and the steam spray pipe is fixed on the humidifier fixing support and connected with the humidifier main body through a hose.
